A quick note about the website. Please stop using light grey text (as in the Shopping area), its too light and makes it harder to read especially if on a screen that has any sunlight shining on it. Cheers ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Other than that its great of course ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

A little clarity.
I was supportive from the outset. As an entrepreneur thats built a number of businesses, the last thing you need, especially in the early days, is naysayers and screaming banshees distracting you from the plan, hence the defense...I've been there and its bloody annoying. I still wish the coin and all people in it and around it well. I point no fingers as circumstance played its own part in the scenario. Luck plays its part no matter how carefully laid the plans are.
I have a business to run. The numbers were not adding up in the time frame I had allowed. I still hold and wont be dumping in the hope that the price recovers. As such the costs to get here are now written off so anything in the future will be a bonus. Should I catch any campaigns or pages that need a UTC upvote I'll add mine to the list. I've written off my costs, not the coin.
My business decision stands and I hunt the profit line. I'd be more than happy to come back to mining UTC if the numbers stack as the coin in itself has much about it I liked. Promoting those benefits is an essential part of any future success. As I dont know whats going on in the background I make no judgements about people and plans, that would be foolish of course. But experience shows that getting your product to market sucessfully is a lot of hard work and can get very expensive.
Again and I repeat, I point no fingers and bear no ill will to any of the UTC team. I just state that at this time, to continue to mine and hold coins is not in MY financial interests. As such I have moved over to a different coin...for now.
All the best for now and the future

Props to crypto-trade cdev. Processing withdrawals manually the whole night getting everyone's money back...respect!
QFT Considering the amount of bad press about exchanges recently, these guys have worked hard to regain trust and have done a good job in earning some back. I wish them well and hope they manage to resolve their issues and come back with an exchange that is solid, safe, robust and easy to use.

Just pulled the UTC out of CT myself, said it was in the queue
Good to see those guys being true to their word
And sadly, unless we get more action fast, many others will feel the same as ozkraut, we need action.
I admit to turning over some production to LTC again as the risks here are climbing to be unsustainable financially, sorry, but unless theres better ROI in the pipe I cant play this game. 28 days of mining and not a lot to show bar coins that have nowhere to go and a price that isnt worth it.
Please sort this out. 1 Month with a black hole at the end does not inspire

I would hope that those with a large amount of coins would actually spread them across exchanges. Partly to mitigate risk and partly so arbitrage opportunities can be made. Clever money would be made to work. This way dumping is less worthwhile and prices can be maintained to a degree

CT is affecting UTC like how MtGox was affecting Bitcoin.
Knowing that there is a significant amount of the trading UTC there I would have to agree. Theres also a lot of BTC back those coins as well. The sooner those funds are released back into the hands of traders the faster UTC can get the momentum back

Hi guys, been reading on previous replies... I'm a noob and currently building a mining rig with a tight budget and planning to get a low end gpu card. Is there an updated list for gpu rating (khash/s)? Any tips for a noob? ![Embarrassed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/embarrassed.gif) https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparisonthat should help

Its all good to have lots of exchanges supporting the coin, but the coin needs to be ON the exchanges to trade... they need loading up, spread your risks, dont just all use one exchange.... learn to arbitrage the ones we have now ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Make money as they do ... the % here and there if ya day trading the ball is rolling ...

Im gonna panic soon when it hits the 24hour mark if theres no update on twitter
You do that and let me know what kind of results it gets ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) i LOL'd I had 405 UTC in there after pulling out a stack as I didn't want ALL my coins in there. It would be disappointing if things have gone horribly wrong and they disappeared but arguably not entirely unexpected that yet another exchange has done a runner. As with most of the wildcat frontier of crypto, you plays ya cards ya takes ya chance. However, there's still time. We shall see. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Thanks Bumface. I might sound demanding sometimes but it's really for the better of UTC and even for yourself. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) You condescending and patrionising little twerp. Give the guy a break and be quiet. Nag nag nag, youre worse than a mother in law, seriously, go do something useful for a change instead of harrasing people that have lives.
