2461  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Is there a post that keeps track of vendors that are shipping right now? on: March 21, 2014, 03:42:49 PM
It would be great if there was a post to track vendors and resellers that are shipping right now.
I looked around but couldn't find anything. Did I miss it or it doesn't exist yet?

Here is your list:

Bitmain

The end.

Damn, beat me to it!

LOL

Bitmain, Dragon (lketc), Technobit, Bitfurystrikesback & megabigpower I think thats it really.

Spondoolies maybe soon.

Actually just kidding.

Bitmain, Dragon (lketc), Technobit, Bitfurystrikesback & megabigpower. Those are the builders that are shipping. Then there are resellers like minersource.net who are selling in the US but they are mainly selling bitmain or bitfury or Dragon miners.

2463  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 0.988 BTC for 180GH/s on: March 21, 2014, 02:08:17 PM

Have you emailed them at info@

2466  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 0.988 BTC for 180GH/s on: March 21, 2014, 10:01:57 AM
If you add an S1 to the shopping card the price says only 0.938BTC yet the title says 0.988  very confusing.

Not really when you consider they are going flat out to get the miners out the door and fix up every payment from the third party mess a few days ago.

You can forgive them a couple of "forgotten" things.
2467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: March 20, 2014, 08:51:09 PM
are they late?

like women's issues 'late' or just your normal average bitcoin mining rig 'late'?
it's difficult to ascertain which is which, these days.

Late and overpriced with terrible customer service. Between them, Hashfast and Blackarrow they make KNC look like baby Jesus.
2468  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 Sales open] Price changes daily, now 0.988 BTC for 180GH/s on: March 20, 2014, 08:47:38 PM
Any opinions on what I should do to try and sort this out?

If it was me I would strip it down, blow the crap out of it, clean the Tim of with switch cleaner, put it all back together and mine with it.

Not worth either yours or their time to rma
2469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: March 20, 2014, 07:07:50 PM
Not what by I'm reading on their site bud....

seems a bit further off than was indicated.
but I know what you are saying, sure.
I just don't see the "better deal" anywhere, or even close options besides antminers at a huge loss in power consumption and space

Slow down, he doesn't mean the Coincraft machines from bitmine.ch he means the Chinese rigs made with the Coincraft A1 chips that are the same as the ones that bitmine can't seem to make into actual machines yet.

2470  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HELP!! ANTMINER S1 $3000 Payment "UNPAID" on: March 20, 2014, 07:05:18 PM
HOLY SHIT I THINK MY HAIR IS ON FIRE! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Edit:  OP, you're never going to see your units or BTC again.  Totally got ripped off, I'm sure of it.

Don't wind him up..

OP you will get your miners, you won't get a refund, they don' t do refunds, its in their TOS.

They stopped sales through the website until the blockchain issue is resolved, you can still order if you email them.

They are sorting it out, check the website.

I recently purchased 5 Antminer S1s from Bitmaintech. It's been over 72 hours and I'm really concerned. My payment is still "Unpaid" and "Expired"
I sent the payment within 20 minutes of bring prompted. What the hell is going on?

My payment received 40 confirmations on the Blockchain.
I have proof that the payment was sent, and that they successfully received the payment.

I've heard that this is happening to alot of people..
I contacted the Bitmain Support, and still no reply =/

I'm super concerned.
Can anyone else relate?

2473  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 1 TH/S dragon miner. Has anyone tried it more than 24 hours? on: March 19, 2014, 05:10:38 PM
All it is is one mans word against another. I'm just wondering why you would choose to believe the guy who is ripping everyone of and not delivering because he can't design a pcb to save his life, or the Chinese manufacturers who have been building, mining & shipping working miners since January.
Belief is irrelevant. If people contracted with a firm to produce chips, paid for development and design, then that firm does not have the right to give away/sell/whatever the resulting IP to anyone they wish. Now, I do not know the finer details of Chinese law or the appropriate terms in the agreement for these chips, however piracy of intellectual property is wrong.

You can consider it to be a moral, spiritual, what have you issue, but it is still wrong.

As for "pre sales" and the like, that is a completely separate and independent discussion from piracy. I have no interest in discussing that or confabulating the issues.

Of course its belief, you are choosing to believe Giorgio's story over Innosilicon's. Until there is a legal ruling all you have is guesswork and belief. If you stack Bitmine and their managements credibility up against Innosilicon's it makes even less sense.

2475  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech launches a new line of ASIC miners. Shipping in 7 days!!! on: March 19, 2014, 10:39:23 AM
Do they accept Bitcoin ?

We happily accept Bitcoin (via BitPay) - just do a check-out with default payment method, and you will get the option.

(We will add a clarification text for this soon).

If I have a European VAT how can I purchase from your site ?

??

Do you actually understand VAT other than registering in the mistaken thought you could avoid paying it?

1. They don't charge EU VAT in Israel, so you will have to pay it when it enters the country.
2. What you are talking about, (EU VAT company not adding VAT to an invoice going to another EU VAT company, that only applies for EU to EU sales.

So there is no getting out of paying VAT when it enters the country customs will catch it.

INVENTORY ISSUES
Some of the items in your cart became unavailable during your checkout process.

April Dawson sold out already.

Ordering process works fine for me, can you post a screenshot?

Must be people putting them in their cart and not checking out. Worked the second time I tried. But too expensive for Europe.

April sold out?

People love the pre-order on their credit cards don't they...? Some people will only learn the hard way.

imho
