Out of those possibly Monero, I would like to add in Neblio and Blocknet, both will have a very good year in 2018.

It takes a long time and a few losses to figure out what you need to be doing, it's easy to get caught up in trying to buy and sell all the time, this is where I made the most loss, now holding on seems to work out the best.

I've participated recently on an ICO that has a great feature. But when this ICO released and been unlocked in the market, the ICO price drastically goes below. And give me a bad profit. May I ask is now a good time to invest in ICO?
It really does depend on the ICO, many of them do drop below the ICO price when they first get listed on an exchange as there will be those that just want make a quick profit. If you believe in the project then you should try to hodl beyond the initial listing and give the project time to mature.

I am hoping for much more than that, $50,000 is my expectation at a minimum, if it goes higher then I'll take that too.

at this time a lot of I found airdrop altcoin program with the condition of creating an account on their site and indeed the coin that is given is a little teasing how do you think of a program like this I do not want cryptocurrency friends to do something empty.
Airdrops are great, it allows the team to get exposure by offering free tokens/coins. Also it gets those that can't afford to purchase anything the chance to participate. Just be careful signing up, creating a separate email and use that for

Yes, 2018 seems to be the year where big money and more regulation will be coming. As you said it would be best for those waiting for a dip to just get in now before things take off.

Buying into an ICO at a certain price is always risky as when the token becomes available on an exchange more often than not the price will drop as there will be those that will dump their tokens and bonus to earn a profit.
If the project is solid and you believe in it then holding the token long term will see many ups and downs.
At first I used to go crazy panic selling and ultimately lost out so I have learned to hold long term on those coins/tokens/projects I believe are good.

There was a lot of attention when bitcoin was up at it's peak which gave a lot of people fomo so there would be a lot that would have lost money if they panic sold on the way down to where we are now.
I think there might be a few would be investors standing on the sidelines because of the huge drop and could be waiting to see how it goes before jumping in.
I think the key lesson is to be prepared to lose what you put in just in case it goes wrong.

With the price starting to creep up again do you think it's a good time to start selling some of my investments or do you think it's worth holding on for a while longer?
We all know how temperamental the market can be but do you think this is just a short term spike?
Tough one, does one sell or hodl is something that is relative to your financial situation, if you bought at the peak and are now at a negative you should probably hold on but if your personal situation is suffering then maybe cashing out a bit makes sense. I think we will be in a better place at some point this year.

BLOCK is definitely one to be part of, also CHBT formerly WBB it was taken off all exchanges except 1ex and will be releasing some news this month, some very long time holders waiting on this.

There was a lot of excitement in 2017 for crypto especially in Q4, many of the exchanges had to suspend new user registration and twitter was going crazy with coins all over the place.
Now it has settled right down, it will come out of the blue, something will happen.

ETH has got so much traffic due to it being the number one choice for ICOs although there are other platforms that can handle ICOs WAVE, NEM as examples, if the ICO creators moved away from ETH it would be good to see how it stands but even without the ICOs ETH will do very well in the long run.

This is good news, Germany is a leader in EU and this might prompt other countries to do the same, perhaps Austria or Switzerland as part of the DACH region.

Hi! ☺️ I just want to ask when to buy or sell bitcoin? I don't want to lose money.. I mean we can't avoid to lose if we're just beginner but atleast we can find ways to prevent it right?
I don't think it has much to do with being a beginner or an expert, you might be able to use some analysis to suggest the best time nothing is for sure.

I would suggest holding on a bit longer until midway through the year but depending on your financial situation, if you need money then you have no choice but to sell now but in an ideal world hodl.

I guess it depends on how bitcoin performs in the mainstream over the coming years, if it does as we think and really takes off then once the 21 million are mined, the only way people can gain bitcoin by mining will be via the fees in the blocks or purchasing on an exchange.
Now if there are not many sellers than the price will increase as people will be looking to buy.

This is a mistake a lot of us make. If you track btc every minute you are more prone to panic selling. Btc has a lot of ups and downs, if you are in it long term the short price has little meaning
Totally understand this, especially now with the blockfolio and if you invest in altcoins alongside bitcoin the temptation to constantly check and scroll up and down is too much, I find myself doing it far too much, it would be much better if I just checked it maybe once a day or every couple of days, mentally it would be better.

Initially i came here via Google after seeing bitcoin on the news with a huge increase and I was curious to find out what this bitcoin thing was all about, ended up coming here and I think i have been here every single day since then.
Good place to see what's happening in the crypto world and to learn more and also sometimes it can be quite entertaining.

It is a good idea to put a % of profit away for your kids in a wallet and just let it build up, depending on the age of your kids imagine 18 years in the future how much it would be worth if bitcoin goes to where we all hope it does.
