I was the one who posted the email I received that said my BTC investment would be returned: "We recently switched escrow managers and the payment you made during the presale was actually sent to the old escrow manager address. This happened to a few folks who bought during the presale while the old escrow address was displayed on the site. Do you have a refund address we can use to send you . . ."
I am just posting to let everyone know that my full investment WAS refunded to the BTC address I provided.
"You can resend those at a later date to our new escrow address. The WCXT tokens in your balance will remain intact."
I have not heard back from them at this point with a new address, but it is true that my WXCT token balance has remained intact (I'm sure if I do not reinvest they will disappear). Although I would like more transparency regarding team members and the company overall, to this point they have done as they said they would do. Since my funds were returned I have to consider whether to trust them a second time. It really comes down to whether or not I think they can reach their goal of becoming the leading exchange. That is a very lofty goal. I do like the profit-sharing program--that gives token holders a huge incentive to help the exchange be a success. If they are truly customer-centric and have the expertise to build according to customer wants, then I think they have a decent chance of success. Of course, there are a lot of unknown variables, including the recent regulatory moves by the Chinese government.

Great news, thanks.

Guys, all indicators say this is a scam.
What is your indicators? Explain in detail No team. No terms of service. Only name on the entire project (the escrow) pulled out because WCX wouldn't give any contact information. Hiding contact information on domain. Forum member bypasses beta login with ease, indicating poor coding practises. Lots of newbie accounts standing up for them (look below). Their Trello which has bugs to fix is public (why?!), yet only goes back to 1st Sep. Also appear to be preventing archive.org/wayback machine from saving website. This is what I've discovered in less than an hour. @Morguk lol you're a little late FUD muffin. WCX already delivered their exchange it is live
Little newbie account muffin, go and get a job instead of shilling crap.

Guys, all indicators say this is a scam.
What is your indicators? Explain in detail No team. Not quite. There is a team, they're just anonymous (which isn't exclusive)... with names. No terms of service. Um, ToS for what exactly? An exchange in beta? Only name on the entire project (the escrow) pulled out because WCX wouldn't give any contact information. On the contrary, there have been quite a few names mentioned especially when the thread was locked and they were given -ve trust. And there's one on the "public Trello board". Hiding contact information on domain. So? Forum member bypasses beta login with ease, indicating poor coding practises. That's funny. Lots of newbie accounts standing up for them (look below). True, however, there are even more newbie accounts and alts of more mature members here who drive through with their one sentence scam accusations much like yours. One such alt is gintrux. Their Trello which has bugs to fix is public (why?!), yet only goes back to 1st Sep. Aren't you scraping the bottom of the barrel here? This is what I've discovered in less than an hour. Mhmm, save for the last one, your "discovery" has been plastered throughout the pages of this thread.

Coiner, I find it incredibly interesting how defensive you are about this project.
Any level headed person would say that the combination of the above is very suspicious, especially in this space!
If you are denying it's not suspicious in any way, you are either over invested in this project, a shill or an idiot.

An ad hominem is not a valid argument. Wash your face and come back when you have a rebuttal.

An ad hominem is not a valid argument. Wash your face and come back when you have a rebuttal. Why would I post a rebuttal to the following.. "they're just anonymous... with names". "So?". "That's funny". Then I take it that you accept your "evidence" - "No team", "hiding contact information on domain" and having a beta bypassed - is nonsense. Got it. Out of interest, you say there is a team, how do you know that? I know it because I've spent more time on this thread than the (claimed) 1 hour you needed to post your drive-through scam accusation. You really didn't think about that, huh? Please provide evidence. Apart from the fact that it is you who needs to provide evidence for your list of supposed evidence, I'm not going to spoon-feed you since you clearly don't deserve it. The pagination facility provided by BCT is open to everyone and very easy to use so help yourself out. Start around page 50 and you might just stumble on the post with an email screenshot that had a name and another post that had another name when they decided to lock the thread. Also, use your eyes to view the Trello board you found so interesting and you'll see yet another name.

If so I'll stick with my ad hominem and call you a retard. Funny how you will take the time to reply, but not show any proof of a team because you don't want to spoon-feed me? Not a fan of Vitalik but his signalling theory quote works well here.

If so I'll stick with my ad hominem and call you a retard. And seeing as that is not a valid argument, you fail yet again at helping your case. But seeing as you had none to begin with I guess WCX should be thankful you're bumping their thread for free. Funny how you will take the time to reply, but not show any proof of a team because you don't want to spoon-feed me? Not a fan of Vitalik but his signalling theory quote works well here.
I've seen better attempts at reverse psychology. This is pathetic at best.

Does anyone know the total number of wcx?
1 Billion Not quite right! Not more than 1 billion. If the project collects $ 50 million at the ICO, it means there will be only 500 million coins. Less coins, more profitability for investors. Today I saw that the WCX appeared on Icoalert - this is a good sign.
