1381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Claressa Shields Vs. Keith Thurman?! on: August 05, 2023, 11:19:59 PM

She could always get lucky. In all sports like boxing or MMA, it only takes 1 punch and bad shit can happen. Keith may also try to take it easy on her and get himself knocked out. I personally do not think that men should compete with women in the same sport and vice versa, but the world is changing and who knows what we will see next.
yep, I completely agree with this, she could get a lucky punch and men should not compete with women and vice versa especially in contact sports but I am really curious how she'll perform when matched with a boxer like Kieth Thurman.

Claressa does not have knockout power and Thurman has proven that he has a good chin he has never been knocked out before he experienced a flash knockdown against Pacquiao but he is still a tough fighter to deal if I'm not mistaken this will be the first exhibition match that involves two champions that belongs to a different gender.
Thurman can easily knock out Claressa but that will not look good in the eyes of the women's movement and in the eyes of boxing fans it will look controversial.
1382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Do You Of Think My Predictions On This Multi Bet Ticket ? on: August 05, 2023, 10:55:56 PM
So on this ticket, i i spent time to make a selection of 20 games, compiled all the games in one bet(multi bet), and stake a small amount of money on it, right now, five(5) games out of the 20 total games have won, so remaining 15 games to go, still a very long way though, but again, Stake is offering me a cash-out that is already slightly above the amount of money I staked on this game, I am wondering if i should take the cash-out offered to me and move onto the next one, or just allow the game to keep going, do you guys think i stand any chance of winning all 20 games..

Below is the game ticket,

If you're playing for fun and you're a risk-taker then go all out you never know what will happen, for a risk taker once they bet they'll go for it regardless of the outcome, but if you're here for a profit then it better cash out if you lose your money you'll just regret, I'll prefer to go all out this is gambling my chances is still 50/50 it may even be in my favor if my analysis is good when betting in sports betting it has something to do with your analysis so your decision should be based on how confident are you and what's your motivation when betting.
1383  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you will never become rich on: August 05, 2023, 03:52:58 PM

Buying liabilities,  things that doesn't have value five years from now.  Many save but even when money is saved,  it is done to spend and not to invest and the only way to become rich is to invest and not by savings.  So , invest in assets and not liabilities.
We have to invest in the right assets not only investing for the sake of investing we can only get rich if we are financially and investment literate you are right that people are saving so they can buy stuff that they want to buy and this is not good, but we should also at all times think of saving for rainy days and to create a profitable portfolio.
People are so materialistic that they want to have the latest gadgets and what's the trending brand in clothing, if we cannot moderate our greed and expenses we can't ever be rich.
1384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - July 29 on: August 05, 2023, 02:47:14 PM

I slightly doubt that the scenario would be the same if there was no rematch clause to start with, Crawford already hinted that he's done at 147 and might fight at 154 next, part of that means that if a rematch clause wasn't secured on their first encounter, we might not get to see a rematch between the two of them.

Just like what happened to Pacquiao and Canelo during their days when they fought Floyd Mayweather Jr. because there was no rematch clause on their contract. Just a thought though.

Crawford welcomes the rematch and he even estimates the date of the rematch he believes that Spence will do better in their rematch, it will be easy for both fighters to accept the rematch as both fighters welcome it, it could have been different if the fight is close or a draw but Spence wants to get back and Crawford belives that he can beat Spence again and make money, they both have a desire and this is good for the boxing community.

Quote
“Errol is a strong-minded and strong-willed individual,” Crawford said. “He’ll go back to the drawing board, come back stronger, hungrier, and fix the things he needed to fix to make the fight look different a second time, than the first time.”

CRAWFORD SAYS IF SPENCE JR. ACTIVATES REMATCH CLAUSE IT’LL TAKE PLACE BY DECEMBER

Now i just want to know some underated altcoins names that have potentiality to perform good like 5x to 6x in next bull run. Have you invested such altcoins or do you know such altcoins? You can suggest me, I'll analysis about those

Since you posted that you are open to recommendations I recommend Graphene, they do not have an ICO it's an airdrop-based token they have a fair distribution, based on their roadmap and whitepaper they have a good potential

They claim to have a Scalable sharding Blockchain that allows for an endless amount of use cases. Do it all.

This is not a piece of financial advice, I recommend that you do your own research based on the criteria you set up, so invest wisely and DYOR.

1387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Claressa Shields Vs. Keith Thurman?! on: August 05, 2023, 11:39:00 AM
I just posted that no one will take this seriously but Thurman has accepted the offer for charity but with conditions at least Thurman is still a gentleman lets see on the next step if Claressa will push this fight and will it be a charity fight, Of course, Thurman doesn't want to look bad in the eyes of the boxing community that is why he said he will just use his jab.

Quote
Keith Thurman has ACCEPTED Claressa Shields call-out: “We can let you try to showcase your skills. I'd probably use my jab only… For charity I'd make that happen. I'd wear bigger gloves and let her wear headgear. I don't really wanna punch a girl in the face.”

1388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Oscar Valdez vs Emmanuel Navarette - Aug 12 on: August 05, 2023, 10:08:13 AM

I agree, Valdez looks amateur against Stevenson, and it just shows how good Shakur is at his level. But the did win a comeback again and won in the judges card. And so he is given a shot again his fellow Mexican Navarette who looks bad on the other hand and almost got knockout by an unknown fighter.

But I guess he has a big heart and believe in himself that he can make a bounce back after tasting the canvass in that fight. And won by a technical knockout over Liam in round 9. And for me this is a fight of the year candidate.

I'm sure it is, it's been a long time since we've seen a rivalry like that of Morales and Barrera, I hope the hype lived up to that they have the same style both aggressive and love to move forward, they don't care being hit as long as they can hit, but compared to Barrera - Morales who hate each other in their rivalry both fighters has respect to each other, let's see in their weigh in and the actual fight, if the fight is close and the two fighters do their things we can see a rematch.
1389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sweat coin. Is this real? on: August 04, 2023, 11:51:51 PM
You have to confirm everything first to the https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/sweat-economy community if they are doing an airdrop and if this is the real sweatcoin that you are interacting also check the other's experience do not be in a hurry to connect your wallet, airdrop bot are notorious in scamming people they know how greedy some people are and they are fast to take action on airdrop than doubting and asking the community first, you have done the right thing posting it so people will be aware of this.

I also received an airdrop they are being traded on Gecko terminal but based on what others are saying on that airdrop the contract is configured in a way that you cannot trade all of it and my trying to trade all of it you will have to spend huge fee for that transaction this is a new scheme of scammers.
1390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anonymity is no longer a benefit of gambling with cryptocurrency. on: August 04, 2023, 11:06:40 PM

Because of KYC verification which is now done by most crypto casino to know the people who gamble on their casino, I think anonymity is no longer a benefit of gambling with cryptocurrency in crypto casino.

Am i wrong to think that this information on the internet needs to be updated.

This has something to do with compliance something a casino needs to continue to operate in many countries so they can do their business without questioning their legality, They need a license for their operation and to make sure that their platform is not being used for money laundering and any illegal activities.
There is nothing to be changed in the way casinos operate we are all good at this if you're not comfortable with this then you need to play on a decentralized gambling platform where you connect your wallet to play.
1391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Claressa Shields Vs. Keith Thurman?! on: August 04, 2023, 03:21:15 PM
We don't know what Claressa is thinking but her only 2 knocks out in all her fights is not a good indicator that she can beat Thurman who has 22 knocks out in his 30 fights if she wants to test herself and see if she can beat a man take an amateur guy to see her chances I also doubt if she can beat even if its an amateur, of course, Thurman will not take this seriously its ungentlemanly for him to take Claressa seriously.
I think no one is going to take this seriously.
1392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A person who won 600k$ in lottery on: August 04, 2023, 01:06:37 PM
This is not an isolated case, in fact, many lottery winners suffer from overspending because they think that they have all the money in the world, they never audit, and they buy things that they dream of buying when they don't have money, they become generous to all people even to those they met after they won and they easily believe.

If they are not educated to handle their finances they will be in trouble, They don't want to make an audit all they know is they have to enjoy their money because it's a blessing for them and they should share this blessing with others.
1393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul Vs Nate Diaz boxing Aug 5th on Dazn PPV on: August 04, 2023, 09:07:58 AM
I doubt that a victory will sway the people's view in how he got defeated against Tommy Fury, a true boxer, and not just some random UFC star that wanted to have another money by making some rubbish fight in a ring where they don't have any expertise on it. And if Jake Paul win this fight, which he got a huge chance, it will just prove again that he is only limited to a wanna-be-boxer. Kind of sad but that is the truth.

Nate Diaz isnt just a random UFC star. In fact, Nate has been fighting for last 20 years and he has been doing it professionally for 16 years. On the other hand we have Jake Paul who has been training boxing for 2-3 years only. Similar refers to other Jakes opponents. Yes they arent as young as he was. But they have much more experience than Jake. I bet none on this forum after several years of training will be able to beat a professional fighter with 10-15 years of experience.
Both Nate and his brother Nick are good in Judo and Jujitsu but this is boxing there's a big difference in both disciplines Jake Paul has proven himself but Nate this is the first time that he will not use his kickboxing and grappling skills and he will rely solely on his boxing skill if he has any, that is why Jake Paul is a heavy favorite here, but if they are going to have a rematch and do it in the octagon definitely Nate will be the heavy favorite.

Let's see after the outcome of this match if the fight is close and goes in favor of Jake Paul there could be an octagon rematch defending on their negotiation and where they are going to make money.
1394  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free Condolence Bonuses to Betnomi victims on: August 04, 2023, 07:25:39 AM
This has never been done before like all the other members we are curious how will they know if the Betnomi users are qualified for this bonus, will they also accept inactive members and how they will differentiate the active players who are the real victims and the inactive as they did not give complete guidelines on the qualifications, memberships could go to thousands even if half of them take the bonus, let's see if this marketing ploy will become successful and if other casinos will employ this in the future.

It has been done before imo which was done by Bitsler who compensate the victims when Betking was hacked (as per their claim) if I remember it correctly. The case was not completely the same indeed because the case in Bitsler and Betking was like a cooperation between both site while this one by trustdice seems to be their own initiative for a reason. Smart move to attract ex betnomi users but maybe it wont be effective enough to make the ex betnomi players to stay and play in trustdice.

Players don't want to suffer another experience playing in a bad casino so they might get the bonus but I'm sure they will pick the right casino to play now, Trustdice I understand have bad feedback from other members these are things that former Betnomi players should consider if they want to continue to play on Trustdice after they've got the bonus and play with it.
I just wonder why no casinos are doing the same things with 1xbit victims. They have proof that they've been scammed If Trustdice wants to do this on every casino that turns into a scam why not to 1xbit players, I'm just asking.
1395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who else uses move to earn apps for the same reasons I do? on: August 03, 2023, 10:32:38 PM
Hey there, fellow adventurers! Who else is bouncing around with a spring in their step, thanks to a groovy move-to-earn app on their mobile? This is me! I jumped on the GazaGO platform, an M2E creation by Staika, to chase some serious moola knowing quite well that walking isn't my passion but hey, cash flow is king! This all started out with a simple  notification about $STIK coming to Bitget by the 31st, I got interested and ended up signing up for GazaGO. Now I'm pounding the pavement, running errands like a champ and having a blast. Come on, let's hear it! Am I the only one on this wacky and wonderful adventure? 😆

You seem to be very excited about this one but you are not digging deep into the platform that you are supporting this is not the first nor the only one with this concept, and I regret investing in two of these projects with this kind of concept these are Superstep and Sweatcoin both projects are a big failure Sweatcoin is still in the market and doing good but I don't think they can sustain it, because concept based tokens are not for a long term, it's just a matter of time before they vanish in the market.
1396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Money Heist Game Revolutionizing Blockchain Gaming with Play-to-Earn Heists on: August 03, 2023, 03:31:34 PM
Here we go again after the Squid game we now have a money heist which I definitely think will do a rug pull people should learn that a project like this will not last long, they are using copyrighted materials and there's no use case on this project, this is another pump and dump project better ignore and do not support a project like who thrive on what is trending and uses copyrighted materials.
The profiles of the team are anonymous of course because they will be sued if they doxxed themselves.
1397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legality of Online Gambling in Different Countries on: August 03, 2023, 01:48:10 PM
There are several social media influencers in the Philippines who promote various online gambling sites, and players can deposit using a mobile wallet. I'm not sure if they have clearance from PAGCOR, but given how openly they are promoted, I believe they do. They began to emerge gradually before the pandemic, and today there are many more.

One of the most popular of these local online casinos is Philwin but Pagcor did not give a license to this popular online casino being promoted by influencers

https://bitpinas.com/fintech/philwin-not-pagcor-licensed/, there are risks playing on casinos that are not licensed by Pagcor
Quote
“Please be informed that PHILWIN is NEITHER a PAGCOR licensed NOR an accredited online/remote gaming platform/service provider. For more details, please refer to the list of accredited service providers and approved gaming platforms in the PAGCOR.

Before playing people should first check if they are granted a license by Pagcor because there is a high risk that these illegal casinos will scam people and they are not paying taxes to the government.

1398  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Had 165k ETH stolen last night. on: August 03, 2023, 12:00:06 PM
If the OP doesn't know how it happened he's at risk of it happening twice. It's process by elimination so a malware program's needed. OP didn't prove it's his cryptocurrencies so it isn't easy accepting what he's saying but I'm feeling sad if he's lost $165k.

Problem is also that is not going to be easy to determine if your device is clean or infected with something malicious.

I don't know how to prove that I own that wallet or that I lost the funds. However I did receive a voicemail from law enforcement today, I am certain I will be speaking with them tomorrow. So not sure how much more I should share. However I'd be glad to prove it's my wallet.

It's good to know that you are moving forward, You will need a lawyer who knows about cybersecurity to help you with your case, I'm sure the funds from that wallet will move so can get ready to have communication with exchanges if ever hacker moves it to these exchanges.
Checking the address it is now marked as phishing.

1399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Possible measures to stop online gambling addiction. on: August 03, 2023, 06:05:21 AM

I am of the opinion that since gambling sites are mostly online and some has adds that pops up as advert on visited site, one should be able to disable or change their browser settings  by blocking casino adds and as well disabling  gambling sites on their browser settings so as not to gain access to it anymore till the number of days they deem fit to their resolve. This was just a little tip I gave as a possible solution. I had to put it up here for further discussions so that the bigger community can see it as  well.

If you feel or think here is not the right place for this you can say it. I am open to corrections as we all are here to learn.
Not seeing does not mean that you can get away from gambling addiction, if you're a gambler the temptation to check casinos is always there, even disabling ads about casinos will not, if you have not played on casinos you can do that but if you experienced playing in casinos, once you're online you will have the curiosity to check casinos, it's better to have a control avoiding is not enough to stop gambling addiction.
You have to believe in yourself that you can do it and that you can control your gambling habit, of course, pop-ups are an annoyance even if it's not about gambling, people should install ad blockers on their browsers if they're someone that is annoyed by ads, you need to install one.
1400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How are your exchange tokens performing at the moment? on: August 02, 2023, 11:54:42 PM
this year has been quite turbulent for some altcoins, especially exchange tokens. I've invested in a few and performance-wise, only a handful of them have shown decent growth throughout the year. How about you? Do you have any exchange tokens in your holdings, and what are your thoughts on their market performance this year? Let's discuss our experiences and perspectives on how these tokens have been faring in this volatile market.

The last exchange-based token I've hold was Nominex glad that I dumped it before a huge crash even Kucoin or KCS suffered a huge drop only Binance backed token is doing great in the market and the real exchange-based token that has real potential in the market, but we never know CEX is here to stay there could be a time where these exchange based token will have a strong showing, right now we are in the MEME and AI era, this is where investors are looking more to invest.
