2081  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: July 23, 2021, 07:19:55 AM
RTP doesn't mean anything, each slot has their own % of winning. The RTP each slot games also similar, goes from 95% -98%, so the house edge is between 2-4% which considered high. But there is always a chance for us to hit jackpot or huge multipler from slots and give us huge profit from it.
You want higher fees or lower fees? Try NoLimit City DX1 vs Regular, so you may understand what this is all about.

Why not believe in RTP and Volatility of games such as slots? They help the player a lot on how he should play the game and doesn't just bet any amount that he want. Specially volatility, it is a big factor to consider before playing any game.
Agreed tho, not everything should be dependent to luck, hoping too much for luck most of the time kills your money. So be wise.
Yep, the idea is to play games that match players' personality or current mood so they can enjoy it. It's not about "how to win" since these are RNG-based games.

Go away slots haters, slots expert exists! It's real, lul Grin

Seriously, the expertise isn't about skill where he can always win (it's a chance games after all), but more about rating the game based on various factors: RTP, max-win, volatility, features, graphics, sfx, etc. Or development wise where he can correctly count the math inside the game.
2083  Other / Archival / Re: El Salvadorans are not happy about accepting bitcoin as a means of payment on: July 22, 2021, 03:39:16 PM
It turns out that 77% of Salvadorans consider the new law on accepting bitcoin as a means of payment an extremely bad idea.
https://decrypt.co/75613/77-el-salvador-residents-believe-bukele-bitcoin-law-not-wise-move
It's a bad idea if people must accept BTC, but okay if they can freely choose what's best for them. Probably this issue arises because the government forces the people to accept BTC where: (1) still expensive, (2) adoption problem especially for older people.
2084  Economy / Economics / Re: EU wants to ban crypto anonymous transactions and wallets on: July 22, 2021, 03:19:02 PM
I think it will be only for exchanges which are pretty common these days, where you have to give your identity (KYC). I don't think this will affect hardware wallet or electrum, as there is no 3rd party involved. If you want to cash out via exchanges, yeah you cannot be anonymous. BTC differs from Monero et al., no hope for EU to accept privacy coins.

Anyway, 2nd interpretation (wild imagination) is to require all wallets including electrum et al. to provide KYC service, which is unlikely IMO.

sori saya tidak bermaksud spam
...

Hahaha, Even most people only know that I made a big profit just by making a one-time deposit.
I knew you got burned a lot by staying competitive. But that's not fun, it's more fun to pretend that roycilik is a God Gamer, a legendary slots player Grin
Even my balls got crushed occasionally, and I'm not even that competitive.

Nevertheless, the contests still gave us +RTP so if you like slots, it would be better to take part in the competition as well. If there is no competition, your losses will be much more massive.
2088  Economy / Economics / Re: Why devaluation of currency a big step toward economic growth. on: July 21, 2021, 01:32:58 PM
China sucks, go away CCP shill Tongue

China devaluates its currency simply because they want to keep their products' price low (cheap) thus remain competitive, yes they can do that since they have cheap sweatshops. But artificially changing anything will affect economic efficiency. They will need to import at some point, also pay its foreign debt. In the end, foreign countries will react, and everything will come back to the previous state (equilibrium). Any government intervention only useful in the short run.
2089  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [Poll] At what point will you stop complying with Covid restrictions? on: July 21, 2021, 01:02:47 PM
I'll give up once it comes to jail time or big fines/seizure. Look, I don't like forced vaccination, but what can I do if the big guys threaten to put me in jail? Not all countries are like US where you guys can have guns, thus have means to fight the stupid government. Yes, my health is precious, but my ass also should be kept virgin or I might lose my mental health.
2090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What you think about FUN-Token? on: July 21, 2021, 12:22:27 PM
Yes, it was acquired by freebitco.in

Quote
Through a series of ventures, FreeBitco.in seeks to promote the mass adoption and utilization of FUN Token in the iGaming and Gaming spaces.

FreeBitco.in, one of the biggest Bitcoin iGaming websites in the world, has acquired the majority of FunFair’s remaining cold storage of FUN tokens, the native cryptocurrency of the FunFair gaming ecosystem. The cold storage holds 4.45 billion FUN Tokens and FreeBitco.in has acquired 3.75 billion tokens.

Through this acquisition, FreeBitco.in plans to invest in the token’s long-term development.
Source.

It depends whether you value freebitco.in as one of the popular Bitcoin "casino." You can use the token on freebitco.in to get better rewards, wheels of fortune, etc.
2091  Economy / Economics / Re: A Game of Governments - China and Authoritarism on: July 21, 2021, 05:54:05 AM
Products made in China have lower quality, cannot last for a long time or it easily breaks. But yeah, the advertisements are nice! Don't you get it? China is only strong in its advertisement and propaganda. In reality, their economy is not as strong as people think, and they built their stability on top of sinking sand.

If you only read everything good about China, well that's because they put dissenting voices into "re-education" camps, killed political opposition because of the death penalty for "corruption," and paid shills.

@mu_enrico Masih belum kapok kan mae Frozen? coba sekali2 maen yagn extreme :v
Ane baru mau depo ini habis jual kolor, masih belum mau nyerah gan, 10.000x pokoknya Cheesy
Berdasar pengamatan ane, ini biasanya minimalnya kalo mau peluang menangnya gede (meskipun hadiah terakhir):
Deposit: ~20x
Bonus buy: ~10x
Multiplier: ~700x

Memang ada beberapa kali momen outlier, kek <1x bisa menang bonus buy, tp itu lumayan langka. Jadi kalau mau ikutan serius mode ya deponya agak sering. Klo mau asal eksis kek ane ya dapat berapa aja disubmit, siapa tau baru sepi = hoki.
2093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What does it take for a game to "hook" people on: July 20, 2021, 11:18:50 AM
I'm afraid I'm not getting your point. I know you are experienced gambler, and I can't believe you are saying that losing makes people leave the game. I mean, it would be great if it were so, and good-tempered and responsible gamblers are doing exactly that, but for many people it's practically the main attraction, they think "I can't be losing all the time, I should win big very soon!", and they keep playing, and the more they lose, the more they are hooked.
Sometimes during holiday, or special celebration, I invite friends/relatives to my place and we play for the lul (they are not gambler) as a side entertainment. If the sessions were average or good, some of them show some interest in gambling. However, if the sessions were bad, they seem turned off, and start bitching about gambling is bad, only eat your money, bla bla... And those were with 3rd party slots! Imagine if I played low budget games. That's how hard it is to make newbies to get involved into the game.

If you watch slots documentary, people keep playing because their brain is forced to love the game. The music, the near miss, the intermediate wins, etc., and not the money per se. But it needs users to play long enough for the dopamine mechanism to kick in. That's just my opinion that money can't be the only recipe to hook people. It's not enough.

I've lost some $$$ in dice, roulette, etc., but it is not enough to make me play every week.

Lol yeah, there are many non VIP, bronze, silver, who got busted but seems no one talk about it (because it isn't interesting). Our eyes focus on those who win, then try to find a pattern.

Anyway, Stake tried so hard to get accounts verified Cheesy
Road to mandatory KYC? I hope not.
2095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a gambler? on: July 20, 2021, 08:54:14 AM
I am a gambler but not happy that I am one.I started gambling before I joined this forum, but really wants to stop gambling, because it has eaten me up,I Mean I have turned to an addict in gambling. Some people gamble for fun as they say,but when I started gambling,I took it as a means of income, and that was where I got it all wrong, because I continued gambling just to make money and at the end,I will lose.If I can do anything possible to make me stop gambling now,I won't hesitate to do it.
If you have serious problem, don't ask for advice from the internet. Try to get professional help who has the experience in dealing with this situation. Our suggestion may be somewhat valuable, but it's only based on our personal experience.

As @panjul07 said (and it works for me as well), you can try to transfer your monetary control to your spouse, or someone you trust. If you don't have the money, you can't gamble. It is as simple as that.
2096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling attracted to emotion or luck on: July 20, 2021, 07:57:59 AM
It's your brain that tricked you mate, as it doesn't matter whether you anticipate for luck (play seriously) or not. The win is unpredictable and random.
However, your brain might only remember the winning event and associate your emotion at that particular moment if you play not too often. But if you play frequently, you will find it to be random.
2097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Protect Crypto Currency White Paper From Plagiarsm on: July 20, 2021, 07:38:09 AM
If you search about "removing password protected pdf," you will find many ways to do that. So yeah, converting to image files first is the best practice IMO, even then many pdf readers support OCR. I think this issue is like disabling right click + copy in a website which is useless. It may prevent some newbies from copying the content, but if there is enough intention, I don't think we can stop them.

I'd rather make the document accessible and easily indexed by google, so if you google search some phrases, the document would be #1.
2098  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | $100k+/week contest | VIP | on: July 20, 2021, 03:01:47 AM
And those two minimum for the contests are mine lol, I do not feel the competition is getting harder but I feel that my luck is getting worst since the last several weeks. It seems that these last several weeks were the weeks of roycilik who kept on getting nice result for each contest.
Well, if you can only get the last place, it's definitely getting harder from the peasant's perspective. Cheesy
I suspect not all the winners can earn profit, so in the next few weeks there will be occasional "difficulty adjustment."

@roycilik needs therapy for gambling addiction!

Hhampuz seems to forget to announce the winners for the multiplier contest  Smiley My multiplier was 615 for the last contest, how about yours?
Haha yeah, it's still a mystery Grin
Mine was 473.25x #sadkek
2099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Axie Infinity's popularity is sustainable? on: July 19, 2021, 04:09:07 PM
I also consider myself a gamer for 20+ years but I have to disagree with you.
Yeah, it's only an opinion mate Grin

For me, I haven't seen any games with high initial investment can be successful as it won't give players the opportunity to try the game (onboarding problems). If they find the entry barrier is too high, they won't even go through "registration" or whatever the landing page. Second, the long-lasting games usually involve massive skills, not about getting IMBA items/monsters so you can win every time. The items are only for cosmetics/prestige, not increasing your in-game power. Oh, and play pay (edited) to win games are suck!

How come these rules arent posted in social media? I mean the post on that telegram channel is dated July 15 . And the announcement here is dated July 16.
It would have been part of my youtube review.
They tweeted the announcement: https://twitter.com/IOI_game/status/1415355421783740423
but yeah, no rules there. My guess is because limited text on Twitter platform.

You mean Tele and Twitter dated 15 July, but here in Bitcointalk dated July 14? Probably because of default time zone settings. <- what I see and yours may be different though because we use different time zone  Grin
