Anonymous market? With Shadowcash?

Remember Ross Ulbricht?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ross_Ulbricht

Life in prison for facilitating drug dealing. What do you think the Shadow market will be used for??
I'm not responding to your nonsense anymore, so give up.

stop it now because your just wrong, and spectrcoin is non competition, they couldn't even take the market section out our wallet they cloned lol, so is spectre building there own market? or waiting for ours rofl!

Spectrecoin will take the market out as it's useless without Tor. Spectrecoin got the whole idea of privacy and they decided to get Tor working first. The whole market idea is not going to work anyway.
Ok great well we will see, go play with your spectrecoins now kido, merry christmas hope santa brings you some investment advice Tongue

Thanks in advance and hope to see you over there.

Anyone else finding that there are very few connections on SDC network.

My node (up 24/7) has 6 connections. Same server running bitcoind (average form 100 to 125 connections), blackcoin (average from 90 to 125 connections).

I am not behind a NAT, direct public IP on the server.

Block explorer also showing only 22 connections: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/sdc/#!network

I am not saying that anything is wrong, I just find it strange that such a big market coin has so few nodes running.

16 here bro

16 is still not that much Smiley

Possible that there are plenty nodes running over tor?
yes there is a number of people  running tor and also i asked another holder he said he had around 34

248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experts indicate 2017 to be the year of anonymity but who will be crowned king? on: December 12, 2016, 07:19:43 AM
Zcash and Xmr will have trouble implementing their systems into mobile applications, this is a huge weakness, Dash And Sdc are the strongest contenders imo, Dash's masternodes do somewhat centralize it's system.. imo sdc is the pick for the reasons stated another one to watch is nav
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GOOD POS coins....list..!? on: December 10, 2016, 02:05:53 PM
guys, what are all good POS coins..solo pos now...i know for LEOcoin is 10-20% solo POS!

http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/leocoin/#markets

http://www.leocoin.org/WhatisProofofStake.aspx

https://www.worldcoinindex.com/coin/leocoin

but what other are good with good volume trade?

anybody know how much % will give Eth when go solo POS?

Depends on your time frame.

High PoS inflation+market watch for short flips
Low PoS inflation+ Optimized block splits for long flips

find happy medium for desired length of hold

MAKE SURE to add the crucial requirements to ANY coin you add to portfolio for medium-long flips
-Chainstate   ---needs a few solid nodes, whether exchange or otherwise. Noone wants to stake a coin for a month them realize they were the only staker and on their own fork
-Community --- Has some life in it. Hasn't been abused, Pumped and dumped to hell, and/or generally left a nasty taste in everyone's mouth (i.e DMD). if it has you will have trouble not only with nodes, but support and the next point below
--Liquidity -- We would all love to hold and stake forever but sometimes shit happens . During this time the market needs to be able to support AT LEAST our coins at spot value, or you end up with a loss

other than that, lord knows there's much to choose from, best of luck, and make the Variance Gods Be With You! Cheesy

as far as ETH goes, #'s have been thrown around, nothing official, my GUESS is 1-5%  time will tell

EDIT: o and leocoins a fucking joke. nough' said

Thanks for great replay! Cool!
But anyway i will still hold my LEOcoin since this voin get me every day 100$+ so i am happy!

I don't think that prediction is correct, I believed the hype and madness surrounding  anonymity coin peaked with Zcash launch and I can't see any other project surpassing that hype in coming year
We are all entitled to our opinion, but i think the mistake i keep hearing people make is calling anon hype.
BTC has very few flaws anonymity is the biggest, coins with fast block times, country coins, celebrity coins thats hype, anon is not hype!

btc is fast enough way faster then my bank, each country does not need a coin, max keiser does not need a coin, btc is not anon, when i bought btc in 2010 i was under the impression like a lot of people it was, BTC will never go anon because it wants to go mainstream, anonymity is about the only niche market with value, internet censorship and unwarranted surveillance is exploding..

it has been a couple of months that people have started talking a lot about anonymity with cryptocurrencies and it started with the black market then followed by Monero becoming popular and then followed by its pump and it still continues, some other coins like litecoin are even thinking about some new features for anonymity!

what i want to say is that this is not news, and the hype has been around for a while.
I't is news mate because in the last 2 months internet censorship has become rampent..As a passionate activist against unwarranted surveillance.. i can assure you 1984 has arrived.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GOOD POS coins....list..!? on: December 10, 2016, 07:55:31 AM
leocoin is true POS coin
only hold in desktop wallet can stake coin
or same The Billion coin and edinar coin, is same hyip site can get return only deposit and hold in online wallet or in site coin
sdc had staking mobile wallet 2 years ago.

Wow! Real i interested that mobile stakeing wallet is also possible!
May ask LEOcoin foundation to ask dev team to make it also for LEOcoin!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rynjLmUEp8c can check it out here if you like but we have upgraded to our umbra [platform now and we await the market... i think mobile wallet with decenralizd market and staking is the killer app for crypto we also have end to end encrypted chat/group chat slack style already in use check out our sites here

257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero's ANON FAIL ! on: December 10, 2016, 06:45:26 AM
So i have a few questions..

If ANON was needed so badly why did the dev's not submit the idea to the Bitcoin core dev's foundation etc ?
Was it because they knew it would be rejected ?

Seems to me i am not the only one who has rejected this anon coin idea huh ?
Otherwise BTC would have anon code in it already mirroring what Monero is doing.

I love how they patronize everyone and say it's needed.. but the entire Bitcoin world rejects them.
Not just .. Spoetnik  Cheesy

Instead they felt the need to create a NEW coin and tack on ANON features..
Rather than trying to get the ANON code integrated into BTC.

Hmm i wonder why ? Any idea why people ?
Why is it they would want to start a new coin ? hmmmm ? Maybe Risto can answer he bought LOTS of them and controls the coin.

Yeah.. the guy with the Pink Bentley who lives in a castle.

So what do we see bottom line ?
Want Morono's ? well guess what ? you need to buy them.. with Bitcoin  Cheesy
Yup.. Bitcoin hahahhahahah

AND ...

You can line up at Poloniex the official shitcoin exchange for them to buy them clutching your picture ID.

So Profiteers.. do you see through this retarded little facade ?
yes that is the precise reason anon coins have value..BTC will never go anon lol it would never go mainstream if it did, and the core btc devs know this..if they even suggested it the blowback would be huge.

"This post from The Huffington Post Contributor Platform is no longer available on our site."

Hmm very strange.
Huffington Post is usually one of the sites that has interesting news on some controversial topics.

Currently owned by AOL.
Who is currently being bought by Verizon.
Is this some Illuminati conspiracy to stop people from finding out their paper currency is worthless? Better get the tinfoil hats, boys!
Cheesy First thing i thought..illuminati confirmed brb i think we are going to need a few rolls for this one.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huffington post article talks about ETH XMR and SDC!(update:link fixed) on: September 29, 2016, 05:05:48 PM
It's gud to see ETH getting more mainstream coverage. This will bode well for fresh new investors looking to invest in a future tech.

#TogetherWeAreETH
very true but something strange happend it seams the all articles from this one particular journalist have been removed from Huffington post... has he been fired for suggesting people buy crypto?

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:rDiK7yG7y-sJ:www.huffingtonpost.com.au/entry/crypto-currencies-a-time-to-invest_us_57ec0d47e4b07f20daa10138%3Fm%3Dfalse+&cd=1&hl=it&ct=clnk&gl=it
I think its yes they may have removed it for suggesting users to buy crypto which are still in development. And in most of the part of his article he have suggested to invest into different under development cryptos showing they have same growth potential as bitcoin had before which i think is not a good way to reference from.

However this article is still listed in his article list in the site http://www.huffingtonpost.com/author/jaalang-373
yeah it's a bit weird I'm doing some digging now possibly they could be updating servers because all his articles are getting errors and most his articles are about other stuff so...weird
