2201  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.AG SCAM!!! -1000$ on: April 23, 2023, 08:26:22 PM

I think @OP did not deposit his money into the clone site since the representative just spoke about the issue and neither the representative deny the deposit but instead admit that the case is going on and they need the required document to continue with the case.  Betcoin.ag had been in the forum for so many years, I doubt that they will scam anyone and taint their reputation for just $1k.  I believe there is really an issue here since @OP as the representative stated did not submit any document yet.

There are inconsistencies in OP's post, like this one
Quote
They blocked me immediately after I deposited $1000 into their account!

how can we believe his accusation when he is telling his story the other way around by not giving the fact?
He is the one at fault here for being uncooperative.

Betcoin has been addressing all issues that come along in real-time and even agreed to a third-party mediation in fact one of the cases they won through third-party mediation
2202  Economy / Gambling / Re: Brokerstorm - Betting Broker | All cryptocurrencies accepted on: April 23, 2023, 02:02:59 PM
Access denied my location is restricted so I cannot make a review on their platform, I prefer casinos to block countries that are on their restricted list so people will not make a mistake of joining and playing.
Like all the others I also recommend that OP get a Copper account, take a visit to the other casino thread, and see their designs, show them that you are dedicated to promoting your casino here and we have a lot of good designers to make your thread stand out and looks professional.
I also recommend that you remain active here to answer all questions and check other recommendations on how you can effectively promote your casino here.
2203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 23, 2023, 11:07:11 AM

One lose cannot break out his achievement also he's so young there's so many room for improvement so provably he will bounce back for this big defeat he encounter in the hands of Davis. That big lose is a huge wake up call for him that he need to improve more so that he can maintain his superstar status and also to defeat more big names in industry.

I agree Davis is too good for him, he was calling out for Gervonta all these years, while Davis is getting better he was opting not to do a tune-up fight he is in a hurry to fight Davis, Tank is still a superstar he just needs tough opponents he has been cherry picking opponents, only Campbell has a good record in his resume.

His next fight should not be cherry-picked, maybe he and Rolly Romero will be a good match even though I read they are friends, it could be a good comeback fight Pitbull Cruz is also a good challenge for Ryan, I just don't want Ryan do cherry picked fight.
2204  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is something big happening behind the scenes that no one is talking about? on: April 23, 2023, 07:21:09 AM
there is no problem with the bonus after all only a handful of people complain about it there, there are still many users who play and don't leave the Stake just because of the bonus, well maybe they want to replace the bonus with another program the proof is that there are still many prizes distributed by the Stake to their users, so this is not something to hide because all casinos may also change their bonus or other events program.

The Stake will explain everything why their bonus was reduced in their thread, so they don't have to explain it here, it's better to look for an answer directly from the Stake in their thread because you will get the answer there without any mistakes and missed information
I agree you don't replace or stop playing because of the bonus, for a gambler reputation and convenience is the most important, and I don't see Stake cutting cost from giveaways and bonuses and its not permanent they always launch new contest and giveaways, gambling is still the most profitable platform but the most competitive, they will always have surprises for their players for them to keep playing.
Some of the big stories always have a leak so if there are big stories coming out there will be employers or insiders who will leak them, vloggers, and News oriented sites, have insiders or contacts in the industry.
2205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 23, 2023, 04:22:31 AM
The lack of experience on Ryan's part and Gervonta's 12 title fights experience is what made the difference, Ryan is too aggressive while Tank is showing controlled aggressiveness, you cannot beat someone you cannot hit, Ryan no doubt is a hard hitter but fighting someone like Gervonta who is very good in moving in the ring and making his opponents awkward is just too much for Ryan.
This fight settle it all I don't know about the rematch if there is one but for me, Gervonta is a better fighter he was leading in the fight and was very dominant this just shows who is the real top Dog in that division, I don't think Tank has a match in his division not even Haney.
2206  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Projects Visibility (Sig Campaigns) in Bitcointalk. on: April 22, 2023, 10:10:26 PM
Duelbits has a huge number of participants and allocation and I'm surprised that they can still keep up with the campaign they have one of the longest campaigns they are going for their third year now, besides Stake, Duelbits rule it over the gambling section, but I don't rule out other gambling platforms to add more participants like what Betcoin did.

Will we have more Duelbits and Stakes-like strategies employing a big number of participants for maximum visibility, it will be much better if we can insert the date when the campaign started for reference.
2207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 22, 2023, 09:22:20 PM

With the heated conference, it'd be disappointing to see no one falls down to the floor. I wouldn't mind which but all I want is a good fight to remember because of a satisfying KO.

I don't see it necessary to spy on each other since they both could see their previous fights so what is Ryan saying that Davis sends a spy to his training gym?

Davis also says Ryan only has a hook for him. With statement like this, he might underestimate Ryan.

I don't see this one ending in a decision because both fighters are known and capable to knock out opponents with one big punch the knockout records of both fighters are above average, but Ryan's chin is questionable and will be Tank's target and Ryan is a flat-footed fighter making him an easy target, but it will go down on who can land a big punch at the right spot.
There's so much expectation in this fight, and this fight is both fighter's legacy fight because this is a fight where both will encounter
a fighter that can possibly beat him.
I'll go for Tank in this fight, Ryan is good but Tank is a total fighter in the ring and he has such a good ring generalship and he can take big punches.
2208  Economy / Gambling / Re: A reminder for gamblers to avoid FortuneJack (ongoing lawsuit, 120k usd stolen) on: April 22, 2023, 02:49:14 PM
But if all these statements are said to be true how come we never heard of this news for the past years, and yet they are currently running a signature campaign on the forum. Could it be that this news was only visible to you or what? Or you trying to tarnished the good image of this reputable casino. Maybe you are being paid to carry out this action or possibly you tried cheating and being caught for tricks, so looking for all possibilities to spoil their reputations.
Good Luck for your action without a concrete evidence to show us here.

He already has two threads against Fortunejack he even offers to pay people just by supporting the flag he created against it and he claims to have an ongoing suit but there are no screenshots of that case or an article about the suit, we have a rule here if you are going to accuse or will bring news like this you have to show something no one here believes that there is.
The line that divides a FUD and the truth is the evidence, I hope there will be an update at the end of this year.
2209  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin permanently suspended my account and withholding my $$$ on: April 22, 2023, 01:05:55 PM
Lots and lots of complaints against gambling sites, from their response I see that they have made the final decision and will not give you anything but your initial deposit.

No one can judge the case because there is not much evidence, but by the number of topics that have been placed in the section here, I see that every time the claim for payment is repeated and nothing is paid.

So my advice is to reply with your bitcoin address and take your deposit because it is quite clear that they will not give you anything extra.
and if you look further on this board you'll also see complaints where the gambling site decides to take back their initial decision of banning and confiscating the funds and actually pay the gambler the money they should be getting. it's good for a gambler to question and oppose the decision of a gambling site if they know themselves that they didn't do anything wrong.
Since Betcoin agreed to take the case to a third-party mediation it's up to OP to decide if you want to take it, you can ask two reputable gambling review sites to take your case and decide if Betcoin is right in its decision to permanently suspend your account
you can reply here with your willingness and post the name of the two third parties that you want to decide you have to make a formal request on that two third parties, but they are not obligated to take your request, the length of time for this is 2 to 3 weeks to resolve, so it's your call now, although the easiest route is to take your deposit and forget this whole thing and move on but this is considered resolved if you take the fund.
2210  Other / Meta / Re: locked thread for no reason on: April 22, 2023, 11:39:34 AM
Perhaps the moderator considered that 5 pages is enough to get an exhaustive answer.

Actually, I think more threads should be locked when they go beyond page 5, and I personally rarely respond to threads that are longer than that. If we talk specifically about the Gambling section, all the more reason to do so.

Yes I agree with that but there should be an exception like the boxing discussion it's hard to lock it when the fight is not yet occurred because when it comes to this kind of sport there are a lot of new updates and changes coming in before the actual fight, there's a lot of contradiction and debate before the fight, but going back to the topic mods is right in locking it, the topic becomes redundant, OP should have created a poll so even those who don't want to post can cast their vote.
2211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul Vs Nate Diaz boxing Aug 5th on Dazn PPV on: April 22, 2023, 10:39:02 AM
well, let's see once inside the ring. but paul seems to have the advantage here. and bookies are already seeing that giving him the favourite on this match. also, paul has the motivation to win on this one because he lost his last fight.
when it comes to nate diaz, for sure he has seen paul's fights already so he knows where and when to attack him. but the stamina, i can give this aspect to paul's advantage.

Isnt every fighter has a motivation to win? Cheesy His motivation would better be to avenge Tommy Fury, than to fight another former UFC fighter aka earning money. His previous fight against Fury sold 775k PPV. Wonder how much gonna be sold against one of the main welterweight stars. Anyway, I foresee a knockout in this fight. Not because of lack of Nates stamina, Jakes boxing skills and lack of same skills from Nate, but because Nate loves to keep his hands low.
I hope Nate's boxing coach and trainers know this, you cannot let your hands down, he is not Mayweather to do this,  but I'm sure during the course of the fight Nate's habit will overcome him, by letting his guard down, this is the common weakness of MMA they let their defends down, they sometimes forget that they are doing boxing, there are so flaws on MMA fighters that real boxers can easily exploit not only stamina but weakness in defense if Nate is going to beat Jake he must have good lateral movements like Fury, who did a lot of movement and use that to caught Jake off guard.
2212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Live casino over provably fair games. on: April 22, 2023, 06:29:19 AM
I don't know why but i mostly lose on provably fair, when  start betting then some times the graph stay green, after betting some more bets it become red and go straight down, draining my balance.
The only explanation is the house edge finally caught you, the longer you play that's the time that the house edge will catch you, it may catch you when you are starting to play, or after you made a profit, so if you're looking to make profit be sure you are not greedy to triple or make your bankroll ten times, once you made a profit and you start to lose  don't think twice to withdraw you can always come back for another session

Quote
and in provably fair once we lose more then 10% of balance then, then we start to revenge gambling to recover our loses, while recovering we are unable to think by waiting some times, we think like my profit is only one click away, then clicking and clicking then increasing bet size and blowing account.
I know this case is not for everyone, but in gambling most of players comes on that phase! we can not control and wait and think to recover that loss tomorrow because we can profit in just a one mouse click.
You can revert to manual betting and take your time if you think that you are losing your bets fast, you can be in control but once you set up the auto bet you have no control and the house edge will eventually catch you,

2213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Contract Addresses: The need to be more cautious on: April 21, 2023, 10:20:10 PM
I am fully aware of that and I also received a lot of fake coins trying to resemble a real one, so to keep yourself safe from this check the official site to get the contract address or from the market aggregator if you're going to trade in a Decentralized Exchange.

These are spam tokens created as a trap if you're careless about how you transact.
Scammers are improving they can now use a contract address that is very much similar to the real one, so awareness is very important you should check and double the details.
One moment of carelessness and you lose your coins.
2214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: April 21, 2023, 09:41:37 PM
I remember the days when Kasparov played chess with a machine and beat it. Remember Deep Blue? Now nobody can beat a machine at chess. Will it be the same with the game of poker? Who knows. If the AI learns to beat humans at poker, people will just play each other.
That is likely what's going to happen we already have AI in the chess world but the popularity of chess is still there when there is analysis involved the AI can evolve there, but the poker industry will still have human-to-human tournaments, and the likelihood that poker online gaming with AI involved on it is possible, we may see this scenario in a few years when AI popularity soars, with all the support coming from a tech giant like Google and big names in the entrepreneurial like Elon Musk this, is possible.
2215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of play to earn games on: April 21, 2023, 12:19:48 PM
I'd been contemplating lately playing a play-to-earn game again. Is there anybody here playing profitable P2E games? I have a few hours to allocate daily. I am 50/50 between trading and playing. I want to relax in the next months so I prefer to play a P2E game but of course, I also want to earn even a little like $40 daily should be fine. Investing in order to play is fine but I am done throwing thousands of dollars for some games so my budget might be a little tight this time when it comes to NFT games. Trading is also good especially when the market is starting to move but there are times that it is stressful too.

I stopped playing these Play to Earn games for me it's a waste of time because I hardly get profit from playing these Play to Earn platforms, but if you want to just whilst away time and you play for fun then go for it.
I'm not really a gamer I was attracted to its potential profit because of the hype and the shill, but instead, I lose a lot, all the five Play To Earn I invested like Dpet and AgeOfGods are down 90 to 95% of my initial investment, I was a victim of hype of these PlayToEarn.
So think twice f you want it for fun or profit, I don't know if there's profit that I can expect in the future from this PTE, but I'm not hoping anymore.
2216  Economy / Gambling / Re: A reminder for gamblers to avoid FortuneJack (ongoing lawsuit, 120k usd stolen) on: April 21, 2023, 10:13:26 AM
Since you already posted this in your accusation against FortuneJack in the scam section you don't have to create this kind of discussion you just have to update the threat for any development of the case since you cannot provide details of the court proceeding, because if you provide it, the court may contempt you so if the hearing is ongoing then give us an update when there's already a resolution or people will think that you are just creating FUDS and you are just inventing this court proceeding.

What's happening now is that justice will soon prevail, in my opinion, since the lawsuit is going forward. That's a lucky thing to get justice on this earth though.
2217  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Who is Bitcoin.org on: April 21, 2023, 05:24:04 AM
Just to make it clear, I am not looking for free Bitcoin.  I lost a significant amount to a fraudulent online trading platform which has now been shutdown.  I have accepted my loss and am not soliciting these people who randomly contact me.  I would never pay anything upfront to these individuals.  if someone claims to have access to any of my investment funds and wants to transfer them to me without an upfront payment then I would do my due diligence first.  My first inclination when someone contacts me is that it is a scam.  If I am unsure then I seek the advice of the forum members to educate me.  In this instance I knew nothing about Bitcoin.org but you guys have educated me and I now know how what red flags to look for.

Bitcoin.org has its own page to learn how to trace scammers you can check it all here

https://bitcoin.org/en/scams#pump-and-dumps

and what you received is a call impersonating and pretending to be from Bitcoin.org, because Bitcoin.org has no jurisdiction over any platform, you can easily arrive at a decision that these people are impostors and its good to know that you have the decision not to fall victim, these people are targeted people who got scam and offering them to help you get back the money that you've lost, because these scammers know that you are finding ways to recover lost funds.
There are investors and traders who do not know sites like Bitcoin.org its surprising because if you're an investor you do diligent research and check out sites associated with Bitcoin, like Bitcoin.org and Bitcointalk.
2218  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM WARNING] TheTopSpotOnline Plagiarized Whitepaper on: April 21, 2023, 02:22:30 AM
Doing crowdfunding nowadays is very hard, developers need to gain the trust of investors, and they need to make an almost perfect and competitive platform for a project, and to get caught plagiarising their whitepaper can be considered a grave mistake, I have seen developers defending their whitepaper from coincidence to the writer's fault, but developers should be meticulous in details because so many have eyes on every detail on every project that asks for crowdfunding.
Investors learned their lessons from the past ICOs and they want and ask for a high standard for these ICOs.
2219  Economy / Reputation / Re: Warning about the Novus Chain project/bounties on: April 20, 2023, 11:50:55 PM
I checked who manages the bounty and it's a new account, reputable bounty manager will not agree to this kind of terms, there are many histories of ICO campaigns where the bounty hunters did not get their shares of the bounty, some projects even ask for verification after months of inactivity if you missed this validation your stakes are gone, I missed a lot of my stakes when I was still active in bounty campaigns, because of lack of escrow.
Escrow is a must for launching a bounty, with this action they will show that they are legit and bounty hunters will be guaranteed their rewards, it's not easy to be in a campaign for 1 or 2 months.
It's good that you call them out.
2220  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 0.01 BTC loan defaulted by (MakeMoneyBtc) on: April 20, 2023, 11:21:54 PM
How can someone borrowed money from another person and ran away from the money, if you know that you can't meet up as stipulated time elapsed, he has to pm the leander to notify him the situational report so the person would be also away and have reasons with the situation and extend the loan to a convenient date for the borrower to pay off his or her loan but running away from it is very bad.
The person who has the intention to scam anyone then the user may ask for non-collateral loan and if want to take any other benefit then the user may ask for an extension if there is no chance to get any more benefit then the user might go offline or stop responding.

Some people take extensions because they genuinely need it, but your point is valid too. I have witnessed some well-established names on this forum scamming for money and it was not just through loans but escrows too.
But as you said, if the intention is to scam only, nobody will even ask for an extension and just run away with the money as all they needed was the money at the end of the day.

I agree it's adding insult to injury if the borrower keeps asking for a loan extension but in the end, he will not eventually pay, this kind of person doesn't have a conscience if they are going to do this, if you ask for an extension be sure to honor it, you are still not a scammer if you ask for an extension but not honoring your words is what makes you a scammer.
