To all renters..
PLEASE READ YOUR COMMUNICATION TABS!!!
Also please learn how to set difficulties to your pools and how to properly set them up for God's sake.
Nobody reads the Descriptions or follows difficulty advise thinking large rentals work like freaking single S5's.. UGH.

can someone help me...how do I revert to factory defualt 1500 mhz? click on reset doesn't help.. That looks weird as the slider states it's at it's minimum setting. Have you changed any jumpers on your card at all? It's a bug with the R7-370's and AMD Settings. I had to remove & Reinstall the cards and drivers to fix it.

Actually soo many people are wrong about these cards.. That's because they talk with no 1st hand knowledge.....
(Yes it's 2x HD7970's in one)
My HD7990 at stock speeds (1000/1500) with a 100mv undervolt, and extra fan pushing air over it, was hashing (as of yesterday once I shipped it)at 42-46MH (averaged 44) and only used 380watts and ran at 65/61C (one GPU always runs hotter than the other).. Quite profitable..
Glad this one sold too. As long as you keep them cool, they last for ever.

My current ETH rig is using Nvidia GT-970, mining with etherminer.exe - its hashing well to dwarfpool. I have a new rig setup using AMD R9-390, any suggestions on best miner to use and syntax to dwarfpool or ethpool?
Stop mining to dwarfpool. They are over the 50% total hash rate limit.

Well, so tell me how much hasn't been paid out until now. One day? Two? A week? Don't be the drama queen.
Are you really this dense? Or just playing one on TV?

Yeah some people don't understand the difference between being 0.2btc behind or 4BTC behind, or 40BTC behind. Not quite the same . Guess you don't write about me - believe me, I do understand the difference Myself as an entrepreneur, I do understand behind, I get paid 90 days in arrears but some of my paments are 100+ days behind but I know I with get paid in due time. I' not talking 10-20 dollars either im talking 80-100k in arrears, but business as usual. Not the same, as you expect it will take that long (or up to). Most people are used to the fast payments on here and need it to cover expenses from what I see and people I know.

Yeah some people don't understand the difference between being 0.2btc behind or 4BTC behind, or 40BTC behind. Not quite the same . Guess you don't write about me - believe me, I do understand the difference Then you wouldn't be saying this : "Frankly: I don't care if the payment is late for one block, five blocks or twenty blocks. Someone probably tried to cheat, and kano is investigating it. This means that all of us may - probably - get more at the end of the day if someone was running a withholding attack. If not, we all will get what we mined for." YOU may not care, but others that rely on the payments to cover costs associated with their operation MIGHT. Most people don't have 50BTC to fall back on in case of a few day's worth of no payments and bad luck on a pool. I know lot of small miners that do it for small income and fun, as well as rent to play with their luck. Once there are no payments they might not be able to continue mining or renting. I am thinking of the little guys/gals. If you really don't care, you should offer up all the past due payments to cover the people that need it or have to stop mining........Still don't care?

Frankly: I don't care if the payment is late for one block, five blocks or twenty blocks. Someone probably tried to cheat, and kano is investigating it. This means that all of us may - probably - get more at the end of the day if someone was running a withholding attack. If not, we all will get what we mined for.
What I, personally, would love to read at the end of the day: Who was trying the attack. It happened at Eligius, it happened at Slush's, now at kano.is. I'd love to know who it was or if there is any clue which leads to the attacker...
Let's see if you would say the same when each block payments are 1 to 2btc like on my accoubts and there's 5-20 blocks delayed that you said you are willing to accept. We are talking about thousands. Don't speak for the mass and lets not encourage poor performance. I am sure Kano is working hard on the issue and is just as frustrated as we all are. However this pool have exceptional reputation of being solidly consistent with both updates on issues and payouts, as such we hold it to a much higher standard than any other pools. Yeah some people don't understand the difference between being 0.2btc behind or 4BTC behind, or 40BTC behind. Not quite the same . I still don't think it's a Block withholding attack, and thank you for the explanation, but most people on here know what it is. It would be such a small % of the pool it wouldn't affect us unless it's like 20% or more, IMO. I thought nicehash was doing something 'funny' with their rentals in the past, but was told otherwise and people have been hitting blocks with them, so I guess it's ok. I'm sure Kano will chime in soon about the delay in payments. I just received 2 payments for blocks 402347 and 402342 from the 12th.

I doubt this.. Just bad luck IMO. A withholding 'attack' unless one of the HUGE recent miners on kano.is, would not affect the rest of the miners and the amount of hash we've been sending here. I am not worried about a scam by kano, as I think he/she/it has been the most honest and informative person with regards to being an open book with this pool as well as helping us with non related questions even. What got me asking is that I've never had such a long (7blocks) delay of payment ever from kano.is in over a year of mining here. I'm not hurting for it, but I am sure others than run rentals or have smaller rigs/home farms who need the funds to secure payments for electricity or gear costs, hosting, etc., are in the negative already.

but you rent your hardware thru proxy I rent out the proxy.

Yeah once my rented rigs run out, I'm not sure what I will do if we get another 200%+ block. With this core vs classic thing going on, I might just pause all my proxies and just rent my rigs out until stuff is clear.
