1421  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can anyone Predict What's going on crypto market? on: June 07, 2023, 01:31:04 AM
Everyone is free to predict what possibly can happen to the market but its main thing is about how precise or close to the actual happening they will be. It won't be 100% right but at least with those close calls, there are people that can guess them precisely. You'll see left and right those predictions and you'll be unsure to say if they're right or wrong and that's why you don't make someone's prediction as the basis of your investing decision. It's much better to have your own assumption and analysis to the market rather than be dependent on them because no matter how good, interesting and intriguing their predictions are, the market will always be unpredictable.
1422  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Introducing Echangere a brand new Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Cryptocurrency Marketplace on: June 06, 2023, 11:03:12 PM
It's just a first impression and that's what usually we get from viewing a website for the very first time. And I'm glad that you're open with these comments, they're not harsh at all but just speaking for the reality of what we think about your website. I'm sure that you've worked a lot and hard on this project and I wish you all the best for it and I wish that you'll do well on this very crowded market where benefits and fees have been different from platforms to platforms just to attract more users on them. Now that you've launched, I think you're also planning for some marketing but with budget constraints, maybe you'll do it on a natural way but that's not going to be easy so good luck.
We know they are not meant to be harsh, we just felt like adding a bid of context to the situation. Your first impressions are very appreciated in order for us to improve the platform. Thank you for the kinds wishes and feedback, it is really appreciated.
You're welcome and thank you as well. It's because that when people give some review, feedback or criticism to what others have worked hard for, they feel that they're being attacked and people are harsh on them but you're not.

In terms of marketing then we are indeed on a limited budget, so the road ahead is not easy like you say.
Yeah but if you come up with something, you gotta do it when you think that you're ready for it.

We still hope to welcome you on Echangere Smiley
Don't worry. Thanks for advance welcoming.
1423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should cryptocurrency be banned in a country with a population of 240 million? on: June 06, 2023, 09:40:01 PM
You're doing the right thing of keeping it to a hardware wallet because you'll never know what will happen in the future and there have been news about stealing of funds through known software and multicurrency wallets like in Atomic. The government of Pakistan or any government that don't see the good thing about Bitcoin and cryptos really aren't gonna be convinced by anyone who would speak good about it to them.
There's some force that's trying to make them decide that it shouldn't be adopted no matter what. But just as those countries before that have implemented a ban on Bitcoin, later on that will change for sure.
1424  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to Hodl or buy the Dip? on: June 06, 2023, 11:55:27 AM
at the price of $25k do you think it is a good opportunity to Hodl or buy the Dip in the current market?
Yes.
The market is like a roller coaster, we're seeing that it's down now then you know what's gonna be next and that's gonna be the upside. We'll be having the halving by next year so as the bull run will be followed by then if we'll based on the market cycle. But it all sums on what are the prices you think are affordable to you. $25k could be a good price when the holder aims to have it sold at $50k or more. And if you are undecided, much better to just follow the DCA approach.
1425  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance crisis - how will it affect the crypto market? on: June 06, 2023, 09:09:38 AM
- The media reported about layoffs at Binance. Bitcoin exchange Binance has begun laying off staff. Presumably, the percentage of laid-off staff will be 20%, reported reporter Colin Wu, citing his own sources.
I have been checking their careers page and with this layoff, they've got a lot of hirings on their website but this is across all over the world and includes remote positions.

These and many other negative news stories, about the world's largest exchange, have been in the air for months. Question:
- In your opinion, is this a consequence of increased pressure on China by the U.S.?
I don't know if there is something to do with it. US has been known to be too strict with their ruling regards to these exchanges and isn't that Binance already expressed their disinterest to operate with their US market?

- What will the problems of Binance lead to for crypto market and crypto users?
I guess more with the market manipulation. Because with such news we have already seen how quick the market has reacted. Other than that, it's more with their exchange and trust issues whether their users will be quick to withdraw their funds just as seeing the news that CZ/binance has been sued.
1426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People are giving too much importance to exchanges on: June 06, 2023, 07:55:24 AM
6 months ago, my savings went down because of the FTX debacle. I've never used FTX, I've never been a customer of this company, but my savings are in BTC, and because of that failure, BTC's value went down, and so went my savings.

Today, bis repetita. I've never used Binance. I've never been a customer of this company, but because the SEC sues Binance, BTC is down, and so are my savings, so I have a message to all bitcoiners out there.

Exchanges and BTC are 2 different things. One exchange going down doesn't mean BTC must follow.
Binance will disappear? I don't give a damn.
As much as I don't want to see the fall of Binance because of how vast the users of it, there will be a lot of users that will be affected definitely. But you're right that these exchange debacles shouldn't be affecting the market but that's it. We can't do anything about it when the community and market reacts and that's why for every news that comes out negatively then there it goes, the market reacts negatively. And as opposite, when there are some good news that's happening to these exchanges then the market will react opposely, positively. I guess that this is the permanent thing on this market and space, we get to see debacles after debacles and market movers and influences that touches and moves the price of Bitcoin.
1427  Economy / Services / Re: How do I find a Client that paid for A Job and Disappeared? on: June 05, 2023, 11:51:34 PM
There is no other way of contacting them in other messaging app but only through that Telegram account they've used to message you. If they've paid in advance just to get you work out and then the remaining balance when the work is fully done and complete, that's the typical contract that freelancers does and I guess that's the concern rather than the other one. Regardless of that, keep them informed on that account they've used to message you and what's the situation that both of you are experiencing and the terms that you've agreed with.

Isn't it that Telegram accounts have number? Do you see their contact number there? and how long you've been waiting for them? I guess that's the only way aside from chatting them on that username so if it's visible on your end their contact phone number and if you want to contact them that is pretty much the way.
1428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Self custody will always win on: June 05, 2023, 10:33:52 PM
That ain't cool, those that think it's cool that he got sued and he's operating in the US as illegal operation. There's no way that these people are in their right minds thinking that it's cool. We want him to be one of the people to shape up the future as he's got the influence but if he's acting like that, there will be problems that we have to deal in the future and he might be the one to start it out.

He can one day decide to go greedy, Bitcoin was created to be under no man's control or power, we should start using Bitcoin the right way.
We'll never know but we've seen several exchanges collapsed and yes, if he becomes crazy and greedy, we'll never know when it is. That's why those that still has Bitcoin there or any asset that they're letting sit into his exchange because of the earn feature, that's one reason why they're keeping it there.
1429  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: IS ATOMIC WALLET HACK OR SCAM? 🔴 Immediately Withdraw your Funds on: June 05, 2023, 08:06:36 PM
I feel sorry for the cryptocurrency investors that make use of this Atomic wallet due to their habit of choosing easy-to-use wallets over security, not even a cryptocurrency wallet that was hacked twice in a roll and also not open source.
Maybe it is always an inside job of the wallet development team.
It's because these wallets are marketed as an easy to use wallet but technically, they're not mentioning that they're a closed source although it's mentioned on their FAQ but it's a discussion that they wouldn't speak to their users as it may not seem look important to them.
This is why I said people should start considering choosing a secure wallet over an easy-to-use crypto wallet and I can say almost the same thing applied to all the so-called multi-crypto wallets.
I don't see Atomic wallet to be open source.
Yeah, Atomic Wallet is a closed source and now that this issue has gone viral and they've got millions of users. It's good to see that many is becoming aware of their issue and will for sure going to leave them. Whatever will be the result of the investigation it will only lead on one thing and that's their reputation has gone now.

I second this, but if the wallet team have something shady going on, they will not admit it if there's no evidence to prove that. Sadly for the victims because they have little to no chance of getting their lost coins back.
No theft will admit that they robbed and that's why even with reputation or none, if they're into this, there will be no admission unless big time investigation has proved them then that's the time that they'll have no escape of admitting it.

From what I've learned, users were hacked through social engineering and when they reached a specific number of victims they decided to pull the plug. Basically, these hackers had private keys of random accounts for months before deciding to steal everything.
Possible but I'll wait for those on going investigations if they'll end up with this conclusion or with an inside job.
1430  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Tips on crypto investment on: June 05, 2023, 06:47:53 PM
As a matter of fact, it's very unsafe to depend on a single coin.
Not to Bitcoin.

In otherwords, invest into more than one token by spreading your investment into potential coins but be careful not to invest into pump and dump coins. Above all, make sure to maintain risk management in which ever crypto asset you are investing in.
I get this and it's more of being concerned and to diversify. It's a good strategy but you don't have to diversify a lot. I've seen people that have been following this strategy but then, when you get to see that strategy followed by them. You might be disappointed because they do follow a lot of communities and altcoins and it's not the type of diversification that you may want to see on them but on me, I don't do that.
1431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Atomic Wallet hacked! Get your funds out now! on: June 05, 2023, 09:39:33 AM
One of the victims said that he's into cybersecurity and he didn't know what happened but AFAIK, the funds were sent back to the victims CMIIW.
Knowing that a guy who's profession is into cybersecurity lost his funds onto this wallet, this losses their credibility and even before this incident has happend this is a common thing for most non custodial wallets. And that is to never leave your huge funds there, I can't imagine having millions worth of crypto and storing it on a wallet like this. Maybe they're just confident because they've been using it for years but for an added security, I think they're aware that they should have used something better and a more secured wallet with a small investment needed for the purchase of it and that's a hardware wallet.
1432  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Introducing Echangere a brand new Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Cryptocurrency Marketplace on: June 04, 2023, 11:55:22 PM
Welcome to the forum, this is a very simple website. I was disappointed to see that you've built this for three years and it's like still unfinished. And I think that it's a bad idea to put that membership and benefits by paying those annual fee. While most of the P2P markets don't have this, they're going on with these benefits based on how much volume you're giving to them and as well as the KYC level that you're going to comply. But yours is different, you're still new and I know that there's a free version you've got but it's just something that one will be off looking at those ranking overviews. Not that unique but you're still new and who knows if how many people will try to buy that out if there's a free version from you and from other reputable P2P markets and exchanges.
I am sorry to hear you think the website is unfinished, while it is true that it is still a work in progress, then everything is made from scratch, we do not use any third-parties unlike many other services. As stated in the post my father is/was working a full-time job and I doing full-time school. If we did not do this part-time, development would have been quicker, but Echangere was made on long days, weekends and vacations. If you create an account and give the platform a try, then you will see there is a lot more to the platform when you are logged in.
On ranks then yes our approach is different compared to others, we want to give everybody the possibility to have the best benefits and the best way we see that happing is an annual fee that everybody can afford.
We hope to welcome you on Echangere Smiley

Looks like the one that has 76k subscribers are into affiliate and earns from the commission for the signs up that he produces to that casino. But regardless of that, I see the concern that goes mostly for many channels not just those one and these bots that there are too many scammers in Telegram and that's a fact. I think that if someone who's active in Telegram and uses and downloads usually a bot, I agree to Bitbender that we should be mindful when we download stuff there.

It is all business as usual, they wanted to bait people into signing under their referrals in hopes that they can catch whales gambler.
Yeah, this is what I am seeing on this but there's always the trick that these people does so that they can filter and get the most active referral that they get.
1434  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: IS ATOMIC WALLET HACK OR SCAM? 🔴 Immediately Withdraw your Funds on: June 04, 2023, 08:27:20 PM
What is the difference from that from example an wallet like Exodus?
I got quite a lot of money right now at Exodus.
Should I be worried?
Both of them are closed sourced multi-wallets and has history that users reported to have lost funds. If you've got a lot of money into these wallets, it's recommended to have it on a hardware wallet rather than these wallets. Not to scare you out but if you've got Bitcoin there, it's better to move it on Electrum, Wasabi or Samourai wallet while you're waiting for the delivery of your hardware wallet.

I feel sorry for the cryptocurrency investors that make use of this Atomic wallet due to their habit of choosing easy-to-use wallets over security, not even a cryptocurrency wallet that was hacked twice in a roll and also not open source.

1435  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: doing extra effort will help a lot on: June 04, 2023, 12:31:23 PM
There are times that you have to give up when your effort is really going nowhere. I do understand being pursuing and persevere to what you're working on but this do depends on what you work. In the sense of trading and making money in crypto, this is where everyone is going to be different. There goes those successful traders that had their start very well while the others didn't. So, if the thing you're in for crypto don't work, try something else because the range of what we've got in crypto is really wide. Like as an example, maybe trading isn't for you but investing and being a holder is for you.
1436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction fees are too high, obstacle for adoption and in general on: June 04, 2023, 09:40:57 AM
On 2017, the fees were much higher than what we're expecting and everyone has survived that phase. While on this phase, the fees has gotten lower and we'll surely survive on it. We've got no choice but to pay for whatever the network is suggesting us to pay. There are wallets that have a lot of BTCs where it's collectively gained by the owner of it so the size of that transaction upon doing the transfer is much higher thus, fee goes up. With those cases, there's no option but this is the reality that we're facing. It could be or couldn't be sustainable but Bitcoin has faced a lot of challenges before and so this one as well and I am sure that we'll pass on this one.
1437  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is chipmixer .be legit or fake on: June 03, 2023, 09:48:45 PM
Hi
is btc mixer chipmixer .be legit or fake since i heard that original chipmixer .com seized by FBI
You knew it that the real one has been taken down by the government and that's why anything that comes out with the same name but with different domain, they're all fake and trying to phish some of the gullible people. Maybe there are still those folks that have funds there and trying to acquire their funds that's stuck there but due to the seizing, it was left there. The trickery is maybe telling these people that they can recover and send it back to them unless they pay a fee or it's simply just portraying as the legit one and anything that's deposited there is gone forever.
1438  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: When they does push the button of Bullrun? on: June 03, 2023, 11:22:53 AM
. So stop thinking about the whales and exchanges, instead think on adding more btc to your wallet.
I can't let to not think them because both is always make the price dump.
I guess you're seeing those whale alert tweets and that's making you wonder that they're really a big thing. But no, you observe again when there are huge transfers from exchanges to an unknown wallet or from an unknown wallet going to an exchange. There's nothing new with these and just set your mind that these are normal occurrence in the market that has to be done by anyone else. Before I was like that and I give meaning with such moves but then, as the market matures, you'll get to see that these transfers are just normal and nothing significant to think of. Because whether we're in a bull or bear run, this happens.

If you are a bitcoin investors, learn about its halving and four year cycles and use your money to DCA it.
Right, what we have to mind is the cycle and the upcoming halving. I guess if someone is looking for a sign then that's the sign that we're nearly gonna see the bull run again and that's every time Bitcoin halves or after it.
1439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The effect of Bitcoin on children on: June 03, 2023, 08:19:07 AM
While it sounds like a good story. We don't really have an idea in remote places on how many people are there are keeping with such trend and technology and even in investments. That's why when I go on different places, I am avoiding to judge the people there because you'll never know that they're more knowledgeable or rich ones that just migrated there because of the ambiance that they want. In my local, that's what people do, they strive and work hard and then save and after they're all set, they retire and go to remote places where they can breath some fresh air without having to worry what they're going to eat because they're able to save and got instruments of passive income that generates them money easily. I wish that the father really is into Bitcoin because it's also possible that he's just obsessed with Bitcoin and optimistic about it but never invested.
Limitations do not prevent a person from keeping up with the times. of course there is a certain purpose even though living in a village that is left behind to keep up with technological developments. on the other hand, by having knowledge about bitcoin, the child's father has the desire to pass it on to his child so that he is not left behind like his village. we can imagine if you want to make a transaction, of course you will go outside the village to look for a signal. It's different with retired people, where indeed they already have knowledge in their life and want to live quietly in the countryside to enjoy their old age, so it was easier for him to access the internet and keep up with the times.
Yes, but the situation of them makes it us judge sometimes based on the location. Those people that I've mentioned that also looking to live in remote places and outside the metro are also starting to get young. The stress that's giving from the jobs that we work and things that we deal with wanting all ages to take some fresh air. That's why moving from city to rural areas is becoming a norm for many people but it's true, the knowledge and keeping up with the trend doesn't stop everyone even they're living in far places.

Regarding your questions about an investment program, we currently do not have any plans to introduce such a program. At [banned mixer], we have ample reserve funds to ensure fast bitcoin mixing processing, making an investment program unnecessary at this time.

However, we are constantly working on enhancing privacy. While we are unable to disclose specific details at this moment, we are excited to announce that these upcoming features will elevate online and crypto privacy to a whole new level. As soon as we have significant updates to share, we will notify everyone. Stay tuned for the exciting developments ahead!
This is good to hear that unijoin is stand alone and has its own way of enhancing its privacy and doesn't need any investment because there's sufficient fund to cover everything. Although the idea of what other members have brought really are good ideas. We'll wait for this upgrade that you've mentioned which will put privacy into another new level. It has now left the thought on what it could be but then, it's all on you and we'll tune in for that.  Smiley
