2581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto.com investment legit and safe? on: June 27, 2019, 01:02:16 PM
That was previously an MCO coin, I manage to see how it pump during the last bull run and that time I considered it a great investment.
I don't keep tract of this coin anymore, but judging on it's trading volume and the trading exchanges where it was listed, I believe it's a legit project.
Bitconnect that died long time ago was one of the good coin in the middle of 2017 but it died early 2018 with people investment. We should not look on how a coin performed in judging on how legit it is but we should find out those behind such an investment platform. Nexo is legit because the project was open for everyone to see and if crypto.com is open for all to see and the owner have integrity then it should be a good investment platform.

MCO is nothing like Bitconnect. NEXO, Celsius and Crypto.com all are providing a feasible interest on the deposit of users. A 8% per year could be easily made with a simple business model. Bitconnect promised a high interest rate paid in bitcoin (a 0.1% to 1%) per day. They just mentioned it's the profit from a trading bot. While other of mentioned projects has a working lending platform.
2582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will BNB become the king of all coins on: June 27, 2019, 08:28:54 AM
As information from CZ: 1.2 billion dollars BNB is transferred in 1 second, which takes less than 2 cents

On June 26, about $ 1.2 billion Binance Coin (BNB) was transferred in 1.1 seconds, for a fee of only $ 0.015 on Binance Chain, disclosures of this data were published on WhaleAlert , a platform that tracks important transactions. The exact amount of BNB transferred is 32,888,888. As a Twitter user pointed out, 8 is a number unlike anyone in Chinese arithmetic, quoting Wikipedia: "Number 8 is considered a good number that even some 8s are considered is very lucky ".

With such successes do you think BNB will become the All coin king?

Surely BNB is going to become an important crypto. It has it's own blockchain and is fast to transact. Binance has ticked every right boxes for it to emerge as a self sustained independent coin. Being a universal gas for the Binance DEX, it's importance would keep on rising in the future.
2583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's bitcoin worst case scenario if Libra will be successful? on: June 27, 2019, 04:06:31 AM
I heard people saying it won't affect bitcoin at all, and others say it might destroy it

I wonder what's your opinion about it?

What can be the worst case when it comes to Libra and Bitcoin?

Libra would take away any financial transactions for buying and selling from bitcoin. Libra may replace bitcoin as the most prominent trading pair. But that too may be beneficial for the price of bitcoin.
Libra in no way is a competitor to bitcoin but it would surely make stable coins like Tether, TUSD, Paxos and others obsolete.
2584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many people will fall for BitConnect 2.0 on: June 27, 2019, 02:04:31 AM
The people who don't learn from others mistake would follow it. And the ones who believe they can profit if they enter it early. Some people need to try and make mistakes in everything. While some never learns from their own mistake.
But what we need to realize is they have an intention to scam people from the beginning and they'd probably scam you even if you are the first investor.
2585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 27, 2019, 02:01:24 AM
Pakistan's current results are eerily similar to what they had in 1992.
In 1992, they lost to west indies on 1st match, won 2nd, 3rd abandoned due to rain, lost 4th and 5th, won 6th, defeated undefeated New Zealand in the 7th.
And exactly same happened this time.
Pakistan won the world cup in 1992 and Imran Khan was the captain. Imran Khan is now the incumbent Prime minister of Pakistan.
2586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 26, 2019, 03:13:53 AM
Australia are now in a strong position to retain the World Cup if they continue to play this way.
No doubt Aussies are playing great and have the possibility to lift the cup this time also. But I really don't want to see them lift the cup this time, because it's enough lifting the cup for them, they won several times. Tbh, I don't want India to win as well for the same reason...

In this world cup 2019, I really want to see a new team to lift the cup. Maybe England, New Zealand, Bangladesh, I'm talking about the possible options here. Though Bangladesh chances are very slim in this regard.

My post is no way to hurt Australian and Indian supporters -- please don't get me wrong, I just expressed my thoughts, I just want to taste a new WC stat.  Smiley

Same here. I'd also want either New Zealand and England to lift this trophy but both of them had shown some weak spots. England lost with Australia which was defeated from India and New Zealand nearly lost from South Africa a low profile team. Today's match between Pakistan and New Zealand would explain a lot.
2587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The longer you play poker the better you become ? on: June 26, 2019, 03:03:55 AM
What do you think can be a consistent winning player on this game? is this game of skills or luck?
the longer you play more skills you get?

Poker is surely a skill based gamble. Firstly you should be aware of all the rules. With several forms of poker running people sometimes mess up with the rules, specially in different forms of omaha.
The next thing is knowing your opponents. If you really figure out their way of thinking, you'll have a better edge. The stake they play, the time they take to decide are some clues that could be used to figure the mentality of the opponent.
2588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your opinion about the bounty manager on: June 26, 2019, 02:57:48 AM
I want to know who your Bounty Manager is who you think is professional and always responds quickly to bounty problems.

btcltigigger
sapta
Hhampuz
NashAmajh
bubbalex
Arteezy.rtx
sinatrra12

Give your opinion here

Hhampuz really is a friendly, and responsive bounty manager. He looks into issues and is very active to solve them. It seems like he gives his total time in management.
I've also worked with Arteezy.rtx and sapta, they are very long time bounty managers and have very little issues from the bounty they've managed.
I'm not so sure about other managers as I haven't got a chance to work with them.

2590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum 2.0 will bring big changes? on: June 26, 2019, 12:11:29 AM
I read the news about Ethereum 2.0 will be launched at the beginning of next year (January 2020).
What if buying ethereum for now, is the right time? If there might be good advice from you, let's take time for this.
 Thank you.

The greatest things Ethereum 2.0 would bring is the POS and it might also bring the limit to number of Ethereum token's total supply.
Ethereum had implemented many improvements in last year but it hasn't been reflected on the price, the new technology would come with some bugs but surely  would be beneficial to investors for long term.
2591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Protect yourself from Excitement and keep your Winnings Safe on: June 26, 2019, 12:06:05 AM
The greatest thing to be done is controlling your emotions. Whether you lose or win, stop once you get to that predefined point you have marked yourself. Never ease the restrictions on any circumstances. If you can't control your emotions, just unplug and leave your device. If you think you are not being able to do it yourself, ask for help.
2592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 25, 2019, 04:37:15 PM
Wow, the English team seems to be in real trouble. 4 wickets down on just 96, and they still need about 190 runs to win this one. Let's see if Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes are able to continue playing with the momentum they've gained till now. Currently, they've succeeded in getting a partnership of 44 runs.

Keep an eye on the required run rate, as it has edged past 7.00. I know that Stokes is a big hitter, but they need to score at least one run per ball if they are going to have any chance of winning this match. If they are unable to score at that rate against Stoinis and Lyon (RR for last 5 overs at 4.80), then how can you expect them to score 7 runs per over against Starc and Cummins?

Another wicket gone just now ant the score is now 128/5 in 29.1 overs. And now Ben stokes and chris woakes are batting. Stokes are playing good in this word cup. But need more positive play by most of the player for wining the match. Only Stokes can not win the match alone. SO I want to say England will loss their all wicket before reaching the target,

That's so unfortunate for the English team, they are losing this game. I really wished they'd have won this word cup but with current performance I have little hope.
India and New Zealand are the only with no loses, but with last close win of New Zealand and even though their run rate are better, India clearly looks as the most strong team here.

2594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The three biggest mistakes you should avoid on: June 24, 2019, 02:50:55 AM

  • Panic Buy/Panic sell.
In both cases, you will lose your money
  • Ignore Capital management.
If you ignore Capital management you will be gambler not trader
  • Following a signal Without risk assessment or stop loss.
You will be like Jumping into the ocean without a lifeline jacket at, before do anything, look at your risk and reward and what your stop level is.
by this way you can set Your Own risk and know what you do.

Well summarised. Every trader should have a plan before they start and a rule book to follow.
Emotional buying and selling is another thing that brings loss. However good the coin may seem, don't go all in. Diversification should be a compulsion in your rule book.
Remember the golden rule of investment. Keep buying and selling orders in order to grab the profit.
2595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russian Ministry Of Finance Considers Allowing Crypto Trading on: June 24, 2019, 02:46:04 AM
Honestly, Bitcoin looks fairly unstoppable at this point (until the whales dump it into oblivion). If crypto is the future, then Bitcoin will survive as a form of digital gold. I know ppl say "bitcoin can't be silenced", but if it gets banned everywhere, then the price will never rise to what some believe it could be worth.

Article - https://tipestry.com/topics/5d0f091e8902d3702176037e/russian-ministry-of-finance-considers-allowing-cryptocurrency-trading

Bitcoin should implement some form of Privacy to handle situations like this stupidity man. It is totally stoppable in it's current form. ESP the mining

Russia has been a proactive authority in devising law to regulate crypto in a better way. Crypto did have helped the country counter the Embargo and it does own a favor for cryptocurrency. AFAIR they were the first to tax miners and regulate the operation of mining farms. A regulated crypto is better than a banned crypto.
2596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2019 betting [ODDS UPDATED] on: June 24, 2019, 02:43:32 AM
Lewis Hamilton has also had a great wining streak in 2018 and 19. This makes him one of the favorite for wining the award. He is a brand for formula 1 racing in UK.
Cricket and Football do have competing players and hence the two listing are less likely to win. Voting has never favored a women so, its finally Tyson Fury vs Lewis Hamilton.
2597  Economy / Speculation / Re: This is a fake bit coin bull run don't fall for it on: June 23, 2019, 02:43:23 PM
Bitcoin is back at 10k but every single alt coin hasn't really gone up

The growth is un organic and fake , maybe by 2 or 3 whales or maybe even a corrupt exchange

What do you expect. Price moves because there are buys and sells. Whales movements are the reason behind larger price change. The whales aimed bitcoin this time.
Bitcoin was as lower as 4K last year, this time and it's at better position now. And IMO it won't go below 5K. Anybody that bought it around 5-8K made a good profit.
2598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hospital That Treats Bitcoin Gambling Addicts? on: June 23, 2019, 02:40:13 PM
~

Interesting LOL
Do you have the address of the hospital?

I am a bitcoin addict 🤪
May be some day I will say "Hello" to them LOL

Castle Craig Hospital in Peeblesshire

That's the address. Let me know if you'll go to it then tell us what did they do to you.  Grin
I may consider myself as a bitcoin and gambling addict but I don't want to be treated, I want to be addicted forever. lol

It was actually a alcohol, gambling and drug rehabilitation center but now is also accepting bitcoin addicts. The program is aimed at helping people who have developed a compulsion to trade the cryptocurrency. They have included bitcoin trading as an online gambling.
2599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 23, 2019, 02:34:54 PM
This is a DO or DIE for Pakistan. If Pakistan win this match, then the hope is still alive but a lost today will end the world cup dream for Pakistan.

I wonder if they ever even dream of it  Cheesy
I think Pakistan will win this match easily. South Africa's recent performance is worse, Pakistan is well ahead of them. But they will not be able to qualify for Semi maybe, because almost 4 teams are showing their strength.

2 teams playing today for the pride and SA would just be unhappy the way they have played cricket this time in the WC and as a result are out of the WC. Pakistan is batting at 171/3 in 34 overs and should target to reach 320+ so that they can put pressure on SA.

Pakistani batting line done good job even they are short of 20 to 25 runs but bowlers give them some good start as Aamir sent Amla back in his first over lets see what is response from others in remaining match.

This would be a compensation win for Pakistan. Pakistan has good batsmen as well as bowlers but they still has to devise a team. A couple of bowlers and a couple of batsmen won't make you win tournaments. Md Amir is a gem for Pakistan but with limited exposure and poor performance of the team, he won't be able to have a fame and name he deserves.
2600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 21, 2019, 06:35:52 PM
Shocked that England lost this match. It was still looking possible for England after they lost Root but after Butler, the team just kept losing wickets. Awesome match in WC where we can see than a team can even defend a low score like 232 whereas other teams struggle in defending 300+ scores. I still don't see SL in top 4 but now anything is possible.

That is really unfortunate for the English team and the gamblers. I was too sure for England to win that I placed a bet on 1.09 odds. That's really stupid thing to do.
The odds on Sri Lanka were well above 20, anyone who have placed a bet on Sri Lanka are now rich.
