Electron Cash is an easy and reliable software. Just import your multibit wallet's private keys into your electron wallet, as soon as you start it and you'll get your Bitcoin Cash. Just be sure to choose the right server, setting it up. You need to use "casharia.com" as a server. You can find a detailed tutorial here: http://decentralizednews.com/how-to-claim-bitcoin-cash-with-electron-cash-with-private-keys/And I have another question: how I get Bitcoin Cash from Electrum multisig address? It seems that the usual ways don't work...
What's the problem about that? Why is it not working?

ICOs could be risky at times, but in general are good investments that can lead to huge profits. But there are few problems, for example ICO managers usually give a bonus for early investors and this is unfair in my opinion. Then there's the hard cap, that, if reached, lead to the end of crowdsale. For example yesterday was Monetha's ICO day and they reached the hard cap of about 30 millions $ in just 18 minutes! The result of it was that many people couldn't join the crowdsale and invest because they were too late...

Well, this is a huge success! The fastest ICO ever to reach that amount of money, because they did an amazing job to advertise it and because it is a very good project, that I think it will become very famous over the next years.
For the bounty hunters out there, my best guess is that you'll receive your stakes regardless the number of posts you wrote, because Monetha team is pretty aware users weren't able to write the amount of posts they required in a so short period of time. It was impossible because the ICO finished too quickly.

In my opinion this is a very valid project, with only one weakness. They assume the ETH economy will continue to grow, which is not sure at all. I think they should allow different methods of payment besides ETH, when the product will be released.

Yes, you could care because mining specs, mining time, mining reward, etc. all these things can influence market price and coin growth. I think before investing in a coin you should know all the main informations about this coin.

I don't think it would be appealing if they make their own cryptocurrency as I suspect they would not give up control. Sure, they would be building their centralize stuff for payments, meh... already have paypal and others. In my opinion, It would be beneficial for them to partner with a blockchain project.
You got the point. These companies would never release a decentralized currency and payment system, they want their own method like Google wallet. For the investment part, instead, they could have already invested large amount of money in Bitcoin or other cryptocoins as well. Just to make profit and diversify their portfolio.

Your impatience is easily understandable. Minexcoin team have done lots of delays so far and their reputation looks compromised for many investors and bounty hunters. Yet I suggest you to wait until they get listed on exchanges. I think sooner or later it will happen and then you'll be able to get higher profits...

When I started trading, I can't remove my eyes from the price charts of the coin I bought. So much fear of loosing in investment. Until I learn how to read charts. I learn how to hold coins and when is the time to buy and sell.
When I was a newbie I also did the same thing but I learned a lot as day goes by and I realized I am not good in reading charts so I started investing to coins instead of trading them. Agree. It is better to focus on long-term holding on coins which have high potential; day trading is not for everyone and also in crypto-markets price is usually manipulated. But coins with high potential and valid project in the long term increase the price anyway...

im trying to get my head around buying btc with xrp. Is there an formula to apply to compare the values against aud? ATM xrp/btc is low, it seems like a good time to buy, but is it?
This website is the easiest way to compare XRP against AUD: http://coinyep.com/en/ex/AUD-XRP

What is your definition of a whale? How many BTCs do you need to have to be a whale?
A whale is a person who have lots of money and is able to manipulate a market. Very often altcoin markets are manipulated by these whales, although I think if a coin has an actual potential, it could become successful regardless of whales. A famous example of whale is Pantera Capital.

Hello everybody, im new to this world but all in on it. Basicly watching youtube all day and just loving the concept. Which i was never aware of since i thought Bitcoin was just a virtual coin given out by a company which is why i thought that would never ever come trough. Knowing the technology now (good enough for me, but still not enough though i think ive gotten the right picture on how it kinda works) made me turn around 180.
That being said. Im goodhearted and trusting by nature but i now realised there are people that set up pump and dumps. Just to vent my view on it. When u are involved in such thing know that ur basicly a criminal. And no u dont have to break the law to be one. Sometimes u break the law but still are, at least in my eyes, not a criminal like smoking pot or something like that.
I think crypto is the future. If people stay away from pump and dumps true value coins could be recognised much easier and safer. If you are believing in crypto u need to stay away from pump and dump. Cause otherwise ur hurting the industry of cryptocurrency and are basicly raping it.
Yes, it's true. Pump and dumps schemes only damage the coin, even if it's a good project. Also, only who manage the pump earns the money, while all the others lose it. Better to stay away from these kinds of groups.

What's so special about this coin (Minereum)? Also, why its main developer is having another ICO, instead of concentrating only on its main project (Minereum)? I think this is not a good news for Minereum...

Clean design, easy interface, very good website. Congratulations! My only suggestion would be to add more currencies, for example SGD, MYR, BRL, MXN and above all RUB.
|
|

I think you should add the possibiity to generate YoBit codes in many different coins...
|
|
|
Very good news! I also think this is a great project that will revolutionize insurance sector for ever. Just keep on holding several coins...

But when i go to altcoins announcments section, its fileld up to 99% with ICOs
You are right, most of new project have ICOs. I think the only way is to concentrate on old altcoins, which are already on exchanges and have old good projects. Just ignore the announcement section.

I read your roadmap, but I got no clear information about release of the actual VPN. When are you planning to release it? Currently there's only the MVP for Ubuntu...
|

I think Mysterium is a very good project. This will be the 1st decentralized VPN built using blockchain technology; there's a huge need of this!
Founder Robertas Visinskis is a really serious and dedicated developer and I'm sure this project has a huge potential. Also, MYST coin is quite underpriced at the moment (about 1.5$). A good coin to invest in. But that's only my opinion...

Maybe this needs to be moved to scam folder..If DEV does not respond by the weekend we need to alert the mods.
You posted the official announcement thread, so you should know more about this project than regular users.

BTC is at its all time high these days. It's quite risky to invest on it, I think the price will go down sooner or later. LTC is a strange coin in my opinion. Its technology is nothing special and the price never reached as high level as ETH. But Charlie Lee is a serious dev, its user-base is large and has a quite long history so far. So I think it's always a good choice. If you are choosing between BTC and LTC, I will spilt the investment. 80% on BTC and 30% on LTC.
Let me know how you can have 110% instead of 100%. It would be nice to know...
