Who doesn't want bitcoin as a present of gift given by someone? But looking at the price and volatility of bitcoin, i doubt anyone would give it away to anyone in place of a gift. A gift would always be of the same price, while the price of bitcoin given to someone will keep changing with the time. Maybe at the time of giving it has a value of only $50, but a week later, it can be worth $100 or something. So keeping that in mind, i think people won't give away their bitcoins to anyone just like that.

Such high rates, newbie manager and no escrow. Still so many people, even the ones with positive trust are applying for it without asking for an escrow or any questions regarding the project or its developers.

There is nothing to worry about whether the price is dropping or going up. All you need to do is to keep faith in Bitcoin and hold them for as long as you can, and believe me you won't regret it in long term. There are thousands of people in this industry and not everyone of them will say positive things about it, but that doesn't mean to take Bitcoin negatively. Price grows, price drops, that is the nature of Bitcoin, and that is how it has been since its birth. By the way, the price is again at $16,650+ now, so no one needs to panic and sell.

The biggest change it gave me is financial freedom. By financial freedom i don't mean being away from banks or something, but i'm talking about being the owner of my own money, and with that happening, i'm the one to make any economic decision of my life now, because I started earning, and i'm no more dependent on my father or brothers or anyone else. Sometimes I feel very proud to be where I am today, and all this is because of Bitcoin. If unfortunately i wouldn't find Bitcoin and become a part of it, i'm sure my life would have still been very miserable and boring. But thanks to Bitcoin, it is not anymore. P.S: And i'm paying my tuition fees myself now as well, which, as a student, is not less than an achievement for me without doing any part-time day job.

Now when the price dropped from $17k to $14k after the unconfirmed transactions reached 120k from 220k before a day, i think maybe you are right that the reason for it to stay at that level was almost because of the unconfirmed transactions. Though i don't understand the logic behind how it can be possible for the price to stay high because of the unconfirmed transactions because this thing almost stops people from making transactions and a very few people do transactions in these situations when the fees are extremely high. And when there are less transactions, it should make a negative effect instead of making to go even more towards positivity.

Online mining should never be an option even if the service is legit, they wont give you the profit you may desire. There are some legit cloud mining websites where you can invest your bitcoins, but you should keep this in mind that cloud mining wont generate you any quick profits and it would even take a long time to give you the ROI (Return Of Investment). So my personal suggestion to you would simply be not to get into it and try something else, and i'm saying this because i did it myself in past.

I'm interested, but you need to escrow the funds before.
I just did a deal with him where he sent funds upfront, but I would urge escrow with any other less reputable members for the sake of both parties involved. I'm okay in both ways. Whether he sends the funds upfront, or he escrows the funds, and then I will put provided URL on my account.

People with enough funds obviously do part time trading if they can learn how its done. They don't worry much about it though because it is not full time for them, so they just do it for just earning some extra money, and they know if they lose, it wont effect them much. Professionals traders are always very conscious about the things in trading because it is what they do, and they have no other sources of earning. So even one small mistake can make them pay a lot.

The only thing you should feel bad about is missing the extra profits by not investing earlier when it went up to 17k you could earn more profits. Other than that, you should never feel bad for anything like investing in Bitcoin or something, because you are eventually going to be in profit if you are a long term investor. We all know that the current situation is not permanent for sure, and Bitcoin cannot keep moving like this, but we also know that Bitcoin will eventually be of more value than today.

The unpredictability of cricket games is just like Bitcoin's, where anything can happen at anytime, and no one can make any perfect predictions for it. Your friend is no doubt very much lucky if he won such games. In my case, i never bet on sports though i know i can win some if i bet on cricket games because i closely follow cricket matches. But i mostly used to play dice, where a person can hardly get that much lucky. The luckiest moment for me as long as i remember was when i won around 300k satoshis with the 200 satoshis claimed from the faucet, and sticking on the nature of gamblers, i didn't cash them out and lost them again eventually.

For sure. There are credit cards available for cryptocurrencies that can be used to pay for anything where cards are accepted. The only thing might bother is the fees and charges of those cards and their services. You may need to pay less if you manually do a transaction for buying something, but in a credit card, it would charge more for the service i guess. I'm not totally confident about this as i have never used any cryptocurrency card services yet, but i know that it is possible. Just google it and you will get a lot of results, including their service fees etc.

It is not actually logical for women to hide their gender while using cryptocurrencies, but that can actually be true. Though we all know that the quantity of men is way more than the quantity of women in this industry, but on the other side, we should know that no place can be without women and there would surely be some women around everything in the world. So there are women in bitcoin users base as well as in this forum. Maybe some of them hide themselves while just a few openly accept their existence.

Not sure about the crash, but it would surely become stable at a stage whether higher than this or lower we will see. Because it cannot keep this pace for a very long time, and it has to stop at a certain point from where it will rather keep rapidly growing or it will quite drop down. A crash simply means it will drop back very low and that doesn't seems to happen very soon, but we never know what tomorrow brings. As long as we are on internet, anything is possible.

What a poor scam attempt. If a group of hackers get the databases of users in a exchange, they won't let them know it by email and ask them to donate them just 0.01 bitcoins for excluding them from their list which they are gonna attack. I don't understand why some people think such things will work for them and they will really get some money out of it. And i also i think, what if a person really gets afraid of such a thing and send the money asked for? He should be called the fool of the year.
