Hanya bertahan sebentar gan tadi sempet di puncak Rp 3.850.000 langsung down ke Rp 3.750.000 Entah apa yang menyebabkn harga bisa srtinggi itu dalam waktu singkat, ada yang punya info nta gak ? Semoga trend ini bukan sesat deh menurut ane harga bitcoin naik karena stock market di china belum lama mengalami crash yang cukup besar. kenaikan harga juga di mulai dari OKcoin dan Huobi (bitcoin exchange asal china) kebankrutan yunani juga mungkin ada effect nya di harga bitcoin tapi tidak banyak karena bitcoin bukanlah satu satunya solusi buat mereka. |

I had been searching around and understanding the bitcoin system and what i understood is that Bitcoin price depends totally upon a factor, Gambling:
hell no. only few people managed to win/lose big amount of BTC to have an impact on the price. see the market cap, there's no way that even half of those are because of gambling |

It means nothing. It increases and decreases for small amounts. If you have Bitcoins, I would say sell them now and get some small profit in case you bought them for less than $240.
yes yes, I clearly remember smart guys like you before years, when they start shouting "omg, sell now and buy more BTC, once it will be below 100$". You are recommending to do something, which may (most likely) never happen any-time in future.. I've to say I disagree with this one. 100$ means that the price will need to go down at least 120$ depends on the current price. but right now the price only needs to go down by 40$ to get to 240$. I know it's still hard to imagine, but keep in mind that the price was at 240$ just a little while ago. and you never know what people will do when they start seeing sizable decrease in price He never said that it's going to to $240.

Hi guys, I'm asking you guys if this ever happened to you. So about 2-3 weeks ago, I lend around 0.01 forgot the exact amount to a jr member. And he says he'd get back to me the next day, but he didn't. He gave me his account as the collateral, but I still wanted my btc back, so I mes him on email, he said he apologize and he'd pay me back 0.015 btc by the end of the week. Another 2 weeks has passed, I kept emailing him, and no response from there. Why are there people like this on this forum?/ What can I do now? Just sell his account?
the collateral is yours if the loan term has passed and both parties have not agreed to extend it (actually more like you refused to extend it since you have every right to). no one can blame you even if you sell it. |

I don't see any problem if the seller is okay with it. one month is long enough for someone to notice if their account got hacked. tho be wary if the account have a valid (as in "really happened" valid) negative feedback then someday someone on the DT might find out about it and decide to leave another negative rating
by the way I don't think this thread belongs in meta. it should go to beginners & help or marketplace.

If i remember correctly, trust (reputation) is unmoderated... It probably won't be deleted, but it has no impact as long as the abuser is not in the default trust list
you are right. only theymos and badbear can remove trust feedback and they very rarely do it. I doubt OP will get any help on this one, but I might be wrong tho. |

Yeah, I think it would be better to have one centralized thread that links to all the important threads, instead of too many stickies that people will just skim over.
can't you or theymos edit the HELP page and make a list there? I think most people that go there also expects to see the forum's rules. tho it might look out of place with all that smf user help stuff. |
