Have in mind that all these rises in price of NEO and GAS is mostly because of NEX ico. When ICO round 1 and afterwards round 2 finishes, don't be surprised to see price declining. Also NEX team will probably want to offload some of their 25 million USD in NEO and make a downward trend.

Is there any data on NEO's adoption rate? How many wallets do exist? Is there any data about the growth of NEO's adoption?

There is a lot of good information here https://www.reddit.com/r/NEO/. It has an extensive list of wallets, resources and other stuff that might be of interest.

If you base your NEO investment purely on the size of the reddit community, it surpasses EOS, ADA, TRX, & NEM...it's number 2 to ETH...Price wise based on the community ratio of ETH to NEO, NEO should be way higher.

Whether this is a good metric to go by is completely your own opinion.

its not just the community, community cant back up empty projects, bitcoin withstand the test of time due to its math technology, same with Neo and other crypto projects

Gas limits rise when u transact more ethereum meaning the more ur transaction is loaded with coins, the more gas it will consume. The price of nex is not a concern anymore. It has been fluctuating for years without affecting prices of gas. If u put in few million u will see the increase in rates as the result of dumbs seeing ur wall and buying from the sellbook.

I have been hodling onto NEO since the Antshares days, and over the past few months I've kept adding a few more NEO when there has been a dip in price. I think NEO is the one to hodl for the long term, it's in a bit of a dip at the moment but so are all the alts - the future looks bright for NEO.

sent my ONT from Binance to my NEO public address. Using Neon wallet latest version 1.2.6, I can't see tokens in the wallet and also they won't appear on Neon tracker, although if I check ontology blockchain the address balance shows correctly : airdrop tokens + the ones I sent from Binance.
Question: this takes time for ontology transaction to appear on Neo blockchain/wallet?

No, you can't do this, they are on different chains. NEO is on the Nep5 blockchain. ONT is on the Mainnet chain now.  If you have ONT on the Nep5 blockchain it needs to be swapped to the mainnet. Binance ONT is on the mainnet chain so send across chains will likely result in coin loss. But you can open a support case with Ontology and perhaps they can help you.

It's true that Binance is on the mainnet ONT chain now and that you can't see these tokens in your NEO NEP-5 wallet. However, as far as I understand and I've seen some other people have this issue too, the private key system that ONT uses is derived from NEO's private key system. This should mean that you can use your NEO(N) private key and import this into the ONT wallet. There is a good chance your tokens will be visible there.

Now that ONT has move to its own mainnet you will need an ONT wallet. There are a couple (maybe more) desktop wallets that you can use, just import your key into the wallet.
