OP tried to express their opinion on how to avoid a red tag. But the red tag isn't limited to a few reasons. The only reason is red tag is involved with shady activities. Don't involve yourself with the crime, that's enough to avoid ref tag. We know which is good and which is a bad thing, so those who are getting tagged are well aware of it. Like when thieves steal something they know very well police will arrest them in case they catch them. So the only policy is don't involved with crime to avoid a red tag.

I am not getting why you have to do many things where you have a seed phrase or the wallet private key? No matter where you are or which device are you using. You always could access it through your hardware wallet, seed, and private keys. You can use the same wallet on multiple devices.

Hacking DeFi and centralized exchange news become regular lately which is a threat for the crypto industry. They aren't learning from others and not focusing on the security system. I know hackers find the loophole somehow, but they should always monitor by their security team.

First of all, this wouldn't be a proper way to fake a loan. It's really ridiculous to connect your wallet API or submit seeds for taking loans. To prove your address ownership sign message is enough that you would do from your wallet. Any site over the internet that asks for the personal credentials of your wallet like password, seed, or private key wouldn't be legit. Contenting API with an unknown website means they would even hack everything. You know usually, API works to manage your funds, which means they would withdraw from there as well. Do not trust reviews over the internet. It's very very easy to manipulate. Need to use your brain and make sure for true reviews. For example, if you asked this question before happening the incidents then the forum users would share opinions and share advice. If I ask you how will I know about them? I usually tag such cases but that doesn't mean always I have to do it. Also doesn't mean I can notice them always. The Value and the Price aren't the same things. Most likely you mixed it. The value of Bitcoin totally depends on how people are adapting it and how the community growing.
