Yeah, the important assumption here is "limited bankroll" as the theory often forgot to mention the used assumption. For example, RTP/HE assumes unlimited spins/bankroll. So with $50, we can spin more with a $0.01 minimum bet and: on a larger number of bets, we will get the value closest to the RTP.

I've measured S&P 500 and BTC correlation some time ago. It was positively correlated but not significant. So if the stock market (S&P 500) crashes, there's still a possibility that the BTC price won't crash as well. The separation between religion and state in Indonesia is growing thin day by day because of weak leadership. In the past, you can gamble in Jakarta while drinking alcohol, and it's legal. So it's not about religion since I think all religions forbid gambling (CMIIW, I'm not an expert in all religions  ). It's about the politics. If the current trend persists in Indonesia, I don't think there will be legalization, whether it's mainstream or for a certain region in gambling anytime soon. BK8 has it. It's beneficial to the bettor IMO since it will be easier to predict when the option is only win/lose, but the downside is the win multiplier is lower.
Why it's rarely found? Maybe because the casino doesn't want the hassle of returning the bet and probably it affects profitability and incentive system of the casino.
