2281  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need advice regarding buying on: November 12, 2021, 12:46:10 PM
Maybe you should ask yourself what's your goal in buying Bitcoin. If it's for long-term investment, and you don't have any plan to sell in the next 5 years or so, just keep buying and follow your plan. Sure, you probably can get a lot more later, but does it matter in the near future if your net profits are more than, say, 500%?

As others have said, if you're reluctant to buy at one price point or another, maybe you should look at swing trading, or use the rainbow chart to dictate when to buy (usually around the blue area).
2282  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and usdt exchange on: November 12, 2021, 12:23:18 PM
If you're planning on using Kucoin, keep in mind that they get hacked and lost quite big. Not saying that other exchange is free of hacks, but I do think it might contribute to decide especially if you're planning on doing lots of tx around that volume regularly. As for that xfers problem, have you tried asking further and clarify that you don't have any account yet? Sounds like a database issue.
2283  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Cold wallet question on: November 12, 2021, 11:57:56 AM
Other than lack of knowledge, a prideful mindset/arrogance is probably one of the contributing factor. Downplaying the risk that they can get screwed because of their habit, etc. Believe it or not, even some of the most experienced users that I know of still make silly mistake here and there. Even making sure that you still has access to your seed might not be as simple as you might think it is.
2284  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin Mixing & How to tail Malicious Transactions on Bitcoin Blockchain on: November 12, 2021, 11:44:51 AM
I'm not sure I get the "how to tail" part. As far as I can tell you're just explaining the mixer main address and their first/last known tx, but not how to find out whether they're a mixer or not from an observer point of view. Looks like all of them are operating using a single main address, so it's easier to track. I'm also surprised you don't mention any 'big' mixer such as Chipmixer, dark web or not, I think they're quite popular.
2285  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New Bitcoin Wallet about to Launch. on: November 12, 2021, 11:36:05 AM
Honestly it sounds more like a pyramid scheme if you claims that any referral can give you 20k sats for free without doing anything. If it's for short-term marketing, I can understand it, but that's not what I get from your post. Other than this 'loan-like' approach, what else makes people think your wallet is better compared to others? If you don't have anything else, I doubt you'll find a good user base. Kinda reminds me a forum that launched a few years ago and incentivize posting but end up closed soon after.
2286  Economy / Services / Re: [Open][Signature Campaign] Crosswise Finance | Legendary & Hero | $85 Per Week | on: November 12, 2021, 06:23:01 AM
Is there an update for the payment of the first week?
2287  Local / Mining (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [Share] Rawat GPU Mining Agar Mudah Dijual Kembali on: November 08, 2021, 11:58:37 AM
Ada beberapa opsi sih gan, kayaknya. Misalnya:
1. Taruh di tempat yang dingin.
2288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming on blockchain is the future on: November 08, 2021, 06:32:04 AM
Let's jut see how it survive the bear market first before we start hyping them up. The industry no doubt will continue to exist, but the value is likely going to change. Just take a look at the past few years, we've seen a lot of 'adoption' project like ICO/IEO etc but now they're nowhere to be found. Bear market is the best test for them.
2289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cheapest launch platform on: November 08, 2021, 06:14:06 AM
Just how much are you trying to raise in the first place? Or what does you consider as cheap? $50 or less?

Most launchpad that I know of target $100k or more, surely 0.6 BNB (or around $400) is not that much compared to your target? The downside of using cheap platform (if you found any) is a lack of user or volume, so you might not be ale to achieve your target at all.
2290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google/bing Ads with Bitcoin ? on: November 08, 2021, 05:59:14 AM
There is a crypto-based ad service for sure, but I don't know one who can help you post an add on Google.

An alternative would be requesting a service from someone who accept BTC or crypto as the payment. You can do it on Services board (I recall there are several request like this in the past, albeit it's for different platforms).
2291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where are NFTs stored and do you really own them? on: November 07, 2021, 11:57:02 AM
Furthermore, what if the exact same nft is minted on another blockchain? Now two people can "own" it! Cheesy
The hash will always be different though. At the end of the day, each digital data can be unique as long as you can find the right algorithm to prove it.
Actually NFT is not an official proof of copyright ownership. So if you have only NFT it is unclear do you have any rights to the actual artwork. Cry
True, maybe things will change if the law accommodate them. I think it is quite simple to build a database for law enforcement. People just need to submit the ID/hash when they mint the art or something similar.
2292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened if the META project intronised ? on: November 07, 2021, 11:41:07 AM
First of all, while I applaud your optimism you should learn a bit about the crypto market. While it's true that x100 or x1000 gains is not impossible, it is also possible that next year you'll bleed a lot since most people expect a bear market to hit after a new ATH. A lot of people believe in the 4-year cycle, you might as well wait until the bear hit the peak before you start buying more.

I don't know why you think Meta can push the price further either, especially if the top 100 coins are not related to the project in any way.
2293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are the retail interested more of action or utility of btc on: November 07, 2021, 11:22:37 AM
There's a ton of tokens/coins that have more impressive price movements in shorter time frame if you look in the past, but all of them don't survive in the long run. I think you're either too impatient to hold BTC and ETH or just like high volatility coins.

That being said, if by retail you mean retail traders, of course most of the time they'll look for more price action. But at the end of the day, no one in their right mind would discard Bitcoin or other top coins just because some meme.
2294  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Searching (who am I kidding, crack) private keys using FPGA and mining chips on: November 07, 2021, 11:15:48 AM
bro,have any good news?
Even if he did, why would he share it with you? I suggest you stop hoping for people to crack a wallet and share the private keys in some public space. Might as well crack it on your own.

Oh, you should also stop posting in this thread and make a new one if you're interested in things like this. OP is nearly 2 years old.
2295  Economy / Economics / Re: Intel slipped—and its future now depends on making everyone else’s chips on: November 06, 2021, 06:26:35 AM
Pat G sounds really confident recently, but Intel track record in the last few years doesn't make me trust it that much. If anything, seeing is believing for now. Let's see how they will compete with TSMC after openly "attacking" them but at the same time hope they can get a pie of their 5 nm chips. Competition is definitely loved, their Alder Lake is good enough to make Ryzen cheaper.
2296  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Does gate.io ban any country ? on: November 06, 2021, 05:59:13 AM
I tried to contact the support too but kept me in the waiting list. If you are able to find a person on the chat, then do let me know what they say about this issue ?
Have you tried asking on their Telegram or social media? Sometimes they are more responsive there for general queries like this. But anyway, if you can't find your country then it's safe to assume you can't use that exchange. Just stop your registration and move on.
2297  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Butler Bot (TBB) Alternative on: November 06, 2021, 05:54:36 AM
I'm not sure why you use the price of the token as the indicator if the project is doing good or not. Does the app still active? I just checked and it seems it is still online (but I don't know whether you can still use it or not). Aside from that, I'm not confident of buying tokens to use a bot without any review/proof that it is working.

AFAIK most trading bots supports cex since it's easy to integrate. Other bots exist but you have to pay a dev to build it for you. If you're still interested on that try to post on the service board or find them on Reddit.
2298  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is there such a thing as a non-scam cloudmining operation ? on: November 06, 2021, 05:18:04 AM
I don't endorse all the cloud mining scams you guys are talking about, I now do my own defi mining.
You are talking about different thing. It's understandable though, since the term "mining" has been used on multiple occasion to refers various money earning opportunity including lending and staking. If that's where you are going then you should discuss it on the altcoin section, or service section.
2299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How do I fix miy Metamask "DEEPLINK NOT SUPPORTED" error? on iphone on: November 05, 2021, 06:40:52 AM
Does the problem also shows up when you use Chrome on iOS? According to some post and discussion on GitHub, it is a problem on Safari browser but you can easily fix it on Chrome. If that doesn't help somebody also suggest to check out the sdk call (it's a bit complicated so take a look here: https://github.com/trustwallet/trustsdk-react-native/issues/33).
2300  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Does gate.io ban any country ? on: November 05, 2021, 06:30:32 AM
According to their sign-up page, there are several countries that are not supported but I don't see Pakistan in one of them. As of now:
Quote
Washington State(U.S.A), New York State(U.S.A), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, the Government of Venezuela, Crimea are not supported.
Maybe just check it on your own https://www.gate.io/signup/.
