261  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: So confused what is GAW ? on: October 03, 2014, 01:25:15 AM
Pleople who bough "hashlets" for $16 like 1 mounth ago, ROI inmediatly + profit, with the raises in the price, of the "primer hashlets".
(selling their mh/s for $30-$35-$40).

Still profitable?
Maybe, 50+ days.

Still confused.  I see Waffle Hashlet 1 $17.95 is ths $17.95 a mo ?  Why would it take 50 + days to see a return on $17.95 ? someone explain!

264  Economy / Speculation / Re: very simple question on: October 02, 2014, 06:47:54 PM
All the news about Bitcoin is positive, and investors are flocking to the crypto.  So why isn't the price going up?

ANSWER: Institutional players are artificially depressing the price through short-selling with a plan of buying LOW.  Once they move the hot money into Bitcoin, I expect the price to rapidly jump to $1000+

This is a pretty good way to think about it actually.

So far only 1 project one there? I can only see the graphic novel - https://www.swarm.co/comiccoin.html#/comiccoin

Was hoping for something more crypto-related  Undecided

This is a huge problem for this particular company. The are dependent on their funding projects to help raise the value of their token.  Put on top of that another layer of complexity ( when was the last time someone you explained Bitcoin understood it)  using counterparty and you have a perfect shit storm disaster!  Grin
268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will turn bull now. What's your Bitcoin career? on: September 30, 2014, 05:57:40 PM
your price prediction by end of 2014?

It is very hard to predict bitcoin 3 months ahead because a lot of things can happend that may change my perspective in that time. Things we don't know yet.

I'd say anything between $500-$900 if the momentum stays and nothing particularly bad happends.

I think $500-$600 is reasonable, I don't think that anything higher is sustainable at the moment.  There is far too much downward resistance every time we start building any momentum right now...

Agreed. I'm going with $800 by the end of the year if all things remain the same.
269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you ready to "admit" Bitcoin is a Huge Success? on: September 30, 2014, 05:54:24 PM

That means that you've been successful with it, not that its been a success unto itself. There's a distinction. Lots of us have made lots of money via bitcoin, but that doesn't necessarily mean that bicoin itself is becoming successful.

I'm the only one that matters so it's very successful. LOL

This is hilarious! haha ....and I'm in the same boat as you. I've poured more BTC back into the system building systems, buying services and bitcoin businesses.  Bitcoin is not going away!

Cheers to all the Hula Whoop surrounding Circle. I wanna put in a word of caution here...

1. They are accepting credit card payment against Bitcoin. Charge back and stolen card attacks are just a matter of time.

2. They are taking your credit card details. So, they'll use U to make up their losses.

If U have not learned from one Gox, U deserve to get Goxed again... GooD LucK \m/

a noob that actually made sense lol
