2381  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why Blockchair.com always proof captcha? on: March 22, 2023, 02:44:58 PM

I just got from the morning, i don't what happens, is blockchair.com being hacked?

Bitcointalk employs a captcha but no one asked if it's being hacked,

Quote
CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) is a type of security measure known as challenge-response authentication.

I prefer sites to have a captcha because it's a sign that the site takes care of its security and they want people to be confident and trust their platform, captcha is not a sign that it is being hacked, its a sign that the site is secured from bots and hackers, sometimes captchas are annoying but it's necessary to protect the site.
2382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: March 22, 2023, 01:55:39 PM
Long story short - this is going to be a useless fight for Canelo, that only his fans would watch. Real boxing fans are not much interested in this fight, as they expect nothing outstanding from it. Expect pressure from Canelo and a TKO in round 4-6. That is it.
I don't think it will be a useless fight, yes it's a cherry-picked fight but the boxing community will still be interested but not to the point, of buying high prices for ringside or PPV, the media will watch and follow the development, and the actual fight if you're an undisputed champion and on a ring magazine people will still be interested to follow your career.
Who knows Ryder can offer something and give Canelo a tough fight, boxing fans want action regardless of who's fighting. and boxing fans will watch boxing as long as it's popular boxers regardless of who they are fighting.

2383  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Deflation in signature campaigns on: March 22, 2023, 08:52:05 AM

Also if you think that in the future some campaign will try to collect the majority of ex-CMs in a higher paying campaign.

Forum posting has become competitive now with the absence of Chipmixer because all campaign participants are now in trouble of getting replaced for a better poster, I don't know the possibility of a new campaign that will pay like Chipmixer because there's none in the past that comes out and equal the rate, maybe these new mixers will play the new role or filled the spot vacated by Chipmixer.

Quote
And one last question. The CM campaign paid for a maximum of 50 posts per week, while the rest (except Stake.com) pay for a maximum of 25. Do you think this will lead some people to try to build up an alt account so that in the future they can get paid for two campaigns for a total of 50 posts per week?
It's been happening for a long time as long as they aren't on the same campaign, and they are good and accepted by the campaign managers there's no issue at all.
2384  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbit1.com - New 1xbit.com management - We will try to solve all the problems - on: March 22, 2023, 08:16:55 AM
Hello guys,

Although people contacted me regarding their case, I am still waiting for all the other people to contact me with their case. Please PM me with your account number so I can review your cases and resolve them.
We are also working on the license with the MGA. We will obtain this license soon as soon we solved all the issues.
I would also advise you not to deposit any money in 1xbit.com or 1xbit1.com until you will see the logo of the MGA (Maltese Gambling Commission).

The nerve to post and still trying to make us believe that you are coming from 1xbit, why don't you first prove to us that you are the official representative of 1xbit and prove that the other guy is the fake one unless you can prove that, your trust rating is going from bad to worse I just supported the flag and many more will support the flag.
To anyone who will contact this idiot, you have yourself to blame in case you got scammed again just don't be tempted to send more money, you'll be the laughing stock here.
2385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com announces Israel Adesanya as their Global branded ambassador on: March 22, 2023, 01:19:05 AM
Here it is the next bout in this saga between Israel Adesanya & Alex Pereira is set to explode on April 9th for the UFC 287 event in Miami.

Inside Israel Adesanya's INTENSE Training Camp for Alex Pereira Rematch at UFC 287

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzKn7ggIChA

Just posted from his training camp from what looks like a covert ops suit.
So I imagine he is taking this match very seriously and it shouldn't disappoint on the buildup to the main event next month!

Very intense indeed you can't blame him here, he is fighting for his career, Adesanya is doing great for many years as champion in UFC until the guy that beat him twice and even knock him out outside UFC came and did it again.
He can't go wrong this time he needs to be in the best shape of his career, a 4-0 loss to the same guy and twice in the UFC spells the end of his career, he knows he is heading to retirement and oblivion if he did not win this time.

Actions of this person could be considered at least as a phishing, and anyone sending his details to this person is risking to get his details used in a way he wants.

In addition, here are a few messages received from the person:

I like to thank you for showing us this and letting us know his intention, but I cannot do that since there are still a lot of unresolved issues I guess you stop this guy because you don't want more accusations against you or you don't want people outside of your management to scam people using your name, you just want to be the one to scam people  Cheesy
2387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 3 Reasons Why Cytpocurrency Gambling is more Addictive than Fiat Gambling! on: March 20, 2023, 10:45:36 PM
My three top reasons are market volatility, privacy, and transparency

Market volatility you could be doubling the amount you've won in a casino if the market shifted to the bull run but so is when you lose
Privacy Unless you are good in the casino you're playing and you're not winning huge amounts of money you are playing anonymously and your information is safe.

Transparency You can see your deposit, your withdrawal, and at some point the asset of the casino you're playing
Time is changing and casinos are shifting from total fiat to Cryptocurrency, in the future, all casinos will be Cryptocurrency based because that's what the gambling community preferred.
2388  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Offering Malicious Script Service - XDrainer on: March 20, 2023, 09:31:34 PM

Additional Notes:
I initially hoped I understand their service wrongly, that they offered a service of blacklisted address so their user could proceed with caution, much like... that specific user who offered such service on neighboring sub-board. I honestly not sure if raising this thread would works against their favor by limiting their movement or I did a mistake by offerring a free advertising for their service, but I thought it's better be reported so unsuspecting people would proceed with caution.

It might be worth mentioning that --I think-- the service looks and works like the one thread in the past where the user's fund were drained after he approved a contract [can't find it although I've spent long minutes on ninjastic and generous time by manually leafing through the scam accusation and reputation board].

You are right in posting this stuff this is new and many are not aware of this, a malicious script that is being sold is encouraging people to scam and they are no different from scam promoters, I am not aware of the existence of this kind of software and maybe in the future I run into it, you are not promoting it since it is in the scam section.
Two things will happen people will be aware of it or scammers will thank you because they can use something to scam people, but we are here to educate people about what scammers are using to scam people.
2389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: why people promote gambling sites . on: March 20, 2023, 09:01:08 PM

I am not telling the gambling website run evil business by 'not' telling terms and conditions (it's new people's mistake to not reading the T&C, he also need to think twice why would anyone will pay me my money doubling)

If you're a user even if you're a newbie it's your responsibility to read the TOS of casinos and its not only casinos it applies to all membership types of sites much more on sites where you are putting money, it's your fault if later you run into trouble on their rules, what you should questions are casinos that do not have a TOS or change their TOS without informing their members.

it's their business. and they clearly say many times gambling is a branch of entertainment named tree.
i am telling about influencers, who are very blind for their referral commission that they influence new beginner people to gamble and make money (which is not possible many times) even after knowing that one will make any money that this game.
i don't know people think about this in that way or not, may i am a dumb or not seen the world yet,

It's their business to promote casinos and part of promoting anything is to shill and hype it, they are promoting casinos which is a gambling site it's not a bank where you can make money it is an entertainment portal even if they tell you you can make money out of it, you should know the truth about gambling, you are not born yesterday to know that gambling is high risk and you can lose money, I guess you are dumb to think that these gambling sites are a source of easy money.

2390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How my lack of knowledge has blinded me so far on: March 20, 2023, 02:03:26 PM
To be honest, i dont understand why some ppl so mad at KYC... and would like to know opinions of who is against that, just to understand an their view.

I'm not one of these few people and I always question casinos that claimed to not ask for KYC because they will be abused and used by money launderers making them the target of authorities, KYC is part of of the terms we agreed when we sign up to a reputable and compliant casino.
I don't have anything against KYC and agreed with all your points but I will only do this to reputable casinos like Stake, our information is safe on legit casinos but could mess up our lives if end up with a scam casino.
2391  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbit1.com - New 1xbit.com management - We will try to solve all the problems - on: March 19, 2023, 11:24:39 PM

The domain 1xbit.com is still available, but only for administration. All new players are automatically redirected to 1xbit1.com of which we are now the new management.

To all the victims: Please contact me with PM.
Mark.

He is right in informing us that 1xbit1.com redirect to 1xbit, but I don't think it is under new management because a casino that has a bad name and with new management is actually good news because there's a possibility of them rebranding and trying to regain their reputation but checking the site, there's no announcement on that.
OP is lying about the new management announcement and he isn't part of the 1xbit management based on the official bounty manager of 1xbit post.
Whatever his intention is, we should be careful dealing with this guy don't provide any confidential information if you're a complainant.
2392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Placing bet on WWE on: March 19, 2023, 10:45:08 PM
From my understanding of wrestle mania WWE,I see it as a fixed fight, which there is an agreement of who will win the fight. Despite all these people still buy tickets to watch the fight. I don't see this as a transparent fight, but people still bet on this fight. Is it that they are ignorant of this fight fixing or they are addicted to gambling and just bet on whatever come across them. As a gambler will you bet on such fight, when you know that the fight is fixed and the outcome of the fight is not for real,or will you go ahead to bet for fun?

I never bet on wrestling for obvious reasons but I love watching wrestling in the past, in fact, I followed wrestlers in the past like Snake Robert, and Shawn Michael, the excitement and drama is real, and besides they promote themselves as an entertainment portal, not a sport for you to bet, they want you to relax and enjoy the drama and excitement.
When you're betting, you don't look at the drama and excitement you concentrate on the outcome which is why bookies do not accept WWE bets, because there are no favorites and underdogs here.
2393  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any problems with *CHIPMIXER* coins? on: March 19, 2023, 09:36:41 PM
YAh, another topic about mixers.
*My friend* has some coins that were mixed during the past years, moved them into cold storage, and he wants to sell them in the future.
Are there any complaints about closing KYCed accounts, tax reports or problems that resulted from depositing ChipMixer mixed coins? Specifically after ChipMixer.com has been seized.

- Yamane
So far there is none because its too early to tell, their concern now is catching the owner of Chipmixer he'll have to testify or the authorities makes him spill out about the data that they've seized, while you have the time you can transfer it to wallets that you own or trade it from one exchange to another so if ever the coins will be disassociated to the mixer, and as long as you are not a hacker or a scammer and for a legal reason you want your coins to be private there's nothing to worry about.
The authorities will probably go for big-time scammers and hackers not for small fish because this is part of the main reason why they seize Chipmixer.
2394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the Strangest Bet You Have Ever Had? on: March 19, 2023, 09:06:21 PM
I only bet on sports and on casinos I still don't remember betting that can be considered strange,  the closest that I can think of was the time that the ferry in our location will arrive because it never arrive on time, sometimes I win and sometimes I lose and I still wonder why that ferry cannot arrive in the time that it should, given that there's no traffic in the sea and the speed is always the same.
If you're a gambler you will bet on almost every circumstance, some gamblers do this to sharpen their analysis and to earn extra bucks, one of the popular jokes on this is

2395  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Can I post this ? on: March 19, 2023, 02:27:49 PM
If the casino is outside the forum scope then members here can't help you a lot and you have to contact the live support to claim your funds and hope they help you to withdraw the funds. You still can present the information with all the valid evidences to prove your point so if anyone has information they can solve it to some extent.

At least they can warn others to have second thoughts about playing at that casino, the point of reporting a casino when they kept your withdrawal or you encounter an issue that is not right, is to alert other gamblers and to let the casino aware of the accusation so they can address it and give their side of the story behind their decision.
The casino OP mentioned is not familiar to many of us, but hopefully, his issue will be resolved and he should learn the lesson of only playing in a casino that has established its reputation $14k is such a huge amount to many of us.
2396  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dare to take such gamble? on: March 19, 2023, 12:00:56 PM

*My question for you*

Will you dare take such a gamble if you have the money? 🤑🤑🤑

Well why not, I'm not an expert in price speculation but this $1 million bet in 90 days reminds me of Mcafee's bet of cutting his cock if Bitcoin did not reach $1 million by 2020.
I'm not saying his prediction is impossible but the logic behind the $1 million in 90 days is quite hard to comprehend as the US will do everything for the dollar not to experience deflation, I like Bitcoin to reach I guess we all do but the US government are smart enough to let their dollar suffer deflation.
2397  Economy / Gambling / Re: RoyalStarsCasino.com | Crypto Fastest Growing Casino | Best No Wagering of 375% on: March 19, 2023, 10:11:28 AM

if people pay close attention to this casino and their TOS they will see that there are a lot of things in it that are red flags, but unfortunately all people know to do is look and that's it.

They are of the few casinos that have long terms of service and all of them are favoring their platform
one that really hurts is this one

Suspension and termination

We will determine, at our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms of use of the website. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including all or any of the following:
...
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.

- Further legal action against you.

- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

Other casinos will just disable your account or forfeit your winning but based on this they will charge you and even go to the extent of relaying information to law enforcement, this is something that gamblers should be aware of, getting charged and I'm not comfortable playing on a site that will be poised serious threat to you given that so many casinos will accuse their players wrongly.

2399  Economy / Reputation / Re: Another 1xbit solving problems thread. Beware! on: March 18, 2023, 10:57:10 PM

I just visited the gambling board and I saw this thread raised by 1xbit1.com.
1xbit1.com - New 1xbit.com management - We will try to solve all the problems -

I remembered that there's a similar thread here that raised the hope of 1xbit victims and later all was to no avail.

With my experience in online scam, I want to assure us that there is no new management, it is same people that wants to try a new domain because the former has been successfully demarketed.
No sane entrepreneur will acquire a scam domain and agree to solve all the scams committed with the domain.

That thread is useless and the intention is questionable if they really want to resolve those scam accusations they should start right away, there's no need to create a second thread because the first thread proved to be useless and did not live up to the victims' expectation.
Those scam accusations are still open or unlocked, they can post on those threads and ask for usernames and resolve those issues.
We have been fooled once there should be no second time, or we will become a laughing stock of these scammers.
2400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of the world population involved in gambling on: March 18, 2023, 01:45:31 PM
How true is this?
Sometimes I found it's arguably, most time not reason being that out of the world populations 60% to 80% of it dominance and occupancies love sports and you know what this mean, 30% out of the 70% love gaming.
This is the human side of us, it brings the feeling of excitement and thrill and we feel alive when we are playing or betting

Now let say something very striking

Sports creates ways for gambling
Gaming gives raise to gambling
You can bring gambling to everything not only sports everything we do we can bring gambling here its inherent in us, its just sports where we can easily integrate gambling because two teams are fighting to win

This simply means there is no way the world can be divided into two or three equal parts without finding that people gambles regularly and almost everyone is involved one way or the other, from my research on gambling it has been existing right from Origin of man.
Gambling is taking a chance and trying to win or reach our goal it's on us and it cannot be taken from us because it's inherent in us even if we are in a country where gambling is forbidden, we are involved in gambling even if we are not aware of it, you cannot stop the urge on something that is part of us.
