2121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been able to resist? on: January 22, 2019, 12:38:36 PM
Have you been able to resist the addiction and not let gambling consume you?
Yup! For me it was only a simple task do because I'm not the addicted type of gambler and besides I'm only playing occasionally due to busy sched making me less hooked in playing games. Being miserly helps me somehow also — I'm a kind of person that prefers saving than spending. That attitude leads me to develop my self control every time I place a bet.

2122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: January 22, 2019, 11:28:54 AM
Also, tonight Klay Thompson bring his A game and only miss one 3 point shot on the 10 of 11 shooting.
Yeah! He's the lead scorer having 44 points, what an outstanding performance Shocked. It seems that Warriors get even stronger after Cousins is now able to play for their team. They are now completely an All Star Team (looks unfair for other teams but they can't do anything about it). Let's see if Lebron and the youngsters could be able to stop them in their next match, I can't wait to watch it.

Does somebody laugh out loud after Curry's slip and 3 point miss? For sure he will be a candidate for Shaqtin a Fool Grin.
2123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble or think it's a waste of money and time? on: January 22, 2019, 09:24:10 AM
do not set limits for the purpose of gambling. it will only imprison you. the point is you have a special allocation of funds in gambling. which is not contaminated by funds from other needs in your life.
For me, that was still not a valid reason to continue gambling addiction. It's right to have an allocated fund for gambling but saying that you still choose to spend it all despite of becoming aware to the fact that you are already losing then that's not a good attitude anymore. Your possible losses can be already used to help the needy, imagine the joy it might bring to them.
The bottomline is that you're are still wasting money whether you can afford it or not, much better if you will invest it on more purposeful things.

Self-control is still important of despite the ability of affording things.
2124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC FN 143: Dillashaw vs Cejudo Prediction and Info Thread on: January 22, 2019, 12:28:04 AM
<snip>
Did you beat on Cejudo then?  Grin. Cejudo is a beast, bring on Mighty Mouse again.

I also heard the news that Cejudo beat Dillashaw, I forgot to watch their fight because I pay my attention to Pacquiao vs Broner fight Grin. Anyway, I can't believe that Cejudo could be able to beat Dillashaw, and take note, only a Round 1 KO (I thought Dillashaw will dominate their fight). This is definitely not only a lucky day for him, he just proved to us that he is also a strong competitor and deserved to be a champ. Before, Johnson was beaten by him, and now, Dillashaw; that's a very hard task. Quite impressive Smiley.

Instead of a Rematch with Mighty Mouse, I'm more interested if he will fight a new contender and I vote for Benavidez.
2125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: January 21, 2019, 12:15:22 PM
What will you do if after losing several times in gambling, you are left with only small amount of money and that money will be for your fuel or for transportation, will you still continue with the little you are left with? What if you lose?
Hmm, you ask but you counter it with another question which is not favorable to it. So I guess you now know what my answer is Grin. I'll say a big NO.

The scenario presented above is an example of Greed at its finest. A person with that kind of mindset is very brave and moron at the same time. He is willing to give his very last shot even there's a possibility of going home with nothing if he lose, that was a strong move but not a smart one. That is an all or nothing situation which also means dead or alive, I'm amazed at some point but definitely not admirable. For me, losing is normal and there's nothing to be ashamed of because it's more shameful if your friends and family now look to you as a hopeless person.
2126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: January 21, 2019, 10:35:21 AM

Me too, Floyd will not take the risk of lossing his undefeated record to Manny. Though talking about money, if the two fighters fight again for a rematch then it would definitely break all records.
Maybe a yes, maybe a no. It is a yes in a sense that people are still expecting that the rematch (if ever) between the two of them will be now on fire and action packed so more people tend to buy tickets resulting to a solf out. On the other hand, their rematch will not be a blockbuster because some of us already knew that there's a chance again for a boring match which is only full of runs and clinching.

Well, it still depends on one's perspective but if I will be asked then I go for "No Rematch" because the level of excitement for their match is quite low compare to match ups. For sure that many spectators will get disappointed in the end and I don't want it fo happen.
2127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: January 20, 2019, 12:35:26 PM
<snip>
Manny Pacquiao is a senator of philippines and has a millions if not billions of assets so i guess this is more enough for him to just chase a money than dignity,he has enough wealth just to let his moral gone by letting Mayweather punched him or even go for fight and be lose.if theres one thing Manny wants before retirement that is to prove the whole world of his capacity and skill that in some point in life Filipino will disgrace a american boxer giving the first lose of his entire career..and i wanna see mayweather lay on the floor with just a punch from Pacquiao lol
There's no issue with Manny as we confirmed in his interview after his fight that he is always open for negotiating a rematch with Floyd, the only question is that is even Floyd willing to do the same? IMO, I don't think so because as we look on his face a while ago, he doesn't have any reaction after Manny said those lines including the tease from the crowd.

I'm not expecting a rematch anymore but still hoping. I'm more excited if Manny will fight Maidana or Crawford.
2128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: January 20, 2019, 07:28:13 AM

When Pacman fights we expect knockout every time, if one fighter don't engage its not going to be fun to watch. Broner keeps watching the rounds to end. The fuck is that!

It's because his game plan is to counter Manny. There are rounds that Broner is successful with his swift counter right with Manny throws his jab.
But unfortunately, most of his punches only landed on Manny's arm (due to speed difference) which we can't consider a big point for him. I think if Broner also become aggressive with few dirty boxing then he might have a chance of winning.

Once again, congrats to Manny Pacquiao for successfully defending his WBA Welterweight title (if I'm not mistaken). Filipinos are very proud of you Smiley.

2130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Cryptocurrency One Big Ponzi Scheme? on: January 20, 2019, 12:59:23 AM
The basic underlying idea behind the use and creation of cryptocurrency is to present financial freedom to everybody no matter where you find yourself in this world. But the volatile nature of these digital currencies got me thinking, what if the whole idea of blockchain and cryptocurrency is just one giant Ponzi Scheme?
That was only a what if but it's not. Yes! Crypto or btc to be more specific can be used in Ponzi schemes but it doesn't mean that the creation of it was intended for those matter or any fraudulent activity in the first place. Of course it was for the good of us, however there are just people who use it for satisfying their greed which is very sad to know.
Within a short period of time, there have been about thousands of cryptocurrencies created. Majority of these digital currencies are either trying to solve problems of a particular cryptocurrency by presenting solutions they think can help improve financial freedom. This usually gets me wondering and thinking.
I see your point. Some of ICOs are legit, some are scam; some have a nice platform, some are just for the sake of pumping and dumping. It's now up to you on how will you look to those coins and whether you will trust them or not.
2131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: January 19, 2019, 10:57:53 AM
Anyone seen this news?

https://news.abs-cbn.com/video/sports/01/18/19/labang-pacquiao-vs-broner-sa-las-vegas-di-pa-sold-out

The report says that the tickets hasn't sold out as compare to Pacman's previous fight. Is this the sign that boxing fans is not interested or Pacman drawing power is dwindling?
This doesn't do anything with Pacman's charisma to his fans or the last minute rush so I guess the reason behind this is that many people are just not interested to Pacquiao vs Broner fight. In my honest opinion, even me can't feel the intensity between two of them unlike during Pacman's classic fights with the Mexicans in his prime days. I don't know what's wrong? Maybe Broner not made an exciting match up for Manny.
2132  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ten Years... on: January 19, 2019, 10:12:20 AM
10 years from na gusto ko may stable na pinagkakakitaan na ko at stable na rin ang pamilya ko, sana sa tulong ng crypto currency at makaangat kami sa kahirapan ng buhay. Tingin ko amn lahat tayo un ang pangarap
Oops, if you are expecting to have a stable source of income through crypto then I think this is impossible since the market naturally fluctuates (sometimes you're in the top and somtimes in the bottom). So do not only depend on this, yes you can uplift your life by earning crypto but I guess not enough to sustain your whole family unless you hoard btc in its cheap days and hodl until now. You should still find a job where you can make a decent salary and set your coins as a supporting asset Smiley.
2133  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BEARISH MARKETS on: January 19, 2019, 06:09:23 AM
@NavI_027, take note that his questions was last year May 2018, and we all know that the market worsen or shall I say just traded sideways and then plummeted in November.
Oh! I overreacted and suddenly jump on giving a reply without even looking on the date of his post Grin. That's a clumsy move of mine, sorry.
2134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BEARISH MARKETS on: January 19, 2019, 02:57:05 AM
Will there truly be another bearish market in July?  Huh
Is there an event in July which could possibly make the price drop by that time? What is it? Or this is just another fearless forecast? Roll Eyes

If I were you, I'll just let how the market flows and adapt based on the current market status we have right now. Avoid discomforting yourself from the FUDs or any negative vibes you hear from the others. If the price crashed once again then be thankful and if the opposite happens then be more thankful. Our future is a mystery and let it be, I know that there's nothing wrong of predicting it but if it already costs you fear and disconfort then stop it for your own sake.
2135  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which crypto job is right for you on: January 19, 2019, 12:01:45 AM
There are is a form of earning even here in the forum it's called signature campaign it's part of the numerous ways one earnings from bounty hunting once you have meet the requirements above newbie rank then you can where signature and participate in bounty
Here is link to bounty section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0
Majority of us already know that and probably the newbies do too (that is usually one of their reasons why they enter here). Nevertheless, thanks for sharing. I appreciate it Smiley.

You're right! Sig campaign is a crypto-related job but for me this is not as professional as the examples in the link given above. Sig campaign and bounties could be a job for the others but it shouldn't be (IMO). You should only set this as a source of extra money or a weekly task while studying here and still find a more decent job base on what educational degree you have.
2136  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto reinvestment without withdrawal to fiat on: January 18, 2019, 12:49:07 PM
I'm a little bit confused. So are you saying that there are other ways of investing money to gambling sites except from the usual set up of bringing some money and try to push your luck in their games? How?
Yes, what he said is correct. You can look for casino's who offers bankroll investment like bitvest since you are part of their campaign. They offer investment, you just need to understand the rules that they implement when it regards to the return/profit.

Ah I see. Thanks for the info, probably I will be interested on that if I found out that they accept even small amounts only because that's what I can afford only.
2137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin/USDT, Coin/ETH, Coin/BTC which one is better ? or all is good ? on: January 18, 2019, 12:34:42 PM
In recent time ethereum is not in a good position so buy bitcoin is the best option for you. I believe in near future bitcoin price will rise.

Yeah! This is the best thing to do. Hold your eth for now because currently it drops hard Sad. I thought it will pump once the hard fork was implemented but I guess I'm wrong.

So if you have a plan of buying crypto then use btc or the cash you used as much as possible for you to preserve the value of your eth holdings.
2138  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Lending in the forum on: January 18, 2019, 08:12:48 AM
I visited your thread on the Lending section and it looks like you aleady have a bunch of customers, congrats. I also want to say that you are doing a great job on doing reviews on the credibility of your customers and their ability to pay back. Wishing you all the best and good luck to your business kabayan Smiley.
2139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shill me your favorite crypto right now on: January 18, 2019, 04:00:17 AM
If you had U$ 700 to spend on cryptos, what would you buy right now?

Blatantly shill the crypto you wanna see rocketing right now.
I would buy btc and eth of course and the it's very obvious that there's no need to shill these coins anymore since they are already trusted by most of the crypto investors. That's the advantage of investing to old coins, they already build a good foundation over the years so you don't have to worry too much to its bright future.
2140  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto reinvestment without withdrawal to fiat on: January 18, 2019, 02:09:54 AM
There are several ways to reinvest crypto to earn more crypto. Here are some examples:
Breeding: cryptokitties, fishbank, etc.
I already heard about cryptokitties before. For me it was like crypto games in telegram such as CarEth, Cash Zoobot, Dino Park game and others where you need to grow animals and their corresponding hashrate also increases as they grow bigger. You can also invest btc to get higher hashrate which means earning profits is faster. I played this before but until now I'm not sure whether these games are paying or not.
it is possible to invest to gambling, it is not literally investing that you need to gamble your money its means that you will put your money as investor to a gambling site, if you want to invest money then put it on gambling because it is also a good way to invest.
I'm a little bit confused. So are you saying that there are other ways of investing money to gambling sites except from the usual set up of bringing some money and try to push your luck in their games? How?
