2181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is private and decentralized, ok but what if someone dies? on: April 13, 2021, 07:44:30 AM
That is the least of their worries and if they didn't prepare for the inevitable then their bitcoin will be gone in the void forever. And we should thank them because they are the people that will contribute to the continuous increase of the prices of bitcoin because they will be considered as lost coins if they didn't prepare for your bitcoin inheritance.
2182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Simpsons new prediction" on: April 13, 2021, 07:10:38 AM
That is a lot of events to happen to still be considered an evidence, I mean the Donald Trump Presidency and the escalator is far from coincidence, I don't really believe in something supernatural but this is next level metaphysical thing.

People like to nitpick things like the Trump Presidency, the Twin Towers, Smartwatches, and a good number of other things; while totally ignoring the crap tons of other things that was portrayed in The Simpsons but didn't really happen in the real world.
Well at the least these people appreciate all the details including the subtle ones that was put there by the creators, I mean we can argue all day long about whether it is a prediction or a coincidence and we won't arrive at an agreement.
2183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: “Bitcoin is the laughing stock of our firm” on: April 13, 2021, 06:31:17 AM
So much has changed with Bitcoin, and so many fortunes were made and lost because of Bitcoin. But the last laugh has got to be from the the people who believed in Bitcoin from the very beginning. Those who bought even a handful of crypto are now living comfortable lives. Those who are late at the party in 2017 were able to multiply their profits 5 or 6 fold. Now the late comers will also hope that in a few years, Bitcoin will rise up to 300,000 dollars and will be the master of all digital assets.
We didn't know the changes that will happen in the future so we tend to be doubtful. Maybe this is just the beginning of the rise of crypto and what we currently see is just the starting line for bitcoin, the people who laughed back then are now begging to get in.
2184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Simpsons new prediction" on: April 13, 2021, 05:31:19 AM
Just a quick reminder that The Simpsons doesn't really make "predictions", but instead it's just that a decent number of events/occurrences shown in the show just occur in real life by coincidence.
That is a lot of events to happen to still be considered an evidence, I mean the Donald Trump Presidency and the escalator is far from coincidence, I don't really believe in something supernatural but this is next level metaphysical thing.

Buti nalang hindi talaga sakanya. Kasi kung sakanya talaga tong kaylaking halaga ng pera na to, automatic na target na agad ng mga kidnappers to.  Cheesy Heads up lang sainyo na kung may malaki kayong halaga ng BTC, no need to flaunt it publicly; mas importante ang seguridad natin at ng mga pamilya natin.
Yun kaagad naisiip ko kasi I am sure maraming masasamang loob ang magkakainteres kasi napakalaking pera nun. Tama yung quote above, wag niyo na ipagkalat mung magkano kinikita niyo, no one has asked and magiging target ka pa ng unnecessary things.

there are so many options now. casinos are understanding the current prob in eth network, so some are really trying to add other alts with economical fees. but if someone insists to use eth, then i guess thats his prob already.
and also, it is better to keep your eth in your wallet. their berlin hard fork is this month. so curious how it will affect with their price and to how much they will increase? and also are we going to start seeing some improvements in their gas efficiency?
I hope that they are going to address that problem a lot of people are having a hard time with their current gas fees but I am sure that they are already working on it.
2187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: April 13, 2021, 01:40:37 AM
Sometimes, if the opponents manage to "discover" the strategy / tactic used, it is difficult to win. It will be necessary to adjust this strategy.
If they find something that is going to be detrimental to the winning of your team then it is the mission of the other team to find a strategy that will counter the new strategy that the other team employs. That is the beauty of team based eSports, you have to create a strategy on the fly.
2188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is the most popular game in gambling field ? on: April 13, 2021, 01:08:12 AM
Well, it is obviously poker since I have made two topic about it and I also love the mind games behind the game  and the thrill that you might be losing because you have a bad card but you bluff your way out of it.
2189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devices used for Gambling on: April 13, 2021, 12:21:34 AM
I usually like to gamble on sports from my laptop. I can check out multiple sites for odds and compare them side by side easier on the laptop vs mobile. My main wallet is also only connected to my laptop and not my phone.
Laptop or computer is better than mobile devices since you can basically do more with it and it is more spacious compared to a phone, not to mention that you can't really trust the scan of your phone for threats compared to a laptop or computer but the best thing about mobile is that it is portable compared to both, so I guess that both have some benefits.
2190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Transactions Fees x Gambling on: April 12, 2021, 10:59:11 AM
*the high gas fee is like raping the gambling players 'lol'...
usually, I just choose the cheapest option to make a deposit to my gambling account. I am not a heavy gambler and also have big capital, therefore the high fees will definitely make me resign, fortunately now the gambling site has provided the cheapest option for its customers to make deposits.
That's what my friend does now that the gas fees are so expensive, they find the cheapest option AFAIK, my friend is using Litecoin and other inexpensive coin to make the gas fees lower than what ETH has. Pretty good that gambling adds that option too but if you don't really want the high gas fees, I think that you should stop gambling then.
2191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: April 12, 2021, 10:28:14 AM
Is he running for the Presidency?
God, I hope not, he is the most incompetent Senator in the country and I am tired of politicians that are all talk and no walk, I want my fellow countrymen to experience a good leadership, Pacman is a good boxer but that doesn't mean that he is a good leader.
In any case, I doubt that there could be gentleman's agreement here, everyone is up for the money.

I think they can reschedule to fit everyone' if not they we won't see this fight and most probably we will see Pacquiao after the election to be either chase fights or becoming the next Philippine president.
There is an agreement definitely, money is strong on this one. I hope that he will fight Crawford, I want to see some action that he delivers and I hope that his candidacy isn't true.
2192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VALORANT Betting on: April 12, 2021, 09:20:33 AM
I was looking for betting sites for Valorant and I found the same answer as you did, GGBET is the winner.

Do you guys think that Valorant will be the biggest esports we've got? I think there's a big chance cause it's such a hype in Japan etc. Riot knows what they're doing.

Valorant is just a rip off of Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm with its power mechanics and CS:GO FPS, I don't think that it will be as big as an eSport but it will definitely going to gain some following. And I also feel like fans are getting tired of the same kind of games, there needs to be some changes.
2193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Ancajas vs Rodriguez - April 10th on: April 12, 2021, 08:38:31 AM
Good win but it was not very easy, and I would say that there is ring rust for Anjas. Nevertheless, he dig deeper and I would say that it will be a difficult fight if ever he fights Chocolatito or Estrada as those are volume punchers and doesn't seems to be tired.

But anyway, congrats to Filipinos again for this win, they still have a world champion and to Mark Magsayo as well who knock out Pablo Cruz in the fourth round. Double win for Filipinos.
Haven't watched the fight but I got it downloaded to watch this week. Good thing that Filipino fighters are coming back again in the boxing scene and I am happy because recently there is a lacking in the Filipino boxing scene with Pacquiao getting old, I think it is time to find new people to bring glory to my country.
2194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wyoming legalized online sports betting - crypto wagers allowed too on: April 12, 2021, 07:47:26 AM
Wyoming Governor played an important roles by making cryptocurrency part of the currency accepted by the Wyoming online sport betting site because the state will make more revenue through online gsmbling site because the crypto integration will increase the number of traffic for sport betting site within the state.
That is his job anyways,. i would be mad if he wasn't involved because that means that he is wasting the taxpayers money. This will definitely increase the profits in gambling since there are options and people love options, the only problem is whether the gambling houses are going to adopt real fast on this bill.
2195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Joe Smith Jr. vs Maxim Vlasov WBO Light Heavyweight Title on: April 12, 2021, 07:02:20 AM
I have watched Joe's previous fights and I must say that he has fast hands but I guess it would really be a tough fight for him since Maxim has prepared a lot for this. It will be another milestone for him but I don't think it will be a draw match. I'm rooting for Smith and I'm sure that it will be a great match.
Draw match isn't really a likely fun outcome for this fight, I think that Maxim can make a way to win this fight since he have prepared for this fight.

For now he should quit gambling. From my personal experience he has lost a big sum, and when we loss big our mind thinks of making quick money to recover and make profit. Now he is in such a situation, and he needs to look for an alternate if he has the ability to risk big. Maybe investing/trading can be the best choice.
I wouldn't advice that one since it means that OP has to gamble again and knowing how addiction works, I am sure that relapse is going to happen and that is the worst thing that can happen after rehabilitation, they go back to gambling and get addicted again. Investing is a long term but trading is a risky one.
2197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: April 12, 2021, 05:47:07 AM
I hope that you are going to quit gambling for good because that is a serious debt and I don't think that gambling further isn't going to solve your problem, I mean you are trying to hit the big money real quick but that is impossible since there aren't a lot of chances for a player to win in gambling.
2198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An alternative to Poker on: April 12, 2021, 05:12:18 AM
not a new game but here in the Philippines we have a game called tong its(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tong-its ) and it is a PVP game. in my opinion and experience playing this game require strategy, skill on how to read your enemy and their cards and how to efficiently discard cards that you don't need but one wrong move can cause you to lose the game.
This one is a good one but I don't know how to play this one even if I saw a lot of people playing this kind of thing in my place and funerals that I went to. I would suggest something similar to poker that I have seen in the anime that I watch, it's called Blind Mans Bluff or Indian Poker, try to check it out.

2199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You won today, but then you will lose often on: April 12, 2021, 04:32:05 AM
Well duh, that is how gambling works, there aren't going to be a lot of people that are going to do business with gambling if that wasn't the case, good thing that I didn't learn the hard and I am the lucky few who won more than lose and with I have quit while I am ahead.
2200  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: When would I get my bitcoins from Elon Musk? on: April 11, 2021, 04:23:36 AM
Nice one you just got scammed by the most common type of scam on the cyberspace, this is a doubling scamfor those who don't know, it is where they ask you to send them something and they will promise to double it, they might start at small amount and double it for real and then when you send more, that is when they are going to pull off the scam. If you think OP that you can get your money back, you better believe that it won't happen.
