was only aware of other people complaining on the play store. Lets continue to get the word out so new people don't open new wallets there

how do i install the ELEOS wallet app on windows? right now all my coins are on suprnova, and its making me nervous...
it doesn't work on windows, every new release is a failure. Joshua, the guy that is claimed above as a star, wrote it, ignoring the ZEC/ZCL working wallets. What he did is POS and says a lot about his programming and architecture skills as he chose web software to run a desktop application, same with the bugs that keep pop up on the node software. Luka is trying to have the wallet working but he's facing an uphill battle as he is dealing with spaghetti code. This one is working fine to me https://mega.nz/#F!QNxlmAQT!N2tcaaNxu6V10aP6zt3dIwnot downloading from an unknown source. I love my coins (until I sell them of course)

Why use a wallet like that? There are many much more reputable wallets out there. Something like Jaxx would be a better choice, not sure if they have added XMR support yet though.
Jaxx canceled XMR aka Monero integration few weeks ago. As XMR is not based on pure bitcoin it is not that easy for light wallets to add it. I also know that coinomi had some issues to add XMR for instance (coinomi is a lightweight android wallet) and at end they are waiting for devs to sort things out to make it easier to integrate XMR to coinomi, but are still waiting. Here is an article about jaxx and Monero : https://cointelegraph.com/news/jaxx-cancels-monero-integration-cites-difficulties-working-with-community I am fairly confident that XMR might even be added to jaxx in the future, will wait and see. If free wallet has a problem with xmr then they should have canceled it like jaxx did. Someone from there contacted me wanting to know a txid. But their server refuses a transaction so never creates a txid or course. Same old same old . Scammers always have excuses. Just glad I don't have any really sized monero in there. But other people maybe on the hook for a lot more. The complains on the play store have started to accumulate

That growth can't go on forever. Important words there. I'm still struggling to understand why so many people denies the idea that we are in the third big bitcoin bubble. Every single time it went parabolic in the past, it went downhill pretty hard after. I understand each bubble has their context and this one is particularly bullish thanks to world wide media attention, but it will probably end. However maybe we are only halfway through and it might rise up to 4k or 5k, nobody knows a commodity only value is to be used and consumed like gold, silver, oil, etc otherwise is worth zero, nothing. Bitcoin has no use at all as a commodity. Perhaps as a way to protect against devaluing currencies but that's a very risky proposition with BTC wild price swings. Its previous use in black market transactions is now being replaced by ALT coins. For example the hacker group Shadow Brokers only takes zcash. Alpha Bay has added monero and as of july 1st zcash. As such the future of bitcoin is very dark. For every dollar you spend in BTC someone has to replace it with another dollar otherwise BTC value will go down by a dollar. It really doesn't matter where it trades now, its all speculation. But the rise of ETH, XMR, ZEC and others shows where the market is going and what the market needs are. Unless people starts to be paid in crypto (the replenishment I talked before) the prices will go down once the speculators leave the room.

I think, despite all the issues ZEN has right now it's a good investment. I would like to compare to ETH after DAO hack, when price crashed. Some people panic sold and lost a lot of money and others decided to hold because they believed in project. I like the idea of ZEN and the team so for me there is no doubt it's going to be a success.
Maybe you're right, but damage is done and this price is just a indicator of trust level. Correction made after that dump is not sustainable and now creates false hopes. I will wait for a while to see what will happen but so far ZCL slowly becoming a winner of this game. I also thought so, but as we see now the price of ZCL even lower than it was for last few weeks before all that. I believe in both ZEN and ZCL but i think that ZCL is going to hit a bottom one or two times more before it's going to go up. I don't believe ZCL has much upside in the short term. From what I can tell, there isn't even any active development. I'm not certain about that though, so please correct me if I'm wrong. You are right it's doesn't matter what people/devs of zen speak .... zcl it's over, it's dead with no devs . well. I think ZEN is over too. Lets see, no TLS, no IPFS, the 2 major selling points of ZEN. Now add Z address coins converted from ZCL are stuck and can not be sent out, a stupid javascript wallet that doesn't work on windows and starts 3 processes 2 of them connecting to the gpu (wonder why....). If they ever get the TLS to work, the private messages will raise interest from the likes of NSA/CIA/FBI/.... as they could help setup terrorist attacks

I was experimenting with the online android wallets a year ago. 1 monero really doesn't worry me. But other people may have more or maybe thinking in using them. This is an alert for those people. I keep all of my coins on my computer. I don't even trust exchanges as they can be hacked

Alert - freewallet.org scam!!!!. For about a year or so have kept 1 xmr on freewallet.org Android wallet. I can not take it out. I have to assume they have spent the customers coins. Just another group of thief's is exposed when price goes up. History repeats itself. Stay away from freewallet you will get your coins stolen
Although I have not used the services of this site before, as I only restrict my use to only those site who's reputation mattered to them and they have successfully built over the years only for it to go down the drain. But the issue is have you tried contacting them, the response the gave will go a long way in proving they are truly scammers and why do you have to wait for a year before coming out. Because I had the coin forgotten over there.

Is this a fork of Zclassic that was a fork of Zcash? And what's the difference between this three criyptocurrencies?
none. ZEN promised secured nodes and IPFS that they have been incapable of delivering. This is just another scam coin, nothing new in crypto world

I have zen in my wallet under private address how to send it I've tried twice to send to a public address but it won't let me says it was sent but its not
i have them too. this is a coin developed by amateurs. They can not even have the secured node running that was the primary selling point. They can not even have a wallet running in windows lol their pos eleos wallet can not even communicate with the daemon

Is it still possible to exchange zcl for zen now?
yes, in your own wallet. Just copy your zcl wallet to the zen folder.

Hmm nothing I can do at the moment, I've tried all kinds of possibilites but the blocks simply get orphaned .. Not rejected, not errors whatsoever, they get mined fine and after the next block they're orphaned. I've compared transactions, blocks, nonces etc.. all is good, i've tried z-nomp as well with no luck..
I'll give it up for now, without any error message it's hard to debug as well.
What a madness OC. I guess they don't teach QA in college these days. It's easy to copy and paste and create a coin with a new name but modifying the code is not so easy, it requires skills and experience the devs obvious don't have. 2 weeks ago I wrote here their javascript (yack) elios wallet problems were a bad sign. Unfortunately I was right

An active development on new frontiers always has unforeseen issues. Itīs normal.
Zen will be love.
Hope so... It's sure giving the opposite impression of love just now I have a problem with this coin as it can be used by terrorists to send encrypted messages to each other. Its not going to be long until the CIA/NSA/KGB/you name it/ will be after this coin developers It's not the only, or first or even last that has that potential problem. this one takes it a step further that no other has achieved.

It's little bit unprofessional to do not release any compile binaries to the launch...
this ZEN team releases a Eleos wallet that doesn't run. Problem after problem. Instead of the ZEN team I would call them the POS team lol. Good idea of a coin that is going to die at the hands of inexperience

In version 12.5 there is a speed advantage ? Can we use the version 12.4.
12.5 is a slap in the face with a big F U to those saying he's not releasing new versions and to lower his fee
