2501  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Free Bitcoin Debit Card on: August 26, 2016, 04:07:01 PM
I will love to be a partaker of this but the issue I always have with this is the cost of transferring the fund in addition to the cost of maintenance coupled with the cost of conversion to my own currency. This added together would just make use local exchange platform and get my coins converted with little stress...

2503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: August 26, 2016, 03:33:28 PM
I see there is so many people trying hard to stop gambling their money because they've losing so much
If you not ready to lose your money, then don't even try to gamble!
I think it is not the only solution to not to lose our money at gambling, the other issue is that we should have to spend only those money which we have decided to get fun with, so we will be able to do gambling and will not lose much money.

I agree with this in totality because anyone coming into gambling should know the basic and fundamental rule which is "Gamble what you can afford to lose" if anybody should violate that then you shouldnt be any where close to gambling in the first place... My humble opinion...

Quote
Something strange is happening to Bitcoin. Once viewed as a way to do business in the darkest corners of the web, the digital currency has rather suddenly become a favorite talking point among humanitarians and international development enthusiasts.

Bitcoin isn’t just for illicit transactions or Internet hobbyists anymore, but for helping the poor, the downtrodden, and the unbanked.

Perhaps Bitcoin can save them! Perhaps Bitcoin can save the world!

Regardless of whether this attitude is realistic—and more on that in a minute—the people focused on demonstrating the social benefits of Bitcoin are challenging existing narratives about the cryptocurrency. While early commentary focused on how Bitcoin might be used to buy drugs online, or for sending money without a paper trail; the social-good argument suggests that these uses were simply the first use-cases in which Bitcoin’s utility became apparent. But there are billions of other potential use. There are, for example, people who face significant obstacles in operating within the formal banking system—and these folks look very different from the shadowy hackers that tend to be seen as the prototypical Bitcoin user. They could be low-wage migrant workers sending money back home to their families, for example, or activists receiving money from abroad during tumultuous times.

obvisouly, its a form of currency like any other currency which can be used for any other purpose like any other currency as well... I think its not actually about BITCOIN itself its actually about the owner of the bitcoin who is the determining factor in deciding wherever he wants to put his money...

2508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer multiple deposit addresses or a permanent one on gaming sites? on: August 26, 2016, 06:21:16 AM
I would go for the multiple addresses because of two main reasons which are

1. So as to enable me track withdrawals from each gambling site and also
2. To avoid tracking of my money from if its all going to only one address.

2516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you put all your money into bitcoin? on: August 25, 2016, 05:20:34 PM
I put most of my money into bitcoin how about you?

Who does that? Even you said most and not all and even that statement is relative in the sense that what is most to you might be to me. But in my own case I am not putting all my money into BITCOIN because of the volatility and also I am scared of the safety of my funds which might be prone to hacking among other vices... My own position though...
2517  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to build bitcoin website wallet on: August 25, 2016, 04:44:24 PM
There is no "script" used to build either one of those. Both are companies that have spent a lot of money to build and secure their infrastructure. AFAIK there aren't many open-source web wallets; an example of this would be Coinbin.

as i want build something same features please ?
Start development from scratch, although I don't see why you'd want to do this.

Yea, I agree with you on the latter part. Because I dont see a reason why I should build a bank when there are banks around but what can I say everybody has his own right to his dream which op had. So I believe that evn the blockchain or coinbase started from someone somewhere dream. If you dream it you can achieve it so they say...
2518  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 25, 2016, 04:22:15 PM
My plan is simple like every other person which is gather a lot of Bitcoin by earning it the find a trustworthy investment platform to put money into and thereafter make more money, convert to FIAT and use it to acquire basic things of life... As simple as that...
2519  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 25, 2016, 12:46:38 PM
Do you use bitcoin as currency? Or you use bitcoin as investment? Or both?
I use bitcoin as currency and i never sell my bitcoin, but i prefer to use bitcoin when price is rising Grin

So, how about you?

Personally, I have used it as currency with all the scams all over the place. I am not sure i Can even leave it in wallets as they can also be prone to hacking so when I earn my bitcoin after a lot of hard-work then I convert to fiat in other to spend and buy basic things I need in my daily life... But I wouldnt mind any investment if I am sure of returns...
