2083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin DCA - always same amount or do you change depending on price? on: February 17, 2023, 08:02:55 PM
While there's a target of how much bitcoin we all want to accumulate, changes in price is an expected term in the market. The potentiality of how much you can buy every time you've got budget ready matters. What's vital is that you're doing it, you buy and you're getting any quantity of bitcoin which is the main plan of buying. If you can't attain and maintain to have that stable amount every time you buy, why does it matter? As long as you DCA and you're filling and executing the plan is the center attraction of this goal.

Grin Grin I also thought that it is a thread about me. What a coincidence for the similar name, 1 character difference only.  Grin Grin Obviously I have nothing to do with this new platform.
Bro, I thought that you own it! Looking at the name, I thought that exactly it's your name but yeah, lacks of one letter.  Grin

I do not know for sure. Maybe it was from my connection is not stable. But I am checking again and found the same thing as before. The link for Twitter, Discord and Telegram is not in the right position and is stacked with the words Plinko and Roulette. I don't know if I'm the only one who has experienced it or if others have experienced it too. That's why I asked @OP to check it and make sure that everything is ok. If so, it's probably from my internet connection.
I am using a desktop and it's not having that problem of disattachment for those social media channels they have. Did you check it again if it's already aligned? Perhaps, you have zoomed a lot on it or didn't you?
2085  Economy / Gambling / Re: Kryptogamers Hive No KYC Casino on: February 17, 2023, 09:31:50 AM
from these two answers I conclude that it is likely that this casino is right not asking for KYC for betting and when wanting to withdraw funds from the casino.
but if later there is a problem or the casino suspects unusual activity on the account KYC will be requested. is my statement true?

if it's true it has become a natural thing. because in other casinos that don't ask for KYC if there is any suspicious activity on a certain customer's account, they will usually ask for KYC to solve the problem.

but if my statement is wrong please let me know.
I think that it's already verified and cleared that they've answered that it's not possible for them to ask KYC. Only if some authorities that asks for specific detail of yours from their casino, they'll hand it over to them. But as said, they don't have much request from authorities and up to date, they only got one. Well, this is based on the answer that the owner/rep has said on the #2. It's interesting to see that they're a privacy friendly casino just as what the answers they have provided above.
2086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiteClub.io | Solana blockchain, PvP platform, Flip, Dice, RPS and more+ on: February 17, 2023, 08:15:09 AM
Welcome here, I think it's better to name the tab whenever someone visits biteclub into BiteClub instead of Degen Games. You only have three options to login and those are with different wallets that can be connected to biteclub. Looking at the website, you seem don't accept bitcoin yet.
At the same time, if you've been operating for 12 months, you should have some easy FAQ page where everyone can understand the login, deposits/withdrawals and other stuff related to your games.
2087  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do if bitcoin crash? on: February 16, 2023, 11:39:18 PM
If bitcoin crash today, what will be your fate? Poor or rich. Most people on the platform have submitted all their life savings to bitcoin investment.
I am one of those people that have most of my life savings in the form of bitcoin. It's a bet of my lifetime that will surely change my life or should I say that it has already changed my life and that's why I'm trusting more bitcoin as my investment and put a lot on it than saving it on a bank that will just take inflation's hit.

There was once a man in my area who sold his house to invest in a local platform called BARAZAR in 4 months missive the so-called BARAZAR was shoot down and now he does not have a cottage.
Well, comparing that investment to bitcoin, we can conclude that bitcoin is totally out of this world and far from that sketchy name that man has invested.

So I ask again if bitcoin crashed today what will be your description rich or poor?
I'll still be in good condition I guess as I've got other investments that are already quite good and making me money.
2088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How was Bitcoin mining done in the early days? on: February 16, 2023, 10:45:18 PM
You run it on an old PC and mine it and you're good to go, that's how easy it was before because of the difficulty wasn't really a thing before. But as time passes, when many have discovered and how interesting it was to mine bitcoin then difficulty have increased overtime.
And that's why you can no longer mine it on a typical PC/desktop setup these days. But if you're looking to mine with the same thing as before, there are altcoins that you can mine with CPU but do not expect them to be that much valuable if you want to try.
2089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Doxxed team can help a new gambling platform? on: February 16, 2023, 07:53:28 PM
I really don't think being doxxed had any major role to play on the management team of a casino because just as most users have also stated here, there have been casinos who had their team doxxed but still ended up a failed project.
To me what really matters theost is staying transparent at all time and doing what is right and I also think that th
I agree, there are casinos that even having a verified team, they're not exempted to failure. Being transparent is what most gamblers want, we want to know the current status of a casino if ever some issues have been brought about them. Like, they're going to give some statements or thoughts on what really is their standing just to give assurance to their customers that there's nothing to be worried about. Although we hear it a lot whenever some issues are being experienced but with such resources, we can tell if they're transparent or not.
2090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling problem on: February 16, 2023, 06:50:20 PM
Nice share, thank you so much OP!

This is the just what I was looking for. A colleague has been battling gambling addiction and now I have shared the link with him. In the coming weeks I will be speaking to high school kids on the danger of gambling addicition and the articles in the blog section will coming in handy in helping me prepare adequately for my presentation.
I hope that your colleague will be able to overcome his problem in gambling and good luck to your speaking engagement. It's necessary to have such talks that will help the younger ones these days on what are the effects of being addicted in gambling.
They can gamble as much as they want but they have to understand what will be the outcome if they cannot control themselves.
2091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin is suitable and reliable for staking? on: February 16, 2023, 05:53:32 PM
BNB and Tezos XTZ are my choices but I prioritize BNB.

If I choose a risky altcoin for staking, it's Terra Classic $LUNC. That token had months in the hell and in future, I really expect it to rise in 2024 or 2025 altcoin bull season. BNB is better because it is less risky but if you look for chance to have things like x20, x50, it's $LUNC.
The same choice, I'm into BNB and bought a handful of it when it dropped. I know that many doesn't like Lunc but I understand anyone who's going and willing to bet for it while buying a few bucks for it.

With BNB, I expect the token to move to about $2000 or $3000 in 2024 and 2025 bull run. If all attacks against Binance, BNB and BUSD in coming months fail, the token will have a very big bull run in future.
It's also having like an Ethereum run who follows bitcoin nowadays. I'm also expecting it for some push but maybe after the halving just as what everyone anticipates to happen for the majority of the crypto in the market.
2092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I think it will be good to advertised bitcoin and crypto currency in out blog pa on: February 15, 2023, 11:35:16 PM
because we can tell our follower's more about crypto currency in the way that can understand more about the bitcoin investment platform
Bitcoin and an investment platform are too different things. Although we understand that bitcoin is the actual investment but if it's about a platform, there could be other places where the readers you're educating might lead. And with this stuff, it's the reason why some have been misled by those authors and content creators because they're inserting those sponsorships that they're advertising for their readers/viewers to get directed with.
E.g: Exchanges, wallets, etc.
2093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chasing losses - Double down bet or Bet twice? on: February 15, 2023, 10:41:51 PM
What do you typically do when you are on chasing loss situation?
Crazy things such as betting with all that I've got and having that yolo mindset. It's hard to make that whenever I'm in tough situation in gambling because I want to chase my losses, my emotions are too high and it's uncontrollable.
I want to get as much as return as I want as soon as possible and that makes sense for me to bet one in a blow and play by having a yolo mentally for which sometimes ending up good but mostly, not.
Going all in is never been ideal whether you are dealing with investment, how much more with gambling?  Cry

If you dont like to experience or suffer more deeper losses then you shouldn't be having this kind of habit but if you do have the money something needs to be burnt then its your choice.
Sometimes its really our emotions that do drives us to make some crazy moves and decisions in life.

So its a personal choice whether on how you do make out your bets.
It's really not an ideal thing but if you are in the situation, as I've said that we can do crazy things and those are just a few from the lot possibilities that you can do.
Well, you're all right that it's a matter of personal choice and we're all grown ups to understand what will be the potential outcome of it. We just can expect that it might quite good at the end but then the result varies.

2096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: February 14, 2023, 11:38:38 PM
G2 made it look easy for their bracketing up to the finals. Congratulations on them! Still props to Heroic.
Sure it is, it is like 21 straight rounds before they lost to Heroic in inferno. That is a big achievement. They took Katowice in a breeze. They did not even break a sweat. They proved that they deserved to be the top team in CS GO right now. Congrats to them.
Yeah, no debate that they deserve what they've got and it's another piece of history that they've made. I think after transitioning to CSGO, it was one of the greatest rounds that I've seen for a team having almost no lose at all but 1.

Signing him was truly one of the best deal that G2 has ever made. And with his age, there's still a lot way to go for the team. We all know that in esports including CSGO, that these young talents have got better eye and hand coordination until they get old. Well, he's such truly a child prodigy.

A perfect move if you ask me. At first I was doubting him but he proved to be really strong with the right mentoring. With Niko and Hunter on his side, he will go very far. Can't wait to see him play his next tournament.
He will without a doubt going far with this career whether he stays with G2 or not, there will be other teams that will surely want to scout him and take him in their teams. This is the common approach in esports, the younger the talent is, the better coordination and fast reaction with mind and body as it gets which is vital in esports like CSGO.
2097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible, what can I do to achieve it? - (For personal research) - on: February 14, 2023, 10:29:55 PM
It really depends on the view of the government and that sets to the higher officials in the agencies where they're assigned especially related to finance matters of the country. What I can see is that not really all of them are optimistic about bitcoin but they just want to source out some taxes from it. So, either they like it or they have no option because their people are already on it. Whilst for those countries that have been vocal about their crypto adoption, they're seeing the posivity of it that it will create a huge billion dollar market and they don't want to be seen late on it.
And with your plan of trying to spread the word in a country where it is banned, I think you really have to deal with this hardship or if else caught, you'll be taking the consequence of it. I think the best start is to know the other people that are also in crypto in your area and make a small community from there.
2098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers theory on BEGINNERS LUCK. on: February 14, 2023, 09:22:49 PM
Some gamblers certainly get overwhelmed by the first time win and go all in the habit of gambling.
Well, I can't agree more with that. It's certainly is when someone who's new to gambling and managed to win for the first time of their bets. Who wouldn't even be encouraged when you just tried it out and you've been winning already? The idea will stuck on your mind that you're the luckiest person living and that's why you'll be back again soon to gamble and by the time you come back, that's where the reality will sink in that gambling isn't just all about winning with first tries but also dealing with the losses that mostly come to everyone.
2099  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What would you do if your family spent more time on social media on: February 14, 2023, 08:11:20 PM
Be attentive and talkative to them. That's all you need to do to naturally remove them from that chain of being focused in social media. It really consumes a lot of time and they're thinking that attention in the social media is the most important thing. They're building the thought that social attention through these media is what's going to make them satisfied but no. It's just a way to have social validation from the rest of the world that's also part of that social media. If the strategy won't work, I agree to the suggestion to force of blocking all of those websites just to control them temporarily. But I am sure that someday they'll realize that their lives shouldn't just rotate through social media and they have to remove those toxins from being addicted on it. Detoxifying it through being inactive is what they'll have as a resort.
2100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling safer than before ? on: February 13, 2023, 10:56:40 PM
Do you think gambling in old days is more safe than our days now?
You already have answered this question through the speculation of what happened there. If that victim has just gambled online while staying at the comfort of his home then nothing severe will happen. But these crimes will do really come when someone is known to have bunch of money and those suspects are really pursuing to make a crime, so when an online gambler comes out and he bragged it online on how much he have won. There's a tendency that some robbers might attack him for being showy on how much money he've got when he gambled. Online gambling is safer physically but you just can't predict these things to come.
