2581  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think financial stability is mandatory to be a gainer in Bitcoin invest? on: August 25, 2021, 04:30:05 PM
I think most of the answers are mixed one here. But, I would straight away say that it's mandatory to have financial stability. I know very well that if I am trading or investing then I am doing it out of the purpose of solving my financial situation or either I wanna increase whatever I have in my hands! In both the cases I think I must be very cautious about it because once you loose the money in crypto world you start with new mindset of gaining that loss back and go beyond. But in the process you can end up loosing more than what you have.
If in that period you come across an emergency situation then what would you do is the big question. So yeah, invest responsibly and only what you can afford to loose.
In this scenario, its always a great advantage for those investors who are financially stable rather than those small investors who are always aiming for quick profits. I think its not really mandatory but investors who are already rich before they come up investing in crypto have high opportunities to gain more because they mostly invest with huge capital so the returns is definitely a bigger amount too. But for those average investors, investing on the amount they can afford to lose is their main concern so the moment they gained profits, its not literally big.

For me, financial stability is not an issue since the main purpose of investing is to make profits and become progressive. So once we became capable of making our profits huge, then it will still lead to financial stability. It's just a matter of hardwork and patience.
2582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump on: August 24, 2021, 09:31:30 PM
It's time to get ready for profit, because now etherem has increased to $3.3K, which a few months ago ETH had dropped to $1.9K, but with the arrival of the London hard fork, etherem can grow and develop as it is now, with this positive trend, etherem  great opportunity to be able to break the new ATH this year.
Ethereum at its current price is $3,210 so its very positive and has even gained more momentum after its London hard fork. If this trend will keep on moving upward, then possible new ATH will be witness soon. Bitcoin and ethereum at the moment are definitely in positive prices so once bitcoin will reach its peak price this year, the higher chances for potential altcoins to be bullish too.

However, some price corrections might be inevitable this time as there are more chances for price corrections to happen everytime a coin is seen in its way leading to its new ATH. No need to worry as most of the time after a price dump, it even opens a new opportunity to strike its price higher. So just keep your faith.
2583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: AND YET ANOTHER FALL; A dip or A dump. on: August 24, 2021, 09:05:50 PM
Crypto community has been recording a great rise in prices in the past few days. Everyone has been saying the bull run has come again until this night when the prices of all the major cryptocurrencies. started falling again. Can this price fall be a Dip or the dump.
How can you determine a Dip or Dump? A few percentage drop in price? Its not really a solid indication that we are really heading down there until we do see it on our very own eyes
on whats happening in the market.

You would really just get yourself stressed out when you do really mind off always if its a dip/crash or dump.It cant be determined before the thing happens but you could able to
observe on how the market behaves.

Its totally unpredictable and this is why dealing with crypto market is never been easier on most people or by the majority.Experience and a mix of intuitive actions do matter.
The recent dump is just a healthy price correction and with this unpredicted market, it will always be expected. So no worries. The market remains stable this time as there has no record big dumps these days.

I think OP it's better to just enjoy on whatever is happening on the market. As long as this crypto market remains to be volatile, then you should not expect for its price to stay on top. It has its bulls and bears so when the current market is up, it will surely make price corrections in the later part. As long as you know when is the best entry and exit, then all will be fine. Just buy the dip and sell when its in peak.
2584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be more effective in the future on: August 23, 2021, 11:53:52 PM
Governments do have a different view of the existence of bitcoin in the first place and I don't believe that they don't know about the uses and advantages of bitcoin itself and have looked into it or are more focused but their final conclusion on bitcoin is banning or blocking it around them.
We don't know what the future holds or what will happen along the way not only with Bitcoin itself but in other cryptocurrencies as well. so be patient just follow the flow where bitcoin will go
Since bitcoin becomes a threat to fiat and its old financial system, then eventually it will be the cause of banning and strict restrictions were imposed on it. But things don't happen on what they expected. Instead, bitcoin has even gained more interest from those people who are tired from using the high inflation fiat. And even big companies have started to see the potentials of bitcoin and have adopted bitcoin into their transactions.

Bitcoin has become more successful and effective along with time. Although legalization is still not yet observed in some countries, but we know exactly that bitcoin has improved a lot and and it will be more progressive in the near future. With more interest and usage from all over the world, then its legalization and adoption will become more possible.

2585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to understand that you are making a mistake? on: August 23, 2021, 09:57:07 PM
Have you ever had a situation when you realized that you were making a mistake, but you just keep on doing it. For example, buying some kind of hype shit coin about which you are absolutely sure that in the end it will become garbage, but in the short term there are chances to get a good profit, but in the end everything turns out the other way around.

Share your stories.
I do have few experiences with the same result, buying shitcoins is too risky yet many are still hoping to get an easy profit in short term and that includes me though I don’t have regrets on doing this because I have a specific budget for this one and I don’t buy all the shitcoins just a new one with a good hype. If you can’t take the risk, don’t do it and just buy the good one.
I think everyone has also experienced that because of the profits that is waiting ahead even for a short period of time. For me, investing in those shitcoins is not that bad since you also made short profits on it and as long as you only invest the amount you can afford to lose. But never expect that all shitcoins are somehow profitable because most of them are definitely trash coins that should always be avoided because its only a waste of time and money.

Still, we should always trust those reliable coins that have high potentials to grow in the future and those that are mostly trusted by all investors. Bitcoin and ethereum are always its good examples and even with some high potential altcoins that has good performance in the crypto market.
2586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 23, 2021, 08:20:54 PM
you can confirm that by searching in google, I did a quick search and have not found any information that Leonard will join the Spurs, and you are right, he just recently renewed his contract so there's no chance he can play in his old team. In addition to that, we have to remember that Leonard demanded a trade when he was still with the Spurs that's why he got traded to DeRozan, so it doesn't make sense that he will get back to the Spurs to play again.
Really ...I was wrong and I believe I misinterpreted this information.

Well, I believe Kawhi Leonard and PG are still excellent players and can make the Los Angeles Clippers a strong and competitive team (with little chance of being champions of course).

But for your chances to increase I believe it is necessary for the Clippers to bring another excellent player to join the team!!

Who would that player be?

For some teams to be successful, they needed a big 3 but the Clippers at the moment have no big 3.
I guess they need a good center, a dominant one and they'll be a good championship contender IMO.

If they only have Drummond who already sign with the 76ers, he could be a big help to increase their chances in the next season.

2587  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The more popular Bitcoin is, the more valuable it is? on: August 20, 2021, 08:00:58 PM

Recently, there as been a lot of discussion about using Bitcoin to pay or employers to pay salaries using Bitcoin.

There is a lot of hype among Amazon, Apple, and Tesla about accepting Bitcoin as a payment method. Many of them say that the adoption is better, but if the company converts a large amount of Bitcoin paid by customers into legal tender, it will give Bitcoin. The currency brings a lot of selling pressure.
Bitcoin is limited. Everyone uses Bitcoin for payment and daily transactions. Bitcoin is becoming more and more popular. Many people know that Bitcoin also has countries that set Bitcoin as legal tender. If Bitcoin is used to pay salaries, is it necessary to collect taxes?
Bitcoin is becoming more and more common for daily payments. If it is more convenient for everyone to buy bitcoins and use bitcoins for daily payments, will the price of bitcoins get lower and lower?

bitcoin will be very expensive if more and more people use it.
if humans already use bitcoin in everyday life, bitcoin will be increasingly popular and the price will be more expensive, especially if bitcoin is used to pay employee salaries, bitcoin users will increase therefore the price of bitcoin will continue to rise.
on the other hand there will be a bad impact if bitcoin has been used to pay employee salaries, the government will definitely issue an order to pay taxes for using bitcoin to pay employee salaries.
Precisely. Once bitcoin will be used as a daily payment system, then it will not be an excuse anymore from paying taxes too. However, this will create a good motivation that if bitcoin will be more recognize and utilize as a payment system, then it will gain more demand from the market seeing its value more likely to increase.

But i'm also looking forward if the government will start adopting bitcoin in the future, will it's value become more stable or maybe less volatility by then. We will find out then when its happening there already. But one thing i am certain is that as long as people continue to use bitcoin, then it will always have its own value.
2588  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency: The Future of Finance in a New World Order? on: August 20, 2021, 07:32:13 PM
In 2009, the first cryptocurrency -Bitcoin-, officially launched and since then has continued to roll into a snowball effect that poses a serious threat to the existence of conventional finance. As much money as the restless World Central Bank, the government seems helpless and dragged into the vortex of the evolution of the world's financial system. The Covid-19 pandemic has become a catalyst for forcing the entry of all financial and banking industry sectors into the digitalization era. Imagine a concept of a world without physical currency. It is strange, but real. Money will be removed and replaced with a digital currency system.
looks strange indeed if we look at the situation today . Like the impossible. But this could be something that could happen in the future . Needs force everyone to understand technology and the internet. So I don't think anything is impossible in the future. Depends on whether humans are able to develop this much deeper
I don't think that crypto currency is a strange thing to implement in society because it is currently a solution to a centralized economic system that has already worsened the economic condition itself because the Central Bank as the monetary regulator in every country does not carry out its function properly, inflation that occurs continues to increase every year, even though from theory inflation is a sign of the country's growth, but if it is not controlled, let alone supported by large foreign debts, it will cloud their situation, making regulations for  their momentary interest.

Crypto is not here to compete from fiat or the physical money but it's a good alternative when this financial system wherein we are already used is not becoming helpful already. We all know that we are already facing the digital age but seems the government is not ready yet. I think it will only be a matter of time before the government adjust to start having digitalization as the new future for finance system.

And crypto will be a good replacement for the old financial system because it's making the whole system more convenient and eventually more secured compared to our present system wherein transparency is not being seen and i think the government officials are even liking it for their own interest. Sad but it's really happening.
2589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Explanation Why Cryptocurrencies Are Not Legalized? on: August 20, 2021, 06:59:49 PM
what do you mean by not legalized? your post doesn't explain much about it, and it looks like a general description about bitcoin instead. i suggest you google crypto regulation first, you'll find out that government has been regulating the space for quite some time now.
They should keep regulating but it's not going to work on decentralized projects like BTC for example, the gov hate everything they can't control and BTC dev/creator is no where to be found which is a very good thing, Nakamoto saw this coming 💯
Bitcoin was created by Satoshi so we can have all the freedom on our own money and take its full control. But since the government don't want to legalized the things that are uncontrolled by them so definitely, bitcoin has always been denied for legalization. And since its highly decentralized, totally different from fiat which is fully centralized. Instead, they put high restrictions in bitcoin and the rest of the cryptocurrencies in the crypto market.

But for some countries, their leaders were able to see bitcoin's potentials for their country's economy and came up legalizing it. El Salvador was a great example where bitcoin has become a legal tender and if this one will work out, might as well other countries will start legalizing bitcoin or crypto too.
2590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With all your assets, Investing in Bitcoin is really a madness or beneficial ? on: August 20, 2021, 03:06:48 PM
They obviously hit it big in hindsight, but would you have called that move smart when you've heard it then? Also...

In 2017, CNBC spoke to the Dutch family of five when they were in the process of liquidating their assets — from a profitable business and 2,500-square-foot house, to their shoes — and trading it all in for the popular cryptocurrency and a life on the road.

Nearly four years and 40 countries later, Taihuttu and his family still don’t have bank accounts, a house, or all that much by way of personal possessions. All of the family’s savings remain tied up in highly volatile cryptocurrencies.

I don't think there's a lot of people who would be into that lifestyle, or would be willing to drop their entire lives for that matter. If you ask me, this probably had a lot to do with wanting to live life on the road, and not just trust in Bitcoin. It's fun to think about, and I'm glad it worked for them, but I imagine they're in a miniscule minority.
I'm glad that their strategy had worked. Otherwise, they might had lose all their assets all for just a single mistake. For me, what they did is totally a very big decision that brings a lot of risk. So i won't suggest doing that as it would make your whole life miserable when things won't work out for you. It's still better to invest only on the amount you can afford to lose, be it small or big.

However, risking your assets is not that bad. At the end of the day, it's your own decision that will prevail. If you lose, you should be ready for its consequences, but if you end up making huge profits, then everything you started is definitely worth the wait.
2591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: August 20, 2021, 02:02:47 PM

If they would see soo much demand with Casimero vs Inoue then he might consider on pushing it to happen but lets take this a pinch of salt because we dont know
on whats up to their minds.

Casimero is already popular, so I believe they already know that the demand for the fight is high, however, the promoter is also looking about the possibility of the outcome of the fight, if Inoue would lose in the fight, that would be the end of his future and Bob Arum would not be able to earn from his investment on Inoue.
2592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: August 20, 2021, 08:18:22 AM
Ugas does not have the speed and probably the power to defeat Pacquiao, he is just like a counter puncher but with the style of boxing of Pacquiao which is in and out, we might probably see a scenario like Pacquiao vs Clottey here whom Pacquiao's opponent is just fighting to survive, not to win.

We all knew that Pacquiao's greatest strength when it comes to boxing is his speed and I guess this feature of him didn't change even his aged now. Also, he has still his powerful left punch that records many knock outs and that is what makes his fight watched by many people especially his fellow Filipinos. However, I haven't made some take a look on the profile of Ugas but I bet that this man is the best opponent that they could give to Pacquiao in exchange of  Errol Spencer. The fight will going to happen tomorrow and there we could see the result of our speculations.

We didn't look at Ugas that much because we are a bit disappointed as we are expecting a tougher opponent for Manny Pacquiao. However, since Ugas is the champion and the real champ is the challenger, this makes the fight very interesting to watch and we should not miss his one.

Additionally, we cannot assure that Manny will still fight after this, so would you miss a possible last fight of the legend?
2593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol on: August 19, 2021, 09:54:40 PM
I like the fight but I don't like they to be in a catchweight, Canelo has fought once in LHW already defeating Kovalev. Although they have admitted that he won't be fighting at LHW and obviously goes down to 168 as his home weight. However, Bivol is the champion in LHW, so for Canelo to be really called LHW champion he needs to go back up again to 175 lbs so that there will be no excuses or arguments if he beats Bivol.
Yes, Canelo already defeats Kovalev at 175, therefore he can beat LHW champs no problem. But Canelo seems to realize that his best weight isn't 175. Imagine if Bivol agrees to fight at near 168, I think his chance is extremely slim. I've read Bivol's record and found it unimpressive. Only 18 wins with boxers who their name I've never heard. Bivol's hope only if Canelo agrees to fight at 175, betting that he won't be in his optimum condition to fight.
Even then it is difficult to see Canelo losing this fight even at that weight, Canelo right now is at his prime, he has his best physical condition, his body can take the most damage and he now has enough experience to create an intelligent plan for the fight, honestly I do not see him losing this fight regardless of the weight, I know that Bivol is good but it is not anywhere close the level Canelo is in right now.

He fought different fighters already, even a taller and bigger fight but we can still see how he dominated the fight. Caleb Plant is perfect on his record, but his KO rate is very low, so I would assume that he is not a heavy hitter and he needs to win in points and don't allow Canelo to hurt him if he want to have chances on judges scorecards.
2594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your betting budget on: August 19, 2021, 09:39:35 PM
In my opinion, setting a monthly budget for yourself in order to limit spending money is a good idea, but I try to play gambling is not regular so as not to develop a gambling addiction (as in Pavlov's famous experiment with the dog when the dog has a new conditioned reflex), so my budget is allocated for one game and is no more than $100.

I do follow the same principle that each month on particular month I keep an x amount fixed for the playing or say for fun. If I lose that say on the very next day too than whole month I will be away as cannot input more capital as monthly budget allocated is finished. And in case if win certain amount during that month then that will be my bonus amount. This just helps to be in limits.

I really envy you!

You have a very strong will.  You are a very disciplined person.  These qualities of a human character are very helpful in life.  Especially in training and business.  Most players suffer big losses due to lack of discipline.

I wouldn't be surprised if your gambling win statistics are positive.  I cannot boast of that.  I am a very emotional and gambling person.  By temperament I am choleric.

You are probably sanguine or phlegmatic.  A balanced nervous system is a huge plus.  Although phlegmatic people do not make decisions quickly enough.

However, they make correct and informed decisions!

There's no need to envy man, as a gambler, you know the risk, therefore you need to know how to manage the risk.

Some people learn from their mistakes and they had developed to be a disciplined gamblers, it's just a matter of mindset, like managing your business, you should know up to how much you can risk and so if you''ll lose which is likely for most gamblers, you'll never lose more than you can't afford to lose.
2595  Economy / Economics / Re: Die today, Die tommorrow, the same dying! still get vaccinated! on: August 19, 2021, 08:33:33 PM
Vaccine is just another layer of protection to prevent against the virus. Though its not 100% you will be safe as even after 2nd dose some of them have got virus but that is hardly a percentage when compared to overall. So this proves that vaccine is effective as compared to those who are not at all vaccinated.
Some of the reactions could happen as depending on the body type or some pre ailment disease.
So everyone who has been vaccinated is only protecting their body to be even more immune to the virus, to be honest I have vaccinated because this is a program from the government so that every citizen is required to be vaccinated. the body but it's also the other way around, it's even worse after being vaccinated.

Indeed, in reality, how from our bodies, is it strong or not, of course, all of this must have a doctor's examination to make it safer after vaccination, but is it really mandatory in other countries?

Actually, it is not mandatory in my country, except for people who directly work for public facilities, it is obligatory for the employee to take the vaccine, if he refuses, he must be prepared to accept the risk of being unilaterally dismissed by the company.

With regards to vaccine, our government provides this law that no vaccine, no work policy is not allowed but they are encouraging the whole countrymen to get vaccinated because its one way of preventing covid 19. So far, most of the citizens here got vaccinated already before the vaccine runs out.

I myself will eventually take the vaccine maybe a couple of days from now. The heresays about vaccines making your death faster is terribly nonsense. Its just an excuse for all those people who never gets educated about the vaccine.
2596  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a safe haven? on: August 19, 2021, 07:33:21 PM
Because Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are subject to volatility, there’s no way for us to see this as a safe haven. I could say that this is a great alternative for us to put our savings without third party interference. However, risks are always there and you have to acknowledge.

Bitcoin isn’t designed for short-term, but it is long-term. Make sure that only invest what we can afford to lose and learn how to manage our risks on Bitcoin.
When it comes to volatility, bitcoin and other crypto assets are definitely not safe. But when it comes to an investment, bitcoin is definitely my top choice so i'm considering it a safe haven. Although it cannot replace fiat since its not adopted legally, but the value it has is enough to sustain our life's needs even in our retirement days.

However, on the view of the government, bitcoin is definitely not safe as a currency although its safe from inflation, but for most of us in the crypto community, bitcoin become our best asset and take it fully as a safe haven.
2597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge gains and still holding ? on: August 18, 2021, 10:36:44 PM
That's human nature, when you get something big, you want to get something bigger. You don't have to say anything to the person, time will tell you about your choice.
Regret never comes early.

Not only nature, but also fact. you have to know the fact. Most traders have fixed a portion of their profits. They are now expecting another small dump and waiting to buy at the lowest low. Although there has been a huge gain, most traders think that the price of Bitcoin will go up to 90K by December, along with the price of Altcoin. So it makes sense to hold on at the moment, because you don't know when the market will pump, maybe you won't have a chance to buy later.
Hodling even if you are already able to create huge gains is already part of being greedy. And there's no way we can avoid that but only to control it as much as we can. It's really a human nature that nobody gets satisfied, he'll definitely look for more things to make himself more overwhelmed.

But hodling bitcoin regardless of how many years you want before selling is never a problem. Because we have seen the path of bitcoin and its always going straight forward as months and years pass by. Maybe with altcoins its quite difficult to do it because most of them are only good for pump and dump.
2598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are some individuals hostile to Bitcoin? on: August 18, 2021, 10:04:08 PM
We always know that everything in the world will be two: like and dislike.
People will like something, and others will dislike that thing.
So does Bitcoin. Moreover, Bitcoin is something that is very popular and influencing around the world, Bitcoin can change people life, from poor to rich, from rich to super-rich, but Bitcoin may also turn people from rich to poor
Everything about Bitcoin always involves value, issues, FUD, but also hopes and expectations there.

And many people who don't like Bitcoin are sometimes those who don't want the financial system in the world disturbed with the wealth of having BTC maybe. And because they also don't know what Bitcoin exactly. Moreover, they only know Bitcoin from media with the negative sides.
Exactly. Mostly, those people are already close minded when it comes to bitcoin because they have been used already using traditional system so there's no way bitcoin will take its position.

I believe those people don't even know bitcoin exactly, how it will be functional and the high price that is associated in it. All they know is fiat which is in accordance with their old system.
2599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: August 18, 2021, 09:31:31 PM
but PatBev doesn't have that talent at all, once upon a time he was a great defensive player but nowadays he is not even that anymore.

I disagree with that, if you see his contribution in the playoffs, you might change your statement. I believe the talent is there, in fact, I'm impressed with his defensive skills but the only problem is his attitude as he anymore playing based on the rules of the game, he lose the sportsmanship and he was just too arrogant to think that he can guard and possibly hurt anyone.
2600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: August 18, 2021, 09:13:38 PM
Who's going to fight first?

I think Casimoero's strategy is very effective, Inoue was disrespected by him so he wants to fight him now.

Here's the latest news about that.

Inoue takes notice of Casimero antics: ‘Please organize a match’
Smells like this fight would really push through rather than on Donaire vs Inoue but lets see if Donaire would be still next on line to fight with the monsters but it seems there would be some changes in the wind on here.

Big changes because Inoue can't just let this go as he is already heavily disrespected, showing dirty finger in the live television, that is very disrespectful as the fans of Inoue had already seen it. They were disrespected and they are pushing Inoue to fight, that's the reason why Inoue wants this to finish once in for all.
