2581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fully vaccinated individuals now spared of masks in the casinos in Vegas on: May 20, 2021, 10:11:38 AM
We all know or at least should that being a vaccinated individual does not stop you from getting the virus. The vaccine just trains the body to produce the anti corps and that person can pass Covid 19 just like a normal flu without any problems. They are still a risk though to transmit the virus to other people although in a much smaller scale than being not vaccinated.I think in order for us to fully enjoy the casinos like in Vegas we have to wait until end of 2022 or beginning of 2023 where I think the virus will be fully eliminated.
^ There is no need to wait another year, I think if the casino will allow vaccinated people to gamble, probably following the covid 19 protocols and guidelines is a must than lifting all those protective gears while in the casino. There is nothing wrong if you are vaccinated + wearing Faceshield inside the casino, it is better protection for us to avoid the virus keep spreading and I don't it is a good idea to spare of mask in the casino. Nevertheless, it is better to safe than never, if I will them, I will still wear those common PPEs inside the casino even they allow others not to wear PPE.
2582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker Freerolls or Tournaments with Guaranteed Prize? Or what's your preference? on: May 20, 2021, 08:22:50 AM
Hey fellas!

Just curious, what do you prefer on a poker room, freerolls or guaranteed prize tournaments?
^ Are they the same? I think they are different.
Freerolls are given by the site is to lure and attract gamblers to visit and when you join tournaments, of course, you will after the prize, not the freeroll.
If you are going to ask me, I will prefer the tournament prize. Because if you have enough fund to sustain you gambling activity such poker, there is no need to go after the freeroll. It is very challenging if the prize pool is quite big and that was what I prefer. Nevertheless, we had a different point of view on playing poker and it's all about a competition to each oppenents.
2583  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | Live games & Slots! | VIP | on: May 20, 2021, 08:13:24 AM
~snip~
This is a big bonus and If you're here in the forum, there's a special promotions only made for you! Smiley
^ We have great advantages here because we know those promotions and other free giveaways from the gambling sites and we hope that Duelbits will relentlessly be rewarding to lure more gamblers and to stay, and right, this will be encouraging gamblers to be more active and probably hunting for those promotions that they had. Nevertheless, I saw that Dulebits have great improvements and yeah, that is awesome leaderboard stuff and $45,000 a week prize pool is really, really good.
2584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ohio offering lottery prize worth one million for those that get the COVID shot on: May 19, 2021, 09:35:17 PM
What do you think of this? Do you agree with what the governor of Ohio is doing or are you against it?

Source: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-57096039
as a guy who wanted to get vaccinated so I can be more at ease, yeah I am fine with it. these incentives are just a bonus for me. also, I agree with what Darker45 said it would be better to lower the winning amount and to increase the number of people that can be picked as a winner. although, getting a chance of winning $1million has a better ring to it than winning a $100k. I wish my government would do the same.
^ This is the way they encourage their people to get vaccinated because not all people as of now wanted to be vaccinated at the moment. Because they are afraid of the vaccine since it is not yet proven how effective and it is under monitoring stage which is considering for me not safe. A good strategy for their government to lure people and decide to be vaccinated, if all country will do the same, I don't think if there is hesitation to those people who doubted the vaccine if you have a chance to win a thousand of dollars and I hope not only one winner only.
2585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling becomes popular on: May 19, 2021, 09:12:32 PM
...

I think it's not only Covid 19 that is driving online gambling to become more and more popular...

Online gambling is increasingly popular because it really makes it easier for us, we can do anything and be anywhere while gambling only with a smartphone or laptop. online gambling will continue to grow.
^ But I think Covid19 contributes a lot to all online businesses and I think that is the reason also that cryptocurrencies increase too much the price lately.
There is no doubt the stat will increase because most people have stayed at home or most are having quarantine and there is nothing they can do to break boredom to watch videos, gambling, or everything online that they can enjoy. Definitely right, the easy accessibility makes become more popular online gambling businesses, and even until today, everything is almost online.
2586  Economy / Speculation / Re: More individuals like Elon musk, the price might fall further. on: May 18, 2021, 11:07:35 AM
Elon musk is the center of most bitcoiners discussion at the moment mainly because of how much effect his tweet is doing to crypto currency mostly bitcoin.

If a single tweet from Elon musk can send the price of btc to 45k (current price at the time of this post), then it is not impossible for bitcoin to fall to as low as below the 20k mark if all the big names in the crypto world (crypto influencers) tweet negatively against btc.

What do you think?
^ Probably no and I think it was not just Elon Musk who affected to BTC price to go down. We have to consider the fact that people also want to take advantage of the BTC increase and will make sure to keep the profits they suppose to have. (1) Not just that, we have to consider the fact that Binance was publicly announced to be under investigation and will be handled by the Department of Justice and the IRS. And that news affected the decision of the Whales big time. You are a fool if you won’t consider this one as a threat. (2) Not just that, negative and unprofessional reactions from the community who are against Elon Musk ignited the fire too. And see what was the results.
2587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Goldxbtc.com fake gambling website.. on: May 18, 2021, 09:47:28 AM
Thanks for the heads-up, and yes this is an obvious scam and I'm sure you are familiar with these schemes. But there are still gullible individual who are greedy and didn't think logically that can still fall for it. There's no way a legit website, with it's moderator messaging everyone for a cut on the winnings. He/she can do it as he/she can have accessed and steal the money. And the one that they can victimised here is newbie.
We can't do much if people outside the forum fall for it, they didn't know better and they are too privileged and too sloppy with their security that they don't bother researching about the website's legitimacy before playing in it, I am sure that the Internet has something to say about almost any website out there.
^ Definitely right.
This is fun not until you get to the point that you had like to withdraw you have won. Surprises and exciting offers are there though!
This is not an unusual thing, if a moderator took time to get in touch with people directly, then trust me you are on the track you never wanted to get involved. Do you have any updates on your conversation? How did the conversation go through? At which stage of the conversation are you at now? Is he offering you anything now? Let us know so we can assess and expose the website’s modus in full.
2588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fully vaccinated individuals now spared of masks in the casinos in Vegas on: May 18, 2021, 09:36:20 AM
Nevertheless it depends on the gambler itself, feeling free from covid is good but lets be wise to not risk ourselves just to gamble to physical casinos for satisfaction.
I see it that way, too. Unfortunately, one still absolutely does not know how contagious vaccinated people can still be, but one knows for sure that vaccination does not lead to immunity either. Of course, relaxing mask restrictions now serves to be more "attractive" to potential customers. Whether it is wise is another matter; unfortunately, only time will tell.

For me, I will continue to wear the mask despite vaccination, especially as self-protection for me and my surroundings. Personally, I would still feel absolutely not safe in a closed room without a mask.

A lot of people believe that wearing of masks is not for their own safety, but for the safety of others. So some think that it is OK to not to wear masks. And in the United States, ever since the pandemic started everything has become politicized, including the decision on lockdowns, wearing of masks and the administration of the vaccines. Despite the availability of vaccines, millions of Americans have refused to take them. And in extreme examples, vaccinated people have been discriminated against. Check this:

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-56905752
^ This one is the best way/approach to have people vaccinated, neat and clean. But I don’t really think if it is a good move to protect the health of the people. Being vaccinated does not guarantee 100% protection from the risk of covid. Unless they let the people entering the premises fill out forms with terms and agreements to avoid them being legally liable in case something happened to the players. I would prefer to stay at home and enjoy my online casino platforms though. I won’t risk myself and be exposed to covid with a reason of playing games in Casinos.
2589  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: May 15, 2021, 11:32:16 AM

The poor can't think out of the box because to earn more money, they are busy trying to live. The funds they earn every day are enough only for the supply the next day while the rich can already find ways to make cheaper ways to pay their bills and transportation.

Holding won't be easy when they see they have nothing to eat next month if the jobs run out. Of nothing to spend the next day.

^ Definitely right, because we are all humans that need financials every now and then, when we are running out of our money, we always think about what we saved just to spend. That is why we always advise the investors that always invest of what they can afford. Even 2% of their source of income invest and hold in BTC and other cryptos as long as it is wont hurt to the whole month of your budget.
Holding is not just really easy but at least when you needed it most, it will fulfill your necessities, uninspected or for emergency purposes.
2590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which crypto should I invest? on: May 15, 2021, 11:00:19 AM
I don't know much about SafeMoon. But if you really need an advice about which altcoin to invest in, then my number one choice is BNB. Because I think we will see the price at $1k and it is not so far away. I also believe that Ethereum is still a good choice to invest in as I expect the price to reach even $10k at least in the long run.
^ We don't really know what will happen to this coin in the future, we criticized every new coin that will arrive but when it will go to the moon, most of us regrets it. Just like what happened on ADA, XRP, Dogecoin, BNB and etc. They had once on the top 10 altcoins in the crypto market cap. If you can afford to invest in Safemoon and include this in your portfolio, why not? As long as don't forget BTC as a top of your priority upon investing. For now, we really don't know what will happen. Just put a try that only you can afford to lose. That is it!
2591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: May 15, 2021, 08:23:35 AM
I have 2 questions which I would like everyone to please answer and based on the answers can we can have a clear picture.

1- Would you gamble at a crypto-casino knowing it would ask you for KYC documents before withdrawal?

2-  Do you feel safe giving out your KYC to online crypto-casinos?
~snip~
^ For the number 1 question, it will depend. It will depend on the KYC ask if that is through name and address and you can able to withdraw fund within an average user, then, I will go. But if that includes an ID verification or bill of proof and other documents that are hard for us to submit, then I will not use that gambling site. If you don't want to involve yourself in having KYC, there are too many gambling sites that did not ask for KYC verification. Why you need to force your self choosing a gambling site that heavily requires KYC verification. Move to other gambling sites if you don't like KYC.
2592  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 15, 2021, 07:55:12 AM
~snip~
For middle gambler, achieving 100 USD wager is like loosing those 100 bucks in the process.
^ Why they are losing? That means to win or lose they should require to wager before they will able to withdraw. What if they wagered 100 USD and they won? I understand what the terms are because I have heard that most commonly gambling platforms used by other users to clean their coin, just like they are using a mixer or a conjoin wallet that will never traceable the transaction after depositing to the gambling site. Nevertheless, it should be advisable to gamblers that should always read the TOS before using the site.
2593  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrobetting.eu - Unmatched BTC Betting and Entertainment 🎰📈🏀⚾🏈⚽ on: May 15, 2021, 07:37:31 AM
^ I just want to make it clear, are the Nitrogen sports and Nitrogen betting are the same owner? Or it was bought the domain.
I read somewhere else that this site has full of bugs but yet they are fully functional accepting deposits and withdrawal. I did not try yet your gambling site but I have a suggestion to easy to find bugs just like what Fortunejack did, they hire users to hunt a bug on the site and awarded them. This will probably easily improve your gambling site.

2595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the martingale system sucks! (doubling down on losses) on: May 14, 2021, 08:29:11 PM
Sometimes martingale works for odd numbers, having the right bank roll and choosing the right games. Because if we all claimed it was that bad people would have stopped talking about it way back ,but instead everyday we see a new betting strategy, somewhere in there some one will mention martingale, besides there is the right way and wrong way of using this strategy.

The standard Martingale strategy links the previous and the next step in the game, but in fact they are not linked by any mathematical or probability characteristics. The probability that every time you flip a coin, the same side will come up is 1/2. Therefore it is impossible to exclude the possibility of n number of one side falling out. Since the player's bankroll is finite, he will lose sooner or later.
Some gamblers are saying "If I had an infinite bankroll, I'd be always winning with martingale", but in reality, even infinite bankroll wouldn't save you in the long run. All gambling sites and, I think, all land-based casinos have a limit on the max win. So, at one point your infinite bankroll can become useless because you won't be allowed to make that bet.
^ Probably but the bad thing about people is that they interpret things wrong. Martingale's method or strategy was not created to win, it is not a hack that people expect it to be. This won’t make you the richest man alive in gambling. It is only a simple method that is being used by gamblers and that is basically it. It is only the way previous gamblers think, consequences and risk have been set up properly as well so I don’t think people will expect a return from doing it or not try it at all. This has been a cause for other people to go broke during the days so it means that it has to be used appropriately.
2596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casimero vs Rigondeaux this August 14, 2021 on: May 14, 2021, 08:19:46 PM
^ Me too, I already voted and it seems Casimero is their choice.
The odds and the people are eye-in with Casimero and for me, this is a match where Casimero’s skill will be proven. Rigondeaux is somehow hard than the previous players Casimero fought such as Inoue Pow but with proper conditioning and great connections, I think he will be able to win against him. One good thing about Casimero have as well is that his styles are very flexible and sometimes unpredictable. Rigo would find it hard to analyze and strategize the match because of that. But this is a good match-up. Nevertheless, Good luck bettors.
2597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling risks during coronavirus pandemic on: May 14, 2021, 12:19:13 PM
That's right. I personally knew two guys who had a very strong gambling addiction. They repeatedly lost their entire paychecks in the slots and pawned gold chains, bracelets and rings at the pawnshop. Their craving for gambling was so strong that they not only didn't think about the consequences, but they consciously committed crimes in order to spend a little more time playing slots.

I haven't met them in over 10 years, but I know that one of them died of drug addiction and I don't know the fate of the other.
^ I hate to hear this kind of addiction that craving on gambling because I remember when my father was in a good financial status before. But because of his gambling addiction, he lost almost everything he had including his family when my mother attempt to file a devorse case against him but luckily it stopped when he committed a promise to reduce his gambling activity. That is why I always remember to have a moderate gamble of what you can afford, gambling is good but chasing money on it is not good. Nevertheless, everything now is online due to the pandemic and I am sure it will reduce those who craving in gambling because there is no way to go into the casino.
2598  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 14, 2021, 12:05:05 PM
Guys, I believe is time to move on for"KYC" discussion this discussion already over the past few weeks and become never ended discussion. If you feel disagree with the activity of Roobet Team for this KYC issue.

Then you can freely go on an alternative site, and you can always come back again while this KYC issue already removed by "Roobet Team" itself. Let's make yourself easy than rather make it hard of yourself even the KYC procedure already implemented the wagering all time is keep increase to next milestone.

Fun fact is that those who are against the KYC implementation in roobet are not even gamblers who actively playing in roobet. I haven't seen any real gamblers (whales) in roobet who are complaining about this thing as I believe they wont be really care about this thing since they are wagering a lot of money which is worth to fill the KYP up. It does not worth indeed for small gamblers or recreational gamblers so it is indeed about choice. Players are free to leave if they cant accept the rules.
^ Who knows, you will never know, one of those who commented in here is the big player on Roobet. Grin
That is right that players are free what they want if the site implemented such additional rules like this then it is up to them. Besides, level one verification is not about submitting a picture together with your valid ID, just like on the exchange site. There is nothing we can do and players have a right to decide, take it, or leave it. If you will trust the site then, KYC verification is not the problem.
2599  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrogensports scam making excuses to pay me my poker tournament winnings. on: May 14, 2021, 10:43:00 AM
^ As above was definitely right.
Probably if you are here in the forum or this section for years or months, you will be witnessed different threads created that against this gambling site, Nitrogensports. All I can say on this gambling site was working did not fair to their user, I prefer to look a new and have a reputation one than this.
It is full of bad and negative complaints towards them which is I think they are selectively freezing fund of users that they think did not follow their TOS, that has an advantage to them. Sorry for your loss, just try contacting them, and probably there will be a chance if you are lucky enough.

Guess celebrity will always be celebrity. Still like a normal person you can come across everyday.
Agreed that it is people's reaction that affected the market. They let someone else get into their heads and decided to do the same as the said person. While we can't blame people because anyone would have that hidden dream to be as rich as Musk, but they're being driven that easily.
^ Like what? I don’t really think that he is being reasonable at this point. Is he insulting the intelligence of the people around him? He is getting too far bud. Honestly, money was the main source of pollution. From the sourcing stage (the stage where they had to take down trees and cut them so they can produce a paper to print ), from the chemicals being used for the colors, from the machines they use to run the printer, and lastly, the things being financed by the money. Nevertheless, these are all polluting things money has given to us, so I don’t think BTC has to be demonized here.
