I just thought that they would collect more money. In my opinion, the results of the ICO are more than successful. Yep, they could collect more, but the things are going like this cause people underestimate potential of the project. It’s a pity that many people missed profit, the tokens will cost more later. The main thing is that they should have enough money to finish development and hold a marketing campaign in the future. Does anyone know how much they’ve collected in dollars? As far as I know they reached their target so it shouldn't be a problem to finish a working version which can also be marketed. If so then wow... you're either in the wrong game or are reading into crypto wrong  Litecoin did nothing for many years, from a initial high all the way down to the bottom, then people realised it was a good buy just because it was quicker than bitcoin, then the community made it what it is today. But that's the case for many coins and the best example is DOGEcoin. It shows how important the community factor is in cryptocurrency. |

Such an incredible thing, how dash grew so much and it is now so profitable, I should have started investing a while a ago on this project haha.. great respect to the team that was able to pull off such a great project like this one!!! Based on feedback from the community we are looking to move to a a more aisc resistant and miner/community friendly Algo - (cryptonight heavy or v7) or also potentially releasing our own POW.
This new POW should be released within the coming weeks.
If you develop your own proof of work from scratch isn't that also a bit dangerous in terms of bugs? Maybe better to use a proven algorithm? |

I think sale is completely finished and we are just waiting on distribution and exchanges. Why are you already waiting for exchanges? Aren't you a strong believer in brickblock or why did you invest? That's not really a fair answer. Doesn't matter how long you inted to HODL, info on exchanges is important to all members of the community. I get your point but this sentiment of receiving a token and hopefully selling it for a profit 10 seconds later doesn't really help the crypto economy after all. People should make strong and substantiated decisions about their investments and only fund the strongest projects. It will give them the best returns in the long run anyway and we will all see the best infrastructure possible (which will benefit us all). |

Ethereum price is stable around $600 and there is no bull run in ethereum price yet. On the other side EOS launched the mainnet and EOS price getting upward after the launch of mainnet. Now start the competition between two top cryptocurrencies Ethereum and EOS but in my opinion EOS can't overtake ethereum.  If those eos supporters are arguing about the scalability problem of ethereum and it's just the matter of time until all of the layers will be implemented to the ethereum network. I remember vitalik has been telling us to make ethereum will be getting around 1 million transactions per second. It's more than enough to KILL eos. EOS is an overhyped project just like tron. I am not sure if there is only the either (ETH) or (EOS) option. EOS might have its niche to serve certain purposes. And ETH holders are well advised to be patient and careful. ETH hasn't managed to scale yet. |

The price goes lower and lower, people lose faith, unless we have a privacy implementation like monero and dash, otherwise we can hardly go up like we did in last year.

Not just hoping, we are sure that EOS will be the truly scalable blockchain platform due to its interblockchain communication feature. If in future, there are more players on TrueDeck platform that EOS can support, TrueDeck community can decide if they want to launch a separate TrueDeck blockchain to support millions of players. Truly scalable vs. truly decentralized. For a lot of applications EOS might be the way to go as decentralization isn't the most important feature to them. For those who are looking for a very long-term fully decentralized solution, I assume EOS is not the optimal way to go. So as per your statement, you think Bitcoin/Ethereum is more decentralized than BitShares? EOS has made a static choice as to how much decentralization is enough for the world. 21 block validators, period. I think a network like Bitcoin is much more agile when it comes determining how much decentralization the world needs. It can evolve in terms of decentralization. |
