I have noticed the same thing. I think these are initiated but not completed orders. This would explain 0 transactions at the recipient address. Each time a new order is initiated, a new receiving address is generated. And since the ETH address is always the same I assume it is the same user, but he initiate exchange multiple times for some reason. That's the thing, it's the depositing address that has 0 transactions and 0 BTC balance not the recipient address. Every single one of them with 0. Perhaps they may not be completed but if you look at the API page, the completion deadline is 15 minutes after the transaction is initiated and all of them are at least 1 hour old now. |

This is a good move by the dev to support the community who stood by the coin, rather than ignoring the situation. Still it can be a bit tedious for people who hold a lot of other crypto coins in that exchange. Too bad no exchange provide the "Sign message with address" functionality, but for obvious reasons indeed.  It may be more convenient for you but it certainly isn't safe. Yesterday, I read a thread in the Meta section by someone who got scammed by another BCT member who forged an escrow deal one of the most trusted members on this forum using a photoshopped image. So, your convenience will have to take a back seat this time. As for losing gas, which I'll admit is an issue, I'm fairly certain the only reason he wants people to send out their coins before giving him control is so that you won't assume he's trying to steal them. Feel free to leave them in there if you trust him so much even though I doubt he'll go ahead with the "operation" to avoid the very real threat of liars claiming he stole their coins and demanding compensation. internal transfer to your account via support? There is something particularly strange about the transactions listed on the front-page of your site. For these ones:  They are all initiated from seemingly unrelated BTC addresses but withdrawn to the same Ethereum address - 0x677355689AA4c809Def879eA06f66939db782F47. However, those BTC addresses are not unrelated; they all have 0 BTC balances and have 0 transactions.

NovaExchange TME RecoveryThe ELIX developers are moving forward with a plan to recover TME locked in NovaExchange. As NovaExchange has not initiated plans to work with the developers to remove this TME, the developers have chosen an alternative option. The process of recovering TME in NovaExchange is not ideal, but we are dedicated to helping those who purhased TME turn their holdings into EXOR, which they may then turn into ELIX. Note: If NovaExchange opens withdrawls or deposits, the developers will not be able to move forward with this plan but will consider alternative possibilities. To recover TME you have stuck in NovaExchange: 1. Move all digital assets except your TME out of your NovaExchange account. 2. Change your email if you wish to protect your privacy. 3. Create and set a temporary password for your account. Email elixirtoken@gmail.com with the following information: 1. Your NovaExchange username and temporary password. 2. The address to which you would like an equal amount of EXOR credited. This should be a personal wallet, not an exchange wallet. If you use an exchange wallet, you will not be able to access your EXOR. We will then email back with a request #, which will be used to organize this process. Afer the removal of TME from NovaExchange (scheduled for September 30th), the developers will credit the addresses specified with EXOR. Please be patient regarding email commmunications as we expect to receive many claims. Addresses will be credited after the delisting of TME to make sure the process goes smoothly. Guys, all indicators say this is a scam.
What is your indicators? Explain in detail No team. Not quite. There is a team, they're just anonymous (which isn't exclusive)... with names. No terms of service. Um, ToS for what exactly? An exchange in beta? Only name on the entire project (the escrow) pulled out because WCX wouldn't give any contact information. On the contrary, there have been quite a few names mentioned especially when the thread was locked and they were given -ve trust. And there's one on the "public Trello board". Hiding contact information on domain. So? Forum member bypasses beta login with ease, indicating poor coding practises. That's funny. Lots of newbie accounts standing up for them (look below). True, however, there are even more newbie accounts and alts of more mature members here who drive through with their one sentence scam accusations much like yours. One such alt is gintrux. Their Trello which has bugs to fix is public (why?!), yet only goes back to 1st Sep. Aren't you scraping the bottom of the barrel here? This is what I've discovered in less than an hour. Mhmm, save for the last one, your "discovery" has been plastered throughout the pages of this thread. |

If you have a post of the first page, you can help by adding the logo to your post. Any update on the website? I mean, do take all the time you need to make it as snazzy as possible (district0x anyone?) but a little update/spoilers will be nice. As for having the logo in the OP, I think you should still post it now. Sure, it won't show up as a loaded image but people reading through will still see it's an image link and probably click it, and there's an added advantage in that it'll automatically load when you rank up so you don't have to worry about it later on. |

Hey, I don't think I've posted in here before. I joined the TME airdrop because airdrops are awesome. I checked the topic occasionally and when I saw there were some problems with code and the following delist from nova I stopped.
I found out about the ELIXIR reboot yesterday and I must say I'm awed by dev's fortitude in continuing the project. Most people would have given up by now. Dev could have said 'fck this' and have started a new project but this dev sticked with it and is even sorting out peoples TME balances on Novaexchange as we speak.
@dev, do open up a slack. Its a platform that works better than telegram or discord. That's false. Discord is miles ahead of slack and Discord's desktop app isn't the kludgy browser-wrapper of a mess that slack is. It will allow community development/commitment to take place in a coordinated manner. This is even more possible on Discord. The kludgy browser-wrapper of a mess is a descendant of IRC and to me it makes more sense than discord, which is a descendant of teamspeak. Even if this is true, it's not exactly relevant. I see slack used in a lot of of projects and it does its job pretty well. That I can actually agree with. In fact, I'll go as far as saying 99% of projects here use slack exclusively for some weird reason, and it hurts. Apart from having the most unreasonable set up system I've ever seen (creating an account for each slack, skipping the same "welcome" tutorial, closing the same "turn on notifications" banner, etc.) and probably the most hackable bot, the desktop app is almost unusably slow and laggy. Sure, my PC isn't great, but, I have at least 4 other Electron apps (one of which is being used to type this comment) that blow slack out of the water in terms of speed. |

That is grossly inaccurate. Meteor JS's initial release January 20, 2012 while React's was March 2013 (public release in May of that year). It wasn't until around March 2015 when React was open-sourced that it started getting all the buzz. That's not "nearly the same time". Edit: In case you doubt this, here are the google trends for Meteor vs. React over a 5 year period (images link to the trends):   As is evident, React was nowhere when Meteor was having all the glory. Even in 2015 when WC launched, Meteor still ran several circles around React in terms of popularity. |

If you can't remember what that is, it's the (forex) exchange/broker the gintrux/zhuldzukovya alt account claimed the owners of are responsible for WCX, and WCEX is supposed to be Whale Club EXchange (it's a perfect fit). Is there evidence for this? Not really. However, WhaleClub: - is based in Hong Kong, just like WCX
- doesn't require any verification to use their service, literally. That's WCX's promise
- charges awesomely low fees compared to the rest. Also WCX's promise
- is literally the only website, other than WCX, to design their website that way. Of course this doesn't usually mean much since most sites today are bootstrap copy-pasta but I've not found a single site on the net that uses that same design.
- is run by anonymous individuals even though they appear to have names. A feature they also share with WCX.
- has an exchange (the exchange itself, not the site) designed pretty much like WCX. If you're in the beta, check out WhaleClub's and you'll see what I mean.
These could all be coincidences for sure but, if true, WCX will launch, fulfill all their promises, after all they've done it before, but (there's always a but  ) will steal your money through some very smarmy means. Yeah it's definitely well inspired from GDAX for dashboard lay design. Tradingview i think they offer they re chart integration, many broker have it.
I just checked and it's more than inspiration, it's practically a clone. Definitely closer to GDAX than WC but you can't clone what you precede; WC launched before GDAX. No dont think they are affiliated at all with WhaleClub. you can look source of the exchange in chrome browser on both exchanges, its completely diferent. the WhalecClub exchange use javascript in jquery Meteor framework. WCX is React
Of course it's different. React didn't exist when Meteor was in its hey days and switching now is more than just changing a class name. However, if you look at the file structure of their front pages, you'll see some funny similarities. |

I don't know if you seen it or tried it but the beta looks like GDAX, not at all WhaleClub. So maybe Coinbase is behind WCX?
I did try it yesterday, when I got my beta invite, and yes, I've had like 4 people not that it's got a GDAX skin. The similarity with WhaleClub has more to do with the TradingView integration, it's placement and layout in general. And WhaleClub isn't apparently which is why I was wondering why they didn't want to point out their affiliation with WCX. That is, until I started seeing all the threads about WC being a "bucket stop" exchange. |
