261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON Dumps as CEO “Locked Down” in China Ahead of Warren Buffett Lunch on: July 24, 2019, 04:49:54 PM
How's he locked up and still tweeting? there is another news of him posting picture from San Francisco which won't be possible if he was in China. it doesn't add up. Tron sure took a hit, but it has rebounded since.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 50x !! on: July 23, 2019, 01:10:18 PM
looks good but I'm not sure if 50x is where they're going to be specially without any reasoning, but, to be fair 2020 July is one year from now and things can shift on your side but people on here would still like to hear your reasoning so they can make better decision.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coins Delisting on: July 23, 2019, 01:05:40 PM
It is always related to low volume and people not showing enough interest in said alt. It shouldn't be a problem as long as it's being traded on other exchange but if it's not like it happens to some alts then you'll be stuck with something that nobody wants.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why does BCH use BTC to gain popularity? on: July 22, 2019, 03:42:52 PM
I think many coins and not just bch attach to btc to gain popularity. for example, if btc reaches new high you will always get few altcoins who will try to ride its coattails. It's a matter of taking advantage of the market by attaching name to things that are already profitable in the crypto world.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover on: July 22, 2019, 03:38:07 PM
I don't think you can judge any altcoin by price action alone at least not in short term. You can only make a suggestion to your friends based on what you know, it is completely up to them from there on whether to invest or not. At the same time you don't wanna sound too pushy because then if they lose, they'll blame you but if they win you get no credit.  Smiley
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: High fees on some exchange! on: July 19, 2019, 01:16:52 PM
I can agree with that sentiment but you always an option if you choose to use it. You can either use dex or go with small exchanges who charge small fees or no fees for deposit and withdrawal. I find older exchanges are more likely to charge heap of fees due to their reputation. Exchanges that are just starting need more people so they will offer you less or no fees. Alternatively, you can wait till old exchanges offer you some kind of discount before withdrawing your alts. that is to say you're not in a rush.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MORE THAN $32 MILLION LOST TO CRYPTOCURRENCY SCAM on: July 19, 2019, 01:01:37 PM
It is no longer news or new to the cryptocurrency world that we saw several thousands of cryptocurrency project in the year 2018 but unfortunately, most of them died before their inception as a result of bad planning and implementation by the project team. Some of the are actually well planned scams prepared to extort fund from the unsuspecting newbies in the cryptocurrency investment.
Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) reported that over £27million equivalent to over $32million was lost to such scam in the year 2018 alone.
The purpose of this is to encourage the investors to be extremely careful in making a future cryptocurrency investment.

Phishing scams cost businesses half a billion per year and it's not related to crypto but we're not talking about it. Scams will continue to exist as long as there are people but I think bigger thing is what it teaches the system and how it protects itself from it in the future.
268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN INVESTMENT IS BETTER THAN NETWORK MARKETING? on: July 18, 2019, 01:19:30 PM
from my understanding most of network marketing is based on false promises and false lucrative opportunities that attract users. It can't function for a long time and once more people are aware of what is happening it stops bringing money. I'm sure there are good programs but for the most part it's just something that most people don't even need. Bitcoin on the other hand is completely different since it can teach you about investment and that is a learning you can take with you in any other market and it'll stick with you. I'm not sure if two of them are fair comparison.
269  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your Bitcoin price prediction for 1st September 2019 on: July 18, 2019, 12:34:49 PM
September is still bit far to tell but from what I can notice and keeping in everything in mind. I think we can easily get to around $17k by the September and further cross that $20k barrier in September. From that point on there would be correction before we climb further towards $30k mark.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Crowdholding - Bounty 2.0 or just the same as the rest? on: July 18, 2019, 12:30:27 PM
I don't see anything new to the mentioned ways mostly with microtasks. There's nothing new to it and its almost identical as bounty.
- You create a review, they pay you with their token or stakes.
- You test the product and they give you reward with tokens and stakes.

Yes. I think there has been many different projects in that past that have claimed to to do the same work but they're either created for the owner, by the owner and most of the profit goes to the owner. I also don't like how you get paid to upvotes, it would make it difficult to find what to invest in when everyone is getting upvoting everything. These sites generally don't make it too far in the ecosystem and you would be lucky if they run for more than few months.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: This Shows You When The Altcoin Season Starts! (Probably)! on: July 17, 2019, 01:35:12 PM
that's a great chart and where it could lead is hard to tell at this moment due to certain factors that have entered the market, which were not there before. It would be great if this happens and we're close to altcoin season which I think we probably are than we were before.
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest battle for Bitcoin's life is coming on: July 17, 2019, 01:27:38 PM
Which battle?  Can you provide more details and some source with your findings? from my understanding battle has been ongoing for years now from the day bitcoin came out and it has had its up and down.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about Siacoin? on: July 16, 2019, 04:00:07 PM
It had good potential back in the day when cloud storage was new idea but these days there are too many of them and cloud storage isn't that big of a deal than it used to be. Chances of high return in your investment is rather low compare to what it was.
274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now it's an all out war : Government Vs cryptocurrencies on: July 15, 2019, 01:27:36 PM
I think they're at war with corporations and really fighting for who will run the system in the coming future. As far as bitcoin, it's not new they have been against it every now and then but you would notice that fud starts dropping as soon as bitcoin price starts moving up. They are no where to be seen once value is stable.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Exchange asking to Login thru Facebook on: July 15, 2019, 01:21:08 PM
Obviously. Once they have fully implemented Libra all exchanges that partners with them will use Facebook as one more to way to login on their website. It's difficult to say how many people will use it but I definitely see it coming in the near future. Smiley
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why president Donald trump is not a fan of bitcoin? on: July 12, 2019, 01:34:11 PM
I just came from another thread brushing libra and bitcoin with same brush. He said nothing against bitcoin or crypto for that matter. Social media and him not getting along is one of the main reason for that post and it shouldn't concern anyone at least for now. He as anyone else has the right to have a personal opinion on everything including libr. We'll have to wait for more brief report to figure out what he really thinks and whether anyone should be concerned with this.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trump's statement against cryptocurrency on: July 12, 2019, 01:16:20 PM
What statement did he make against bitcoin? Can you please post a link since I couldn't find anything and it sounds like a rumor unless you're speaking of facebook libra which is completely separate investment. I find surprising that people are commenting but no one has posted a link.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Significant Moves In The Altcoin Market Are Now Overdue on: July 11, 2019, 01:11:21 PM
Give it a month or two and we'll have major altcoin rally that will be bigger than anything you have seen before. btc is moving nicely but there is still some struggle behind it which can be explained if you look at other things that have influence over its price.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the ETH reach $300 end of 2018? on: July 10, 2019, 12:40:28 PM
it would've been difficult if not impossible for eth to reach that level but this year looks much more promising and it has already crossed that level. It can easily go towards higher position by the end of this year but that depends on btc which I think would reach much higher position than it did last year or year before that.
280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people bought Bitcoin because of you? on: July 09, 2019, 04:00:30 PM
May be 4-8 I'm not so sure since I don't keep track of them but none of them are very close to me. They got the information from me and did their own research so I can't really claim that they bought it because of me. They were keeping track of it before they spoke to me though.
