Yeah, those games that are RNG are hardly to be cheated on and if there's a chance then that's just a slight one or in a very rare occasion. But those games that are based on skills, we like to get on it because they're based on how good they are. Although for some instances, if it's a PVP type of betting and it's a game where people can abuse and find a way to earn, they'll for sure going to make a way to abuse the game and cheat on it because the system might be foreseen into that situation. Those are like the bugs that's being uncaught and they take advantage of it.
Cheats are a big concern in the PvP sphere, but I think there will be decent products in the future that will have a decent anti-cheat system, which can be a mix between AIs and humans.
I also believe that there will be certain measures that they'll be able to make to avoid those cheaters or gamblers or players to abuse the system or to detect them easily. There will be moments that it will be fun to make and those updates will make everyone want to do PvP in gambling with almost every possible game that we can play with.

For example on esports cheating is very common as is not rare to see top level players cheating by using aim bots or wall hacks which allow them to see their rivals behind walls giving them an unfair advantage, and they even do this when there is money at stake cheating legitimate players of their wins, so I can only imagine that if more PVP games become popular at casinos we will see something similar happening, with cheaters doing everything they can to obtain an unfair advantage.
That's a fact and even in competitive tournaments, there were those players that have tried to attempt it on an official match. But, as think thought that they'll never get caught, well, they do were caught.

2145  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What is the reason behind 90% increase in Coinbase stock coin price ? on: January 30, 2023, 11:41:36 PM
I thought that there has something to do with the email they've sent for all registers that they've got since I've received one. Because I only just looked at the title but didn't opened and there's the title "global" so I assumed that it's related to it but, it doesn't have since it's just all about data collection and new laws that they've got under the laws of United States. Honestly, if looking at the timeframe when COIN was launched, its launching price was $342 and then now, it's $61 gone down to $56.16. But anything that's related to bitcoin just as said by Edward, since it has gone up then that means that everything that's related to it might also increase.

2146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Approximately 384 Days until the next Bitcoin halving on: January 29, 2023, 10:41:49 PM
There's certainty that there's going to be a bullrun in the year 2024 during the halving period but before that time comes, we are not sure of the exact month this may fall into but likely within the first four months of the year 2024, also there's going to be a high volatility in bitcoin price whereby we may experience dip and bull at the same time especially when getting close, the more our chances of making profits if we invest now on bitcoin and hodl for the next bullrun targeted on the coming halving, which means there's no fear for missing out no matter how when that time comes.
I don't have doubts that there is certainly going to have a bull run by 2024. But I think it's better to expect it not during the halving but after the halving period of time. And much better to compare it for most of the past bull runs wherein, the bull run took place after a year of the bull run.
2016 halving ~> 2017 bull run
2020 halving ~> 2020 bull run
2024 halving ~> 20?? bull run

I am assuming that 2025 will be the greater year than of 2024 but, it's very highly likely that we also see the pumps for most of the crypto market by that year.

Many are anticipating that the new ATH will possibly happen in 2025 so yeah, the expectation may create hype and possibly a market pump.
Yeah, it's what everybody is thinking about that ATH might really occur at 2025 while it starts on 2024 just after the halving. And we're not that far with those years because we're already in 2023 and the past halving of 2020 just did passed too quickly and that seemed to so fast because of the pandemic. We've been in locked downs and people tend to have a quicker phase of life because of it and the technology that has been introduced world wide made things looked so easy and fast. I've watched some good analysis that I follow that has basically good feed back from that person and says that this year might really be the test but then, we just have to endure it and then we'll see the glory days again.

This is a legit concern and that's why we don't usually other usual PvP games because of the possibility that the games might be cheated with anyone who has developed some cheats against their opponents. But as for enjoyment, all of them are enjoyable to gamble with but we just have different tastes when it's come to games that we want to play.
And that will always be a problem when it comes to a game of skill, in traditional casino games we know the most important factor is your luck, and as long as the random number generator in which the games are based is a good one then the chances to exploit the game diminish by a substantial level, but when it comes to PvP games in which skill is what matters then it is not difficult for players to find a  way to cheat as whether you win or lose depends on your level of execution, and even software could be made which could do this for you.
Yeah, those games that are RNG are hardly to be cheated on and if there's a chance then that's just a slight one or in a very rare occasion. 2149  Economy / Speculation / Re: Just how bad is the bear demand right now on: January 25, 2023, 11:17:40 PM
Is the Current Bitcoin Bear Market That Bad?
If we've learned from this bear market and the past ones, we can conclude that this current bear market that we're experiencing isn't bad at all compare to the last that everyone experienced on 2018. The difference for these two bear markets are totally a lot and we can say that it's much better to look at this time because it's still 5 digits unlike on the past one which made bitcoin at $3k after hitting $20k. They've got their each share of the percentage losses and if we'll look at how much it had lost, basically, it's totally a lot if it had came from to $69k down to $16k.
And as it swings and enters to $23k and goes back to $22800 then that only means that it's doing good but again, it is volatile and it may surprising go up or down within the next days.
2150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think about web3, metaverse? on: January 24, 2023, 05:59:53 PM
Do you think the coins related to web3 and metaverse are bubbles?
I disagree with this opinion.
It's a bubble until we see it burst. So far, what I can say is about the Metaverse that seems to be done already while Facebook(Meta) launches their project on it but yeah, they're quite late on the party already as the bear market pulled down the trend about it.

I think there's enough potential for improvement, what do you think?
I think it's very interesting to be able to store something valuable in a digital wallet, such as a meta mask, just like keeping items in my own inventory in a game or cartoon.
In every space in the crypto market, everything has the room to be improved but it just so happen that the market isn't focused with what should be improved. Like what you've mentioned, web3 and Metaverse, instead of getting focused on one of it to thrive and then when it's on the top, we can leave it and take time to choose the other one and make it at the top as well. But, it's not doing like that because of the hype that's being created, the highlight that it's getting is too short even if you can see some potential on it.

2152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: January 23, 2023, 10:27:09 AM
His trainers would have definitely advise him on what he must do but yeah, during weigh ins there's still some boxers that do have problem on the actual day.
But on his case, he's been a world champion and has gone through a lot of fights and with this small adjustment, he'll for sure will be good when the weighing in day comes.

They are moving up the weight division, so definitely, his camp knows what they are going into.
They won't decide on this matter if they knew Inoue would have hard time catching up on this weight class.
As it is only 4lbs, would not be difficult for him. So my guess is that Inoue can easily achieve and train on this weight.
Right now, the early odds are favoring Inoue with some of the bookmakers giving him at 1.41.
Though it is too early, but I believe bookie will indeed favor on Inoue for this match.
It's only a few pounds away so the adjustments will be easy on them. And as there's no more challenge on the former division that he's been reigning and dominating, this is a good movement for his further career. It's a wise decision for him and his team to get into this upgrade.
The odds may be in favor of him because the crowd knows how this monster fight. Well, the odds may change as the fight approaches but I think that it won't change a lot and that will definitely close to one and favoring Inoue. So, money on the line and if you guys think that Fulton got what it takes to beat Inoue, think of it and there's an ample time to think of.
2153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: QUESTION: For Gambling Enthusiasts ❗❗ on: January 23, 2023, 08:45:06 AM
I enjoy dice, poker and sports betting. So, that will be a mixed up choice and there's no specific choice for me because with all of them, I'm enjoying.

This is always my concerned. PvP games are more prone to cheating and there's no way we can determine if we are up against a real human.

Like in chess games, there are lots of bots designed here and for average users, no way they can win against a bot.

Maybe the reputation of the platform will be the only basis if we are playing with fair competition in a certain PvP match.
This is a legit concern and that's why we don't usually other usual PvP games because of the possibility that the games might be cheated with anyone who has developed some cheats against their opponents. 2154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Australia launches stablecoin on: January 23, 2023, 07:35:03 AM
Like many others, i do not think that a centralized stable currency will help the entire cause of having a decentralized currency, it might help if the main target is to pump and dump like we are seeing every rally but i really do not like the direction in which the space is moving forward. More control by the government and asset freezing will be the headline in a few years, it will help in countering the scams but privacy is at stake.
When a bank like them joins and creates a stable coin, more centralization will come to the crypto market instead of what it portrays to be decentralized. This has to be expected since the governments are also interested with crypto but, what they like is to have their own and not to rely on what's already been there and made by other developers. We just have to bear the changes that for the market to thrive, it's inevitable that the government will also step in.

My country launched their stablecoin around last year but I haven’t seen any thing that has failed as how that very stablecoin failed, a country that is arresting and seizing asset of its citizens that withdrawals crypto-currency to Fiat can’t expect anything positive to come out from their stablecoin.

In as much as there hasn’t been much news on Australia hate on crypto-currency I still think that any country trying to create their own coin stablecoin or not may have some other motive to it.
There's really the motive on it as why they're making these stable coins or the CBDCs. They have an option to fully centralized it and won't be reliant to the decentralized market of cryptocurrencies.

Still don't understand will CBDC really give new opportunity for tracking money or not. They already can track any bank transfer and card transaction
Just like any centralized currency, they'll for sure have a way to track it. Just as Tether can freeze a wallet, stable coins made by the government can also do so.
2155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This Smells Like Hypocrisy on: January 22, 2023, 11:01:19 PM
They all have the jurisdiction to ban to certain games that they don't like. There must be a cultural reason why only a few of them are allowed to be played and then the others are outright banned. Well, I don't want to dig deeper on it but soon I'll find out the reason personally when I get to fly there for a vacation and try those gambling places that are legally operating. I guess there's a certain reason for that and will end up with the conclusion that due to the usual reason, taxation.
2156  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Was Binance aware of the impending bankruptcy of FTX? on: January 22, 2023, 09:51:22 PM
That's possible, with these whales known each other in real life but in competition for their businesses. I guess that these folks are sharing some details of how their business are doing and they've got a way to closely monitor the finances and status of each other. I don't know, it's just like a private and close door meeting which is like I'm only seeing on the television but happening in real life. But, it can just be that CZ has seen it recently and has stated the actual situation for which FTX chose not to be vocal about it so CZ did spoke for them.
2157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: January 22, 2023, 08:52:05 PM
Yes, there will be some adjustments but the skill and the typical Inoue we know will not change and his attributes will remain, we may even see him upgrade that as well.

I think maybe we can base on others who have move up to different divisions and become successful. As someone pointed out, it's just 4 lbs sound, so it's not that huge jump and even us non boxers who gain 4 lbs in the pandemic might not see the difference after all.

So I would also leaning on the premise that Inoue might be good if not better at 122 lbs because his body is going to be fully rehydrated even before the fight and that is a big factor for boxers not needing to drain themselves in weigh-in.
His trainers would have definitely advise him on what he must do but yeah, during weigh ins there's still some boxers that do have problem on the actual day.
But on his case, he's been a world champion and has gone through a lot of fights and with this small adjustment, he'll for sure will be good when the weighing in day comes.
2158  Economy / Economics / Re: We are not out of the woods yet on: January 22, 2023, 07:48:36 PM
Yeah, the history may repeat itself and just be prepared whatever is yet to come. But, it could possibly be that the toughest bear was already done last year. We're just a year for the next halving and you can assume whatever you want but it's best to think about the most positive things to happen but not settling that it's already there. Anyway, if there's the certain thing about bitcoin and the entire crypto market, its volatility is making everything as usual unpredictable. I see a lot of people telling that $10k-$13k may be the bottom this time, let's see if those predictions will become real.
2159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: January 21, 2023, 10:02:04 PM
Good for him, I don't know much a lot with Stephen but Naoya sure is a monster and is worthy of his alias. On 122 lbs, I'm sure that he'll feel something new with that but he's aware of any changes on that division and since he's the undisputed champion on the past division that he has left, it's becoming more interesting not just on him but also the title match that he has vacated.

I don't also see Inoue having issues on 122 lbs, and I think he can bring his power to this division (I hope others will agree with my observation). What I really like about Fulton is his never say die mentality, against Brandon Figueroa, he shows a lot of heart and win that fight in the judges score card. But I don't think he can last against the power of Inoue.
We'll not know yet since it's going to be the first match he's got for his upgrading division. Well, as for Fulton's style, if he's got the heart to never give up.
It's for Inoue to show his prowess that he can end matches too quick and his power is really strong that he might get knocked out, not just by luck but by his strength and style.

Again even in 122 lbs, he might be even powerful in this division because he doesn't have to weight drain himself just to make the desired weight. Now he can eat without issues and then go to the gym train hard every day. Fulton's tenacity will be tested here.
Yes, there will be some adjustments but the skill and the typical Inoue we know will not change and his attributes will remain, we may even see him upgrade that as well.
2160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin always shames social media experts. on: January 21, 2023, 10:11:32 AM
One unique feature of Bitcoin is that it always put social media acclaimed "experts" to shame. Sometimes these social media bitcoiners claim mastery over bitcoin. They indiscriminately predict its price as if they invented the coin with Satoshi. Even Satoshi now might not understand the price movement of Bitcoin because the creation is now economically powerful.

Through trial and error, some of them might have been predicted correctly in the past. And they have large followers that believe their analysis and follower their predictions.  One social media so-called expert recently shut down his social media platform because he predicted that bitcoin would keep falling until it goes into extinction. It was his followers that attacked him until he forcefully closed his page.

Happy bull run.
Well, those social media "experts" that has paid classes are really just there to influence. Whatever they say, those are bare words of mouth and the fans are overwhelmed so, they're acclaimed.
There's no way that they can be 100% accurate but what they do is to tell what they can see in the market based on their opinion and that's it. Only a few of them really knows what they're doing and they give proof to their claims and predictions with basis through charts and analysis that they have.
