...

FYI, the "OP" was directed at Harlot, not you. So I was NOT referring to you.

Seems there has been some misunderstanding.

Thank you so much for clearing this up. Now FYI, OP means Original Post made by the thread starter, so next time please learn more about the abbreviation you are using before you shoot it. And thank you again because your word 'spammer' (though not referred to me) has lit up my insane obsession to come up with a lot of things that could help the forum in one way or the other and I will now do everything I can to remove this word 'spammer' from the forum completely.
1582  Economy / Reputation / Did I spam? Report me right now. #RMRN #RaiseYourVoice on: October 21, 2019, 07:28:35 AM
Do you have a feeling that I am a spammer and you think you can prove it? Ok, taken, challenge accepted. If you think I spammed, I take the dare here and ask you at front to show up, report me either to the moderator or via this thread and let me know how and when did I do it? It will do nothing but help me improve my skills and abilities to post better. I challenge any one of you 'who are spammers' to take this dare with me and play this reporting game. Enough now, let's start.
1583  Other / Meta / Re: Why don't you stop SPAMMERS yourself, admins? #RaiseYourVoice on: October 21, 2019, 07:19:29 AM
If you read the OP's post history, you're dealing with a signature spammer himself.

Ahhh it feels too bad when you are trying to deal with the bad and then you're yourself pictured as bad by some like this guy UserU. I've got something here for you that I saved earlier during noon:

Got that, sucker? I don't know what has made people like you so intensely jealous when we want something good for the forum. You want me to spam? Well I will show up with something nobody else would have done before, I promise you that.

Please go to all the previous signature campaign sheets I have been into, you can also ask managers why I was removed. It was never due to spam as I never did it, I was removed because I had been inactive mostly. Anyways, a thread is up for you if you believe that I spammed -

Did I spam? Report me right now. #RMRN #RaiseYourVoice
1584  Other / Meta / Re: Why don't you stop SPAMMERS yourself, admins? #RaiseYourVoice on: October 21, 2019, 04:53:47 AM
This will just violate their freedom of speech and it's really not one of the necessary change for them to improve. Banning them or prohibiting them to certain topics and sections won't give them a chance to start improving their posts, so I think what we should instead strive for to do is to heavily enforce on reporting low quality posts and spam so that these spammers will know that the forum doesn't accept and welcome these kinds of low quality content and they will be starting themselves to try and improve their post quality.

Freedom of speech, heh? Are you mad?
They spam a specific board without having any knowledge or just do repetitive posts without watching whether OP has got the answer they looked for or not, so stopping them doing so will steal their freedom of speech? Well I don't think like that. If you are in a sport "let's take Soccer for example", if you don't play good at all as a front forward but still want to remain at that place, while your coach knows that you're good at goal keeping which is completely the opposite of what you are wanting to do, he can and will replace you from that place to make you goalie to save his team's front forward position.

Apparently you do not understand what you are proposing, I am not sure your efforts in fighting spam will give good results.
I think your idea has been counted in the hundredth time.

...snip...

Like hilariousetc, I would say I can be wrong here but in all senses, I know what I'm doing as well as proposing.

I hope this can be the last time you care about spam.

Nope, sorry because my fight against spam is in my own way and this is a new beginning, not towards an end so early. I will not stop doing it until these spammers just stop spamming or get out of the forum, and as I am not expecting any rewards for this I think I'm doing it right. That's my choice and before you speak about earnings from my signature, wait for something I'll be up with.
1585  Other / Meta / Re: Why don't you stop SPAMMERS yourself, admins? #RaiseYourVoice on: October 20, 2019, 04:27:47 PM
why to ban them or their signature?
Campaign companies spend money to pay to participants who advertise, so it's natural for every manager to ban spam participants for campaign success.

For God sake, please read first and then reply.
I never said that managers need to ban or unban participants who spam, but the mods here need to do that if given the power.

Everyone who thinks that "Report to moderator" does the right job? Even some reports go failed because what's wrong in my views, may be correct in other's opinions as everyone has a different point of view and while I'm asking for a temp ban of a specific area a user spams in, the simple logic behind it is to let that user learn about his mistake and not to repeat it. Then the admins should go for temp ban whether it'd be signature based or posting ability and if the behavior remains the same, permaban that user forever.
1586  Other / Meta / Re: Why don't you stop SPAMMERS yourself, admins? #RaiseYourVoice on: October 20, 2019, 03:50:15 PM
I need admins to show up with a response here.  Angry
Anyways, some of you who are against my thinking need to understand that either way a spammer spams a board, he/she should be banned from posting there 'so to completely stop them from posting shit there' because there are several reasons like:

# This will work as a first warning for those spammers to stop posting shit elsewhere and improve themselves or get their signature or even themselves banned.

# If these spammers watch a manager asking for a specific board posters for his campaign, they start posting shit without knowledge in those boards spamming just to get accepted in that campaign which never happens.
1587  Other / Meta / Why don't you stop SPAMMERS yourself, admins? #RaiseYourVoice on: October 20, 2019, 11:36:38 AM
When you have the balls and you know you have got mods to spread them in, why don't you give these moderators the power to limit these spammers from posting in the boards they spam in?

Simple, let's say if a spammer posts too many shitposts in gambling area of the forum just because of the specified limits to be reached to get paid from the signature campaign he/she is enrolled in, why to ban them or their signature? Why not just take such board/s/ off-limits to these spammers? How will they post there then? And once removed from the campaign, do you think they will actively participate in other areas of the forum? Keeping a list of all spammers who are limited from posting in specific areas will also help moderators to give you a final report while such users have spammed in the remaining boards they were allowed to post in or not, and then you decide whether to ban these users or to allow them to post again in those limited areas on the basis of their posting behavior.
1588  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A humble request to Yobit Officials! on: October 20, 2019, 11:06:58 AM
Im thinking up on this possibility too but this would be applicable if that someone will just consider out on making an own topic to be copied because it is not possible just plagiarize anytime from Btt reputable account because not all topics would be the same from here to there. So it would still need a selection on which one he would used up but this kind of method does really work for their accounts to look good and not spammy. How they would moderate it up? It would depend on how mods will handle such situation.

I can't comment on how the moderation part is going on over there but I am sure about something, they are allowing spam there so plagiarism may also be allowed 'probably' and if it is, then like I told, it shows they are just trying to gather a lot of users just to keep their forum active while trying to get advertisers for the forum to advertise their low-quality adverts on Cryptotalk forum. While they never cared about the spam the users did here while being in their campaign before (and even now), I don't think they give a damn to the users on their own forum making shitposts and also getting paid for it till they are active and keeping the forum active too as Cryptotalk is paying shit against what they are paying for a campaign here right now.
1589  Other / Meta / Re: Where is your new Bitcointalk? #RaiseYourVoice on: October 18, 2019, 01:04:33 PM
I'm fairly content staying where we currently are.

I have never been a fan of the new forum's main page design and every time new designs shift towards borderless, clean, minimalist aesthetics, it always ends up abysmal.

Let me fit one beloved webpage of mine towards the forum.

...snip...

If this thing does not fit our taste at all during these times, how likely will people want to migrate to the new forum? And if it is not going to be liked, I don't get the reasoning why admins spent a million bucks behind something that is not being liked by we, the end users.
1590  Economy / Reputation / Re: List of banned participants in the Cryptotalk Campaign on: October 18, 2019, 12:17:59 PM
Ah. Got it.

I didn't expect you to be someone who wasn't just spamming all around the boards. So for that accusation I apologize. I must say that a good deal of what I said came from the fact that we had a large amount of people from this campaign spamming random BS in the P&S board so I apoligize on taking it out on you and not looking into your information properly.

I think the second poster annoyed me a lot more then you. So I apologize again. Happy posting.

I'm quoting you because your case was the same as mine but you judged him at just one post. Reporting posts is good but asking for bans need evidence that the person is solely posting to make a buck as quickly as possible without having to put any efforts to make that post effective and spam free. Well, I also reported a person bharal07 with an unwanted post but didn't judge him, I just asked if he should be paid for such post or not. I see many users get paid for such bs and then either delete those posts themselves or get them deleted by moderators, but I don't know how they just slip away from the hands of the manager before Yobit pays them.
1591  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A humble request to Yobit Officials! on: October 18, 2019, 07:03:56 AM
If you had a bot that copied all your posts from here to there, at a rate of whatever was the maximum per day, ... ... it's not plagiarism if you originally posted it here, then simply copied it there, is it? You'd have between 5000 to 7000 posts which is good for several months or years, ... as long as they kept paying.
They are supposed to pay 30 posts per day on cryptotalk but there was a bug in that but now yobit altered it so no matter how much posts were posted they will get only for 30 posts per day.But they also have another contest which is for most posts by a person until end of this month and the rewards for it will be one 1 BTC,so there are already some people might started doing it to grab that reward.

That BTC1 to the highest number of posts made by a poster looks like an attractive bait to bring in more spammers and no matter what they post, they will get paid for all their 30 posts 'as I never saw any complaints about anyone not getting paid for a single post till they reach up to their 30 posts mark'. They have wrapped up a group of shitposters and they know that, it's like watching them shitposting while keeping their forum still active, there are possibilities for reputed members of this forum to get jammed there for some time while trying to take the level up and like I told, Yobit would consider increasing the pay per post or find advertisers to do that. Their users cannot and will not discuss topics from here to there because if they shift it there, they might get good replies there but will not earn something they can earn here so they will not try to waste their time doing that part unless they have a bot. I don't know if there are any rules for burstposting or not but if there aren't, then these users have got the jackpot of their life.

I thank you guys for replying me back, this deepened my eagerness to know why they made us wait this long and are failed to deliver the forum without any issues while it's already towards its run to the end of 2019? If these services are taking too long to be tested, how long will it take to get the taste of the final version of the million dollar forum? Why not hire a group of technically sound people from this forum and take them there, ask them to try it while giving them some bounty to describe the bad bugs of the new forum? I mean too many of those will not like to do it for free.

A reply by bharal07 saying:

Q: I want to change my forum username. What should I do?
A: You can either donate 50 BTC to become a VIP or PM theymos asking to change your username (although he rarely accepts such requests nowadays).

Creating a new account would be the best choice for you if you don't like your username. Having multiple accounts is not prohibited.

He is right the best way to change your username is to create a new account.

Was it needed? Already told by many users at least >5 times. Should he be paid for this post?

--snip--

Do you think people posting on cryptotalk for anything other than getting those few satoshis?

Bitcointalk supported by lot of crypto enthusiast, well knowledgeable members which is the reason why every projects want to create their ANN in bitcointalk and they even spending their money to advertise here on bitcointalk.

I see Yobit is trying to fetch all the traffic from Bitcointalk to Cryptotalk and get some advertisers there once they get enough users to work for those few Satoshis. But I think they may do the opposite by starting to pay higher compared to Bitcointalk, because when enough members will join there and start making stupid posts but will still be paid for the same, many good users of this forum will also join there and this will become a beehive where they will get attracted by higher pay than what they are paying here and stop their campaign here completely. This will create a difference and them to become an alternative, not so soon but competition is possible because they have money to spend.

Thank you, I have received them.
A suggestion that may look off-topic, please update your signature and make it half/fully clickable with the website link because some of us are so lazy we don't like to narrow down our screen size to find one and want to get to the website while clicking anywhere on the signature.
1596  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: A humble request to Yobit Officials! on: October 15, 2019, 05:38:26 PM
All those suggestion seems good but they want to hear this?

Its again like beating a dead horse, they won't hear anything neither add more rules too because they want more exposure about the thing they wanted to promote, only good thing done by them is quality checker it is also to prevent them from being banned again.

I want good not just for their project alone, but for our forum and fellow users too. So to stop all the shit going, once and for all, let's do this, raise our voice and make them as well as our fellow users hear what we have to say, and follow at least something out of it.

Better invite the yobit bitcointalk official to post here via PM.

Done, thanks for this suggestion. I don't get it how I forgot to take this step. Smiley
1597  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: An appeal to all my fellow Cryptotalk signature campaign participants! on: October 15, 2019, 05:32:43 PM
My last sentence did clarify that, maximum paid. I guess it depends on whether it's paid per post or fixed per week, or as the table puts it: p/w or f/w.

Anyway, I think I know what you mean, we're after the same end result which would be good for the forum, as well as good for the campaign owner and the posters themselves. The competitor forum would care enough to keep the campaign active, as if it gets banned or they lose too many posters with signatures, they lose the traffic they want. Posting quality would increase just enough they don't lose everything. At least it would be better than the last time.

Definitely, because they are trying to gain slaves 'based on what they are paying there = 0.00001 BTC per post * 30 max posts per day and they expect their users not to spam. What are they trying to gather is not understandable.

Quote
Even without any enforced rules, there will be some sort of equilibrium reached, some sort of self-regulation. I see it as something close to weekly scheme as opposed to any other time frame. I don't see any campaigns doing monthly anymore and that's not likely to come back.

Monthly timeframe is unlikely to enter the signature campaigns as users don't like to wait longer and this will also kill the interest of users who post just for money, to spread their posts during the whole month while shitpost and make the minimum posts reached in a 2-3 days period. Monthly campaigns were good actually because such could save managers a lot of hassle and time and save the hiring companies some extra bucks because the rates will be fixed or even pay per post will be lower with less number of required posts rather than posting weekly.

I have opened up a discussion with Yobit panel too, you can watch and participate in the debate here:

A humble request to Yobit Officials!
1598  Economy / Service Discussion / A humble request to Yobit Officials! on: October 15, 2019, 03:52:33 PM
After starting a serious discussion with the users of the forum about what should be done to prevent spam as well as unwanted bans and seeing some fellow members expressing their views, I decided to write this out as I couldn't resist.

Dear Yobit (or Cryptotalk) Officials,
I want to ask you some questions and share some suggestions herewith to make you know what kind of shitposting is still being carried on here.

Were any steps taken or research done on why your previous campaign failed and got banned here?

Would you mind if a participant of your campaign who is not happy at all, wants to suggest you some changes? And if you are open to suggestions, will you just hear them from one ear and throw it out of the other or you will give a damn, look out for the possible changes and work that change here?

Why don't you guys:
+ Add more rules to the campaign?

+ Limit the boards so that the users don't shitpost everywhere 'this is for those who do', even if they do then that will be for their own interest sake and this will show how much balls they have got to post for free!

+ Set max limits to 10 instead of 20? Yahoo is proposing 5 but I think 10 is fine because there are many competitive campaigns that pay well to their users for less number of posts and those interested in the good of forum will not spam and deserving posts should be paid

+ Set a minimum merit requirement for each member type trying to join and remain in the campaign?

+ Decide that a fixed set of users will only be able to join this campaign? For example, set a fixed amount for Sr, Hero and Legendary spots?

+ Set a fixed post limit instead? Or even if with Max posts per day, can't you increase the pay? That'd only let high quality users remain in the campaign. I have seen many campaigns paying even BTC0.015 or higher with just 25 posts taking the pay per post to around BTC0.0006

+ Can't you follow for e.g. Yolodice? Well I selected them because you both begin with the word Yo)

Give Sr BTC0.00025 and Hero/Legendary BTC0.00035 per post? If you have a higher budget, you can go for even more Wink

10 posts per day (my proposal) * BTC0.00025 Sr member rate * 7 days of a week = BTC0.0175

10 posts per day (my proposal) * BTC0.00035 Hero/Legendary member rate * 7 days of a week = BTC0.0245

Or less pay per post or keep it the same.

@yahoo62248,
You cannot really ban and stop a lot of users here because that will be a huge workload on your side. Why can't yobit set limits for boards to post in? They can, if there are some local posts restrictions, there can be more.
Another thing based on my personal opinion, you cannot ask us to make n number of posts because you think that's fair, until Yobit implements the same as there may be users who post well and deserve to be paid well, it's just that they were not lucky enough to get themselves a seat in a high paying campaign for less posts. Rather, I had a request here that instead of banning people from campaigns, why can't you decide which posts should/should not be counted for? Let Yobit not pay us for at least 48-72 hours even after our earnings get credited there! Is that much time sufficient for you to decide what should we be paid for? I mean if that is possible for you at the very first place. So at least this won't stop a user from posting any number of posts daily based on their interest and not just to earn that buck.

With that said.

I do not support the idea of having to share ID just to flip some shit online. That ID could be mishandled and misused and exposes the seller to a host of security issues.
I would suggest @amazon_UK to take this trade outside of Bitcointalk and deal there. Maybe Blackhatworld or Beermoney forums. Or perhaps cryptotalk lol anywhere but here.

Cryptotalk is still being established and I think OP can find much better buyers here with good cash 'like Parodium based on what he said'. I also don't support sharing my ID but being a newbie here with no trades before and giving straight 20% discount caught eyes of those high-end traders and they will definitely need a token of trust before they can sell these stuff as anything specifically related to gift cards and Amazon related stuff should be carefully dealt with and carded gift cards could land you under criminal prosecutions and probably in jail too. To gain support of the forum, I'd suggest OP to go through a variety of escrows and share some of his details as well as his method of obtaining them if he could trust them.
