1721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling affect your overall lifestyle? on: July 31, 2019, 02:35:34 AM
The temptation to go after the big life changing win by risking it all on that single wager can be very strong at times.

Right as I might have won something that I already lost - half part of the capital. But who knows if I'd stop there or continue ahead? That again with high bets to risk more in regards to winning more?

Quote
I've been so tempted many times in the past to bet big in the hope of winning big, but it never worked out that way for me. Some people are lucky or it's just meant to be for them. Life is stressful enough without me creating more debt for myself.

I thank my instinct for stopping me against taking any loans to gamble. I was safe at that part and I really believe my sixth sense stopped me from creating extra problems for myself.

Quote
This is why I only see gambling as a form of entertainment and never as a way to generate an income.

I didn't want to generate an income but my greed wanted me to get me and my family a lifestyle where we can live a smooth and happy life without much worries for money. This dropped me down so hard that I decided not to gamble again in my life ever.
1722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How I lost 200,000 EURO on Bitcasino.io on: July 31, 2019, 01:29:34 AM
Ridiculous how you were just sitting and watching your money going into a casino's hands. I see their games are regulated and you can't really claim that they scammed but tell me who the jerk asked you to bet all you 100 or 200k whatever over slots? You could go for dice, roulette, any other games provided that you were interested. You are very stupid OP so commit it. Making a one hour video trying to prove that you won nothing even after depositing a lot? Well, are they bound to make you win if you are a big whale among so many fishes in their pond?

Don't illustrate your extreme levels of foolishness here by comparing a case where jackpot was won against a case where OP 'intentionally' lost his capital that was worth a jackpot itself.
1723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Does gambling affect your overall lifestyle? on: July 31, 2019, 01:05:17 AM
I had been gambling for years before I met with a very big accidental loss that almost killed me. It took me a lot of time to get out of the shock I got from that loss as it was all I saved for my family that I put as a bet and lose. To me, gambling had the power to drag me in death's mouth by ruining everything for me due to my own false decisions, did you have the same experiences - bitter or sweet, you would want to share? I would point it out like this:

- I started gambling
- Set goals
- Win
- Win again
- Wow, again a lot of wins and I now have enough money to pay for bills and food for 5 full years
- I don't stop there
- I play
- I lose
- I played again with bigger amount
- EV not positive any more
- Still playing
- I made a lot of bets where I lost half of all those wins
- I didn't quit
- I made a single bet where I put the remaining half
- & I lost finally, everything that I made + what I put in it that was mine
- It ruined the lifestyle we were living and I am back to 0.
1724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Operating Online Casino -- Need License? on: July 31, 2019, 12:43:55 AM
I think most bitcoiners would be against requiring a license to run a business.  People should be free to do what they want and it is on the business owner to build up their reputation and provide their customers with a good service.

That's right and I support the same thing, but if OP still wants to hear what he had in mind i.e.; to go the license way then I have something for everyone to give a read:

https://www.softswiss.com/licensing/

A good page to read out and decide where to start their online casino if they want to go for a license if that is their priority.
1725  Economy / Services / Re: Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much? on: July 30, 2019, 01:36:01 PM
Constantly saying that you did not scam anyone does not mean that you did not scam anyone.

You pull "no true scotsman" arguments for contradictory evidence and live in your own world of truths and falsities.

You have dedicated an obscene amount of time to leave negative feedback against each of the accounts that have supported the flag against you.

If only there were a term to describe someone like that... maybe we can find such a phrase in this thread.

Wait, I got that term & that's - SchizophreniaDICK

Either believe this or not, but this guy game-protect got what he wanted - a lot of free advertisement. He had been continuously pinching almost every user here to speak against him and bump the thread with some extra added pulp to the whole debate and we are doing the exact part for him. Let's unite and stop this by completely ignoring this guy like he never existed? For God sake?
1726  Economy / Reputation / Re: Game-protect flag on: July 30, 2019, 01:20:15 PM
Do you know what Schizophrenia is?

Complains that Game Protect enforces claims from illegal casinos, but at the same time considers it as good that bitcointalk.org let illegal casinos promote on its forum!

Like how you have withdrawn your mental state from accepting that you are trying to be over smart taking into account the power to speak here which is making you think that you are the only good shit here and we all stink 'or Lord of the Rings with a Golden ring concocted between the shit hole trying to save yourself from being deceived by men like us as that is what rooted and now stemmed in your mind'.
1727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Operating Online Casino -- Need License? on: July 30, 2019, 01:04:07 PM

You are correct at some point when you talk about the safety of bettors who must have complete information about the owner to keep themselves safe but that doesn't mean that owners can't launch a casino. They can start without a license or giving any information about them but it should be a P2P gambling site and they will work as escrow 'where the only condition remains that they don't cheat'. OneHash is the best example for this. How can a decentralized gambling website paying automatically to their customers on each win need to expose about the owners of that business?
1728  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Binance laundremat? on: July 30, 2019, 12:43:16 PM

That makes sense. If anything, I don't think it would be seizing or a force-close though. I think the likely outcome would probably be Binance being forced to hand over the information of the US users that has been using their platform in the past. You know, for tax reasons as per usual.

Their Government is already behind users and sending a lot of notices to tax-hiding people and tax-evaders. But I don't think Binance will ever produce their US customers' data to their Government even after allowing US users to take part into trading through their platform, though they may go for more strict actions and indulge into getting all the information of users trading there to keep a hold of whom they are allowing to stretch out with their platform.

What does Binance need to register itself as in US to keep their foot safe at that place?
1729  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Binance laundremat? on: July 30, 2019, 01:43:27 AM
I won't compare Binance to BTC-e as both were a lot different in regards to following laws. BTC-e had been shady in my views whenever I used to trade there as they allowed high-profile trading with least KYC docs required but Binance does not let you trade with bigger numbers without knowing you better. Binance had been working under Malta's regulations and I don't find them to be proven guilty by any Government unless they do commit a crime that gets exposed later.

If we use these exchanges, are we also going to get scrutinized for the same if they [exchanges] are proven to be engaged in money-laundering cases? Will there be any enquiry to innocent traders for being a part of them?
1730  Economy / Reputation / Re: Game-protect flag on: July 30, 2019, 01:24:15 AM
Considering the fact that you are disparaging others from playing at unlicensed casinos and various Curacao license-based casinos, but refuse to identify your own website's license... that seems quite high-risk to me.
Game Protect offers to bet or play at sportsbooks and casinos with consumer protection service inclusive.

If someone loves to drive cars without insurance, it is of course up to him!

But the funny part is, after they drove cars without insurance and suffered a damage, they contact Game Protect and ask for free help! Cheesy

It's his name "actmyname", so you 'Game Protect' please stop acting here.

And consumer service protection?
You should try and protect your self reputation that is being crushed under the foot of all those accusations getting laid with you, so stop spending time trying to prove others wrong and try to show how innocent you are.

And that funny part statement...
Applaud! Out of limits and I think I can't trust you even that 1% that I used to have till now.
1731  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone for a job on: July 25, 2019, 03:28:48 AM
Hi,

I can help you with that. But, please, could you contact me via telegram messenger since I don’t use icq. My telegram: t.me/demure13

Waiting for your message. Smiley

If you deal over telegram, you will be held responsible if you get scammed and asking for any help later on will get you nowhere. Don't do that because telegram now allows users to delete everything in the chat for both parties so you will not be left with any proof. I was scammed, so I'm warning you. Like DarkDays told, he will ask you in this way - "Can you send me some coins here? Let's check if you did the job correctly?" He will ask for a minimum amount that can be anything, and then he will run away. Be safe and use an escrow if one chooses to involve himself as a mediator in this deal with you.

Will the price of BTC stabilize at around $10,000?🧐🧐

https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-price-shuns-volatility-as-analysts-warn-of-potential-drop-to-7-000

Analysts are saying ,

get ready for the Drop to $7000

Nice try and let's see whose analysis is better.
I see BTC to bounce back high from its current price but it will take a lot of time because $10000 was once an impossible target to breach but they did it. I am hearing a lot of great news for BTC every day, why do you or your analysts feel that way? The dump was done already and I see no sense in selling it below $10k unless buyers get exhausted and stop getting rekt again and again as the history shows that those who go with market trends have the chances to get liquidated much faster than others who trade against the markets but it all goes through a variety of patterns ofc which are not so easy to be found on charts.
1733  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: July 22, 2019, 07:43:51 PM
In my personal views, KYC is like a condom over a hot and happening pussy like crypto. It gives exchanges the ability to know us in full. Do you want to compromise your private data by giving it to them when you care too much about it when sharing it with an airdrop site just to keep yourself safe?
1734  Economy / Reputation / Re: Flag against Livecoin (again) on: July 22, 2019, 07:17:48 PM
The way Livecoin responded and said this:

At the moment, izooomrud account is fully unblocked. He can withdraw or sell his funds. Concerning the situation with MONA, we posted news with detailed explanations following this link - https://www.livecoin.net/en/news/view/261
We are unable to bear more responsibility for an asset, than its developer. It is stated in the User agreement, which a user either accepts at signing up, or doesn't use our Service at all. The fact, that izooomrud used our Service, suggests that he agreed to this clause, saying the following:

Quote
The Service does not bear responsibility for losses incurred by vulnerability or any kind of failure of software (nodes, wallets) used by the third parties, or glitch in the software (nodes, wallets), provided by the third parties, as well as failure of blockchains or any other technical problems specific of Cryptocurrencies traded at the Platform. The Service is not liable for damages due to late report from cryptocurrency developers or representatives (or no report at all) of any issues with cryptocurrency including all sorts of forks, node technical issues or any other issues potentially resulting in fund losses.

Besides alleged theft accusations, this user also made threats against us. His charges have no grounds at all and breach the User agreement rules, which the user accepted at registration, and that leads to the account shut-down.

And izooomrud confirming this:

I withdrew all the funds that I were available, however there is an issue with Mona coins. Currently, 720 Mona coins remain on my account balance. Several solutions of this issue were offered by me to the exchange, right now I am waiting for an answer.

Should livecoin be called as half-guilty and half-loyal?
Which part of this will prove to be true will be based on Livecoin's instant actions and as they are still holding izooomrud's MONA, I don't think that the cost of doing a mistake by using such an exchange which backed off from duly pursuing their responsibilities for their user or users can be $1500 worth. They should compensate him and do their best to prove us wrong, I'm curiously waiting for that day 'but I still don't think that after these intentionally aroused problems, I will be using livecoin ever even if they prove to be not guilty'.

Why no MONA darling sent to him? Even if he accepted the rules then as a service provider, aren't you supposed to sort this out for your users instead of asking them to reach out to MONA devs? What's your role then? If his account will be shut down, how will he become able to withdraw his 720 MONA coins from this exchange? Isn't that shady?

Please, please share his threats he gave you?
Were they regarded to laws and all? Why would any user not act over actions they feel shady about?

I have heard that there are some exchange platforms that deceive traders and even owners of new coins, Tell us your story with a bad exchange  platforms that you do not recommend.

Help others to avoid this exchanges that cheat traders

Must read - https://www.coindesk.com/for-15k-hell-fake-your-exchange-volume-youll-get-on-coinmarketcap

While you are crying like a kid about exchanges cheating on users, see how this guy turned an illegal scene into legal profession, what a progressive mind some people are the Kings of! I am not in favor of these fake volumes but as long as they make your invested alt look more worthy than the others listed, I will support it as we need to get out of our investments with the best possible returns over them because we already lost a lot in 2018.
1738  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [GUIDE] Don't ask others to BUY BTC for you! on: July 22, 2019, 05:45:53 PM
It was not a lesson for the 'secretary and partner' but your Uncle, OP. He should have known about one more possibility that could ruin his entire investment - greed.

I don't know what was running in your Uncle's mind, but he should have also got the hang of something like his secretary could also cheat him by making such son stories in front of him and keep the money or Bitcoins himself? That's greed, he could have scammed him right there as money is everything for everyone and they can cross any limits without thinking of future consequences and 'what he did, shows that he was half loyal to your Uncle'.

At the moment, izooomrud account is fully unblocked. He can withdraw or sell his funds.
Looks a great initiative to end the drama, or at least help things cool down.
One more thing: I think you should claim that a new signature campaign run by @Livecoin Manager (just assume it is a new one from Livecoin) is an official campaign from Livecoin. There is drama that it is run by scammers, whom are not from Livecoin team. I don't think Livecoin exchange need another drama.

It'll add another problem in their menu just so they didn't come ahead and tell us about it. I was skeptical about being a member of their new campaign (was accepted but deleted my application after knowing that they've got the real reds from many users here) and ofc, no confirmation about the campaign from Livecoin's Officials. If it ends like that 'where there's a one week shout by the participants who didn't leave yet and they don't get paid a damn Satoshi out of it', their efforts to save livecoin 'just because they believe they are going to make some big fat amounts' will go waters. Let's see if that 'Livecoin Manager' sums it up to paying them for real or these guys are going to kill their chances of getting accepted in future campaigns of many managers for their behavior.
1740  Other / Meta / Re: Will Merits get wasted if the account is banned? on: July 22, 2019, 05:00:21 PM
Recently, one of my friends' bitcoin talk account got banned without any reason. He had earned 3 merits for his posts. He felt very bad about that. I felt that if any account is banned, atleast some message should be displayed with proper reason for the Ban or a warning before a Ban. This will help them to know how they can improve on that.

Awww my kiddo, 3 merits Huh Ummaaahh!!!!
The oldest and most reasonable cause for getting banhammered these days is plagiarism. Tell me one thing, even if he gets to:

1. Transfer his merits to someone else

Then he would probably misuse them by making a new account and sending all to themselves or to you, maybe?

2. Find and merit good posts

Oh no! But I am banged banned, why would I take the pain of doing that? Get lost you all, I am done (that banned guy's responses).
