No, I disagree with what people said about ethereum,Of course, It's not greater than bitcoin, even it is a great crypto. I don't see that one day, ethereum will beat the bitcoin at least in the near future. But when i said that, I don't mean that eth is not good, Personally i really invested in it.
I can say if ethereum just a serious competitor for bitcoin itself and with a lot of project and connect one to other that makes the solid for the community. I can't say ether as a scam coin but the serious competitor for bitcoin itself. |

I think this is a good moment for buying coins at a lower price. After the fall, there is always growth and profit.
Sadly, the price now is at $2700 so I don't think it is the good moment to buy bitcoin. I think after the Network splitting on August the price of bitcoin will be really low that everyone will be willing to invest in it. Maybe it will be going back to the it's price less than $2000 and will just get back up after it. The network will never be splitting and you must try to read the scaling agreement for carefully. The segwit activation and 2mb hardfork will not make the chain will be split and we will not having double chain for the bitcoin and forked bitcoin such as BTU. |

Well I think it will makes price of bitcoin increase if the USD falls because it will takes impact on price of bitcoin, we could saw the falls of Rupee on India because it, price of bitcoin becomed $1000 we can imagine if the USD falls price of bitcoin will increase more than today, many people do save values of whealty in bitcoin. If the dollar begins to lose value in the eyes of the public then bitcoin is going to gain value not only because the dollar will be weaker but because it will win in market share since more people will being to use it instead of the dollar and when that happens bitcoin price will probably skyrocket. In my thought if you will never win in the market share. I think you are forgeting if the price of bitcoin pegged with dollar as the main reason to be determine the excat decimal for bitcoin itself at the end of the calculation. Remember dollar still has domination in the real currency. |

Due to the transaction of the bitcoin is getting increasingly painful specially for small transaction i think etherum have possibilty to surpass bitcoin at least untill this scaling issue is resolved. i'm not a big fan of the etherum but i must confess that transaction with etherum is simpler,faster and the fee are also cheap. In the other hand its smart contract capability it is usually the first platform that company go to.
Because The more people are realized about the future of ethereum. The scaling problem is the main problem that makes the rapid increase of ethereum demands and volume. |

For me it is better to use them both ,saving in a bank actually one way to your money to be secure, investing makes your money growb as the years past. Once you earn profit from your capital, use your capital to inveat again and save the profit you get from it.
Let say if the bank will try to give a task for you and cut your amount on yourbank account. Investment will involved the more risk. If you got the more risk on your investment and the more profit will you get in the future. but hodl still being the best answer. |

Thats a fact that for now, many people are investing into ethereum because of many ICO's that are based on ethereum, the erc20 tokens, and also many just want to ride the pump of ethereum but I guess I would not call it a scam but I will say that the price is manipulated. Im sure if those companies behind those ICO's successful decides to sell their gathered eth in their crowfund sale, then eth will go back to the price it is supposed to have now. Did you not understand what was happen with ethereum? It's not price manipulated by the ethereum will migrate to the pos system and it makes the supply will be fixed. Too many whores of ethereum said that ethereum already manipulated, Scam coin or another crappy thing. But they still wear the signature related to the ether manufacturer. |

Many of the coins listed in top 100 to 200 have added little of value to the community and don't seem to have much potential. Would like to list lesser known coins that might not have as much money behind them, but have a good team, and potential to do something useful.

I say if you focus on the potential and reality of it rather than focusing on which coin is getting pumped more it is going to be the better topic of this board. it seems like this community so far has turned into "where is the money" rather than "where is the technology". I don't have any altcoins in mind to suggest adding but I'll make sure to watch how this thread continues. Please, Just try to realized about that fact if all of the things related to the money. The word of hacked means if someone or some people are sending the sonm to the scammer address. That means they are losing a lot of money caused by the scammer. I remember the exact amount of losess is up to 900 ether. And that worth a lot of money right now. |

Not sure if I will be investing, I find it very hard to trust any team that doesn't have a bitcointalk ANN where they can be asked questions and defend their product.
But do you ever seen the thread of aragon and gnosis was exist on the bitcointalk? and i can say no for that. because the good project will have massive supporters at the early strat of it. I think it will be reasonable. |
