Medium is the volatility. Since the biggest fish (on Fishing God) only has 888x max multiplier, and you can hit the small fishes ranged from 2x-50x, the medium volatility is right for this kind of game IMO. My only problem when I tried it is that I forgot it was a casino game where money is at stake so I kept shooting without paying attention to my balance which got emptied in few minutes. Luckily it was just fun balance.
For the moment I din't think I'll play any of these games with real money. Not unless I fully understand how it works.
It's just like slots. The bullet is equal to spin on generic slots, so you can try to shoot (spin x times) to get the reward. There's no such thing as global live RTP, perhaps only the provider keeps the data. There's casino-specific live RTP, such as in Bitcasino (and its group), and sometimes at Slotcatalog but it's pretty much useless since the data is just a sample.
