2501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: March 25, 2017, 09:14:07 PM
Nobody gets addicted to gambling on their own consent, it is greed which makes them do it regularly.
Whether it is a win or a loss, both are different situation and will influence the person in different ways.
When someone wins, they think that they might try their hands on it due to having luck, but who knows next, still they gamble.
When they lose, they would definitely give it a try to recover back their past loss on their next winning, the same applies to the rest.
2502  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading? on: March 25, 2017, 08:55:12 PM
Both share the risk equally as the case with both the things is, even skill-based gambling needs luck to convert your efforts into winnings, else you will have yourself buried hard into the colors of loss, where trading is also based on luck equally if compared to gambling, as you will need luck to let the market move towards your side.
2503  Economy / Speculation / Re: Would bitcoin market cap rise faster if bitcoin did a 1000:1 split? on: March 14, 2017, 03:02:20 PM
The split you are talking about, seems to me like a leverage being offered to trade. If we go through round figures, then we won't witness any changes, but if the differences are in decimals, then possibly changes may be seen. But then too, why is there any need for such a split when we are already moving towards higher prices? You think that total capitalization would change more if the number of coins would be changed? If the total number gets increased, will the interest remain the same?
2504  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will we see $1300 again? on: March 13, 2017, 01:47:22 PM
The price is growing steadily and we are currently staying par $1200 which is a good sign of holding it till $1300 as it bounced back from $960 and you can yourself calculate that how much $$$ did this immense hulk recovered after the ETF rejection. We are just $70 left ($1230 at the time of writing) to reach $1300, so I don't think that it might take that long for Bitcoins.
2505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport Do u Like to Bet? on: March 13, 2017, 01:26:47 PM
I like to bet on Tennis only as I know that sport very well and I mostly win when I bet on most of the tennis matches.
I have been doing this since past 6 years and my record has been awesome just because I gamble on one sport only, and go for others only when I get some trustworthy bets which I feel I can win. Sticking to one sport only, understanding it and then gambling is the key to continuous success.
2506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Horse Racing Tips on: March 11, 2017, 01:59:34 PM
If you have been doing horse racing betting since long time, can you please post your betting history or some of your bets to show your win/loss percentage? I would be interested in following you and even buy some premium tips as I lost something big on a Premium tip by someone who had a good record, but still I lost.  Sad

2508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: February 25, 2017, 02:48:14 PM
To be honest it's never been easy quiting on gambling once you are already addicted into it playing everyday i can't even saved atleast of my income from trading once i already had profi i always withdrew it and then deposit into gambling website trying to be nice and cool when playing to win profits but im so unlucky every time playing even i set the settings into a safest one i know i always get lose. Chasing my lose makes me more addicting thats why.
huh you must be have a hard times fight with your addiction isn't it?
gambling never gives you a good thing in the long run ,
it is even provide you a terrible torture when you want to leave ,
don't gamble when you think you can not do it responsibly.

Nobody gambles for entertainment, there are just few who do it just for the sake of fun.
But the things go different when you get all in and expect to win it and lose even at the least chances of getting lost.
No one can gamble "RESPONSIBLY", that's because nobody can predict the exact outcome of what is exactly going to happen in the near future.
2509  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What we can do to confirm transactions faster? on: February 25, 2017, 02:15:56 PM
Sorry if I am misunderstanding here, but are confirmations not directly related to the fee that is attached to the transaction?
The first confirmation is. The time it takes can be longer depending on the time taken to find a block and if the miner wants to include your transaction.

So, does it mean that miners' fee should be considered as one of the important factors here, right?
I have been told by my friend that if we use at least 0.0002 per KB for a transaction during these days, we will surely get it confirmed in the least time.
2510  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What we can do to confirm transactions faster? on: February 25, 2017, 01:11:03 PM
Sorry if I am misunderstanding here, but are confirmations not directly related to the fee that is attached to the transaction? And if that's the case, then we definitely need to increase the miners' fee in order for the network to run smooth as well as those transactions get confirmed in an hour or two. That's what I have been seeing after the price hike.
2511  Economy / Services / Re: ♠ BETCOIN.AG ♠ Signature Campaign - High Pay - Monthly Payments - Bonuses ♠ on: January 31, 2017, 08:00:03 AM

SNIP

Hi, I am confused about this activation process. I am sorry to ask you about this, but I want this to be clear before withdrawing. Smiley
You said 0.01 mbtc, 1 mbtc means BTC0.001, so do we need to make a BTC0.00001 bet in order to get the Casino Credits bonus?
2512  Economy / Services / Re: ♠ BETCOIN.AG ♠ Signature Campaign - High Pay - Monthly Payments - Bonuses ♠ on: January 29, 2017, 01:05:25 PM
But how can we withdraw?
Is the payment already credited to our accounts? I asked this because I don't see anything in mine, can anyone let me know if they are credited with their earnings as well as Casino Credits bonus?
2513  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price climbing fast again on: January 26, 2017, 07:47:41 PM
15 dollars is nothing if we compare to the worst fluctuations that we saw during these days when the price slipped down from $1300 to $750, almost a 50% drop which was remarkable and can only be said that history has repeated itself here once again. Stability is to be maintained if we are expecting better prices to remain in the markets for longer duration.
2514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about the idea of a bitcoin shop in big cities? on: January 26, 2017, 07:36:53 PM
To spread the word out, all such ideas are great and need to be implemented and put in action.
This is the best way to make people understand what is Bitcoin by showing them how to use it as they will absolutely become eager to know more about this technology as today's youth is very much into it.
2515  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: January 26, 2017, 07:28:32 PM
Bitcoin can itself be seen as a stock or a commodity that can be traded to make profits, so yes, it can help you make more income with less taxes. You can possibly do everything with fiat that you can do with Bitcoins, but the only difference it will make is, the inflation ratio of USD if compared to Bitcoins is very much less and you know what I am talking about.
2516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 50 Dollars a Day! on: January 26, 2017, 07:18:35 PM
If I ever had a strategy to make 50 Dollars a day, firstly, I would never share it with anyone. Tongue
BTW, to make 50 Dollars a day (if fixed), you need to have at least 200 Dollars in order to bet and bet again on 2nd bet if the 1st one fails.
It is not easy to make 50 Dollars a day gambling, because it is mostly luck when you bet on something you don't know about. And sometimes, even when you chose the best one and expect it to come in your favor, you lose. So, stay calm and be happy with what you have and gamble for fun is the best strategy IMHO.
2517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Wallet Software? on: January 26, 2017, 06:54:22 PM
Go for Multibit and Electrum if you don't want to download the whole blockchain stuff as it takes a lot of time and space to download something that's more than 100 GB in size. Though, it's great that you want to, so you can begin your new journey with Bitcoin Core Desktop client. Still, it would be great if you take your decision based on Lauda's sticky thread.
2518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who's your bet in nba finals , GSW or Cavs? on: January 26, 2017, 06:44:20 PM
If i bet, Of course i will bet for Golden state warrior. It's my favorite NBA team, They have Stephen curry and durant which they are good players, I hope my team will get the final, I don't know if Cavs will be in the final, but i bet for GSW to go on to the final and will get the trophy.

Mine too, I watch NBA just because of Golden State Warriors itself, they are such a team who are completely unpredictable in which any player comes out with their own ways and makes themselves win even the most toughest games where they get the best fight from their opponents, Curry and Thompson are the two best players based on whom I can say that GSW are going to win the Finals this time too.
2519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: January 26, 2017, 06:36:15 PM
My family knows about this that I am a gambler, but they are proud of me that it is not my habit to gamble continuously. I always gamble and go for the best available times when I feel that I will win. That way, I feel secured from losing everything at once, and the only reason why I don't feel shameful, but feel proud on myself sometimes.
2520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Excuses on: January 26, 2017, 03:43:47 PM
Did you ever gamble with other's money to pay your own debts or otherwise to solve a certain problem through gambling?

I never commit such a big mistake of taking a debt in order to repay a debt, that's just useless as ultimately, you are implicating yourself back into the same puzzle you think you are coming out from. If we think that we are solving our problem by taking a new loan to repay older one, then we are wrong because we are committing back a mistake over an already committed one.
