1861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Releasing an ‘Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself’ Token on: November 09, 2019, 02:49:24 PM
This is not the first time Mcafee has gone with releasing a coin. The freedom coin he announced earlier this year is yet to see the light https://mcafeefreedomcoin.com/
These name tokens are just a public stunt by McAfee to come into media spotlight. McAfee is also an attention seeker unlike others, he actually try.
1862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will POS lead to Ethereum's centralization (like EOS)? Why? Why not? on: November 09, 2019, 11:47:33 AM
See above Cheesy

This validator nodes are cheap but most of them would be in hand of some of the largest investors. And the most of the fees would turn to them. Otherwise it won't make a large difference than it is. Even at current time, most of the minting is done by large mining farms. Unlike EOS, I don't think Ethereum would provide exclusive voting rights to the validators.
1863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is worth to invest in dogecoin? on: November 09, 2019, 10:50:35 AM
Dogecoin is a popular coin loved by all. But it has an infinite supply that hurts its price for long term. When the day comes where the price of doge rises to yield a hefty profit, other coins would too rise to the similar position. So I don't think Dogecoin is worth the risk as an investor for long term. Dogecoin still could be a coin of choice for day traders.
1864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it Possible Stellar Lumens/XLM Reach $100 on: November 08, 2019, 04:41:38 PM
I think it's not possible soon but yes Stellar will touch $100 in very short time. It's Very potential coin and always limelinght on Media.

So I Just ask Can stellar lumens reach $100 ?

Nothing is impossible in crypto. Stellar is a good project that has made some progress as a utility token. Unlike many othyers, they have some genuine clients for their platform.
And more importantly, their burning strategy is decreasing the overall supply of stellar making it rarer. Though stellar have never achieved a value of $1, reduction in supply and another huge crypto bull could make it rise to the unexpected.
1865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB time to invest ? on: November 08, 2019, 10:04:32 AM
Hi guys
do u think 0.00290 - 0.00295 is good price to invest in BNB ?

The current BNB price is 0.00223, so it's a better time than the OP posted here.
If you are going to buy with fiat, you should risk waiting for the market fall as BNB is already a lot inflated and could decrease around the festival season.
But if you are buying with your bitcoins, it would not make a huge difference as both of them are moving quite similar to each other.
1866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is the most interesting / fun person in the crypto space? on: November 08, 2019, 09:56:18 AM
When it comes to most interesting/funny, CZ comes in my mind. He is undoubtedly one of the renowned expert and entrepreneur in crypto sphere. His thoughts are mostly clear and has always favored decentralization by his words (whatever be his plans). And there's also that cool aspect of him the way he expresses and the way he makes fun with his status.

Among crypto enthusiast, Elon Musk is undoubtedly the most intresting crypto enthusiast. I'd love to see Elon creating a coin. I would blindly invest in if he did.
1867  Economy / Services / Re: CryptoTalk.Org Signature Campaign [Yobit Panel] on: November 08, 2019, 01:26:11 AM
The announcement was made today, so it should go into effect tomorrow. The OP has been updated as well.

it seems that it already affects today for the 5 posts because i already made 7 posts but i check my account on yobit but it just credits for 5 posts not 7

Maybe, but there is also possibility that some of the posts are counted for 7th November and some for 8th November.
I just realize that on forum we still have 7th, but in YoBit dashboard posts are counted for 8th November. It looks like there is few hours difference. My post from 20:50 is counted for the next day.
Do anyone know what UTC time is starting new day in YoBit stats?

The forum uses GMT for deciding the day. i.e. 00:00 in London is the start of the new day.
And AFAIK, yobit uses Moscow time zone that is 3 hours ahead of GMT. So, the new day starts in 21:00 forum time.
Your post from 20:50 may have been counted for next day due to the periodic check being done on the next day.
1868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No Wonder Satoshi Disappeared... on: November 07, 2019, 04:55:31 PM
With his last of mails released. Anyone can easily predict satoshi was planning the exit the day he started. He knew bitcoin is going to be a success without him. Accumulated a good amount of coin and disappeared without a trace. I respect his desire of privacy but if he won't reveal himself, a great person would get lost in the disguise of a pseudonym.
1869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Withdraw your funds from the top 10 Exchange now !!! on: November 07, 2019, 03:13:08 PM
Its a better idea for storing your holding coins on dedicated wallets and hardware wallets but for traders, we need our coins in exchanges. Larger the liquidity, larger are profit gains.
Large exchanges are always on target from hackers that's why they have some of the best security measures. None of them stores a large portion of their balance on hot wallet and most of the funds are on cold storage and almost all of the top 10 exchanges can afford to lose their hot wallet once in a while.
1870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your Thoughts On Jorg Molt on: November 07, 2019, 02:43:02 PM
He's as good as bitconnect v2 being the next bitcoin. A desperate attempt to get some attention but falling it by long shot. Why people are even covering such frauds.
I really doubt this idiot even hold a 250 BTC in the wallet. Sad to see Wild West Crypto show going this low for some views.
1871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Building a community solving all problems. on: November 07, 2019, 01:35:12 PM
And imagine it all being done using blockchain. From quality control to logistics and from linking the producer to consumers, blockchain used everywhere. Transparent and democratically review-able. A global governance that would be influenced by the people from whole world. Every payments done in crypto. People earning and spending in crypto, a governance by smart contract, a smart and efficient governance, less governance.
1872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking-as-a-service, Opinions? on: November 07, 2019, 01:26:54 PM
Hey guys I am not very familiar with the topic of staking and staking-as-a-service. But I just saw yesterday evening that SMART VALOR a Swiss crypto exchange started their staking campaign where you can either stake Dash or their native token VALOR.

They state that revenues are up to 6.9% for Dash and 15% for VALOR. Here is the link for their announcement:
https://news.smartvalor.com/staking-dash-available-on-smart-valor-platform/

What do you guys think about it? I think it could be good alternative for earning some passive income (if I understand the concept correctly) like interest back in the days bank used to pay some Grin

Staking has been here since the dawn of POS. Dash community nodes were the first of such staking services I knew. Now many of exchanges and staking websites provides rewards for staking. There are 2 types of ways services claims to stake. There are coins that are POS like LISK or gives rewards to users for holding them like NEO or rewards for nodes and masternodes like DASH. Here the service provider does all the job for small investors and take a cut from the profit. Another way is exchanges reward a fixed amount for maintaining liquidity in the exchange. Though it's not a real staking, many of the exchanges advertise rewards on holding a coin on exchange as staking.
1873  Other / Off-topic / Re: Love - its just a physical attraction? on: November 07, 2019, 11:46:34 AM
Love is a broad subject.
Talking about the love among opposite sexes or a (probable) husband and wife relationship, such love experiences are unique for every individuals.
Most people when coming to age, seeks a person from opposite sex to fulfill their physical needs. Whatever you may call it, it's a nature's call to breed.
While going through fulfilling the desire, some people develops an emotional bonding to the partner. In some cases it becomes so strong that the physical relation feels like a secondary activity and keeping each others happy becomes the prime one.
1874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scarcity is one of the leading factors of Bitcoins value on: November 07, 2019, 11:30:30 AM
In the field of economy, bitcoin probably is the first coin that would have a limit cap. So, it would be a first time experience where the value would head while we approach the limit.
With zero generation, there could be a drastic decrease in circulation of coin. Miners would need to wait for transactions to get the fee reward while the number of transactions would go scarce. Depending on the situation, I believe bitcoin should implement something more to make the blockchain dynamic.
1875  Other / Politics & Society / Re: a society question about vegans on: November 07, 2019, 01:47:38 AM
Going veg is trendy now. Veg and non-veg were just food varieties in the past. Now they are going full force to make each other look wrong.
Veg people generally associate eating meat with carbon-footprint. But that's just one measure. There are several studies that are showing veg food production is much more devastating to the environment than producing meat. Both of them even claim human body is made to eat meat or to eat veg food. But in reality human body has omnivore structures and organs.
It's better to eat what you feel good and what your body asks for. Not to be forced to change your food habit.
1876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NANO (future Currency) on: November 07, 2019, 12:17:19 AM
I was with NANO since they first started distributing raiblocks through faucet. Raiblocks were a low trading altcoin and after stopping the faucet distribution, they renamed the token NANO and aggressively got listed in a number of good exchanges.
They have recently started a new website https://nano.org/
1877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CMC and coingecko on: November 07, 2019, 12:07:52 AM
CMC and coingecko both very useful for us, i used to use both however i am confused why many coins and tokens not listing in CMC but listing in coingecko, not only coins and tokens but also many exchanges, is this because coingecko become more popular than CMC, or for something else.

It's about what exchanges and volume they take into reference. For coins to be listed in coinmarketcap, it should be traded in at least two of medium sized exchange and has a good volume. Coinmarketcap also ranks exchanges. They are not only ranking coins, they have reference to many aspects of coins from their whitepaper to social links and historical data.
Coingecko is also very useful and has larger number of coins but I'm so used to CMC that I find it hassle on coingecko to find the info I'm looking for.
1878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China Will not Ban Bitcoin Mining! on: November 06, 2019, 04:39:56 PM
That's not a surprise. Mining Farm in China are one of the larger source of foreign capital income. It has directly and indirectly created many jobs in China and has crafted many individuals as specialist in the field. China would not want to fall behind US in any technology mostly in case of the one that may have huge impact to the society in coming time.
1879  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Like An Orphan on: November 06, 2019, 03:59:19 PM
Why don't we have people doing this for btc adoption. This would encourage newbies like us. https://www.cryptoinfowatch.com/roger-ver-gives-away-free-bitcoin-cash-believes-it-would-be-worth-5000-in-future/

Roger ver is the one who will benefit from the hype he created for his coin, we already have a lot of faucets for Bitcoin, and besides Bitcoin also started that give away when it is just starting out, we also have a lot of freelances that gives Bitcoin, one example is Cryptotalk, but if there's an organization or an individual that will do that, that will be better and will benefit the adoption.

Bitcoin is so decentralized and so popular that I don't think we need anymore effort just to promote bitcoin like Roger Ver is doing for bitcoincash. There are many faucets for bitcoins and many services that accepts bitcoins. There are many bitcoin oriented companies that are having a profit with the use and exchange of bitcoin, they would naturally promote it to increase there revenue. The remaining bitcoin community just needs to held together and mover forward together for bitcoin to succeed.
1880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How someones made 184 Billion Bitcoin appear out of nowhere on: November 06, 2019, 03:54:25 PM
Good info. But it's a completely plagiarized text from the cryptoninja website. Not a single word or link added or deducted by the OP. OP's almost every post are just a copy paste from different websites.
