Nice suggestion for the day and time. But now is September 13, 2018. What could possibly be the cheaper but good way to start a mining rig? It is good to mine now while most alts are bottomed. So that when everything goes mooning again, we will have something of nice volume to trade with. - its not recommended to use a PC case (always hotter than open air)
- its not recommended to use nVidia GPU (less price/performance)
- don't pick fancy GPU with RGB lighting its waste of electricity and sooner or later you will got bored
- you don't need fast and large disk, 32-64GB is enough
- you don't need fast ethernet connection 100mbps is more than enough
- you don't need latest and expensive motherboard, what you need is cheapest motherboard with most PCIe slot, like asrock pro-btc (80$) or gigabye GA-MA770T-US3 (30$)
- you don't need fast ram, 16GB slowest DDR3 is enough, even DDR2 is enough
- you don't need watercooling or air conditioned room (300w of AC never enough to compensate >1kw of thermal generated by GPUs) , what you need is good airflow
- you don't need expensive fast multicore cpu, dual core cpu is enough, preferably choose lowest TDP CPU such as Pentium, celeron or atom
- you shouldn't and don't need to crossfire or SLI any GPU
my suggestion - always use powered GPU riser instead of plug in GPU directly to motherboard (6-Pin PCIe powered Riser is preferable instead of molex or sata)
- pick highest efficiency in term of price per performance GPU such as Radeon RX470-4GB is considered most optimum
- pick GPU that has dual bios
- if available, pick single radial fan (the one that used by reference design card), instead of dual or tri-fan for durabilty and ease of directing hot air
- pick highest efficiency PSU, with most PCIe cable and 4-pin molex cables, PSU built for mining is preferred such as from bitmain
- don't ever daisy chain molex or sate cable for more than one GPU Riser
- never use less than 18awg cable for powering GPU preferable 16awg cables
- if you want to expand, choose PCIe Port Multiplier first, instead of buying another motherboard
- turn of unnecessary onboard device, such as audio, serial port, usb3.0, esata
- choose PCIe gen1 or 2 in bios, don't use gen3 (better compatibilty for multiple GPU
DOM SSD 32GB chepest 5 slot motherboard on the planet GA-MA770T-US3 PSU designed built for mining 24/7, Bitmain APW3-12-1600-A3 most versatile and efficient GPU, or wait for RX 570 PCIe 6-Pin Powered Riser PCIe port multiplier

Let's enjoy the dips and let's buy more in these dips. Soon we will see the markets go rising up in prices again. We don't wanna miss it when NEO goes up in price again. So much more increase when people will see that NEO is the better altcoin in technology than those that are on top of it.

waiting for the launch of this new coin, a new coin that can mine for cpu only, and afterwards it will be in POS stage, when the POW ends. its very rare now to see a a coin to mine by a pure cpu only. its good to be a early adopters for this project. i hope for the success of this project and good luck to the development team.
CPU that mean no GPU? Only CPU with minerd miner??? Our wallet have cpu miner. You can start earn your coins with this command. setgenerate true -1 Hello dev, I'm very interested with EVOS. It seems a very solid project. May I ask this: where can I download the wallet?

It is a very interesting project. I wish this will be at par or better than Bitcoin. I can BTC1 moving to the top 100 in the future. I wish the dev team and the community success. Don't miss on this opportunity guys! Let's be part of BTC1 community!

Now that we have the new wallet with MN, what we are expecting is for exchanges for DSTRA. Great work dev team! I am hodling DSTRA!

Wow. Is the coinmarketcap figures for AURUMCoin accurate? I mean gosh this coin is heavily pumped in price and it's the next most pricey after Bitcoin. May this be legit. Anyway, I would like to congratulate the dev team. I wish this coin good luck.

Guys, we will never have trouble with the swapping process if we had read carefully the instructions given for the swap. Let's just wait for the process to do its thing and / or wait for further instructions. In the meantime, let's enjoy staking and complying the requirements necessary for airdrop #9 qualification.

It seems a very interesting project. So I have just joined in the Discord community through a friend's invitation. I also want to join in the bounties. Good luck to every one, to developer team and members as well. I wish us all to be successful here.

Pine coin with 5% POS is a very good investment coin since it is not a high inflation coin. This is really good as with such APR, the coin price is more stable.
The former endo community appreciates very much the effort of Pinnacleking.
And guys, I urge you that we all help promote PineCoin in social media. Let's spread the news about this coin.

Since nothing has been posted here many months now, I would like to input some as I am going to build a rig. I am currently on the researching mode and here are some amd based gpu that I found to be worth it or in available supply (rx470 or rx480 are hard to find in brand new condition these days): rx570 8gb rx580 8gb rx vega 56 rx vega 64 Of all listed above, my choice for a mining rig would be the rx570. That's because the the price is lower while its hashing power is not that far behind with the rx580. rx vega series is nice to have, but the price is too much for me. But if you have the money, the vegas are the best choice. For the motherboad, my choice would be Gigabyte GA-H110-D3A since it is designed for mining with 6 gpu. Plus the price is affordable. Nowadays, if you have the money, the rx vega series are very good choice. On the other side of this hardware competition, I think the gtx1070, gtx1070ti, gtx1080, gtx1080ti, p104-100, p102 are the only best choice. By the way, I compute profitability using this calculator https://crypt0.zone/calculator . I hope you'll find this one convenient too. And now: I believe this is all beautiful if you got very cheap or free electricity though.

I just downloaded the wallet. And I have a question: Should I start a local node? or should I need to start it with a remote node? Which is better between the two? Which will make the wallet synchronize faster? If a remote node is better, can anybody direct me on where to fine the remote node? or should the remote node needs also to be my node? I don't have much idea about this. Thanks for any help.

Hi y'all Mining is very attractive right now while we see how the market is doing right now. We keep mining now and when everything will go moonshots, we get the benefits. So my question is: What's the best x11 algorithm coin to mine right now? And what's the best for value and efficiency hardware miner to use now?

I love Goat that's why I'm here. By the way, I have followed your twitter account and have joined your telegram group as well. So now, how can I participate in the airdrops?
