261  Other / Meta / Re: About constructive post. on: September 14, 2016, 02:21:43 AM
Hi All,
Recently i noticed that every sig. campaign manager want to constructive post before wearing his sig. campaign regular rule one of. can anyone here to help me find out what do mean axactly a constructive post.

This have been asked multiple times before, see:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1204451.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1508097.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=990799.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1529377.0

TL;DR, posts are considered constructive when they contribute to the discussion/question of the thread. Of course, each campaign manager can have their own interpretation of constructive posts (it's a very broad description).
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Does a Kickstarter for Bitcoin exist? on: September 13, 2016, 11:56:03 PM
Kickstarter = Crowdfund site. There are a LOT of bitcoin crowdfund sites.
263  Other / Archival / Re: [AUCTION] Lot's of senior accounts on: September 12, 2016, 07:59:18 PM
The buyer should ask for a signed message if they don't want to get screwed later. Previously inactive users have showed up in large numbers since the news about the May 2015 database roaming around.

265  Economy / Services / Re: I will make you micro jop for 0.00034 on: September 12, 2016, 01:55:26 AM
This doesn't even make sense. Make a micro jop in exchange for some btc? WTH?
266  Economy / Speculation / Re: wtf is happening? btc drop on: September 11, 2016, 07:39:04 PM
Because the force of nature wills it. Hey, it's as good a guess as any.

...Seriously, it could be because of anything.
267  Other / Meta / Re: How many altcoins announced per day? on: September 10, 2016, 09:23:26 PM
Why would they?  This is a bitcoin forum.  Your post doesn't belong here in Meta.
It's a bitcoin forum with a huge altcoin section isn't it? Let me rephrase (to be more meta): Is there a way to sort posts by starting date and not by recent posts? Then we can see how many announcements are posted per day.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0;sort=first_post;asc

If you want to view other boards just change the number after 'board='.
268  Other / Meta / Re: If our account is hacked, can we get it by secondary password? on: September 10, 2016, 08:08:43 PM
What redsn0w said is true but whaddya mean by 'secondary password'? If you're talking about the security question then it's best not to use it because it's easier to break (according to theymos) and can get your account locked for security.
269  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: New Blockchain wallet sign message on: September 09, 2016, 01:38:59 PM
Get the private keys of the addresses you want to sign with, import them to electrum or some other wallet and sign from there.

To get your private keys, read this post (and the link I included there).
270  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] BTC [W] Paypal or paysafecard. on: September 06, 2016, 02:30:15 PM
Less than 1 hour ago you're looking for 0.75BTC and now you're looking for 0.7 paypal. Is this some kind of secret way of making profit?  Roll Eyes

You know, you can sign a message with an old address to clear things up.

the fuck he scammed me 100$ btc !!!!!

Create a scam accusation with proof.
271  Other / Meta / Re: My Old Account was Hacked somehow on: September 06, 2016, 01:59:10 PM
Follow the instructions in this thread to recover your account. Might wanna post the signed message in public because Cosmas is looking for a 0.75 skrill trade and asking for 0.45 loan at the same time.
272  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking for 0.75BTC paying in paypal or skrill. on: September 06, 2016, 01:55:20 PM
Someone claimed OP's account to be hacked. Both Cosmas' and mjsbuddha's (who did a flash trade and left positive trust to each other) password was reset very recently. And Cosmas is asking for 0.45 Loan.

I'm having a deja vu.

Archive of this thread.

This user changed his/her password recently.

It's way too high for a no collateral loan, anyway.

Edit:
Someone posted a thread claiming that Cosmas was hacked (no signed message yet). And Cosmas is currently looking for 0.75 paypal/skrill trade here with another user who was inactive since 2014 vouching for (and traded with) him.
274  Economy / Lending / Re: need loan on: September 06, 2016, 01:19:52 PM
You'll need collateral. That's 120 dollars you're asking and people don't just give $120 to strangers without assurance.
275  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk downtime, or just me? on: September 05, 2016, 10:34:12 PM
Yeah. At first I was getting time out error but it changed to smf database error (website checkers don't see this as down) in the last few minutes. Probably just server overload or something.
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: It's been a week since I posted a transaction, still not cleared on: September 05, 2016, 09:40:07 PM
Ran the following, but the TXN still shows up in the list.

Admin@Wallet ~
$ cd /cygdrive/c/Program\ Files/Bitcoin/

Admin@Wallet /cygdrive/c/Program Files/Bitcoin
$ ./bitcoin-qt.exe -zapwallettxs

Status: 0/unconfirmed
Date: 8/29/2016 22:12
To: 1LTqY3EWhptsj9rAyfvA1SFZnT58uEgVn1
Debit: -0.93160000 BTC
Net amount: -0.93160000 BTC
Transaction ID: b0271fa77f717e459860bd145e4f4496a5f80af9e0fb4b461fbf195fb1b7a227-000

It's zapwallettxes. You missed an 'e'. If it's done successfully you should get a little longer loading times because of the re-scanning.
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help for canceling my zero fee transaction with 2.1 BTC... on: September 01, 2016, 07:59:09 PM
Thanks.. I will try it .. but where is my 2.1BTC goes .. will it return back to my wallet
https://blockchain.info/address/1JvYyMcpL12zZrspX4PXRy54BCsTfAyWXM

Your 2.1BTC haven't really gone anywhere except the intended destination from what I see. 1JvYyMcpL12zZrspX4PXRy54BCsTfAyWXM is the intended destination, isn't it? I don't get why you keep posting that. It should return to your wallet if it never get confirmed and ended up getting dropped (it should've returned after you did zapwallettxes but not sure what happened).
278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help for canceling my zero fee transaction with 2.1 BTC... on: September 01, 2016, 07:24:52 PM
I used to have 4.84802738btc in my wallet . sent 2.1btc with no fee and rest 2.74 was showing as pending. after using -zapwallettexes , my wallet is showing 0 now..

you can check my transaction like and I am wondering where the BTC went ....

That transaction and address is the same ones you posted on the OP so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to make of them.

Try doing a rescan if it works (same way as -zapwallettxes but replace it with -rescan). Might not work because zapwallettxes do a rescan after deleting transactions but it's worth a try.

If that doesn't work you'll need to import your address to another wallet (I recommend electrum for this) and send from there. To get the private key for importing, go to "Help>Debug window> Console" and type dumpprivkey XXX. If your wallet is encrypted, enter walletpassphrase YYY 300 before dumping. Replace XXX with your address and YYY with your passphrase.
279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help for canceling my zero fee transaction with 2.1 BTC... on: September 01, 2016, 06:22:48 PM
I have tried your suggestion by using "run bitcoin-qt.exe with -zapwallettexes" . After it finished , I found pending translation was disappear but my wallet is short around 4.84802738 BTC ......Huh??   any idea how i can get my missing BTC back to my wallet?Huh?

https://blockchain.info/address/1JvYyMcpL12zZrspX4PXRy54BCsTfAyWXM

https://blockchain.info/tx/0d214e4818a606d0255564556c5b3b9424e1d6dad177823ba935f8253b952663

That's quite a specific amount, how do you know that exactly 4.84802738btc is missing? Does it show that amount anywhere? That's the amount of the input of the transaction and it shouldn't have disappeared because it's already confirmed.

280  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk API on: September 01, 2016, 02:21:01 PM
Only unofficial one and it's from 2013, so it may not work now.

Edit:
An official one will be available in the new forum, it seems.
