Does anyone have friedcats personal details? I would like to sue him.
So you're the next ASICRUS?
242  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on [BTC-TC] on: November 03, 2013, 02:31:25 AM
Thanks for the update,Today will receive dividends ?

Yes, in about an hour from now.

And I can confirm that we will be moving to a Panamanian exchange Smiley

Edit: It looks like the majority of recipients of this TX will not be able to receive dividends (0.0006 per share) because of the small amount of shares. It will be best for us to wait until we are moved to the new exchange (next week) then dividends will be paid out that day.

Hopefully share price will rise dramatically then too in anticipation of our many many terahashes of hardware being delivered in January Smiley

Looking forward to the coming weeks and months,
Garrett
Awesome.

You could go ahead and pay out the missing dividends to PT holders. Then there should be no problem paying out the dividend on the panamanian exchange.

Hi TAT

I have 42 G.ASICMINER on Bitfunder and want to send them to AM1 in Havelock. But how I am supposed to send you the 210 TAT shares as fee, if I can't buy there because of the limitations?
Am I losing something?

Thanks!
I'm wondering the same. Is it possible to pay the "fee" on Havelock, i.e. I buy the AM100 shares there and transfer them?
Nevermind, I see that you exchange G.ASICMINER shares for AM100 shares and then transfer to AM1.
244  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Asset Exchange Marketplace + Rewritable Options Trading on: November 03, 2013, 01:38:38 AM
There is almost zero trading happening right now...makes me wonder about the future of bitfunder
Maybe because many users are stuck in validation right now.

Wow, just over 10BTC volume. Good job Ukyo.

All current BitFunder users who are not United States persons or entities must supply the information required to obtain "Verified" status on their linked WeExchange account before November 1, 2013. Any such users who fail to provide the necessary information will not be able to enter into or sell positions on the BitFunder website as of November 1, 2013.
I supplied the information required several days ago. For my understanding that means that I should still be able to trade. But I am not, because neither does Ukyo stick to his wording nor does he staff up to handle the increased load that he brought on himself.

In addition to that he still owes me the fees that I paid for a bug he was responsible for.

It becomes clearer every day that Ukyo is not able to handle such an exchange.

Forget about BitFunder and get in contact with Havelock
247  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] The Panama Fund, S.A. Acquires HavelockInvestments.com on: November 02, 2013, 02:15:57 AM
no, they'll just seize the servers.........

And have a massive law suit on their hands? Doubt it. It is not worth their time to go after a company that is operating legally in another country.

Isn't that what they did with Mega?
With megaupload the domain names were seized. Thats why mega relaunced as mega.co.nz.
248  Economy / Securities / Re: [MCXNOW IPO] : 1.2M$ raised - Public opening in 15 min. for remaining shares ! on: November 01, 2013, 08:39:01 PM
amazing company!
249  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on [BTC-TC] on: November 01, 2013, 03:59:13 AM
The dividends for the past month will go out the same day we are moved to the new exchange, which has asked me not to disclose any information (even their name) until everything is finalized. This will probably be this week, but if not, I will send out dividends manually on Saturday (six days from this post) manually, just as a backup plan.

Rest assured things are indeed progressing and we are well on our way to becoming an actively traded asset again.

Cheers,
Garrett
PT shares will be converted I assume?

It is more than likely that they will be converted, we are going to poll shareholders on this just to be sure.

Thanks for the update Garr, hope all's going good on the other end of things.

You bet!
Please keep in mind that PT shareholders are missing several weeks of dividends. (In addition to the regular shares)

so whats the going rate for shares now?

I posted a thread for making offers.  It's better than nothing, but hopefully the LRM automated solution will be coming out "soon", whatever that means.

I still don't understand how grnbrg is affiliated with LRM and where his reliability comes from that he's eligible to act as escrow / asset manager.
251  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: October 28, 2013, 08:56:16 PM
He paid the correct amount. It seems Friedcat transfered the wrong amount.

-_-! so you all freaking out that he paid more than what he should have been paying?
He paid the correct amount. The only problem was that the payment was delayed by a couple days.
252  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: October 28, 2013, 08:43:26 PM
I think this is Ukyo's AM address:

http://blockchain.info/address/124pXdLYTZtAQ95gHdL43fTofaS5bHqAFi

You can compare the incoming funds with the dividends on BF:

https://bitfunder.com/asset/G.ASICMINER-PT#pane_divs

It matched perfectly, but the last payment was slightly off.

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT

Explanation required, Explanation required, Explanation required

Can you please tell us if it was slightly off which means Ukyo paid more coins than he should have been or less coins.
He paid the correct amount. It seems Friedcat transfered the wrong amount.
253  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: October 28, 2013, 07:53:21 PM
Does someone know whats the percent of the div friedcat is keeping each week? I mean we are at 30% annual return at the current shareprice. If he holds back 50% each time it would mean selling now could be an error since the divs might double soon when he stops keeping back reinvestment costs.
He said he would keep part of the divs for a couple weeks and according to the financial report, they already spent a good chunk of money for R&D.
However I think its not known which percentage he is taking.
254  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: October 28, 2013, 06:03:51 PM
Considering the major price drop in AM...BF should be able to 100% fund the pass-through..it was effectively a successful short sell? It is however news to me that he was running a fractional reserve for a pass through, has this been public knowledge for some time?

No. Ukyo was doing this behind the curtains and he doesn't have a right to do it. So basically he destroyed his trust/reputation in BTC community. Btw when he was investing BTC from AM shareholders shares into mining HW, good luck with that...

is there any real evidence to this?
At least Ukyo paid the same dividend amount on the PT that the direct shares got.
255  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: October 28, 2013, 03:03:24 PM
Friedcat has corrected the missing dividends.
If that's true, then excuse me.

The share price declined by over 85% since the last report, while net profit declined by 50%.

Last report (July, 23rd): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99497.msg2788821#msg2788821

Share price: about 4.5 BTC
Net profit: about 162,020 BTC

Today:

Share price: about 0.6-0.7 BTC
Net profit: about 84,513 BTC

Make your conclusions from that.
258  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER Speculation Thread on: October 27, 2013, 07:34:42 PM
Can somebody summarize if those numbers yay or nay?
That depends who you ask. The bagholders will say yay, potential buyers will say nay (hoping for lower prices)

Yeah.  Sorry those are my funds.  I was in a coffee shop playing dice.  While I was off for a bathroom break somebody used my laptop and deposited 2000 bitcoins in a brand new Just-Dice account.  I didn't realize it until after I had cleared my cookies and lost the secret link.

Could you just send them to my other account?  I don't remember that one either but I can make a new one if necessary.

I don't mind waiting till you get back.

Sam
I like the idea that instead of someone stealing your laptop, he deposited a huge junk of coins. You must have made a miserable appearance.
