I know it's luck, but still, your 'luck' is much more prevalent when you have 100 miners vs 1.

I'm on ltc.suprnova.cc for a few days , and I'm using between 1.6-2.3GH/s hash rates. Some rented, some my own KNC Titans.
First few hours, I get 2 solves. Then for 40 hours NOTHING. 

Is that even possible ?? Shouldn't that much hash rate pretty much guarantee one a day?

You and me both. Also since I'm putting up a lot of my Miners for sale and don't want to deal with Ebay BS.
