1601  Economy / Economics / Re: How is the capital found? on: January 24, 2017, 06:54:21 AM
How can someone who has no capital find the capital needed to start his own business?
Credit, Debt etc. What are alternative ways like?

Another way to go about that is what is called Venture Capitalist, here you sell your idea to someone who has the money but not the idea but be ready to make some amount of compromise as to the profit sharing part. Also, you must be very convincing for the venture capitalist to buy into your idea and that you are the best to implement the plan...
1602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Markit manipulation in China or ... on: January 23, 2017, 05:34:46 PM
With what is really going one cannot but look at that area for some answers even though people might call it coincidences or conspiracy theories. Anything coming from that end has been shaping bitcoin whether we like it or not.

Concerning agreeing on the transaction fees, I think its because the law allow it over there and because they also the volume of what they control and the effect of their impact on the larger community of bitcoin in case they decide to fold up and that is why they can just do anything they deem good...
1603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is 100% safe? on: January 23, 2017, 05:07:16 PM

Has the bitcoin system ever been hacked until now? Is there any security vulnerability in the Bitcoin system up to now?

Nothing can be said to be 100% safe even bitcoin itself. Someone build the blockchain and I am sure the code to hack it as well is there and probably one of the reason Satoshi has decided to go into hiding because if he is around, there will be pressure whether this is really safe or not. But at the same time kudos to him because up till now no government to the best of my knowledge has been able to break through the system yet with all the advance technologies available to them, with that we can say 99% safe but not 100%...
1604  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: January 23, 2017, 05:00:26 PM
I will not even bother myself to make any prediction because to me its just playing with numbers but and the reason for that is because it does not matter, how many bitcoins do I have for my prediction to shape things the people whose decisions mattered are the money bags in far away land with mines who can sneeze and the market will catch cold but at the same time I will say what will favor me. Bitcoin has experience some level of stability in the past few days and I expect a gradual progress at that as well to be moving into $950...
1605  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: January 23, 2017, 03:39:37 PM
Its very simple since we wont steal or scam, neither are we going to hack wallets or engage in pushing some frivolous ICOs, then the way to make more money is to work more or better still look for more ways to make the hours currently spent be more productive to bring in worthwhile money. With that, we are sure to make money legitimately...
1606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The purpose of altcoins ? on: January 23, 2017, 12:55:21 PM
Hey there,

can somone explain me the purpose of altcoins, please ?

From my point of view i cant understand why you should support something other than bitcoin.

According to https://www.coingecko.com bitcoin has a MktCap of ฿16,118,987. the 2.best one is ether with ฿1,031,757 (i could understand mining that, it has some value)
But already the third one LiteCoin has ฿208,064 which is only 1,2% of bitcoin.

So why would someone invest in altcoins ? Are there some big issues with bitcoin (or big advantages of any altcoin ?) or just a lot of people wanna invent their own crypotcurrencies ?

Outside bitcoin world, I believe everything created is done for a purpose and for an end to meet but its on this forum I have seen Alt created without a purpose but the developers will claim they did it for a purpose but that purpose is what I dont get because for what purpose is a coin created and immediately the ICO is over, we no longer see the developer again... He has moved on to create another porposeless coin...
1607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you store your altcoins? on: January 23, 2017, 12:25:05 PM
Hey guys
First post here, sorry if noobish question or not in the right place.
Where do you guys store your altcoins(dash,ICN,STEEM,etc...)? Is there a wallet for each of them or??

Thanks in advance

I guess there are no three ways to go about this. For those who have developed a wallet then you have no option than to use the wallet designed for that purpose on the otherhand as I have seen some developers create coin without having the interest of creating a wallet, then the traders have no option to either keep it on the exchange sites or if that will be dangerous, convert to another coin with wallet and move it out to safe keeping...
1608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ur money ?? on: January 23, 2017, 12:20:28 PM
please can some one explain me why UR Money is loosing it value those days ??

I have not even heard about this coin before or seen anything related to it but basically from what I have read on the response this has garnered, then I can bold say, I go with the community as the community cannot all be wrong at the same time. Pull out before its too late so you wont have yourself to blame... The loss for now might still be bearable for you...
1609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to decide on your cryptocoins? on: January 23, 2017, 12:17:07 PM

The heart of any cryptocurrency can be found in the spirit of its community. Therefore, look carefully at the community.

This is really the best advice one can get. If you are not too lazy to read, I am sure you wont make the wrong decision so fast as the are people in the community who have the ability based on their experience so far in alt coin that can even predict the outcome of a project from the point of Pre-ICO and most times they are always correct. So, the avenue is already created, just swim through...
1610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When does a coin become officially dead? on: January 23, 2017, 12:09:40 PM
I will say there are several reasons why a coin can be pronounced officially dead and the reason adjudged can make different appeals to different people. I have seen some coins even at Pre-ICO some people have judged it to be a shit coin and most times the coin does not fail to disappoint them for the position so to them as at the point of Pre-ICO, the coin is dead to them.

For me personally, a coin is dead the moment the developer of the founder is no where to be found to give the necessary support and also to provide answers to curiosity of users or potential users, then its finally dead...

1612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One of the problems Bitcoin help to solve on: January 22, 2017, 09:40:43 PM
The problem bitcoin has been able to solve for me and most people is the ability to earn something while doing what I normally do online but this time doing it in a productive way and the earnings from all over the world. It has literally turn me to someone earning from abroad in an easy way which would have not been this easy if we had to go through the process of either paypal or western union difficulties...
1613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Do Use/Spent Bitcoin ? on: January 22, 2017, 09:35:51 PM
For me I guess there is nothing I can really do with my bitcoin online yet since I havent found any site or online store in my locality that accepts bitcoin as payment for services but hopefully in the near future this might change so I am literally left with no other option than to convert to Fiat before using to get what intend to use it for...
1614  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: January 22, 2017, 09:31:36 PM
For me I will say its the forces of demand and supply but that cannot just happen out of the blue moon because there are still some factors that will serve as a propeller that will force the hands of demand or supply and that is the human factor in the case of bitcoin and that is why all attention is directed to the Chinese because its from there the downfall or the increase in the price of bitcoin is always originating from. A simple release from over there can mean a crashing for bitcoin or vice versa...
1615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi? Why did he hide his identity? on: January 22, 2017, 09:27:16 PM
I believe he has his reason to hide his identity and he could be the only one to answer the real reason why he is in hiding any other thing we might say or write will only be some guessing. For me, I think its better that way because if someone had produce something that is "ANONYMOUS" how are we suppose to believe that if he is just around for us to see couple with the popularity that the project has been able to amass over the years...
1616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Zcash worth to invest in it? on: January 21, 2017, 09:34:41 PM
Most projects actually starts out with a lot of potential and with lots of the next big thing and Zcash was not an exception couple with other coin that were still developed relying on the Zcash platform such as ZCL or ZDASH. But the issue is just that their real value is after the all mighty paparazzi and the support afterwards but I think Zcash still has some potential to be better its a matter of time whether worth it to invest or not, I will say that will rely on personal opinion...
1617  Economy / Lending / Re: [Need loan] 0.3 BTC please. on: January 21, 2017, 09:28:33 PM
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello to everyone!, i'm new in this forums...  Embarrassed

I would like to borrow a loan from Bitcoins, they all say private reason but I want to tell the public. The truth is that I need that money to pay expenses and economically help my family the truth would be very grateful and I need it urgently, I can return the money on an estimated date.

Thanks for reading, hope someone helps me.

Thanks, everyone!  Smiley

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guy, it seems you took your time to tell the public but seems to forget to take your time to read the rules of that public to know how they do things. But I guess you are just trolling because I dont expect someone who is coming here new to just do that for the sake of asking for loan without a valid collateral even in the real world, it does not happen that way... Good luck in getting that loan filled...
1618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins worth investing on: January 21, 2017, 09:24:39 PM
How do you guys select the ones with the potential?
What sites do you check?
What are your criteria?
Do you have some system?

I believe you have incentive to share this information because more of us invest in one coin, more the price is. Smiley

These are the same questions I ask myself but most times even the most active threads of Alt coming in with lot of publicity and noises coupled with enough endorsements here and there have turned out to be shit coins so I guess we are both in the same shoe but I think the best way to go about it is just to follow your mind and know the right time to dump because nothing in this past few months in alt has worth holding long-term...
1619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase intends to become a digital currency company not a bitcoin company on: January 21, 2017, 05:50:04 PM
if coinbase really knows what is good for them, they should just focus on what they know how to do best and continue to improve on that and not just be envious of bitcoin and the exploit it has made and then think they can do same but I see that as a mere wishing which might not see the light of the day and whatever they created it still going to be an Alt...
1620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Go and vote for cryptocurrency of the year 2016 on: January 21, 2017, 05:38:26 PM
I see the vote even ambiguous in the sense that if its about the best crypto currency of 2016 or best crypto currency created in 2016? If its the latter, then I dont think there are two ways to it that its definitely going to be bitcoin but if its the latter then other coins can now be fighting for a space in that category but no matter the outcome of the vote, the fact still remains its bitcoin all the way...
