2562  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin halving to be canceled? on: November 29, 2015, 02:45:47 PM
If we were to cancel the halving, can we remove the 21mil hard cap as well?

The latter follows from the former

If the supply is unlimited then how much would cost a bitcoin? it is better to have restriction and a limit on supply as the price should be increased year by year until there are a small amount in market.

I have created another topic which discusses this issue in particular. Short version, the higher price (due to limited supply) turns Bitcoin into a Ponzi scheme, which would kill it eventually...

Well it can kill it or it will boost it one of these two, back to the topic now i think that even if this halving will be canceled there will not be a huge difference, only new mining rigs will be produced and the difficulty will be increased.
2563  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you use Viber and what are you think about Viber? on: November 29, 2015, 02:44:09 PM
I do use viber and it made our lifes easier, what i think about viber is that they do keep logs, the attachments(photos videos audios) they save all of them in their servers.

2565  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: November 29, 2015, 02:42:04 PM
If the price does not matter what would be matter? I think that it shows it own bitcoin value through years, and it does matter because many businesses are operating in bitcoin and if the price crashes then many businesses will bankrupt.

2568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: November 29, 2015, 02:34:28 PM
If we can stay away from paypal that would be much better for us, they can limit or calling freeze your funds and the game can begin and this process can take months to be solved in some cases, with bitcoin you are secured but here there are no chargebacks so must be careful when dealing, i prefer more bitcoin rather than paypal.

2570  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Launches First Bitcoin Debit Card on: November 29, 2015, 02:29:18 PM
It is always better to compare this debit card to their competitives for example with xapo or bit-x, i know coinbase is much popular but what rates will be applied, should we convert bitcoin to usd before using etc.
2571  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the highest price BTC can see in 2015? on: November 29, 2015, 02:28:01 PM
It's hard to predict as everything can be changed within a week or two, but expect that the bitcoin price will be somewhere $350 at the end of the year and maybe max of $400.
2572  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1200 before December 1 on: November 28, 2015, 09:32:14 PM
Maybe you think before December 1, 2016 or 2017, that is the time when the bitcoin price should worth $1200 each.
2573  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: November 28, 2015, 01:01:15 AM
I have never researched about the gold and how the markets are performing but i know that it is much more popular than bitcoin, i pick bitcoin because i like it, the coin and the platform itself so bitcoin is my choice.
Gold has thousands of years ago, gold is more historically, appropriate when gold is more popular than bitcoin,
bitcoin only takes time, maybe 20 years from now, bitcoin can be populrt

Bitcoin is a bit popular but not much as we want but 20 years are far away from now but i choose bitcoin before gold.

2578  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: November 25, 2015, 09:59:33 PM
What is the deal with all these BTC debit cards coming out>  Are they real or some sort of scam?  I just received three different emails today asking me to get this BTC debit card.  These three emails were from three different companies, one for each one of my wallets.  I am not sure what this is going on with this, I just do not want to be scammed any more.

Well these could be spam, but do your own research and see which one fits you, and more important check if they ships to your country, some have some extra/hidden fees some doesn't but these debit cards are real and most of them works.
2579  Other / Archival / Re: Paying 0.0005 for a free registration {CLOSED} on: November 25, 2015, 09:25:34 PM

2580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future Transaction Fees on: November 25, 2015, 09:23:45 PM
I think that the transaction fees are not affected by the bitcoin volume, it can be 1BTC or 1,000BTC and both of them can have the same transaction fee, i think that the fees will be decreased time by time until 1 satoshi.
