There are many things to consider indeed. Especially team is very important. I always check each member individually, their project history, success / fail ratio, tend to do scam etc. Yes the team is very important. Look at OMG for example, top tier team and instant pump when everyone found out about it. It has plateaued lately but the initial run up was all due to the team. The average person won't even hear about a coin until it begins its run up and then everyone will jump on board taking it higher. Do your research and find the ones that have a need for blockchain tech (because many don't) and need a token (because many don't) and have a team with a history of previous successes and you will have yourself a winner |

when CVC is launched, what are the tokens actually used for? And why would they increase in value?
as i understand it, the tokens are more or less used to connect the user to the identity checker. via tokens, the user sends data to the identity checker, who then checks it against the blockchain (the blockchain in this case is created by civic after a user confirms their identity). they would increase in value if the demand for civic identity verification grows. if no major businesses or government sign on, then the tokens would have little use and thus have virtually no value. A third of the tokens will also be used in order to attract and compensate validators for using the Civic network. Hopefully some new adoption can occur soon to help the waning interest |

What is happening to Bitcoin Cash at the moment?
It's already on 850$ and seems to be increasing more and more. Anyone knows the reason for that?
Segwit2x suspension / cancellation is driving people/traders/miners who really do want a larger blocksize and lower fees towards Bitcoin Cash (which has 8mb blocksize and lower fees). I think some cash will also flow to Dash now, which will soon have 2mb blocksize and pretty much the lowest fees of them all. This is a battle of value of store (Bitcoin) versus value of usability (Bitcoin Cash / Dash) This makes sense. It seems that the people and speculators vs the miners are making this happen. There wasn't enough support among the miners to activate the fork so I don't think they have enough leverage to make BCC move like this |

No mate, there is no way to claim those bitcoin cash because the fork is already over, just like the other guy said, why didnt you claim them before? you had a lot of time to do it, i can not get it why didnt you claimed them. But at least, did you claim your bitcoin goldies?

Claiming bitcoin cash from an address does not have time limit. It just need two conditions. First, it must have bitcoin on the time of the fork, and that he owns the private key to collect it. But OP wants to collect bitcoin cash from newly purchased bitcoin, which is not possible. OP: You can buy bitcoin cash from exchanges if you really believe it have a future. How about if I had BTC in a private wallet during the BTG split and then after the split spent the BTC. I still have the address and keys Can I collect BTG ? |

There is a token called Encryptotel that issued a token that works on both ethereum and waves. ETT is a long term investment and had lots of trouble with their ICO but it did enable them to garner lots of free press.

Hello ICN holders  Very interesting, does this coin have a future and real use? I purchased my ICN`s in end of march and now i have lost 85% of it`s price. ? In March the price was around 0,3 USD. Now it's around 1,2 USD. The ATH was around 5 USD. Impossible to lose 85%... They still need to specify an exact use, that's the main reason it's crashing so hard. I read that they will do it when the full platform is released (sometime during Q4). I'm down a lot as well, but I see it as very undervalued. Current low prices are good for holders, because of buybacks and burns, but very hard psychologically. I think the price will rocket over the course of the next years, but the risk is very high (higher than other coins imo). If want to safe, just buy in some time, so not at one time. Buy every this coin price is down and just use a little money do not use all your money. So when icn price down again we can buy again Great advice. Just continue to buy all the way down to the bottom. Then if it ever rises from the ashes like a phoenix you will be ok. Otherwise it can just be buried in it's own ashes |
