2141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: May 05, 2023, 11:06:41 PM

There's no need to argue about this mate because whatever you guys will label John Ryder's situation, he's just here to be a tune-up fight for Canelo, nothing more. Eddie Hearn is surely not that dumb to put Canelo in a tough and difficult situation where he need to defend his belt purposely because they are not that sure enough if Canelo's wrist is already 100% fine, hence why this bout is made.

In Ryder's situation, he got nothing to lose here and it's up to him how will he perform this fight because there's no stopping him from upsetting the undisputed champion but the question is, does he have the skill to defeat Canelo Alvarez? Or will he just be that unknown boxer that will remain unknown at the end of the day?

This fight is a parameter to see if Canelo is ready to fight Benavidez or Bivol two of the fighters that can dominate Canelo although Bivol has done it already, even if he wins against Golovkin dominantly people are still in doubt if he can handle Benavidez a real bully in the ring and Bivol the only boxer that has broken his defense and offense.

I agree Ryder has nothing to lose but everything to gain here, people are taking him for granted so if Ruder upset Canelo it will be one of the biggest upsets, just hurting Canelo is enough or going to the distance, because we expect Canelo to go all out here to silence the doubters.
2142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling or gaming sites on: May 05, 2023, 09:01:07 PM
Recently one of my friends told me about some gambing / gaming sites  or apps like Orion Stars, Milky Way, Fire Kirin, Gamevault, Riversweeps,   Ultra panda and few others.
He told that these are very popular games but i told that i am not aware of these sites. I first thought that they could be gaming sites but later i find out they have gambling games and are in fact casino.

A few of the sites / App links are http://web.pandamaster.vip/game/pandamaster/ , http://web.orionstars.vip/play/orionstars/

Has anyone known and played at these sites? Do let me how was their experience and what sort of games are there ?
Are they pure gambling sites or a mixture of gambling and gaming sites ? Although you need coins to play at these sites and you can redeem the winning coins into fiat money.

I'm getting a prompt to download software coming from the two links you posted but I decline them because I'm not familiar with this software, if you can play with real money and you can redeem real money then we can consider this a gambling platform and mixture of gaming and gambling sites.
For me, there's no difference between the two because these gaming sites offer entertainment and a way to make money the same feature that you can see in a gambling casino, so there's no difference at all and it's all up to you which of the two you prefer to play
as long as you enjoy and only spend money that you can afford to lose.
2143  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it time for Old Signature campaigns to redesign? on: May 05, 2023, 03:28:21 PM
What do you think?
Does not matter.
I am wearing Stake signature and I think it's one of the best too. It's all about the personal feeling you have for a brand. On the other hand, when a signature or brand image becomes older it is able to create better spot in your mind. The Chipmixer is a good example.

I totally agree the design is very simple, you have the Stake logo and the slogan with three casino icons, if ever Stake changes the design of the signature it should be very similar to the old one because people will think that it is another stake like casino because the signature design has lingered to the eyes and mind of forum members and visitors, and it will take weeks or months to replace the images of the signature on the memory of forum users and visitors.
2144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Experienced Winning Bets By Upsets on: May 05, 2023, 02:47:25 PM
I remember betting three times on underdogs but I never won, I'm not really a risk taker I prefer when it comes to sports betting to be sure of my bet, I won a lot of betting for the favorites against my friends on a peer to peer betting, they love to take the risk so in the process I always win, usually on boxing, MMA and local basketball.

Those betting on underdogs are risk takers and they are considered gamblers in a real sense, they know there's no guarantee that they will win but because of the profit, they go for it, I'm just glad I have this kind of friend so I always win against their bets.
2145  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: crypto stuck on gmail on: May 05, 2023, 01:18:37 PM

my privatekey logins to crypto is encrypted with a pgp message on my gmail,I forgot the password and was retarded enough to put some random email / phone number as recovery and ended up being locked out of the account for years now im wondering if anyone serious can point my in the right direction? Already tried the online form 100s of times but is there any real help I can get from google without sending upfront payments to random scammers.

You have to do it yourself don't believe that any guy can help you for a fee, they'll just scam you, there is an option on when you created Gmail on the recovery have you undergone this process, or part of the process is to log in on one of the devices you've used to log in to that account did the process ask you to do this.
I don't know if this will work for you but I read one guy who hypnotized himself so he can remember his password for his Gmail, you have a tough luck recovering your Gmail.
This is a big lesson to all of us to secure our email or files if we have something important on it like our private keys.

2146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another side of Sports betting you may not know about on: May 05, 2023, 06:36:39 AM
This is the first time I'm hearing about something like that, I've never known that there are gambling policies that a player or a team needs to follow in a game of sport and if they violate them, they are suspended. However, I don't understand why this has anything to do with sports betting and how it is evil in the scene.

If there are policies that need to be followed, make the players or teams follow them, and if they fail, it's their fault and not the fault of sports betting. Everything in the world has a positive and a negative side, you can just shut down or close everything that exists.
I guess it has something to do with public perception and integrity, and it will convert to public support and eventually profit for all stakes holders, the last thing sports organizations want is to get involved or even get a buzz about game fixing so the rules may be harsh for any players but they have to follow these rules however rubbish it may seem.
Players have conduct and ethic to follow so whether they like it or not they have to do this, maybe when they are out of the sports they can bet all they want.
2147  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why Opening an Account in a Bitcoin Sportsbook is the Future of Sports Betting on: May 04, 2023, 11:57:24 PM

Don't miss out on the future of sports betting. Open an account with a Bitcoin sportsbook today and start enjoying the convenience and security you deserve.

It's already happening that the majority of sports betting is already using Bitcoin, we have a major shift years ago it's part of the adoption because anywhere and everywhere Bitcoin usage is very beneficial and one of the industries that really benefits is the Casino and sports betting industry.
Online casinos and sports betting are two of the major contributor to Bitcoin adoption, there are a lot of reasons to open an account on Bitcoin sports betting, and there's no reason not to.
2148  Other / Meta / Re: Bounty spammer meets AI Chat generator. Can they be banned on the spot? on: May 04, 2023, 11:33:37 PM
i think it is easier to notice the posts generated through AI since the answer to some topics are somehow inconsistent to some extent so it is much easier to spot, also adding those overly excessive usage of grammars and too much flowery words.

tsk tsk people really nowadays are searching for ways to be more lazy.

Even before the creation of these GPT, there are posters that use excessive grammar and flowery words as they call, it will generalize these posters and they are being accused of something that they've been doing ever since long before these AI are created, you have to give them a benefit of a doubt and present a shred of strong evidence that these users are indeed users of AI
2149  Economy / Gambling / Re: A reminder for gamblers to avoid FortuneJack (ongoing lawsuit, 120k usd stolen) on: May 04, 2023, 11:03:52 PM

OP should at least having the time on telling the public on whats happening so that discussions and speculations would be stopped into this thread and would move on.
There is no need to speculate, once the legal side is settled, I will come here and post what the result was. But there is someone for sure who can come here and comment and end speculations right now about what's happening, it's @FortuneJack. Seems like he doesn't want to.

This could be a long case battle and many of the posts here will be redundant, so why not lock this thread and wait for the resolution of the case, this is not a third-party arbitration where the result can be accepted or not and there is a time frame.

In court, you have to abide by the resolution whether you like it or not or you will be contempt if you do not abide, and there's no specific time frame, the resolution could be delayed depending on how both parties handed their pieces of evidence, so good luck to you, I'm sure this case is being followed by Fortunejack and will try to find loopholes in your case.
2150  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AntiDolos extortion/scam on: May 04, 2023, 10:31:57 PM

That's it for me

So he was playing a tricky game. Reporting projects as scam and then extorting them funds in exchange for a better review while at the same time trying to falsely gain reputation from the forum as someone trying to legitimately expose scam

I will leave my tag as well.

And trust flag - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3160

I'm glad you did, supported the flag, this antidolos is pretending to be a scam buster using Bitcointalk as a platform but in reality, he is just using it to extort, well it ends here, his happy days are over, he will still use his review site to review but since his character and intention is exposed people already knows that he is just extorting money and his readers and followers will discard him for good.
2151  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AntiDolos extortion/scam on: May 04, 2023, 02:16:54 PM
If they've been doing this for a long period of time and on many projects then they are just busted with OP's revelation, other projects should come here to support OP's allegations, scammers are willing to pay that amount if they are going to get more money from these reviews.
They are guilty of supporting scammers if positive reviews are being paid, they even fooled people by posting on their site that they do not receive payment, they deserve a negative tag and a flag.
2152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: May 03, 2023, 11:31:34 PM

Yes, not going to be surprised, we don't know how long is the contract or when it's going to end, but for sure, majority of us might have the same feeling that Ryan is just waiting for the right time to cut his ties with Oscar and who knows, goes on the other side, PBC.

Gonna hurt Oscar if that happens, but this is a cutt throat business, this guys are really going against each other and if you want to survived, then Oscar needs to do is still go and look for more promising boxers again. And then pamper them, make their name more hype and then get that belt. He still has a lot of stable boxers though, so could be fine if Ryan decided to part ways.

I've never seen a boxer going all alone in the post-conference without his trainers and promoters and these people are making a lot of alibis without being in Ryan's corner when he needed them the most, there's confirmed news that he parted ways with Goosen which is the right thing to do, he has a bad game plan stalking a hard-hitting boxer like Tank, the possibility of Ryan leaving Oscar is highly possible, Ryan is still a draw in boxing matches and any promotions would like to have him in their rooster.
It's just one big loss, he'll have more big wins coming if he gets a good trainer and possibly good promoters.
2153  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Fake SUI Airdrop And Presale Ongoing In Facebook on: May 03, 2023, 10:58:52 PM
AFAIK, this is also another project that's on hype and has gotten a lot of attention in the community that's focused in airdrops and new projects. We'll see something like this every time there's a project that has said to have an airdrop and always verify if they're the official or not.

Especially, if this is made on Facebook, they're not strict at all and allows these phishing and scam advertisements to come to them. Even if you report it for several times, they might take action of taking it down but still, these scammers will just rinse and repeat.

People who are into airdrops should not believe airdrops that come from Facebook advertising, legit airdrops have their own channels and there are platforms like Cryptocurrency media to publish airdrops with good potential they will not risk the reputation of their platform if they are going to promote fake airdrops.
When it comes to airdrop and ICO they should come from reliable and reputable platforms and not from ads.
2154  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning]: AI voice replicating scams on: May 03, 2023, 09:31:19 PM
It's being developed to replace you, me, and the rest of the humans who demand wages, pension, benefits, and time off. Robots and AI don't need anything. One engineer who can operate it and give it commends suffices.
I have this feeling we are going on a Matrix or The Terminator scenario where we all depends on machine and AI this is because engineers are so genius they want businesses and industries to make and create things in the easiest possible way.
Going back to these AI voice-replicating scams they could scam a lot of people because the ears are one of the parts of our senses that is easily deceived.
People should be aware of this they can do this by advising their loved ones how to verify the call or what happened, we have a modern phone now they can request to do a video call to verify.
2155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Machine Learning Model for NBA Sports Betting on: May 03, 2023, 09:03:27 PM
He has 65% winning percentage on all of his bets that he recorded on his spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LxPq1ZF3k6BreB8p50vESP-7BTZXVrFs6abU7qxaq2c/edit?usp=drivesdk

Update: The moneyline and Under/Over result is pretty bad maybe because most of the result on this playoffs is an upset since machine learning is only using stats to create an algorithm for choosing a bet.

This kind of match which the team that newly complete the full line-up can easily destroy the credibility of the machine learning since it doesn’t consider the player star factor on the winning probability of the team. This is the reason why it’s better place bet manually if you are aware on the drastic changes on the team during playoffs.
This is one of the times that AI employment is not accurate because the AI did not consider sudden changes in the lineup, they only analyze the team based on their last performance, so if you take out two or three strong members of the team and it was replaced by weak players the results will not be the same, to get good results there should be no sudden changes.

In the case of the NBA, there's always trade involved, there's always last-minute replacement because of injury or the contract expire
human analysis in this case is still favorable for bettors.
2156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Big is the online gambling industry today? on: May 03, 2023, 02:59:49 PM
What brings this all together? of course, the human desire to have fun and to take a risk for big profits, and technology make it easy for all of us to access this that will realize our desire to be entertained and to make a profit which is the gambling platform, this is expected and will continue to grow, there are markets and there are demands, people wants a stress reliever and the gambling platforms are considered to be one of the top stress relievers.
It's hard to stop people from their natural urges even the pandemic did not stop people from doing what they love doing because of easy access.

2158  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What will a mixer do under the mentioned situation? on: May 03, 2023, 10:40:20 AM

Even there's no official laws and regulations for mixer, but we all know government always fight against of privacy and money laundering matter. It's just a matter of time mixer will be more regulated or they will ban all mixers.

That's possible the government has been employing If You can't fight em join em tactics so they can control, make a profit and regulate, so it's possible that they will impose regulation on these mixers, Cryptocurrency community fight for privacy will go on and mixing business are here to stay so it's possible, or they will keep on chasing these mixers and Crypto holders will keep on looking and using for mixers to anonymize their coins.
2159  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dexsport.io ⚡ the first decentralized crypto sports betting platform on: May 02, 2023, 11:55:50 PM
Surprised that OP did not come back to address issues being thrown or update their thread, he did not even lock the thread or does not know how to lock this thread,  so the feedback keeps coming, they just expose themselves to bad feedback, this might well be the end of their existence here in Bitcointalk.
This is a big reminder to casinos that they should not create an announcement here if they have complaints that are not yet resolved on other platforms, the forum will not hold back from giving them bad feedback and exposing them.
2160  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yas.bet Scam!? on: May 02, 2023, 11:18:11 PM
Hi, I got my money back guys. Thank you for help Smiley
Glad to hear that,

If you don't mind, you can give an explanation about how you can get your money back and give some evidence about your conversations with them, this can be used for future reference if someone want to gamble in this casino, by taking a risk to wait for 5 months if their account were flagged due to suspicious activity.

Since it's already resolved, I will change my feedback to neutral.

It's all up to Jerometash and Yahoo to change the feedback, checking this section for other accusations they only have this one and now that it's resolved they can continue promoting their platform here.
Checking the representative's last login it was March 24, 2023, I wonder why it took this long, they should also post here and explain why it took five months to resolve anyway other casinos prefer to not resolve similar cases, OP is now good because he changed the title to resolve but many of us believe that it should be earlier.
