2424  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: December 12, 2015, 03:49:25 PM
Future projects of bitcoin will be the block size by increasing it because the number of transaction will be increased maybe exponentially in the near future if big shops implement it.
2425  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I do a one off buy or spread the buy out? on: December 12, 2015, 03:48:35 PM
It depends on which country you live, because in many countries bitcoin is banned and is illegal to use, but buying once or twice a month is enough.
2426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with your idle coins? on: December 12, 2015, 03:44:03 PM
OP should understands what idle means, so idle coins are staying in a wallet that does not have any spending output so these are just hold there for a long time.

Haha. Yes you are right. Thanks for pointing it out.  I have 2 portions of coins - one portion that is idle doing nothing. Another portion which I feel should be working for me.
Then these should considered one as cold wallet which are held for a while, then the other one should be considered as hot wallet as there will be /are often inputs and outputs.

2429  Economy / Speculation / Re: The retrace from $500 was the bear trap on: December 12, 2015, 03:12:39 PM
... but for now its not a good time as the price crashed for more than 50 USD

...and that's just the beginning. Wait til you see what happens next Shocked

it will increase again, because it was a simple trap to accumulate more

this is a common pattern, for every new kind of increase there is a small retracement to consolidate the price, we can not sustain an increase without a stop at every step
I like you that you are optimistic and gives us hope that it will be back to ~$500 again, let's see if it increases by this weekend.
2430  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: December 12, 2015, 03:11:24 PM
you can work in real life and use the money you earned to buy BTC as the price of bitcoin will surely increase there's nothing to worry about at all Grin
For now it is good because the price is as we want increasing but when the price decreases then it's not good, but at the end its like investing in bitcoin for a better profit, for now i think 200btc maybe will help retiring.
yeah because you just buy some with bitcoin so yeah you still have some savings in fiat Grin
Retiring requires lots of money in real life but also in bitcoin, we can't guarantee that the bitcoin price will be 1million but higher than now probably.

maybe it will be one million, but the point is that it require a very long time, so there is possibility that you're died long before it happen, for whatever reason not only natural death

one cannot certainly wait forever for the price to increase, there is a certain time frame to respect
I think that we mostly care as long as we are alive and want to see the price at that target but retiring with BTC1 - BTC10 is not enough
2431  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase does not have email support on: December 12, 2015, 03:09:35 PM
Thanks for the link.
I finally figured out why the USD wallet wasn't showing up, so thankfully I don't have to deal with the Coinbase people right now.

A while ago they have live chat but i can't see that option now, so better to submit a ticked and check time by time if they responds.

2433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: December 12, 2015, 02:44:05 PM
People that are In gambling world they see only money and they want money, otherwise they loose money so better quit.
2434  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: December 12, 2015, 02:42:52 PM
It's about people's preferences, there are some people that believe that the price will reach higher than now and that is considered a good time to buy, for today the price is crashing and i would not recommend selling or buying at this stage.
2435  Economy / Speculation / Re: The retrace from $500 was the bear trap on: December 12, 2015, 02:41:41 PM

2436  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you guess about he future of bitcoin? on: December 12, 2015, 02:40:33 PM

2437  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Daily bitcoin price by email? on: December 12, 2015, 02:39:36 PM

2439  Economy / Speculation / Re: The retrace from $500 was the bear trap on: December 12, 2015, 02:35:06 PM
If you need it to pay bills it was best to sell yesterday. I'm just holding for now so I'm not too worried about the value of the bitcoin right now.
As long as it keeps on growing, with dips every now and then I'm good.
For paying bills then it's better to sell when you think it's the higher price, but for now its not a good time as the price crashed for more than 50 USD
2440  Other / Off-topic / Re: If You Won A Million Dollars.. How Much Bitcoin Would You Buy? on: December 12, 2015, 02:34:01 PM
Maybe someone will say that will not invest in bitcoin, but i love bitcoin and would try investing a small percentage to bitcoin and maybe open a small business that will operate in bitcoin and help others that are unable to buy some products with bitcoin.
