2541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trends for altcoins in September on: August 31, 2021, 07:02:51 PM
Seems ADA and Cosmos for me these two are the trend for August and it might be still a trend this coming September. Historically September isn't good for Bitcoin but the decline of Bitcoin doesn't mean the rise of these altcoins because they tend to have much further decline than Bitcoin.
Of course it will be interesting if both are still trending for next month,
indeed, when Bitcoin fell, most of the altcoins also went down, so there is a possibility that ADA and Cosmos in September could go down,
but it does not rule out the possibility that both of them will actually increase
ADA and Cosmos have high potentials to increase their value by next month as other altcoins too have more possibilities that they will continue to surge seeing the market is very bullish and hopefully it will push go through by December. NFT games will definitely create more demand to its gamers so probably it will also be trending by September.

I believe there are still a lot of things that will happen by September. There might be a lot of surprises, price corrections might occur, or bullish season might appear early this year. All these things remain to be uncertain, not until we'll get there.
2542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The life span of bitcoin is till infinity on: August 31, 2021, 06:34:37 PM
If Bitcoin has a beginning, then it must also have an end. Let's just say Bitcoin has yet to reach even a quarter of its zenith, but it will still have to face an end one day. There might come a time when Bitcoin would become the acceptable global currency for everyone, but it will also have its fading days. I would even say Bitcoin would still reach probably half or even a million dollar each. But this doesn't mean Bitcoin would live until infinity. No money in whatever form remains perfect forever.
This means that if the bitcoin user community no longer trust bitcoin and uses it as a currency or investment asset then bitcoin will fade. No technology was created to be able to live indefinitely and will not be replaced in the future. Bitcoin has developed over a decade and gained such great trust from the public that today we can imagine a bright life with it in the future as a currency or investment asset. I prefer to enjoy my days with bitcoin without any burden than having to think about the future and how long this bitcoin can last as a currency or investment asset that is not 100% certain.
Bitcoin has been a good investment asset for such a decade and since its not accepted fully as a legalized currency, then we will continue seeing it as a more profitable form of investment. Although i can visualize bitcoin as a good retirement too but thinking that it will never come to an end might be impossible. I believe all form of investments will definitely vanish in time but it also depends on the adoption of people, on how they will utilize it in the near future.

For now, i can definitely say that bitcoin is very promising so it still has a bright future so let's just enjoy the profits as much as we can. Everything will come to an end in its perfect time but for now let's just seize the moment and strike the iron while it is hot. Bitcoin has a long way to go and definitely its value will still have to rise even more.
2543  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to trigger central bank collapse on: August 30, 2021, 11:39:10 PM
Central banks will rather adopt blockchain and evolve. Bitcoin solely is not enough to solve global problems

Yes, it was right. Crypto or blockchains are already there and the people who adopts it are continously increasing each day so, in order to make the central banks to not collapse on the very far future, they need to adopt it and make some adjustment too.
If the government do not accept bitcoin, central banks will never collapse because it will always be needed.
Exactly. The central banks won't be triggered by crypto because its more established than crypto and people will still be needing it no matter what.

However, if the people themselves will stop from using it and chose bitcoin then maybe it might be fully triggered that will cause its collapse. But so far, central banks are still in huge demand so i don't think it will be threaten by crypto.

and i believe that situation will not happen in our lifetime. as it was mentioned, traditional banking system has been established for decades and decades already, so for me this new technology will not trigger the collapse of banking system. they may really adopt the technology to hasten their process, but it will not replace or collapse their system. up until now, the percentage of crypto users vs global population is still very small. though the adoption is increasing but as i said, we may not see in our lifetime that bitcoin or any other crypto will replace the traditional banking system.
This is true for me. I know i'm a fanatic about crypto but i don't think that bitcoin will eventually cause the government and its traditional financial system to collapse. Because if we see that way, then bitcoin  is not doing its purpose anymore. It may trigger the old financial system because most of the people here are already into new technology and digital currencies but it will not come to the point that it will replace fiat and make the central bank to collapse.

Yes, bitcoin has become more popular today but its utilization is still less because only few countries are legalizing the use of bitcoin. So it cannot replace the whole traditional banking system not today or in the near future.
2544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to manage losses? on: August 30, 2021, 11:05:15 PM
how do you manage stress if you loss biggest amount because the value of your token is hitting down or NFT project is not ok?
in your opinion how diversify your investment in other alts to cope up your losses?
It would be stressful, but I invested money that I can afford to lose. So yeah, eventually I would move on, learn from those mistakes and try to avoid them in the future.
If you see that the value of the "tokens" or "NFT project" is going down, you can always cut your losses short. The best way to diversify your portfolio is by investing in most of the coins that are at the top and has been in the market for a while. You can use rest of your money to invest in coins that are risky, but might give you a good profit in short term.
Then all you have to do is focus more in bitcoin because even if the price suddenly drop, for sure it will always bound to recover. Its a good thing to diversify your investments but make the most part on it in bitcoin. Losses are very possible everytime we make investments but as long as we are investing on the promising coins then we will not be worry that much.

I often do mistakes and eventually lose my money before but experience really taught me so well. Now i still create losses because its really inevitable but when it happens, i know already how to manage it in a more positive way.
2545  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto becoming less and less anonymous on: August 30, 2021, 10:37:54 PM
You don't need to do verification if it is a small number of Bitcoin. In Binance, Kucoin, or Bitmax, are free of verification if your trading volume is under 2 BTC per day. While for the bigger number, above 2 BTC, it requires verification. We cannot blame exchange, they may follow certain regulations to avoid bad things like moneylaundering. So, it is your choice to trade with a big number of Bitcoin daily or a small number with free verification.

Check this: https://news.bitcoin.com/6-cryptocurrency-exchanges-that-dont-require-kyc/

KYC does not really bring negative thought in the real sense because its only for own security. The more popularity crypto has become, the more verification we had to do. So we should always be careful with the exchanges so we won't be giving away our personal identification for free if only their purpose is to use for  scamming. Although giving KYC offers more security on our part, but we should also be responsible to find good and legit platforms or exchanges so we will not be putting ourselves into danger like fraudulence.
2546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 29, 2021, 10:41:02 AM
We can't trust Westbrook or Melo or the other new guys to blend in immediately with the Lakers system. So, I guess the Lakers management are looking to ease the possible scenario by bringing back these 2 guys.

Those two really performed better in their championship run, Rondo proved his experience and same with Dwight. Remember how he put a clamp on Jokic during their playoff series. Yes, it might take time to blend, but since they are experience and veterans already, might take less time to build a chemistry build around Lebron James.

Yes, i remember that. Howard was a good Center both offensively and defensively in the 2nd unit. I'm not sure If he'll be in the starting line up this year.
Same goes for Rondo, he was so vital to the Lakers system from both ends of the floor. I was actually sad to hear when most of the Lakers championship team left and got traded. They could've reached the 2021 Finals If they have retained the same roster.

Not counting him offensively anymore because it's not his focus now, his focus is just to destroy the rhythm o the opponent with his very physical defense, he has done that with the 76ers and sometimes I see him as a dirty player so I think he would only be vital but not getting a lot of minutes.
2547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction – Will ETH Hit $5,000 Soon? on: August 27, 2021, 09:47:58 PM
$5k is a very easy price that Ethereum will definitely reach in the near future, especially when the next altseason occurs, then the price of Ethereum can definitely reach $ 5k, so now is still the right time to invest in Ethereum, because I'm sure you will definitely get a lot of profit from investing in Ethereum at this time.
Yes. Getting $5k as its new ATH i think is very possible because ethereum at the moment is very bullish. With its current price at $3,273 then its too close for its new predicted ATH.

But let's not forget that price corrections are waiting along the way. The more ethereum goes up, the bigger the chances that price corrections will occur. So i suggest, keep your faith. Just like bitcoin, it may fall but definitely the value will bounce back and recover again.
2548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some important tips about the bitcoin market on: August 27, 2021, 09:25:44 PM
Buy as much as you can? The words will work for the person who didn't have burden behind he's back. The important tips (according to me) is you need to increase your knowledge and experience and try to learn every TA in market.

A good advice in any situation is that we should buy as much Bitcoin as possible, because the price of Bitcoin will continue to rise and can provide us
big profits. So no need to hesitate to invest in Bitcoin, because how deep the price of Bitcoin goes down, the price will slowly recover and rise again.
But it is even better if we have knowledge of technical analysis of Bitcoin movements, it can make the profit that we generate maximum. Because we
can buy and sell Bitcoin at the right time.
Before jumping into bitcoin investment, make sure you are prepared for it and that you have already gained knowledge and positive experiences so you will be motivated to do the right thing. Bitcoin investment is definitely risky but if you know how to take the ride, then it will all worth the risk.

Once you're already into profits, do not stop there. Buy bitcoin as much as your budget can afford because its the best investment not just at the present but definitely in the future too and thus huge profits is waiting ahead.
2549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: August 27, 2021, 08:53:42 PM
Before, I really don't care about the price of Bitcoin since 0.0001 BTC is still 0.0001 BTC but on the website where I'm playing gambling games it automatically converts my Bitcoin to USD and yes I see the value of my coin and it really affects my gambling style, right now I change gambling site I'm staying at bustabit now since it's all BTC.
In the long run, nothing will change if you're looking at the quantity of bitcoin that you're gambling with.

But your affection as look at those numbers knowing that the price has increased or decreased, you'll get to feel that it seems necessary for you to do some actions like saving more of it.

Yes, indeed. It will affect you once you look with current price, if you are a conservative type of gambler which the first intention is to win decision making with the market movement will affect you to decide and push for more, or skip for a while and enjoy with some decent.
profits.

Cashing it out with much higher value from the current market it gives you twice the benefits using bitcoin as your base capital.

Though if things turned against you, it may just like a two edge sword that will hit you from both ends.
Once you quit and the value of bitcoin is currently down, expect that you lose more than what you think of.

That would become your gambling activities more complicated because you are also trading at the same time, I'm afraid you might lose your focus. Actually, if we want to really focus, then we should just use a stable coin with a cheaper transaction fee, for now, the best stable coin is USDT (TRON).

My only concern is not all gambling sites have supported USDT (TRON) as part of the payment system.
2550  Other / Off-topic / Re: Pacquiao vs Ugas rematch on: August 27, 2021, 08:16:42 PM
I support him, because Manny is a real boxer and his defeat against Ugas yesterday was beyond Manny's expectation because he felt he could beat him and maybe that's what made him curious.
Manny's fight yesterday in my opinion was good and dominant in attack only because he is not young anymore so his hitting and speed is reduced, and besides his range due to Ugas is tall and big which makes it difficult for Manny to get clean strokes because yesterday he trained for months for Errol Spence Jr. .

this is purely my judgment and I think the rematch will turn things around, and he will prepare training for Ugas.

Regarding Manny's defeat, I think the defeat must be accepted by the supporters, where this time Manny wants to try to show it again and ask for a rematch. Is Ugas really above Manny's abilities or has Manny lost his lethal fist?
Please, if Ugas can agree, then when Ugas wins again, all parties really have to admit that Ugas is already above Manny in terms of his agility.

Supporters have accepted it already, in fact, they are suggesting that Manny should retire as he does not need to prove anything since he achieves the legendary status and is the only 8th division world champion, it's actually him who think he is not yet done and one more time, he wants to dance with Ugas.
2551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Anderson Silva vs Tito Ortiz on September 11 on: August 27, 2021, 01:11:44 PM

This is the fight that we are not certain of the result of, they are MMA fighters, and this is boxing, so we can't use their past performance as the basis of this fight. I'm sure it's not an easy fight of either fighter as it's a different sport although it's the same considered as contact sport.

I have not seen Ortiz box, but Silva is so good when he fought Chavez Jr. he showcases his skill in boxing and he box like a boxer who fought many fights, he is a good boxer than an MMA and this fight is another feather in his cap, although he is so good he cannot match up top  middleweight in the industry but his skill is enough to beat Ortiz,

Ortiz is underdog here knowing he has a lot of losses compare to Anderson but we cannot take this fight easy as we already see some underdogs win the fight, one example of that is Ugas and Pacquiao which ugas win by unanimous decision. Both of them want to show that even they are old they still have power to prove that they are strong in the ring and its interesting to watch this fight since we never know that this is the last fight of Silva or Ortiz.

Hope to see the betting odds soon, the fight is 2 weeks from now, odds should be available early so bookies will have more bets coming. Getting listed early in sports betting sites would also add on the popularity of the match, so I hope to see it soon.

At the current odds presented here. https://www.oddsshark.com/boxing/anderson-silva-vs-tito-ortiz-odds-prediction-betting-picks

no way I'll take Silva to win @-240
2552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley on: August 27, 2021, 12:14:22 PM
here is my win-win situation for the upcoming fights

personally bet : 300$ on Jake Paul

if Jake Paul Win:
Well , least that i won the bet

if Tyron Woodley Win:
well , at least jake paul lose the match and no more hype (hope)
Jake Paul has freaking stupid followers, many of his videos on youtube has a lot dislikes (even the dislikes is higher than likes) but until now his followers still watching him. If he lose this match, I don't think he will lose the hype... so it's not win-win situation.

This is hilarious, you can see there's some hate on Jake Paul as even if he lose his bet, we would still be happy, indeed it's a win-win situation but I would not bet that big if I'm not so sure with my prediction, lol.
2553  Other / Off-topic / Re: Pacquiao vs Ugas rematch on: August 27, 2021, 11:34:10 AM
maybe he feel that he can still give one more shot in boxing. as mentioned in this article , he called Ugas as "one of the easiest opponents", so he wants to prove maybe that he still got it. at least Ugas is really a humble man, youve never heard him say bad words towards Pacquiao, he does respect him.

Saying that Ugas is one of the easiest opponents, maybe it's really true that he is not feeling 100% in the fight and his legs have some problem that affects his mobility in the fight, and yes, of course, one more shot for him, he deserves that as he is the only 8th division world champion.
2554  Economy / Economics / Re: The Role of Government in Crypto on: August 26, 2021, 04:00:42 PM
Regulations made by the government will of course damage the basic characteristics of Bitcoin Decentralization and Anonymity, their government sees that bitcoin is a big threat to their country's monetary financial system, because bitcoin can provide complete financial freedom to the people, and so the government issues regulations that can eliminate bitcoin basic character.
We cannot say that there is no need for a government's role in crypto because it should be regulated so that the people will be able to use it legally. The only problem with the government right now is they become one sided and they treat cryptocurrencies as threats for the conventional financial system and its central banks.

Hopefully, the government's concept towards crypto will change and there will be equality on the treatment for crypto and the old financial system. By that time, crypto will be given the adoption it deserves.
2555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Every altcoins has chance on: August 26, 2021, 02:52:05 PM
I've seen several times that every altcoins doubles the price in a single day which means every coin or token has its opportunity to boom. IF BTC price does down they drop but suddenly they skyrocket by the next day itself, it's pretty hard to judge which coin might pump for the next day. Is there any specific website which might help me to identify? Kindly share your thoughts.

Many websites can not provide clear references on this matter, we are forced to read all the news they make, but the results are not so satisfying, I don't think we can always trust websites at this time.

We need to do a little research ourselves in doing research, regarding the token or coin we want to buy, we can use the formula or experience in the past month to match today, if the odds are good after we analyze it, then we just decide to buy.
Yes. DYOR will be always be the answer. Although there are some websites that definitely point out some tips which coins will most likely to pump or dump but you have to pay for it. Group signals are mostly paid but for me, their predictions are not that reliable. Worst is they might end up scamming us so always be careful with it.

Altcoins will only be profitable if the project is well- developed and creates a huge demand from its investors so the promotion will always be positive. But for some altcoins who have low volume and had never attracted investors to trust their project so most of them will end up undervalued.  Although altcoins have their own shining moment but if their value never moves in the market, then they will surely be abandon.
2556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time to invest in Bitcoin on: August 26, 2021, 09:41:33 AM
We have passed good time to invest in Bitcoin few weeks ago when BTC once again down to $28k and after that, gradually recovered and finally touched $50k again. Now it's risky to invest for short term but if you consider your investment for long race, i think it's not to risky. Probably we are going to see new ATH soon.
Bitcoin will perfectly fit for long term investment so even if the current value is expensive, its still worth buying because you'll still benefit from it even tripled from your capital as long as you hold it for long term. Although its best to buy at the dip but when it comes to bitcoin, no opportunities should be wasted. As long as you only invest on the amount you can afford to lose, then that will be fine.

Others may have seen investing at this moment with its high value is a wrong move but if the price will never drop a big amount, then does not mean that we will not try our luck investing in bitcoin this year? You know what, the best advice here in crypto is always take the risk because its where we can experience a full blast of success. If the others are fearful, then this is the time where we should be greedy. That goes out for all newbies out there.
2557  Economy / Economics / Re: The reason to hodl bitcoin on: August 26, 2021, 08:47:47 AM
There isn't any need to search for the reasons why people choose to HODL Bitcoin far away. HODLers aim one certain thing and that is making a nice profit in the long run. And some of them set price goals for themselves to prevent from being greedy and sell some amount when it is reached. HODL's main purpose is definitely this.
Well, we can't deny that and that is our main goal about buying Bitcoin. But of course, it could be changed when the market is already wide open for crypto payments, it comes to the point that we also have to use it. It was just this time that we are considering Bitcoin as a form of investment and we are predicting 10 years from now, Bitcoin will become more valuable than this time and have not to waste this opportunity to get some while it was still cheap.
Exactly. Our technology keeps in advanced so definitely all money transactions will become digital in a couple of years and crypto will definitely fit on it. Even today, people are starting to depend most of their  transactions online so probably time will come that physical money will be slowly eliminated. And once it will happen, it will be a good advantage for us that we have already saved bitcoin not just for utilization but also for our retirement pension. And by that time, bitcoin has definitely a huge value in the market.

Although no one knows what the future holds but if we can be more transparent this time, then earning crypto is definitely a smart move not just for its huge value but more on its utilization purposes.
2558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Notice your emotion on: August 25, 2021, 11:40:02 PM
Emotions play a very important role. I have seen a lot of traders who are good at analyzing markets, trends and predicting coins with amazing accuracy. but emotions, greed is something they can't control, which leads to losses.
Well it's definitely a battle between your mind and heart and if you only follow your own emotions, then it will never lead you in a positive way but more likely end up losing. This is why we traders and investors should separate our emotions from our investments so we can have focus and determination on the goal we have set to achieve.

But this is just easy to say but hard to apply when you're in the real scenario. You will still gets affected with what your emotion says and there's nothing we can do about that but control it as much as we can. Even the legendaries here still share the same feeling and there's no one here will be excused to that. So definitely self-control is the hardest thing to do.
2559  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador rolls out 200 Bitcoin ATMs in a bid to speed-up nationwide adoption on: August 25, 2021, 10:08:06 PM
I admire the determination of President Bukele. Some people opposed to his government classify him as an autocratic leader.
In the nation of El Salvador, as in all countries, there are opposition groups, which is why we notice that Bukele speaks to both groups, those who support the Bitcoin law and those who do not.
I am looking forward to September 7th and to see how Salvadorans embrace bitcoin. My eyes are fixed to see how the Chivo wallet works for Salvadorans.
As they become successful with bitcoin, more nations will follow in their footsteps.
Exactly. This might be the first state to adopt bitcoin as a legal tender so whatever the result on it will create an impact to its neighboring countries. But i think the citizens are optimistic about it and once it works, hopefully other countries will follow the same path too. Leaders i think should always be responsible in leading his countrymen into adopting a new innovation that will create a big change in their lives.

However, since not all people are supporting this bitcoin adoption, because others might stick to its traditional system, so President Bukele has to cater to these different groups. But since bitcoin adoption could change the flow of country's economy, then it should be given more emphasis than using fiat which only causes high inflation and no transparency at all.
2560  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think financial stability is mandatory to be a gainer in Bitcoin invest? on: August 25, 2021, 04:30:05 PM
I think most of the answers are mixed one here. But, I would straight away say that it's mandatory to have financial stability. I know very well that if I am trading or investing then I am doing it out of the purpose of solving my financial situation or either I wanna increase whatever I have in my hands! In both the cases I think I must be very cautious about it because once you loose the money in crypto world you start with new mindset of gaining that loss back and go beyond. But in the process you can end up loosing more than what you have.
If in that period you come across an emergency situation then what would you do is the big question. So yeah, invest responsibly and only what you can afford to loose.
In this scenario, its always a great advantage for those investors who are financially stable rather than those small investors who are always aiming for quick profits. I think its not really mandatory but investors who are already rich before they come up investing in crypto have high opportunities to gain more because they mostly invest with huge capital so the returns is definitely a bigger amount too. But for those average investors, investing on the amount they can afford to lose is their main concern so the moment they gained profits, its not literally big.

For me, financial stability is not an issue since the main purpose of investing is to make profits and become progressive. So once we became capable of making our profits huge, then it will still lead to financial stability. It's just a matter of hardwork and patience.
