2461  Economy / Economics / Re: Aren't we the reason why BTC is becoming too much centralized? on: June 19, 2021, 09:29:00 PM
~snip~
However, since most of us want instant return, and it's possible in crypto, newbies are just too attracted to that reality, making them invest in a bull market, or at a peak instead of waiting for the price to dip before they'll invest.
^ This is true because most of the newcomers in BTC investment are looking for this, they want an instant profit and all they had to want is to earn in a short period of time. Just like invested now and gain profit in the next day, that is not how BTC investment work, you should need to wait for a perfect time for that. However, regarding the punic sell, most again are those newcomers, they are very prone to this because we know that all of their concerns are profit in a short term.
2462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I think Bitcoin is great as an asset and not as a Currency. on: June 19, 2021, 09:20:40 PM
Well actually i could say bitcoin is better used as an asset and also a currency, as an asset due to it's volatile price it has become profitable to investors buying low and selling high which has in return fetched a good profit and as a currency it could be used to send money across country without stress, so i think bitcoin can be better used as an alternative currency and also an asset as well. We shouldn't always think bitcoin will replace fiat, it seems somehow impossible.
^ Both are good and no one will argue with that matter. Some people think that BTC is just a safe haven asset, if you can wait for a perfect time of selling, good for you because getting profit on BTC is very easy than spending it elsewhere. I also rather hold my BTC to seek gain in the future, but if I have no choice, I also can use my BTC in an emergency situation but using it as a regular usage, that will never happen. However, BTC was created for the alternative currency, probably in the future, this is the main use by most people and I hope that time the transaction fee will reduce too.
2463  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are your trading strategies ? on: June 19, 2021, 08:58:24 PM
^ As I can say, all trading strategies do not have a guarantee that you will able to earn upon trading, because there are too many strategies to choose but the problem is how to apply them in the market situation. More technical strategies sometimes won't work, just because it is based on the fundamental one. Scalping needs a technical analysis and it is very risky, I suggest this not apply to most newbies, they will probably become conscious of what they doing and lost in their mind what you aimed in trading. In short, there should be a trading plan.
2464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is buying three bitcoin worth it? on: June 19, 2021, 08:38:12 PM
I’ve been reading up on bitcoin and saw that Tim Draper estimates the price will hit 250k in 2022. I honestly could never afford a ton of bitcoin even now at 37k but I could afford three. It would be a lot of my savings, not all, but a majority. Is it worth it to spend almost 111 thousand dollars buying three bitcoin? Will it make me back a substantial amount more money? Please help!10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254
^ It seems like you are posted here the IP addresses right? It seems familiar with this.
By the way, let us processed your question. Investment in BTC is not predictable if you will earn that amount in just certain days, it could be months or years as long as you will see that your profit was there and you are fine cutting your profit on that time and quick sell, but again, there is no time frame for that. You should learn how to wait for a perfect time of selling so that you will earn at your target amount.
2465  Economy / Gambling / Re: Simple and easy wallet only for gambling on: June 19, 2021, 08:22:37 PM
I personally using Binance wallet directly from my Crypto gambling sites , from depositing and withdrawals so far i have no issue at all.

is there any upcoming issue from binance depositing and withdrawing my gambling funds?
I use Binance as well, and it has no issue. Maybe OP is from a country restricted from Binance ToS? If he can use Binance, better use that exchange.
^ Is the Binance exchange did not freeze the fund from the gambling site? Because sometimes centralized exchanges are did not allow transferring crypto using gambling sites, they will most likely freeze your fund. I think we should be careful reading first the TOS because we don't know what will happen in the future, and our BTC will become a waste if the centralized exchange or wallet will freeze our BTC that comes from gambling. However, why not directly hold on to Electrum wallet if you want to sell it just transfer your BTC to exchange.
2466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iran also wants to legalize crypto on: June 18, 2021, 11:43:50 AM
El Salvador's actions have had a big impact on some countries really. And Iran seems to be one of them also. It was actually not very willing about cryptocurrencies. But it looks like the government has changed their mind about cryptos.
It's just getting started.

As soon as most countries have already seen the potential of bitcoin and can be either their legal tender or great asset, almost other countries are going to follow too.

There's just a need for a rich country that will step on the game will have that announcement that will shock the world and most countries on how positive they are towards bitcoin.
We are moving to the next level of adoption and it was expected for many countries to adopt and make it legalize. From El Salvador, Iran, and many would come someday.
But I would like to hear the announcement coming from Big countries about legalization as they are more influential than those 3rd world countries. If they are going to finally legalize crypto, the more it encourages others to follow.
^ It could be, other countries now probably sighting to BTC on how they will be legalized it. The most developed country like the US has been already legalized BTC a long time ago and I think it is time now for most third world countries to follow the step of those big countries who already accepted BTC. Especially those who are in most Islamic countries, they are still thinking that BTC is a big threat to their economy and there will probably money laundering on it. Nevertheless, this is a good sign that those countries that banned BTC will awaken and realized that they are far behind from other countries. For now, it is a big thumps up to El Salvador and in Iran, and we hope those contiguous countries will do the same.
2467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does implementing a tax on a gambling platform really help a country? on: June 18, 2021, 11:30:16 AM
Much of this depends on the level of corruption in the country. If the level of corruption is low, then of course any taxation will benefit the citizens, as the funds received from the budget will be used to solve important social problems, but the level of corruption is high, then it is likely to bring more negative consequences.
^ Probably it is, one of the major reasons is the corruption and we know that even which country there is a corruption that happens.
If the corruption will low there is a possible gambling tax that will really help the country and contribute a lot to the economic growth, that is why all gambling industries must under-regulated by the government and must be pay tax as revenue for the economic growth. How can I imagine there is a huge fund that comes from the gambling tax, 10-30% of all profit from gambling for the tax share is a really big amount.
2468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Prayer and gambling. on: June 18, 2021, 10:46:24 AM

Believing that you will win is what encourages you to gamble so it must be worth praying. I've seen a lot of people secretly praying they will earn big not just in gambling. If you observe some religious boxers going to do sign of the cross like they are about to give it all for the fight, it gives them the courage to fight. It's no different to gambling, you will eventually win after few spins but you got to learn when to stop too.
^ Definitely right but it does not mean this will give a guarantee that you will win, but I believe if a gambler that has courage and confidence in himself will most likely boost the chances that the gambler will win. I don't want to combine gambling and prayer because for me they are not related to each other, many religious groups believe that gambling is a sin but I think every one of us has a preferred belief that we think will give us luck while gambling. So there is nothing to argue, just respect what each of us believes and continues to gamble as what we want. Because sometimes in that point when we were faced heavy losses might we blame that above that we believe.
2469  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betking.io is back. What do you guys think? on: June 18, 2021, 10:30:12 AM
Welcome back to betking they use to be one of the most popular gambling platform in the pass but suddenly went silent for some time now before coming back now I will play on betking right away before giving my review.
^ They suddenly silent because they had plenty of scam accusations, our community here fighting them to kick their ass out and that is why they never come back. I don't know what is the reason for them having an interest in comeback the forum but we don't let them operate here again. I don't see interesting side that OP mentioned above through staking, how could you trust your fund to them if they had passed issues regarding their reputation, it's a big risk and probably we should stay away from them.
2470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There's no lottery ticket in Bitcoin, it's a savings account on: June 17, 2021, 09:09:06 PM
"Don't put all your eggs in one basket and don't invest what you can't afford to lose" this is really applicable to newbies out there.
^ The most common advice that I have heard when I was a newbie back then. Dont pull all your eggs in one basket but yet, I am still loyal to BTC and keep holding on to it on my portfolio. In the first place about the BTC, this was created to alternate the fiat as an alternative of payment method, this was never expected that now we think that BTC is good to store in value. But people believe that the most profitable is investing in it and keep it in your wallet and patiently wait until there is your profit. So they forget the real use of BTC.
2471  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino on: June 17, 2021, 09:02:41 PM
Most casino prefer to allow deposit of top coins being trading in the market which are also easy to liquidate at the time of withdrawal or converting them. But now doge is being a deposit options at many casinos also due to its hype and demand with some fees and speed issue of other coins. But soon we will see more coins being added to the list as per demand and regulations.

What are you talking about? What regulations?
To my knowledge, there are no regulations regarding the types of coins accepted for deposit and withdrawal at crypto casinos. The decision lies solely with the casino managers.

^ That is right, the advantage of a gambling site that has to accepted various top altcoins is really great, you can definitely choose which altcoin has a lower fee to choose from if your concern is to save the fees. I don't see any coins there that have regulation too probably reply above was referring to the coin that highly manipulated not the regulated since he was talking about the hype of the coin. There is no problem with that coin as long as it will always be listed on an exchange, I don't have a problem if the reply above was talking about dogecoin.
2472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling becomes popular on: June 17, 2021, 08:14:29 PM
For me thinking that you were going to settle for a thought of using gambling as your source of income, it will be a total kind of risk.

It's not for all of us, there are really people who risk gambling and consider it as a source of their income, they are smart, they have the skills and they make consistent money in gambling. In reality, gambling is not really bad, it's not a fraud that no one can win, we just have to understand that they have the edge so they win most of the time, but the good news is not all the time.
^ I don't believe in this sorry, there is no consistency in making money on gambling especially if you are fighting that against from the source.
Nevertheless, it is a long discussion over and over again when you said but that does not matter in the play.
On the other hand, all gambling sites had already popular and we don't have doubt they will still use this in the future. Most especially if he/she wears topics that they implemented.
2473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chinese Poker (Pusoy) - On what crypto-gambling site can I play this? on: June 17, 2021, 07:54:59 PM
According to the website above, Chinese Poker is quite popular in Asia not just the Philippines. Each of them has their own names for that game, Sap Sam Cheung/ in Vietnam and Luosong Pai Jiu in China. In the Philippines, it is commonly known as Pusoy.
You are absolutely right about its name in Vietnam  Cheesy It's nice that you can come up with this information just by searching. In short, this is a fairly popular game in Vietnam, however, it is not popular on betting sites, not even on any crypto casinos in Vietnam. As for the OP's needs, I think it's hard to do, unless he does a search through the source in China, since only that country has casinos that offer Chinese Poker.
^ Definitely right, even in terminology, in each country they had different terminology that they used, you say (call) and also the (bet).
But why you did not find any games that something profitable than you currently failed. If I were you, just find another way and analyze that you will be paid. Nevertheless, it needs for you to study which gambling site has good to pick to us.
2474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling is the worst piece of shit you can imagine on: June 17, 2021, 07:33:42 PM

You see here's the thing, I did go nearly 8 days without eating anything, collapsed and starved like a mad man because nobody on this forum had enough integrity or kindness or reason to lend me 20$

20$ Ficking bucks! And to this day still nobody has done so.

Now imagine the transaction fee being 20$, a week worth of Ficking food that could be the difference between life and death and you can't even use Bitcoin for that amount of money
Stop gambling on gambling sites and spend your momey money on food simple as that. Would you rather gamble or spend the money to buy food since you mentioned that you are starving instead of babbling about how worst piece of shit gambling sites are. Also, find a job to have stable income or use your skills in crypto space (except your gambling skills and begging skills).
^ Lmao, I don't know if OP was on the right mind because if you only have $20 then that is enough to gamble. How poor you are and that was clearly that gambling is not for you. If you cant afford it, then, don't force yourself to gamble even you know that is the only money you had.
Crypto gambling is good for anonymity and also for the fastest transaction, not like bank transfers you will need to wait working days and it should in business hours. Nevertheless, people like this are truly don't understand what is cryptocurrency and how it will use.

I will take #80.
2476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the motive behind the anti gambling campaign on: June 16, 2021, 09:46:34 PM
~snip~
This is the difference between gambling and investing in stocks.  Due to inflation, the average price of shares in the stock market is constantly growing.
I didn't understand why op make this statement, saying losers in gambling are liable to loss in stock market, this statement is not ethical I doubt him for saying that, stock and gambling is quitely a different thing.
^ Probably OP means that in gambling, not all become to win there should be a loser. Trading and gambling are totally different but it seems like they are like a coin, two different faces but still, it is a coin and that is how gambling and trading are, they are both capable of managings financial your fund. On the other side, governments always protect their people from possible addiction that probably can't manage themselves. That is why gambling has different regulations depending on which country you are in. There will be always an anti-gambling.
2477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How is gambling taxed? on: June 16, 2021, 09:25:10 PM
~snip~
Aren't gamblers only taxed when they won huge prizes?
^ This is also what I am thinking for because as I understand it only deductible if only to the extent of your winnings, not the losses. For sure there will be a tax for the huge winning just like hitting a lottery jackpot and you are about to cash out millions of dollars in the bank. The money that you will declare as taxable are those your return income. Nevertheless, not all gambling winning especially if not a jackpot will mostly they did not declare to be taxable, not unless if your government are very strict about taxation.
2478  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you know when to sell? on: June 15, 2021, 09:07:37 PM
I know its an individual thing, but if you are in an alt and it is pumping...when is the best time to sell? I feel as though every-time I am in a coin that starts to make some good gain I leave it to long to sell..Anyone else do that. I heard it is because of greed, we star imagining all things we can do with our new profits, but the longer we leave it the more chance of not making good profits. Does anyone have a good strategy for knowing when to sell?
^ Altcoin holding is not profitable in a long term especially those new projects listed on an exchange, if you are going to ask me when to sell. I am going to sell with the desired amount that I can get and you are right, there is no need to be more greedy on getting profit, sometimes you need to decide when is the perfect time of selling your crypto asset. As long as you did not sell under the price where did you bought your coin, and you get profit. That is all right if you will sell but sometimes DYOR will be made us in a correction decision, if you think they are not worth it hold, it is up to you.
2479  Other / Off-topic / Re: Slapping Tournament on: June 15, 2021, 08:26:23 PM
~snip~

In my opinion, the main criterion for such competitions is the competitor's ability to withstand the blow of the opponent. I don't know why, but some people have this ability. Even if they are hit hard, they don't get knocked out, they just get lost for a split second and come back to normal. I've met one guy like that in my life. He easily survived a fight against four guys thanks to this ability.
^ Tell me what is the shape on his face, probably that guy that you have said is that have a big jaw face which commonly survives in slapping or even hit with a hard punch, they are still capable to survive such games like also in boxing. Nevertheless, I wonder how they will survive on that kind of game, there could be consequences, it may cause complications like bleeding your ears, it could be nerve damage that runs in your jaw or connecting into your brain and facial numbness, or even facial paralysis. This game is totally brutal and deserves not to be well-known.
2480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does implementing a tax on a gambling platform really help a country? on: June 15, 2021, 08:12:31 PM
Tax is the blood of the economy, they make the public roads, the public schools, the public and government hospitals. Pros of taxing a gambling platform is that the government is able to get a really big tax since gambling houses earn a lot of money and close to zero losses in a day sometimes. Cons is that if the government is comprised of corrupt officials then the taxes will be for nothing.
^ That is a perfect answer, through tax government have different allocations on it just like eductions, buildings all public staff that working on the government they had paid through tax. But I think the biggest allocation that the fund comes from the tax is the health program and livelihood program which is government expend a big percentage on it. As I say yes, it has a big help and it will contribute to having economic growth and seems like what happens on Covid 19, governments were so down at that time because people need financial support, they had open different gambling casino so that it will generate profit that can be taxable.
