1421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cyrpto vs Fiat on: August 02, 2016, 10:05:04 PM
I don't know if this thread has been created before, but I would like to know your opinion on Cryptocurrency versus Fiat.

If you could tell me why too. What are the benefit of each?  Smiley

Sometimes wins fiat sometimes wins crypto. For a more stable value is fiat which its value decreases or increases slowly comparing with bitcoin or other coins which the value increases or decreases very fast, check the most recent price of bitcoin and you can see how far has dropped, bitcoin is good, fast enough and cheap to use but the value is not as we want.
1422  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex HACKED- funds stolen ! on: August 02, 2016, 09:49:38 PM
This illegal exchanger (https://www.bitfinex.com/) is hacked. Funds are stolen. Their value is unknown.

http://www.coindesk.com/bitfinex-shuts-down-customer-bitcoin-stolen/

It's so funny when they write "The theft is being reported to — and we are co-operating with — law enforcement."   What law enforcement when YOU are running an  illegal forex company(without licenses) ?!?!  Grin

They are liers and morons...

In the coindesk article it is mentioned that some of their users have had their bitcoins stolen which means that not users are affected? I have a feeling that because of the bitfinex shutdown the bitcoin price has dropped to $555 currently and with this trend the price is going to fall probably to $400 very soon.
1423  Economy / Economics / Re: If there was no fiat where will BTC base its value? on: August 02, 2016, 09:28:51 PM
I was thinking that every bitcoiner wants a world without fiat, only bitcoins. Ok, if there was no fiat whatsoever, then where do you think will bitcoin base its value? Will it be in gold? But how much?

How do we determine the real value measure of bitcoin in an economy that has been very dependent on fiat?

If there is no fiat then you should compare bitcoin with something that most of the people are using(now the fiat is the first one) so you have to give a value to bitcoin like 0.5XAU(14gram of Gold) and then this should be as a reference when people make question on how much does a bitcoin worth.
1424  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] [banned mixer] — the Fast, Secure and Reliable High Volume Bitcoin Mixer! on: August 02, 2016, 09:10:58 PM
NEWS

The Coin Telegraph has posted an article about bitcoin mixers — Bitcoin Mixer: How to Secure Your Identity. [banned mixer] is also mentioned in comparison with other mixers. Also you can find some insider information disclosure Wink

I enjoyed reading the article, didn't know that the website is responsive for mobile phones and reading this: "CryptoMixer is rather different from Bitmixer; it has a mobile version of the website and an attractive affiliate program. It is also preparing to launch an Altcoin mixing feature." I'm curious to know which altcoin will be the first one to be listed in CryptoMixer.
1425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good idea to buy bitcoins now? on: August 02, 2016, 07:35:25 PM
In less than two days the bitcoin price has been decreased for more than 90 USD and it is still decreasing, at this stage is not good to buy bitcoin because the price can go even lower but it is also good because now the bitcoin is cheaper than last week.

1427  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BEST SIGNATURE CAMPAIGNS FOR NEWBIE? on: August 02, 2016, 07:04:02 PM
I am a newbie, I want to know about the best signature campaigns for newbie?

Based on this thread where all/most of the campaigns are listed there, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953 Pokémon Go Getters seems a good campaign to start with, check their thread because the slots are taken fast, anyway with a newbie you can't expect too much.
1428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Problems you often face online in Bitcoin world? on: July 31, 2016, 09:16:46 PM
Being limited where to spend the bitcoin is one of the main problem that I face everyday, another one is buying bitcoin at the real price not those with 10-15% fees which sucks thinking to use the bitcoin after.
1429  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do? on: July 31, 2016, 09:08:42 PM
If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do?

I personally would sell maybe 0.00001 BTC (about $10 if I'm not mistaken).

If bitcoin would go up to $1M then I would sell only 1BTC and starting to make a plan where to invest, probably on a startup, buying large company shares or open locally a business. And maybe I would invest opening/developing an exchange and make good profit.
1430  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it really useful ReCaptcha? on: July 31, 2016, 08:22:56 PM
I mean, most of the time once a day is renewed, or every time you change the IP.
Because, as you may know, the first time it is used you only have to click and the green check mark appears, but when you use it often, you have to choose the diferent images.
Is not this a weakness, or could be an exploit?

It happens that 3-4 times a day you don't have to solve the captcha because it's known that you haven't tried to solve any captcha recently, but if you surf often faucets then you have to solve the captchas because you are requiring to often and the system thinks that you are a bot. This is normal so you have not to worry much about.
1431  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: July 31, 2016, 08:19:16 PM
i had about $200 worth of bitcoin.
How can i earn more with that amount?
should I trading? or make an investment?
and please give me some trusted site to investing my wealth.

**i dont want to give a loan, or else.**

if you had some advice, feel free to tell me.
really apreciate it.
thank you.

Investing has higher risk but has higher profit depending where are you investing, seeing the big investors investing millions on many different companies then we should conclude that investing is profitable as long as it is risky and not always an investment can bring profits.
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about the idea of a bitcoin shop in big cities? on: July 31, 2016, 07:28:10 PM
Hey Guys,

what would be your opinion if there would been Bitcoin shops in big cities like London, Berlin or Paris (also smaller cities).
So you could go inside the shop and buy or sell Bitcoin for a good price.

I think it would be an good (and an advantage) idea because more people would use Bitcoin so the price would rise up and the people who are owning Bitcoins at the moment would have more money in Bitcoins. Wink

Best regards,

Patrick Smiley

I think that a similar idea would be better, like where there a lot of people on large shop malls and make a big poster like 20% OFF for people that pay on bitcoin and next to it a BTC shop like yours Cheesy, by this more people will use bitcoin.
1433  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Sell BTC anonymously on: July 31, 2016, 07:02:53 PM
Hello all. Can anyone advice me how to get rid of bitcoins anonymously? I know that there are markets, and I want to sell BTC but not to my bank account, but anonymously. Thank you

What is the total amount of bitcoin that you want to convert in fiat? If the amount is not large then you can use one or multiple bitcoin debit cards (anonymously) and spend them on POS or withdraw on ATM. I don't know any other way to stay more anonymous.
1434  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Aliexpress with Bitcoins - Should we do it? - Shopawl.com on: July 31, 2016, 06:58:55 PM
I don't understand one thing, is Banggood the same as aliexpress or I'm missing anything? The thread says buy with bitcoin on aliexpress but this is not mentioned anywhere. I like the idea to see such a service but if you could just make it clearer.

We currently accepts Banggood.com order for Bitcoins! Banggood is different website and its a full company.
We are looking to accept Aliexpress orders so people can buy Aliexpress products with Bitcoin. Hopefully in future.

As far as a I know aliexpress sellers ship only to the billing address that people pay there, so in order to ship to other addresses like in your case then I think you should have to contact and have cooperation with them right?
1435  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Most profitable trading Platform. on: July 31, 2016, 06:53:16 PM
There are so many trading sites these days. I just wonder where can we do the trades that is more profitable. Hope this could help anybody to choose the best trading site that has much bigger community. Smiley Those are just the platforms I've known, if there's any you want to add please comment down. Thanks.

From the list above I have only traded on two trading platforms (aka exchanges) and those are poloniex and yobit, on both of them I have got small profit but it really depends on what are you trading about because poloniex does not have some coins that are listed on yobit.
1436  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: July 31, 2016, 06:40:37 PM
I would accept but who will pay the fees Tongue, seriously I would accept the payment on bitcoin for salary because I and other employee would start using and spending bitcoin for many things that we weren't doing before, for example we would join trading bitcoin to fiat and maybe altcoins too, so this would be a good marketing for bitcoin.
1437  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What would you like to buy? on: July 31, 2016, 06:17:17 PM
What I would like to buy with bitcoin is to use bitcoin like fiat, for everyday and everywhere use so I can pay the taxi through bitcoin, tip the waiter when I go on restaurant and many other things that can be done by cash. For buying digital goods already are some alternatives by using bitcoin debit cards but it is sweeter paying directly on bitcoin.
1438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: July 31, 2016, 06:15:21 PM
is it possible that bitcoin will be accepted in local stores, shops etc. since transactions are to slow and customers have to wait until their transactions are verified. And nobody wants to wait.
Can transactions be seeded up to save customers time or any other way to use bitcoin  at local stores.

I have thought about this in the past but If the merchant has coinbase address and the costumer has coinbase too then this transaction can we done easily and the merchant should not wait about first confirmation, otherwise I think merchant should use bitpay or anyother service but still is a risk that the transaction cannot be confirmed.

1440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin sparks your road to success, what will you do for people who... on: July 31, 2016, 05:55:57 PM
Sometimes they say no when you want to invest in something like in this case on bitcoin, but I wouldnt spend my energy again to them but I would say hi to them again because maybe they wanted me to not fall on something bad.

You are right they may just be concerned to the welfare of the author since bitcoin is new to them and its volatile.

Or maybe they have some sorce of income or business that they are good at and they no longer need bitcoins since it is already sufficient to them.

In the end whatever reasons they may have always remember that a good relationship cannot be replaced by bitcoin so just treat them nicely.

I missed the train to buy bitcoin at a very cheaper price than now but I can't say nothing to anyone because they didn't forced me to not buy bitcoins at that time. Once I told a friend about trading on poloniex and when he saw lots of numbers told me stop doing that because you should be very clever there.
