The customer swofty said he will taking the proper legal action against them since they have not paid him his winnings for an entire month and a week and a half now.
Does he know what the proper legal action is?

Do you?

Swofty is making chance of getting paid worse by taking this matter all over the internet. Best way to deal with these kind of situation is to work behind the scenes through legal means.

Me and a few others was in the same situation when we followed a syndicate service and ran up the winnings but we never brought it up publicly. My money wasn't as big as swofty's but combined with the others it was bigger than his amount.  Anytime when you have money in a book and if they are struggling to pay, best way is to do legal pressure. Publicly exposing before you get paid only makes your chance better because lot of people will start withdrawing in panic and they won't be able to honor any withdrawals.

Softy's story is spreading like wildfire and its mentioned in every major gambling boards and that is going to make things very difficult.
I am happy that victims are dressed to post their issues on forums, so I will get aware about the claims and potential customers. Smiley

But if it will come to the enforcement stage, I can only warn about hiring a lawyer! If you have an online casino issue, you need to engage a specialised lawyer like Game Protect uses.

Is this your special edition lawyer?

idc about your stupid rule, but please tell me you're NOT leaving this forum.

Ik you're probably sick of how bad things are, and how annoying it gets, but just wanted you to know that things happen for a reason.

I strongly suggest you to talk to someone, either a therapist/trustworthy friend/family member, about anything, and figure your shit out. Take a break, stop caring A LOT, but don't just quit things.

Take care of yourself, and I'll have you know that, a lot of us here love you too, and respect your decision.

Seeing a therapist over a fucking anonymous Internet forum filled with unimportant people? Are you serious?
Jesus Christ guys you should limit your time on here and go outside once in a while....

Morning all!

Fun format! Cheesy Its about to go down in the next 9 weeks.

Few questions :

Players split the pot of the Cloud they LOSE on, winners move on to next stage.

What if a single player manages to stay high enough? For example by the time we reach the 6th week, only one managed to make it, shouldnt he win the pool every time he wins? Or will it go unclaimed?

Honestly I hadn't thought about this, so thanks for bringing it up! I think the best way to do it is if there's one player left, and they manage to keep advancing, then they will receive all of the pot for the Cloud they finish on. Any funds that go unclaimed will be used for a raffle or added to next month's competition prize pool.

I'm open to suggestions though Smiley

Players start on Cloud 1 and each successful prediction will move them up.

Does this mean any player can re-start from Cloud 1 once they get disqualified if there are still more weeks ahead? They wont be able to reach the max prize but they are allowed to play again right?

Unfortunately once you are out, then you are out for good  Shocked

I might play with the format for future competitions (adding buybacks?), but I wanted to trial this as a take on the 'last man standing' predictor competitions I've seen in other places.

What format will the games be? Do we need to predict the score or just the winner? Cheesy Because one of these two is downright impossible.

Thanks for all the giveaways! Your competition formats are the most fun Ive seen done in here.

Unless we get high up the ladder with a large number of people still in, I'll likely stick to a simple Win/loss format to keep it simple (or win/loss/draw for relevant spots like soccer)

So the safety bet/safety net can be used only once during the 9-week long event?

Correct! My advice would be to save it for a week that you are completely unsure of the result, like a match with very close odds or a sport you aren't too familiar with.

Any other questions then please let me know! As I said this is a new format I'm trialing so i'm half-expecting there to be a few issues along the way, so if you spot anything then please drop me a message here or via PM.

I'll be announcing the first sporting event on Monday, but here's a hint: We'll be kicking things off with a cup tie!  Wink

Thanks, and have a great weekend!

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

I bet it would be either Chelsea - Tottenham or Arsenal - Man Utd  Wink
